Sunday morning at 8:30 a.m., no one was there, no staff, no customers. It reeked of cigarette smoke because the patio door was open and someone was smoking. I immediately ran out again... I will never set foot in that place again.

Unfortunately, it wasn't a pleasant experience. The staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful. You don't really feel welcome there – more like you're unwelcome if you're "just" having tea and ordering something sweet. This creates a tense and unpleasant atmosphere. You're constantly asked if you want anything else, which gives the impression that you should leave soon. Overall, it's not a place where you can relax and feel comfortable.

Due to the many negative reviews, I was a bit skeptical, but I was very pleasantly surprised. We went here for lunch. The vegetarian selection was somewhat limited (there was one dish in the lunch menu, but there are more items on the menu, just not at the lunch special price): there were cream mushrooms. This came with a small salad, bread, and even baklava for dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the price of €8.90 was more than fair. Since I didn't know what the dessert was, I ordered kunefe, which was also excellent. The service was very friendly and prompt (although a young man, who seemed to be only responsible for setting the tables, didn't seem all that hospitable). I'd be happy to come back!

Not recommended. Long waits for service, orders aren't taken by every server. We asked several times for someone to come and take our order. After waiting for over 20 minutes, someone finally arrived. With service like this, no matter how delicious the food is (unfortunately, it isn't), we won't be coming back because of the poor service.

Dinner took so long to arrive, and when it finally came, it was cold. When I asked them to replace it, they took it away and brought back the same food after about 5 minutes — and it was still half cold.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The breakfast wasn't fresh. We ordered different böreks, but both were neither warm nor fresh. It's a shame, we had hoped for more.

We came to dinner and called the waiter. Everyone said they were coming, but no one came. I was the first and last to come.

The food is rather poor – bland and not fresh. The service was mediocre, neither particularly friendly nor attentive. The ambiance, however, is really nice – comfortably furnished and clean, which made the stay a bit more pleasant. Overall, though, it's more show than substance – there's still plenty of room for improvement.

Today, October 2, 2025, at 2 p.m. at a registry office dinner: A young, inexperienced waiter dropped mayonnaise, which splattered all over my suit, jacket, and shoes. The worst part: no apology, no reaction, not even after repeated requests for wet wipes. Absolute ignorance. Only the experienced waitress apologized. Such disrespectful behavior is unacceptable → 1 star.

We waited for 25 minutes, but no one came to take our orders, even though they looked us in the eye. They even took orders from people who came after us, cleaned 3 tables, and still no one came.

We still managed to get in without a reservation. Despite the new menu, we had a very good meal. The service was professional and very friendly. We can recommend it without hesitation.

It was very crowded and stuffy, and a woman fainted inside. We sat outside because there was no ventilation. The employee said, "You're sitting at a table for six, so I can't take orders. I'll just let a table for four become available." We waited, but our order still wasn't taken. When I complained on the way out, he arrogantly replied, "The price I charged for three people isn't the same as the price I charged for six people." This is a disrespectful and uncaring establishment; I definitely don't recommend it.

We ate at this restaurant and were unfortunately disappointed overall. We started with a salad that contained neither cucumbers nor tomatoes, and the sauce was rather mediocre. For a Turkish restaurant, I would have preferred a salad with olive oil and pomegranate syrup. This came with a bread basket, but the bread was not fresh and hard. Upon request, we were at least given fresh bread – a small meze with the bread, as is common in many Turkish restaurants, would have been a nice addition. The service was very friendly and accommodating. When a glass was tipped over, it was immediately replaced – I thought that was a positive. Unfortunately, the mixed grill was a huge disappointment. The Adana minced meat and most of the meat were dry, partly grilled black, and looked as if they had been pre-cooked and only briefly reheated. This made the meat almost inedible. Only the chicken wings were tasty. On the positive side, there were alternatives to Coca-Cola. Nevertheless, the overall quality of the food was so poor that I wouldn't go back again.

This is a place I won't be going to again. We went for dessert in the evening. I ordered söbiyet, and my mouth burned when I ate it. It was the first time I'd ever had hot söbiyet. Hot enough to burn my mouth. When I asked why it was hot, the waiter said it was microwaved, and he seemed surprised I'd asked. At home, you can microwave dessert straight from the freezer, but if a business doesn't have fresh dessert, they shouldn't microwave stale or unfresh food before serving it.

I ordered the mixed grill at eight o'clock last night. The meat was dry, the white sauce was sour, and the onions were large. Please be a little more careful and clean.

The kunefe was catastrophic. No syrup and dry. You just eat kadayif that's been warmed up. The service doesn't even bother to come around the table, but instead puts it at the front and you hand it out yourself? So why bother with waiters?

Visited on August 19, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Unfortunately, they were out of tulumba, even though it's the house specialty. We drove out of the way, so it was disappointing. The baklava also didn't taste fresh. Overall, not recommended.

We ate kunefe. It was delicious. Not too sweet, not too dry. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

We sent the feta cheese omelet back because it was raw and cooked in too much oil. They sent back a new one, just as oily. People behind us also sent back food. The börek was extremely dry, and my egg was already half-cooked (you can even see it in the picture). We ordered breakfast with orange juice, but the orange juice never arrived, although it was included on the bill. I understand that it's busy and that we wait 40 minutes for breakfast, but that's okay, but the food should be good for the overpriced price, which is really hard to fail at at breakfast.

My husband and I were there for a bite to eat after a long drive from Strasbourg. We were disappointed that our meal arrived right after our soups—what do you eat first? We were very disappointed with the hygiene of the sugar shakers and the other ingredients. Especially in the women's restrooms, two were broken, but only one was usable: the toilet paper was sandpaper. So, if you want good prices, the whole restaurant package should be right. Nothing was right here. The price was therefore arrogant. We were even more disappointed...

Review: Disappointing Visit – Not Recommended My visit to this restaurant was unfortunately a huge disappointment. The Adana meat was still raw inside, which is absolutely unacceptable. When I pointed this out to the waiter, the response was rude and anything but helpful. What was particularly shocking was that I could see from a distance how the chef handled the Adana meat with his bare hands – a clear hygiene issue. The soup was barely edible – it simply tasted like water with a little spice. Again, my polite criticism was met with dismissiveness and annoyance. Apparently, constructive feedback is not welcome there. The mixed grill I ordered was incomplete and did not match the menu description. Despite the poor quality and the fact that I ate almost nothing, I had to pay the full price. Overall, a very disappointing experience – unfriendly service, poor hygiene, and poor food. I unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant.

Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant left a disappointing impression. The owner seems unwelcoming and simply refers questions or requests to the service staff, who are often difficult to reach. The quality of the food has declined significantly over time – many items are either undercooked or too dry. The desserts were also underwhelming. Overall, the restaurant is increasingly losing its charm, making each subsequent visit less worthwhile.

The place is incredible, the atmosphere, the location, and most importantly, the food is delicious. I would come back every time I travel to Stuttgart.

The young waiters, both men and women, could be a little more polite, we ordered kunefe, do not come here for kunefe, it is better to dip the bread in fresh water.

The desserts aren't good. The baklava is terrible. I think they use ready-made phyllo dough and glucose. I wouldn't recommend it. Such poor quality baklava at these prices is undesirable.

Yesterday we went for dessert and the kunefe was unfortunately not very good. A young girl with black hair served us. She was very sullen and never showed any smile to the customers. This is the first time I've seen something like this and believe me, people like this only drive your customers away. The staff should always be friendly and polite to the customers. The service is so poor that the customers are always redundant and the customer is rich. I really like it and find it in a Turkish restaurant, nothing with that.

Good restaurant, first our table was on the side of the outdoor terrace so we had to close the window to avoid the smell of cigarettes from the smoking area. The starter salad looks good but isn't it good? The main courses are the best than the rest even if Adana should have been bigger portion at least two Adana, the orange juice is not natural

I've been here regularly over the past few weeks and have given the store another chance – unfortunately, to no avail. The same employee particularly stands out each time: a waiter in his 40s or 50s with glasses, who also works at the cash register. His unfriendly and dismissive manner simply makes the visit unpleasant. You feel neither welcome nor well served. When I politely asked for something, all I got was an annoyed "I'll take a look" – that's not customer service, that's disrespectful. As long as this employee works there, I will avoid this store – and this impression has spread among my friends and family. It's a shame, because the service actually has potential.

I went because of the good "review." I was very disappointed. The food was inedible, even though I didn't eat any of my Adana skewer, even though I mentioned how awful it was. I had to pay full price. My lettuce leaves were brown in places. Even after I mentioned this and got a new salad, it didn't improve. The rice didn't taste fresh either. Everything had a strange smell and an inexplicable aftertaste...

Unfortunately, our visit was very disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating. Our polite request for a shady spot due to the strong sun and an elderly lady in our group was ignored. We were refused a larger table with the explanation – quote: "Six satisfied guests are more important to us than three." The food was also disappointing. The salad wasn't fresh, the meat had a strange taste, and the quality was very questionable – especially considering the exorbitant prices. After the meal, all three of us felt sick; I even vomited. Overall, unfortunately, it wasn't a recommendable experience.

It used to be one of the most beautiful places. Very unfriendly staff, our order arrived very late and was wrong, too. Who was to blame? Ours, of course. Cold food, even though you ordered hot food. Not a place for families or large gatherings.

I've been there many times, most recently in June 2025. The order was wrong – we ordered lamb, but got beef. They brazenly insisted on 'lamb,' even though I'm a master butcher myself. The kofte were also raw, even though we specifically asked for 'well done.' There were 15 of us – no one ate anything. We still had to pay. Their 'apology tea' is a disgrace. Stay away. I'm never going again.

As regular customers, we held our registry office dinner there. The place was empty, there were no guests other than us (15 people). The meat was completely raw and bloody, orders were incorrect, and the kitchen was completely uncooperative when we pointed out that the meat was beef instead of lamb. The portions were extremely small, with no flavor. The air conditioning didn't work, and it was extremely hot. Despite complaining several times, we were charged the full price. You've lost a regular!

Very tasty food with a great fast service. The amount is just veeery generous, I went twice and was unable to finish everything and took it with me. Prices are veery reasonable considering quality. I truly fell in love with the restaurant and I can only recommend it🥰🥰

Ordered a grilled platter and chicken skewers, everything was delicious. Definitely going back.

The portions are good. I found them not too big, nor too small. If you're not that hungry, you can also choose from the "kids' menu." The food was very tasty. We were a large group, and everyone was full and satisfied.

We arrived at 11:30 PM and ordered a pide, which arrived at 11:40 PM. We wanted to order again right away because the kitchen closes at midnight. We tried calling the waiter several times because we wanted to order künefe. He ignored us the entire time. We called several times and signaled, even other customers pointed it out to him, but there was no reaction. He finally came to the table at 12:01 AM and said, "Unfortunately, the kitchen is closed."

Very good and very good. I've rarely eaten such delicious cuts of meat. Get the mixed platter; you can take home so much; the plate is huge. The pides too, I've never seen them so big. I highly recommend it.

While we were guests at the establishment, the taste and smell of the yoghurt in a meal served to us was quite bad. Additionally, bulgur and rice pilaf was served in a spoiled form. Afterwards, both I and the people with me experienced serious stomach pain, diarrhea and similar symptoms of food poisoning. We complained about this situation, they tried to please us in their own way, but I would like to request that the necessary measures be taken to prevent similar situations from happening again.

The food was very tasty. But Baklava was a disaster unfortunately, very old and no filling for the money, a shame. Even though you specialize in confectionery. Will come again, hope the baklava is fresh.

Food was a disaster! The chicken wasn't cooked through, according to the waitress it was said that it was so that it was juicy... we all know that the chicken has to be cooked through and shouldn't have any pink spots! About the pide: I ordered a Kusbasi pide, but there was more of everything on it except the meat and it was also really oily so that it dripped extremely when I was eating it. Absolutely no recommendation!

Unfortunately, I didn't like the breakfast very much, the egg sausage was too oily and the quality of the sausage was not that good. I would at least expect it to be Egetürk or Efepasa. There was almost no egg in the mene and it was very watery. You should not compromise on quality when it comes to food. There were plenty of cheese varieties and the service was not bad. When the bread ran out, we had to get up and ask for it ourselves. If only everything were of better quality, there would be a price difference accordingly.

While searching for a Turkish restaurant to have breakfast, we decided to go to Osmanlı Tulumbacisi Cafeterya. We were very pleased to see that Turkish was spoken as soon as we entered the door. We ordered a mixed breakfast. As you can see in the photos, a rich variety was served. We couldn't make sense of the tahini being plain, but we didn't mind. Later, we learned that the chef who prepared it forgot to add the molasses. This shouldn't happen in professional establishments, but we accepted it within tolerance. The biggest handicap for me was that it was limited to one glass of tea, rather than its taste. The second glass was extra. If your name is Ottoman, you need to be a bit more flexible about the tea. We don't want cola, fruit juice, or jam after all. Tea is considered a treat in our culture. I think they should think about this again. It's a nice place in general. Since we went on the day Volkan Konak passed away, Volkan Konak songs were playing in the background, which we found quite meaningful. Cleanliness and hygiene are quite good. Breakfast for 2 people is 39.90 Euros, (40.00 Euros, i.e. 0.10 Euros are not refundable) Tea is limited to 1 glass :( I recommend it.

I made a reservation a few days in advance using the online service that the restaurant offers to eat Iftar there. Arrive 30 minutes before Iftar so they tell me an online reservation is no longer valid. Only via telephone. Then why are you offering it??? Real cheek!

We went to iftar dinner. We as a family regret it. If we don't know how to cook, they will make us believe it. I will definitely not go again. There was a girl with dark hair. She was so sullen. She brings tea before clearing the table. My wife bought the lamb, it was like a goose, she couldn't eat it. The soup was as clear as water. It smelled. Also, I didn't like the pitas at all. Can this be done on a holy day? A person should deserve the money he gets. When he told me the invoice, I couldn't believe it. I asked again.

We went for iftar during Ramadan. The atmosphere is okay, it's a nice place. The employees are doing their best, but although there are many customers, the number of waiters is very few, so the employees are very tired. We placed our order. My two friends and I wanted lamb skewers, but they received beef skewers. At first they did not accept that they gave us the veal skewers as lamb skewers, but when we showed them the nerves coming out of the beef, they only believed it and this time they said that the master had mixed up the skewers. The roasted pepper next to the kebab was a rotten green pepper and the smell of rot was very obvious. Another handicap is that the serving plate on which the kebabs are served is plastic. If you charge 36€ for an iftar menu, your service should also be of that quality. For this reason, I had to give a low rating.

One of my friends i visited Stuttgart with is Turkish. So this was his choice. He wanted to share his culture with us, so what better way than through food! So we were a group of British guys in Germany eating Turkish food. Brilliant. The food was awesome. Anyway, we had bread and dips and some sharing platters. Sorry I don't take a pic of the dough balls for dessert or the Turkish tea.

Good restaurant, I've been there a few times, the staff are always very friendly, the menu selection has something for everyone from starters to dessert. As far as cleanliness is concerned, all I can say is that the restaurant itself is nice and clean. I can't say anything about the toilets, I haven't had to use them yet. There are enough parking spaces on site. Prices are reasonable not too overpriced.

I've never had such bad food in my life. First of all, even though the whole table ordered at the same time, our food arrived 15 minutes later. The grills were cold as ice, the chickens were not cooked with blood, it was not lamb, it was like veal. We couldn't eat it, it is impossible for a normal person to tear it off with his teeth and eat it. Although tea and dessert were served during our meal, the table was cleared, but no one brought tea or dessert. It was brought as we requested. The waiters are reluctant, the food is loveless! I don't understand how it got such good reviews.

We had breakfast there for the first time today. The three of us ordered breakfast for two people. It was enough for 3 people, very fast service. This is my third time coming here and every time there is no tulumba! can you please change the name too? Friday 5 p.m. no tulumba, weekdays 4 p.m. no tulumba! If I want baklava etc. then I go to dedemoglu! people come here for tulumba but there is none!

We got a place for two people on Saturdays without a reservation. This place was clean. The service was friendly and quick. The food was very tasty. Just looking for a parking space takes some time.

It was my first time there and I immediately decided that it would be my absolute favorite in Stuttgart. You are immediately noticed at reception, greeted in a friendly manner and shown to the table. We found the staff to be very professional and courteous. We had Iskembe soup as well as Sütlac and Künefe. In terms of taste, everything was perfectly balanced. It's just a shame that the Künefe is a bit small. However, the prices are normal and fair. From the furnishings to the ambience, you immediately felt at home. We are already looking forward to our next visit and to the main courses.

The grill plate tastes very good, except for the Adana Kebab. The chef doesn't have it.
