I've been waiting for two hours now. Two hours! I thought the reviews were exaggerated, or maybe it was because they were busy at night, but not being able to deliver within two hours at midday is outrageous.

I ordered chicken and received veal. The meat was dry and cold, the salad was meager (almost nothing), and the cheese smelled awful. The only good thing was the drink. I wish he had told me there was no chicken; I could have saved my money and the stomachache. Never again!

An absolute disaster! I've tried a lot of delivery services, but I've never experienced anything like this. We ordered and waited over three hours – without any communication, no apology, nothing at all. At one point, we thought the order was never going to arrive. When the food finally did arrive, the frustration was complete: wrong drink! Instead of a regular Coke, we got Coke Zero. If you've waited that long, you should at least be able to expect that the order arrives correctly. The whole thing was simply disrespectful and unprofessional. Three hours of waiting, no communication, wrong delivery – that pretty much says it all. Honestly: If you value your evening, your hunger, or your sanity – don't order from here under any circumstances! There are plenty of other places that know how to treat customers. Never again by Urfa ocakbasi. Once and never again – a total disappointment!

Here in this restaurant, you'll not only be served courteously, but you'll also be treated to a truly culinary experience. The portions are generous and truly delicious. The ambiance is rather simple but also very tidy. The staff genuinely strives to please their customers. Just see for yourself and visit this place. I certainly wasn't disappointed. I can recommend this restaurant with a clear conscience.

Pretty good, but too much variation. Delivery is not recommended. Sometimes the wait time is far too long, resulting in cold food. It always works if you provide precise instructions; otherwise, you get completely different salad ingredients, for example, depending on the employee. Also, sometimes things from the grill feel a bit early and sometimes too dry. The salad doesn't always seem the freshest in summer, and sometimes something is forgotten about in the ingredients. Sometimes there's spicy powder all over the food, and sometimes almost none at all (the spicy powder here is anything but spicy, just to let you know). Every employee does things differently there, and because it's a family business, it's unfortunately sometimes a gamble whether the portions are right and the food as a whole is consistent. It's a shame, it's like explaining things to a trainee, maybe not remembering them properly, and then passing them on 🙃 Overall, though, the food here tastes good and the portions are okay. The Lahmacun homemade are recommended (freshly made) and the Tavuk sis dürum

Was here for the first time today with NeoTaste. Had a very tasty salad bag, great fries and a top cay. The baklava was even free thanks to the NeoTaste voucher and was also very tasty! All the employees were very friendly! :-)

And more chicken legs (those cheap packaged ones from the supermarket) than the other meat on the grill. Too bad. Delivery also took over an hour and a half, even though 40 minutes was stated. But I didn't care. The sad thing is: the food is eaten and damaged, even though it was perfectly packaged. Why do you do something like that?

I cant eat lactose food and i told them that at the table then i went to the counter to make sure because they where not paying attention so they wrote it down what i wanted and then they put a saus on it with milk inside so I brought it back and then they put a other saus on it and they filled it with that saus on purpose there was more saus then food in the sandwich don't eat here

If I could I would give 0 stars, I waited 2 hours for food and kept saying on the phone that the driver was on the way. After 2 hours he still wasn't there. The pizza dough was so unappetizing, way too thick and not baked at all. Chicken nuggets arrived completely wobbly and everything was ice cold. Never again I want my money back, pizza ended up in the trash

I don't understand the negative comments. We've been going there for years and are always satisfied. And if someone came along, friends etc. were also enthusiastic. Portions are also great. Staff also super friendly. The only thing I personally don't like is that if you want to order a plate there you have to do it via an online link. I prefer that you come to someone in person and ask what they want. But that's my opinion. But they're so friendly there that if you say something, they'll do it.

Ich habe eine Bestellung für fast 100€ getätigt, alles an Fleisch war verbrannt sogar die Künefe war verbrannt! Abgesehen davon hat die Lieferung fast 2 Stunden gedauert ! Als ich angerufen habe um das zu erklären wurde mir nur gesagt das kann nicht sein sie hat die künefe selber gemacht habe der Mitarbeiterin dann Bilder gesendet per WhatsApp dann meinte sie oh ja ist doch schon bisschen verbrannt aber was soll man machen? Schlechter geht’s nicht !!!!

Das Essen war wirklich schlecht, ich habe es online bestellt und es war so schlecht, dass es nicht gegessen werden konnte, ich habe ein Stück gegessen und es war traurig, aber ich konnte die Toilette nicht verlassen, mir wurde schlecht.

Gestern 5 Stücke baklava bestellt auf dem unteren Stück wo vorher ein Stück baklava sich befand befand sich eine fliege also das geht garnicht beim einpacken zumindest müsste man sowas gesehen haben mir kam echt die kotze.

Essen bestellt kam kalt an war ungenießbar geschmeckt hat es auch nicht nie wieder…

Früher habe ich so gerne hier bestellt und gegessen, mittlerweile ist entweder nen neuer Besitzer oder neue Mitarbeiter drin, das Essen ist nicht mehr zu vergleichen mit damals (ca 1.5 Jahre) habe heute das letzte mal hier bestellt. Essen kalt, Döner schmeckt pampig und ekelig, Ezme ist nicht mehr das was es war, das einzige was schmeckte war die Cola 😂

1 stern ist sogar viel zu viel ... -Die Angestellte war sehr unhöflich... -Die ganzen Tische nicht aufgeräumt -geschirr Berge im sevierwagen. -Das Essen war grausam versalzt -grillteller ohne Lammkeule. -Pommes war nass auf ein einer -Das reis hat im Öl geschwommen -Ich kann noch weiterzählen... War zum ersten Mal dort aber schrecklich ich hoffe es passiert mit uns nichts. Die haben uns nach 20 min bedient obwohl keiner noch zu bedienen war. Empfehle ich keinen. Pide mit Hackfleisch und Pizza Margarita war auch schrecklich
