When I wrote the review, the shop was still called Latino Loco and not Kebab Time - so the good rating does not refer to the current operator👋🏼 The prices are adapted to the location but the quality is otherwise also the same. We had starters, mains and cocktails. The cocktails in the happy hour but also the (strong) cocktails without a discount (are worth the money). Everything we have eaten here so far has been to the point and the waitress was very courteous and regularly at the table, which is important to me personally. The owner also came occasionally to check on everything and you felt noticed. It's worth a visit (we're not from the region) and you can have a nice time.

We were really positively surprised. As a starter we had the Kurdish soup. I had a kofta plate and my friend ordered a mixed grill plate. It was so delicious. The location was very pleasant and the atmosphere was calm, which allowed us to rest after a long walk. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Always happy.

I've eaten a lot of bad kebabs, but here the kebab or the PommDöner surpasses everything. For 8€ cold and unsalted fries and a spoonful of meat. a bottomless impudence and not recommended.

Very cozy. Excellent location, almost directly on the Rhine or in the middle of the old town. You should definitely try the vegetarian Kurdish soup. With wheat, chickpeas and white beans. Absolutely delicious.

My twin brother and I had just enjoyed a couple of hours in Huemarkt Christmas Market when we decided to drop into some of the pubs and bars around that magical Christmas market, one of the first we visited was Latino Loco and what a great time we had . Walking in and I knew I would enjoy my visit here, interior is superb, colourful, a cool looking serving bar dominates the main room, eclectic decor and furnishings including plenty of seating options, it's just a great bar to chill out in. We sat near the serving bar were two kölsch beers were deposited in front of us, these were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling and we just kicked back and took in the great bar we were in. A big fan of the various kölsch beers served in this vibrant city on the River Rhine, its a light, hoppy and very drinkable beer, it was just so good being in such a lovely bar enjoying a quality brew and sat with my twin brother, best beer companion in the world. We both really enjoyed our kölsch beers in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting for a first time visit to Latino Loco we had a great find. Latino Loco is easy to locate along Huemarkt. Opening hours are; Monday to Thursday, 4pm till 1am. Friday & Saturday, 4pm till 3am. Sunday, closed. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Unfortunately, service and friendliness are no longer so common these days. I felt very comfortable. The only drawback is the slightly more expensive prices. But with the service you can ignore it when you visit here ;)

The Latino Loco has become our favorite location since last summer, super delicious food and the best cocktails ever😁. It's nice to sit outside in the summer, and it's very comfortable to sit inside in the winter. My favorite: Mojito and melon shake😋. Eat everything delicious.

The restaurant had one waiter only, thus it was slow to get the food. The salad was dry but the fajitas were good. There was no English menu, no wifi or 4G connection to translate the menu's.

Authentic Mexican food for those hungry for some unique flavors. Had a casual, neighborhood feel. Friendly staff. Stool and table seating, avoiding a ridiculous trend of high stool only dining. Good bar selections. Able to have conversation without loud music.

I don't mind paying for a clean toilet. However, paying 2€ and exploiting ladies in need is not fair, nice or maybe legal? I won't come back as a cologne citizen.

Dit Mexicaanse restaurant zit op een prachtige locatie aan de Heumarkt in hartje centrum Keulen. De sfeer en inrichting is niet slecht, maar het oogt niet als een typisch Mexicaans restaurant. Personeel is hartelijk en gastvrij. De menukaart is divers en uitgebreid (volop keuze/maar niet alles is Mexicaans). Kwaliteit van het eten is niet slecht maar blinkt ook niet uit.

Tolles Restaurant, wir sind für einen Snack und ein Kölsch vorbeigekommen. Wir haben die überbackenen Nachos mit Hähnchen bestellt. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und es war eine schöne Atmosphäre.

Das Lokal (mehr Bar) von außen etwas unscheinbar, ist thematisch passend eingerichtet und sauber. Neue Speisekarten sollten allerdings her, zwei Seiten waren zusammengeklebt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung, das Essen war authentisch und hat geschmeckt ( nur zu viele große Paprikastücke im Taco). Bedienung war freundlich. Insgesamt gut, aber noch Luft nach oben.

Total verliebt in diese Bar. Sehr leckere Cocktails & sehr freundliches Personal. Der Barkeeper mixt dir auch gerne alles nach deinen Wünschen zusammen & man kann sich super mit denen unterhalten. Zum Essen hatten wir Tacos und Nachos und beides sehr lecker und große Portionen gewesen. Kommen gerne jederzeit wieder ☺️

Klasse. Wir haben nicht viel erwartet und wurden überrascht. Es war nicht viel los (Montagabend) und wir wurden prompt und freundlich bedient. Das Essen war sehr lecker, ausreichend portioniert und überhaupt nicht teuer. Kann man ruhig mal machen.

Los cócteles cuestan 11 euros y son demasiado chiquitos para su precio, per buenos. El service muy amable, el ambiente agradable, pero lo peor era la musica. Tenían no más que 5 canciones en su lista que se rotaron (2 horas allí- escuchas 3-4 veces cada canción, insoportable), además de reggaeton, Main stream. Por que no pongais una linda musica mexicana que es una joya??

La primera vez que fuimos nos llevamos una excelente impresion y volvimos. Sin embargo la segunda vez la comida no estaba tan rica (pedimos lo mismo) y no pudimos pagar con tarjeta teniendo un ticket alto. No nos agradò.

Diner beware….no Mexicans work in this restaurant. Food not authentic. The restaurant prices are about the only thing that’s loco!!! We ordered the BIG nachos as an exit strategy and we’re very underwhelmed. Chips were so stale and the toppings were scarce. They could’ve loaded them a bit more for the price we paid. The only positive was the beer we ordered. Needed lots of it to be happy with our decision to stop here. Save yourself the awful experience and dine elsewhere!

Byliśmy tu z żoną na późnym obiedzie. Zamówiliśmy nachosy i zestaw przystawek dla dwojga. Nachosy niestety zimne za to z idealnym guacamole. Przystawki bardzo dobre chyba najbardziej smakował nam dorsz i zapiekany ser. Obsługa poprawna, ale bez zachwytu. Ceny rozsądne. Usiedliśmy na zewnątrz, w środku było dość duszno. Toalety czyste.

Eine sehr schöne Bar ,schönes Ambiente und die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Einfach mal ausprobieren.......Viel Spaß

It was very busy when I walked in in here but fortunately most people were outside so I was able to get a table just inside. Food and drink were served efficiently. Good selection of food and great cocktail menu. Reasonable prices.

The food was whatever and the service quite german (bare essentials only). But the location is excellent and it is germany after all. I wish I could have asked for hot sauce or something...

I really recommend you going to this place, because the food is so delicious and they provide variety of Mexican dishes, and also the provide awesome Drinks, alcohol free drinks and also if you are into alcohol drinks the cocktails are perfectly Mixed and prepared by a professional barista, they have tables inside and also outside tables with very nice staff working there... One more thing is that they speak many languages such as Italian, English, Russian, Turkish, Persian and Kurdish... I hope you can try and enjoy your time and meal with friends and family or even alone:)

Ich war Anfang Oktober 2021 dort, als man wieder ohne Maske in Lokale gehen konnte. Wir stolperten eher durch Zufall darüber auf der Suche nach einer Cocktail-Bar. Wir waren weniger wegen dem Essen dort, dies taten wir zuvor woanders. Im Ganzen waren wir drei aufeinanderfolgende Abende dort für 1,5 bis 3 Std. Der damalige Barkeeper hieß Florian und hatte definitiv Spaß an seinem Job. Zwei Häuser weiter ist auch eine Cocktailbar, jedoch ist diese merklich teurer. Die Cocktailkarte ist reichhaltig und wer nicht Angst vor etwas starken hat, dem lege ich den "Psychiatrie" ans Herz. Klar sind Cocktails im Allgemeinen teuer, nur eben in dieser Bar weniger teuer als in der Umgebung. Zwischendurch gab es ab und an Shots auf das Haus. Auch kein selbstverständlicher Kundenservice mehr heute. Die Stimmung war super und nach dem ersten Abend waren wir per Du mit dem Personal. Die Speisekarte ist überschaubar. Ich hatte einmal Taccos mit Käse. Die waren Ok. Mehr aber auch nicht. Aber auch nicht weniger. Die Räumlichkeit ist etwas eng. Das Gebäude wird nach hinten etwas weiter.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, preislich ist es etwas teuer, aber es schmeckt sehr gut.

Die Bedingungen bzw. Der Service ist sehr gut. Zudem wird die mexikanische Küche und die Kultur sehr gut repräsentiert.

Gefühlt bestand das Essen nur aus Dosen- und Tiefkühlprodukten. Dies wäre ja auch noch vertretbar, würde man sich Mühe bei der Zubereitung geben. Der bestellte Cheeseburger ging gerade noch so. Die so genannte mexikanische Pizza ein Witz. Absolut geschmacklos und zudem nur Kindergröße, somit überteuert. Preis/Leistung stimmen hier nicht annähernd.

Der Laden ist nicht unbedingt sauber. Die Karten und Tische waren klebrig und das Besteck glich dem in der Uni-Mensa. Das Personal war überhaupt nicht interessiert und bemüht, obgleich wir die einzigen Gäste waren. Laute Videos auf dem Handy zu gucken war einem Mitarbeiter wohl lieber. Das Essen war einfacher Durchschnitt, sah nicht schön aus und war zu teuer.
