Super beautiful, super delicious breakfast and incredibly nice service. What more can I say? Everything is fresh, there is unlimited tea on the table. The selection at the buffet is great and the price is unbeatable. In Berlin I like to have a Turkish breakfast often and Nirvana can easily keep up. I was thrilled and have already recommended the restaurant to my cousin in Essen. Team Nirvana...you are amazing

Absolutely recommended! The waiter was super friendly and attentive – simply great! I was particularly impressed by how welcome my dog ​​was - he was warmly welcomed and well looked after. Ich bin mit meiner Frau dort gewesen, leider ist das Essen lauwarm bist kalt an den Tisch gekommen. Das Essen war sehr trocken, nicht gut gewürzt und lieblos angerichtet. Wenn man nur Wert auf das Ambiente richtet und nicht die Qualität dann ist der Laden genau richtig aber zum Essen gibt es bessere Restaurants. Die Kellner sind nett und geben sich Mühe.

Eating is really not possible. I always regret ordering there again. The soup (Mercimek) is like water, just water. As if you had mixed vegetable broth with water. They waited 1.5 hours for our order. So never again.

We met with a group of friends at the family-owned Essen Nirvana restaurant as an invitation. It was the first visit for me. We ate and then had dessert. The food was very good. The desserts were also very fresh and delicious. The taste and flavor of Turkey was almost there. The employees were friendly and courteous. The owner of the business also came to the tables and asked how we were doing. Even though it was very crowded, the orders arrived on time. Very pleased. 8 of us had dinner there today. The staff was very polite and attentive. We ordered two large grill plates and two extra rice. The two portions of rice were on the house. The appetizer platters were very generous and taste-wise a 10/10. We'd love to come back.

I went to the Nevada restaurant in Essen for breakfast today and I was thrilled! The selection of hot and cold dishes was huge and I was particularly impressed by the traditional Turkish dishes. There was also delicious Turkish tea and I also tried the Turkish coffee mocha - a real treat! I would particularly like to highlight the service, Bilay. He was friendly and quick. The food was really excellent and very tasty. I'll definitely be back! Absolute recommendation!

Order via the app waited 1:30 hours. Status after 1:20min shows as delivered, only when I asked was my money refunded for no reason. So unnecessary, if it doesn't work, call and say you can't deliver! Why do you press delivered if it's not right?!

My impression is that allergens are unfortunately not under control here. There are dishes on the menu labeled as vegan that are not vegan at all. I cannot tolerate dairy products and eggs. I have received food with cheese and other dairy products several times despite repeated requests and expressly vegan orders. No restaurant has to offer vegan dishes. But labeling things as vegan that are not vegan at all is not ok. Unfortunately, my stomach and intestines are not feeling well after eating there.

We ate mixed grill, ayran and salad for four people and paid 105 euros, the price was okay. However, the grill was not served with a heat source, so the food came out cold. The amount of meat was also less than expected; compared to my previous experience it was less. The atmosphere was nice and it was a kid friendly place.

The food was very tasty and beautifully prepared. There was also free bread with dip and a small salad. The map is quite extensive. The service was fine. However, it was very loud in the restaurant itself and therefore a bit busy. The sanitary facilities were in very poor condition when I visited. One toilet was clogged and the other toilets were in an unclean condition. The paper dispenser was empty and there were several cleaning supplies at the sink. My companion reported similar conditions in the women's toilet. That's a shame because it really spoils my overall impression.

As a non-Turk you shouldn't celebrate there, as Turkish traditions are stamped on you regardless of your origins. We had a celebration there, when the cake was brought the waiters started playing knife games. You only get the knife if you tip enough. 50€ wasn't enough, the waiters were still waiting. This was very unpleasant because it was in front of the guests and we don't know this tradition. The owner knew that we are not Turkish. That ruined the whole celebration for us.
