Very bad service. We waited exactly 45 minutes for our order to be taken even though there wasn't much going on and waited another 50 minutes until the food came. Asked exactly 4 times for salt and pepper and nothing came. We then got the salt and pepper ourselves from a few tables away. The food was cold and didn't taste good. I found the service staff to be very unprofessional and very unfriendly. Never again!

The worst customer service ever. No more to explain. I usually visit Turkish restaurants all over Europe but this one was one of the worst ones. Please avoid if you can. Salad and dressing was old and disgusting On top of that had seen hair and pointed out to the staff she didn’t even said sorry and took it away and came back after 10-15 seconds with the same salad plate she only removed the hair.

We ordered tavuk ızgara (chicken) and kuzu ızgara (lamb). Unfortunately, the chicken was still pink inside and not fully cooked. The lamb was well done but charred black in some places, which shouldn't be the case. In terms of taste, it's okay, it fills you up, but I don't recommend the restaurant for gourmets. The ambience is okay, it's just a bit loud and you can't have a quiet conversation here. But the waiters were nice, the drinks (çay) were okay and also the desserts (Künefe). 3 stars for that.

Nice Turkish place in Feuerbach. Great that they stay open till very late, went at midnight from the Moxy. Language barrier from all the service staff dented my experience but I won't fault them obviously recommended the most expensive item on the menu. The lamb was great but the rest average, even the tea I didn't like.
