New, modernized restaurant, classic Turkish cuisine, nice and attentive staff.

So, at €17 and a bit extra, it's way too expensive in my opinion. Here's why! 1. All the food was cold! The fries, the chicken nuggets, the hot dishes, the eggs, etc., were simply cold. 2. All the sweet pastries that are behind the kebab, which they advertise on this website, aren't even included in the breakfast! There's only a tiramisu with oranges, apples, and a few pineapple slices. That's all there is to it. There was no other dessert! 3. When we arrived, the waiter didn't even know we had made a reservation five days in advance. Based on my experience, they should only charge around €13.50 for this breakfast/brunch offer. That would be reasonable for this selection of (cold) food.

Today, the four of us went to Öz Urfa Deluxe. We hadn't been there for a while, and the restaurant has changed quite a bit since then. It's very cozy and has a welcoming, family atmosphere. We ordered a mixed grill platter for four. The food was delicious, and we only had to wait about 10 minutes for the generously filled platter. In the meantime, we were served a salad and bread with various Middle Eastern dips. The staff was very friendly and checked in regularly to ask if we were enjoying our meal and if we needed anything. You can tell the quality is high, both in the food and the service. Öz Urfa Deluxe is also very reasonably priced. At just under €30 per person (including drinks), you get excellent food at a fair price in a pleasant setting. We'll definitely be back!

They issued the second dish a little more expensive than I ordered. Also, the check unexpectedly became more expensive for me. The soup was very tasty. The second course is very mediocre. Not even tasty. The meat is frankly not tasty. Although the smell was very nice and it looked good too. The rice is also not tasty. I was in a hurry and the service was just as fast. So there are no complaints here.

Unfortunately the kebab plate was a disappointment. The meat was quite tasteless and also quite fatty. The tzatziki wasn't convincing at all - it tasted watered down and had little flavor. The fries were at least okay, but the mayo in packets was a no-go. The prices were definitely too high for the quality offered. There are better alternatives.

It would definitely be possible to assign one of the employees to work for the other customers. No apology was offered, nor was any understanding shown that an expected waiting time of 40 minutes was unreasonable. I was there several times a month. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, wie so etwas passieren kann, aber es ist definitiv ein klarer Hinweis auf mangelnde Sorgfalt und Kontrolle in der Küche. Insgesamt kann ich nur sagen: Dieses Restaurant hat sowohl in Sachen Qualität als auch Kundenservice komplett versagt. Ich werde definitiv nicht mehr wiederkommen und rate jedem, sich woanders umzusehen.
