Thank you Nirvana, it was a really good experience, one of the few good restaurants I've seen in Europe.

Delicious, delicious, delicious! The breakfast buffet reminds me of a vacation in Turkey!

My family and I love having breakfast here. Overall, everything is more than satisfactory! The waiters, in particular, are competent, friendly, and attentive. The restaurant is also child-friendly.

The food arrives very quickly, and is consequently very cold and poorly prepared. As a customer, you don't want speed, you want quality, especially for such high prices. Unfortunately, the restroom was also very dirty. The air conditioning in the room draws in the same air as the restroom. No fresh air gets in. They're making a lot of cost-cutting efforts. I definitely expect more. The waiters were very good.

We were there for breakfast today. The service was great, the waiter was very friendly. We'd happily go back.

Disappointing and disrespectful - never again! We were at Nirvana in Essen and were extremely disappointed. I ordered a lamb plate with bulgur, but I received a lamb plate with cold fries! Without prior consultation, without the opportunity to choose something else - just whatever the kitchen had left. When I asked the waiters about it, there was no apology whatsoever, let alone any accommodation. No tea, no gesture, nothing. My colleague ordered a traditional Turkish dish and specifically asked whether it was actually prepared authentically. What came? A completely messed up dish with ketchup and yoghurt sauce – an absolute disaster! He couldn't even finish it. In the end, of course, we were allowed to pay the full price. No interest in the guest, no customer orientation, no quality. Nirvana? More like a culinary nightmare. Never again! Is this correct or should something be changed?

The restaurant is really recommended. The food was very tasty and plentiful. A balanced menu with many Turkish specialties. Good prices. The service and operation are outstanding. Greetings from the kitchen with bread, salad and dip, and finally there was tea. Full marks, you feel comfortable as a guest here.

I went there for breakfast with my wife today. The service is first class, we received first class service from Mr. Ugur!! We always made sure that we didn't lack anything. The price is too cheap for such a service. Always my pleasure.

The meal is very small compared to the price. This is a plate for one person. It is supposed to have two skewers of kebab, but unfortunately only one skewer!!! The salad is very small and the plate is very small!! There is no hot sauce with the appetizers, not even in the kebab plate. The order is extra with an additional payment!!! This does not happen in the rest of the Turkish stores!! I do not recommend it at all, it is a loss of money and the quantities are not worth the money!! Last time I visit this restaurant This is the reason why we are here. If this story tells you what happens next, the war is on the whole room!!! This Salat is there,!! It's good to eat so much food with the kebab 🍽️. !!! This is very important in your language!! This can be very difficult to do. This is the best way to do this!! That's why there's money in this restaurant

Good quality food but a bit salty. I think the chef meant something well that day. The staff was on the ball and absolutely accommodating. That's how it has to be.

This is always my go-to restaurant.. Filling, delicious and great for parties and occasions. The service is excellent.

The food was good. Kids liked Pizza Nirvana. But Adana portion was small. Generally, 2 islands are served everywhere I go.

We ordered two Urfa kebabs. The meat was amazing. I have never eaten meat like this before in Germany. The french fries were not fully cooked. We also bought two buttermilk. There was too much water in the buttermilk and it did not taste good. Appetizers and salads were great. We bought an extra plate of rice. The pilaf was nice. The service was great. Everyone is a master

Extremely loud! The amount of food was not filling in contrast to the price ratio. Really because of the good reviews Went there but were very disappointed. Not a cozy atmosphere, screaming children and too crowded! It probably belongs to an Arab, almost all guests were only Arabic. But the staff and the boss were very friendly and nice, despite the stress, they didn't let anything show!

Service unfriendly, just wanted to eat a real Turkish Maras ice cream, then only got a spoonful for €4. The bill was then calculated incorrectly. When we asked the waiter about it, he didn't really react with surprise. That was my first and last visit.

We went to Nirvana Restaurant with my family. Kelle paca soup and mixed kebab were incredibly delicious. Especially the softness of the meat was excellent. The employees were also very kind and helpful, they paid close attention to our every request. The environment had a very clean and warm atmosphere. There is also parking. Absolute favorite place ❤️ We eat here with the girls once a month and always get a really great place and a warm welcome! The food and service are always top and absolutely nothing is missing here!

Wir sind eher zufällig im Nirvana gelandet. Die Speisekarte ist überaus reichhaltig das Serviette Essen ist schmackhaft und auch üppige Portionen. Alkohol gibt es nicht. Dafür ist das Preisniveau eher günstig. Das Ambiente ist orientalisch. Leider ist es relativ laut. So ein bisschen fühlt man sich sofort wie im Türkei Urlaub.

Excellent environment and service

Quite nice in itself but far too loud and not enough staff for the crowd. The ambience is certainly nice but behind the buffet it is very dark. Food was mediocre. The relationship to price and performance does not match. The first and last time for me. Too much cafeteria flair for my personal taste in terms of volume. If it doesn't bother you, you'll feel good.

Food, atmosphere, staff were great. I was only able to bring the vinegar for the head and leg a third time. 😁😂 This was a joke. It was Iftar on the last day of Ramadan, there was no place to sit, and even though there were people waiting in line outside, the service was excellent. The staff was very understanding. They tried to keep up with everyone. I would like to thank Mr. İsmail and the Nirvana team for having our last iftar in such a beautiful environment.

Didn't get a seat despite a reservation

Turkish food, of course. From now on, only at Nirvana! The chicken skewers were super tender. The only thing was the bread, a bit bland! The rice was delicious. And the service was also very nice! So we'll be back soon. This was our Nirvana rhyme!

Wonderful lovely service, good charcoal grilled meats (all tender and full of flavor) nice decore as well. Would recommend!

There were some disruptions due to the busy Ramadan and Iftar schedule, but we were still satisfied.

I came from Cologne and found it absolutely wonderful. All the staff were very friendly. Of course, the food was very, very delicious. 5️⃣✨️

Even though it was Ramadan iftar time, everything was very nice. The food is delicious. I recommend the kunefe dessert. Parking lot and prayer room are sufficient. I will come again at the first opportunity. The service staff are very polite.

It was iftar time and there was a lot of people. I asked for a single seat and they told me to wait. There was very little time for iftar. Every time I say never again, but since it is close to my house, I tried it once again, asking whether it has changed or whether it is of good quality. However, today's service and food quality made me say enough is enough. Moreover, when the owner of the place asked how satisfied you were, I said clearly that once again I encountered a service and food quality that you will never see again. In short, it was a complete failure for us and our environment. Even though it is in a beautiful district like Rüttenscheid, the place is not an elite place. So zero stars

We made reservations for an iftar meal and were told at reception that we could sit on the terrace when it was 7 degrees. Very rude. When we tried to explain that we had made a reservation and provided proof of the time and the phone call, we were politely dismissed and told that the name wasn't there. Ridiculously, they also told us to call the number and quite boldly said that the phone didn't ring. Traveled there from Cologne specifically to be welcomed like this. After a long discussion we finally got a seat. I just find it outrageous and incompetent not to be able to accept the reservation. In addition, it is cheeky to say that we have no space and that space is only offered after a riot. You should apologize and try to make things right again. Absolutely not recommended.

A really great shop with a large selection and fair prices. The employees are very friendly and take the time to give detailed advice. Came across this restaurant by chance while visiting ESSEN. On the first evening, even though the restaurant was very full, the waiter gave us a friendly welcome, gave us great advice and the food was amazing. On the second evening, the restaurant was full again (breaking the fast) and I was greeted with a handshake. The waiter didn't know what I had drunk the day before, he brought fresh lemons with mineral water and the food was once again the finest. Coming to breakfast after 3 days, you feel like you're in a 5* club in Belek, only much more authentic and the friendliness of the staff is just great.

The food is good quality and beautiful. The food is good because Turkish cuisine is generally good. The presentation of the food is poor. The tables are very close together. The tables are so close together that you can hear all the conversations at the table next to you. People get bored of sitting together. I think at least 8 tables need to go from inside. The interior design and lighting of the place is nice. I will go again to try meat products.

We dined there on a Saturday evening without a reservation. After about 10 minutes of waiting we already got a table. The restaurant has a great ambience. The staff was super friendly and the order didn't take long to arrive. Beforehand there was a starter on the house (flatbread with two different dips and a salad for each of us). You rarely experience something like that. Thank you very much for that 😊. The food was great and the portions were generous, we were all very satisfied. We will definitely come back and can only warmly recommend the restaurant 👍🏼.

I've been here twice already. Once for the breakfast buffet and in the evening à la carte. And I have to say, I have never experienced such extremely polite, friendly and courteous staff! This is unbelievable! Every wish is implemented and extreme attention is paid to a good and undisturbed experience for the customer! The food is also super delicious, whether it's the buffet in the morning or the meal in the evening! Everything great and clean! It sits perfectly and invites you to linger! Price-performance is also great! The only drawback is the small parking lot. So it's best to plan some time to look for a parking space. I would always come back and can only recommend it to anyone who likes or wants to try Turkish cuisine. There is also a lot for vegetarians.☺️👍

This restaurant is very unique because there is really something going on. We were there for Sunday brunch and have never seen such a huge selection of food. Pure happiness! 😄 especially because there were so many different delicacies. We love trying unfamiliar meals, so this was heaven for us. I loved the hustle and bustle atmosphere because it was really like a big family celebration. The guests were all very nice and the service was so helpful that we had a good time. I'm looking forward to coming over to eat meat. The grill plate is already waiting for me.
