The shop looks truly inviting after the renovation. However, the service was truly poor. Overall, the ambiance is "restaurant-worthy," but the service is like that of a fast-food joint. As a customer, you feel like a complete idiot when ordering. The waitress interrupts you rudely. The food wasn't particularly good. The doner meat was the cheapest, rubbery version. The best part was the rack of lamb. The eggplant paste was also okay. Unfortunately, overall, it was disappointing. We won't be back.

Hello everyone, First of all, I personally work in the catering industry and haven't been since yesterday. I'm clearly rating one dish here, not the other various dishes on offer here. I order the classic kebab plate with fries. To get straight to the point, meat is not meat, meat is a shoe sole, it's also called separator meat, it couldn't be worse, it's like having a shoe sole in your hand, it's a Glate 6 And beyond that, there is no discussion as to whether taste differs or has different views. I personally understand any problems in the catering industry, whether it's a lack of staff, calculations, etc. The kebab plate was served with a portion that was relatively good, that has to be said. However, it's no use if the quality is simply not good, and by that I really mean not good. I have to admit that I eat a lot of doner and kebab food very often. The wealth of experience is therefore relatively large.

If you want food poisoning for free with your meal, you've come to the right place! Our food was an absolute disgrace – cold, tasteless and of poor quality. The meat in particular was sticky and lacked any freshness. Obviously, they are trying to make as much profit as possible with the cheapest ingredients, and at the expense of the guests. An absolute disgrace given the exorbitant prices! The best part? I had to spend the rest of the day with stomach cramps because this food was obviously anything but safe. Since I only ate here that day, the cause is more than obvious. !!I will never enter this store again and will advise everyone around me not to spoil their stomachs here. If you want to maintain your health, you should give this store a wide berth!! The service was also a disaster - the waiter was probably having a bad day, but that's no excuse for rudeness.

Shortly before closing time I ordered a chicken kebab to take away. The team was quite friendly and the kebab tasted surprisingly good for a shop near the main train station. My only criticism is that the bread could have been toasted more.

After a long time I had dinner at Köz Divan again. The store used to be a real institution. I have no idea whether the restaurant has changed ownership, but my bread wasn't baked through, the kebab meat was cold and the ayran tasted subterranean. In addition, the waiter (a young man) was unfriendly, scratched his butt while ordering, was inattentive and listless. When I visited the shop was half empty, which was definitely different in the past...I will avoid the restaurant in the future.

I ordered there today and ordered two pieces of döner dürüm to take away. Unfortunately the bread was too dry and the meat wasn't crispy but the vegetables were fresh and crunchy I had specifically told them to make it nice and crispy because I saw that the skewer wasn't brown enough I also mentioned that I had enough time, but he then gave the crunch to customers who weren't in front of me, so I think it's really outrageous to treat regular customers better than new customers😐

Rating for the kebab restaurant Unfortunately our visit to this kebab restaurant was disappointing. The food was served to the table cold and the meat was dry and completely tasteless. The fries that were underneath the meat were also cold. After our complaint, we were offered dessert, but we declined it. That doesn't change the fact that this was the worst kebab we've ever eaten. Lots of space with comfortable seating areas. Close to the train station. Pizza was very tasty. Falafel with fries went like this. The falafels were incredibly hard and dry. I definitely wouldn't order them again. The pides also look very good.

Do you wanna have Döner with *class*? This place is great, very unpretentious with prices and selection of food, but everything is served in good looking ways, in an ambiance that is rather run-of-the-mill but overall quite cozy. This place reminds me of my holidays in Turkey every time I visit, and, as a broke student, I love to get the chance to feel a modicum of fancy without feeling like I have made a very poor financial decision. Love this place, I come here regularly!

Whenever the second cast is there that doesn't have any meat, it's just sad for the customers. I have to throw away two kebabs because meat isn't good, it's always just the second cast and the first cast 5 stars

We were looking for a restaurant in Elmshorn on Advent Sunday with 10 people at 9 p.m. and were warmly welcomed here. A table was quickly set up and we were very well looked after. Everything was very well prepared. Good portions and super tasty at moderate prices 👌 A clear recommendation

My visit to Köz Divan was a bitter disappointment. The kebab was simply inedible: dry, cheaply processed meat that had no quality whatsoever in terms of taste. The bun was equally poor quality – dry, brittle and completely unusable. The salad was neither fresh nor in sufficient quantity, so the overall impression of the meal was completely negative. The store seems to rely heavily on its attractive ambience and modern furnishings to attract customers. But unfortunately the quality of the food is not at all the focus, which should be the most important thing in a restaurant. There is no point in making a visual impression if the food is so bad that you can hardly enjoy it. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this store.

Good. Doner kebab ordered €7.90 is ok The taste of the meat is very tasty. The menu selection is excellent. Tips: Bread was too crispy so it all collapsed. In the end, the kebab is not my taste but I can still recommend it. Clean and tidy. Well attended by customers.

Doner kebab was good, although the meat was already quite cold. Unfortunately only 4 stars because they have the worst Ayran in Germany. Tastes like a little Lidl yogurt with water. Unsalted, watery and has nothing to do with Ayran in terms of taste.

It's a great cozy restaurant. The staff very friendly. The food was super delicious 😋 and everything was super fresh. The price-performance ratio is great for the size of the portions. Nothing overpriced and affordable even for those on a small budget. In the picture you can see *Sigara Börek*, filled puff pastry sticks with shepherd's cheese.

I remember this place from before as a toy store. It has become an incredibly beautiful and, above all, delicious restaurant. No comparison with all the small kebab shops nearby. The visit was quite spontaneous and the restaurant was moderately busy, so we were able to choose a place. We were served quickly and the food came quickly too. Hier kann man gut essen. Die Grillplatte war super. Wir waren Anfang Januar da. Es zog leider kalt rein und die Beine/ Füße waren schnell kalt.

Ein sehr gutes Restaurant! Schade, dass man nur 5 Sterne geben kann, da es eindeutig mehr verdient hat. Das Personal, besonders die Kellner sind super freundlich, aufmerksam und gehen sehr individuell auf die Wünsche der Kunden ein. Bin jede Woche 1-2 mal hier und konnte mich bisher noch nie über etwas beschweren. Sie haben eine große Speisenauswahl, wo für jeden was dabei ist. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!( auch für Vegetarier)
