We went to dinner with my family today (5 people) the gentleman who greeted us at the door says rudely come in what did you want??? I enter the restaurant there are 5 people and a baby what could we want? He showed us a table with the same attitude and another gentleman from the back said no that place is reserved we were directed to another table there too they said it was reserved they showed us a table from the back and said we could go that way it was not even clear where it was. Then we asked for another table they told us if we get up in an hour and a half you can sit there they didn't give us a seat in the huge restaurant. After we sat at the table we asked to look at the menu no one paid attention we asked for it again after a while he brought it. The gentleman who came to take our order roughly took the menu from the baby's hand meaninglessly. The food came to the table but they did not bring any glasses, forks or knives I guess they expected us to eat with our hands. Then a lady working there took care of us, she was very cheerful, we thank her.

Food is top. I have ordered Adana Kebab there several times and have to say that the meat is very good. You can also eat Turkish pizza there. You also get dips and warm bread beforehand. Price performance top.

I definitely don't recommend this restaurant. I wanted to have a spontaneous meal today with my family of five, including my elderly mother. I went to the restaurant without a reservation and after a short wait at the entrance I was shown to a table. A few minutes later a server came up to me and accused me of pushing in front of another family of five. I felt very embarrassed leaving my table at that moment. This showed me the staff's completely disrespectful attitude towards guests; there is obviously no system or organization in place. When I visited the restaurant there were only three people in front of us at the entrance and they were shown to a table a short time later. At the time I was waiting there was no other family of five in front of us. I was spoken to and shown to a table. The experience I had in this restaurant was the worst thing that has ever happened to me. Customer service and hospitality? None at all. I can only recommend that everyone not visit this restaurant with their family and have these humiliating experiences.

We reserved a place for 4 people the day before. The time is also specified. And that on Ramadan when we fast. When we discovered our name in their reservation book, they just said that they couldn't do anything and that our place had already been taken. We were then simply sent away without space. When I showed my call history, the excuse suddenly changed: now it said our reservation was supposedly a week earlier. No apology, instead there was discussion and shouting. The behavior of an employee who came far too close to me as a woman was particularly inappropriate and completely disrespectful! The best thing: A group of 17 people arrived directly after us and had also made reservations. They were also told there was no reservation. This shows that there is obviously no system or organization of any kind here. Instead of handling the situation professionally, we were treated disgustingly. Just shameful! Customer service and hospitality? None! We will definitely never come back.

Delicious, fresh food. The portions are so big that I unfortunately can't eat it all every time. I have to ask and pack it home. But it is so tasty that I have eaten it with my partner several times in the last 3 months. I heartily recommend it

I was there for the first time today with friends, waited almost an hour for food. Then I got something that I hadn't ordered, secondly the food didn't taste good at all, fries were very cold, the meat was too salty, the only thing was the pide was good. Never again, €80 wasted money, it was a shame and a disappointment👎👎👎

The food in the restaurant was overall okay, but with some weaknesses. Unfortunately, the Adana Kebab was far too salty and spoiled the enjoyment. The meze (starter salads and dips) were not my cup of tea at all - neither in terms of taste nor in variety. The flatbread was okay, but nothing special. When it came to meat, the lamb chop (Kuzu Pirzola) was the best quality and well prepared, while the lamb or veal skewer (Çöp Şiş or Kuzu Şiş) was also solid. The chicken (Tavuk Şiş) was unfortunately rather mediocre. The Nohutlu pilaf deserves a positive mention – it was particularly good. The fries were acceptable, but nothing exceptional. An average experience with light and shadow. For the price and quality, I would reluctantly come back.

We tried Lahmacun and Adana and liked them. They said they couldn't cook kunefe due to workload. This was a somewhat negative experience, but we understand it. The teas were great too. We will come again

I can only recommend this kebab restaurant! The meat is of exceptionally good quality – tender, juicy and perfectly seasoned. The rotisserie spit is particularly noteworthy: the meat is served particularly crispy and thin, which makes the kebab a real pleasure. The vegetables and sauces are also fresh and very tasty. The service is friendly and the portions are good. The starter salad with dips and flatbread is served just as naturally as the tea after the meal. Definitely a must for all kebab lovers!

The temperature in the room was also far too cool, which made the stay very uncomfortable. It was hard to relax as the air conditioning was set way too cold. I had a bad experience at a restaurant. We had made a reservation to go out for dinner with our family on my birthday. We are from the Netherlands so we had to drive more than an hour. When we arrived we were informed that our table had been given to another family. We were also told that we were late, which was not true as we were at the restaurant five minutes before the reservation time. When the employee checked, he said we were lying about the time given. I became very angry and asked him about it, to which he replied, 'Why would my staff lie?' After that experience, I decided to take my family to eat somewhere else. We have been to this restaurant several times and the food has always been good. But the reception staff was very rude. I would have expected at least an apology, but we didn't even receive that.

The starters were brought to us after less than 2 minutes, as you can see in the picture. Small salad plate, fresh warm bread and 4 dips. (The dips were very tasty but for me the taste could have been more intense). The main course was a platter for 2, I thought the portion size was okay, but perhaps there could have been a delicious sauce with it. But in terms of taste, the meat and rice were simply great 👍🏻 Ayran was fresh and delicious. The service was great, everything was brought to us in no time, and we were often asked if anything was missing or if we needed anything else. The staff was very nice and accommodating, it was polite to deal with! I think this is very important to mention in order to feel comfortable. The restaurant was renovated and comfortably furnished, the toilets were clean but in need of a bit of renovation (or the joints were not worked on properly but that's just my personal opinion). Price-performance ratio was also right. Conclusion: Great restaurant, I felt comfortable and the food tasted very good. I'd love to come back! 😊

For this reason, I will no longer visit your restaurant in the future and will not allow family, friends or acquaintances to visit your restaurant!! Yesterday's visit was the last!!!!!!!!! For me it is not only important that the meat is halal, but in view of the current political situation, which is characterized by genocide, it is also crucial which drinks are offered. If a restaurant does not offer customers any other alternative to Coca-Cola offers (while only Uludağ or water are available) and doesn't even try to provide an appropriate alternative, but instead dismisses the boycott movement as "superfluous", then for me this is the right time to boycott this restaurant too. Furthermore, I find it problematic when a Turkish restaurant views its own Turkish customers as “irrelevant” and instead primarily responds to the needs of German customers. I consider this attitude to be disrespectful and discriminatory!!! Given these facts, I will definitely not visit your restaurant in the future!!!!! I hope that you will bear the consequences of your actions (at the latest in the afterlife). Customer feedback seems to have no meaning in your case, as it is obviously only about financial gain. The employee on the phone who pretends to be the boss (even if it really is the boss, it makes no difference) is very, very unfriendly. Called 1 week before New Year's Eve to reserve a table and was told to call a day in advance that would be enough. No sooner said than done. I called today and was told that they had no more spaces. When I mentioned that I had called a week in advance and was told that I should call a day in advance, this was of course denied and said that was not possible at all. The phone was then simply hung up because they knew they were in the wrong. So the service really sucks. Treating customers like that is absolutely not possible. It's also a restaurant where we often went with friends and family, but as of today that's it for Aladdin. Böyle esnaflık diye bi şey olmaz çok ayıp !!!!

Incredibly friendly people and very tasty food. And not only was everyone really friendly, but also quick. Even though it was very busy, there weren't long waits. The food was delicious, the portions were good and the price was right too. Absolutely recommended!

We ordered - Grilled plate with rice - Chicken skewer with rice - Doner meat As a starter we got bread with 4 dips and a salad, the taste was okay. Hauptmann was also good, you can't complain much, personally the parsley always bothers me. There were a few problems understanding the order, but an employee replaced it as requested. Some pieces of meat were a little too black, otherwise soft and well seasoned. Service was very friendly and nice so far. Our waitress had problems understanding us and asked if I could speak Turkish, which wasn't great. I can't speak Turkish, nor am I anything like that. I'd rather just have Turkish food and eat there every week. You can eat outside and inside here. I can recommend it, since I live 2 hours away it's understandable that I won't be here as a guest very often, only when I'm passing through.

That was a really nice evening, with very nice service staff. I felt very, very comfortable. That was really tasty. I'd love to come back.

I come to the restaurant regularly and am always greeted warmly, get very good food for what I pay and have very friendly service. Even though I didn't know any of the waiters beforehand, I'm greeted with a big smile every time. Even if the food wasn't as good as it is, the service would make up for it. Chapeau to everyone there and see you soon.

It's really bad, some of the meat was burned, bread too. The grill, €51 for two people, was disproportionate to the quality and quantity. Meat had been fried for too long and was also quite cold and dried out. Terrible experience.

Hello, I come from Ulm and went to the Aladdin restaurant in Alt Hamborn on a recommendation. I was really looking forward to the food, but was very disappointed. The kebab was catastrophic. I can even say that it was the worst kebab I've ever eaten. We then ordered a pizza in the middle which was also catastrophic and was simply made with a tetra pack of tomato paste and cheese on top. Service was relatively polite. Ordering was quick, but the food was not edible. The kebab fell apart in my hand because the bread was too dry and I had more salad than meat in it, although the meat wasn't that special either. I definitely can't recommend it because Duisburg actually has a lot more to offer. It's a shame.

Unfortunately no breakfast buffet or breakfast in general can currently be ordered due to a lack of staff. Maybe should be updated. We came specifically for breakfast. But soup was very tasty

Short and sweet… Taste = very good. Adana Kebab = 2 large skewers, not lamb-heavy. Salad with Tavuk-Şiş (chicken) = salad OK, chicken = very good Homemade Ayran = not good. Strange taste. Pizza = very good! Stone oven. Service = very friendly! All! Free starter plate with delicious bread. Price = before Corona and the Ukraine war everything was cheaper. Well… “normal” compared to the restaurant market. (Again: I think these prices are not justified at all. But it has nothing to do with this restaurant and more to do with politics). I can recommend this restaurant with a clear conscience!

The conditions were very pushy and we wanted to clear up immediately as soon as we took a short break. The food was very, very bad so I had to throw up in the toilet there and at home we had diarrhea and stomach cramps. I will never enter this shop again

Absolutely loved this place. Cane back for the 2nd time in 2 weeks. First time the adanna kebab and chicken thighs were delicious. Second time was the lamb ribs and donner meat baked, but preferred our first times order. Would go back for the amount of food, the service and the quality.

The alleged head waiter definitely doesn't belong there! He should urgently learn how to deal with a customer. I had loved going there for years, but today was definitely the LAST time! You will only be served a salad and a starter if you have made a reservation in advance?! Such nonsense! A cay at the end, which is usually a given, was not offered to us either. It's a shame that you have to have such an experience because of people like that.

Every time we got mezze before we ordered or before the food came. And this time the charge was 7.50 for bread and 3 sauces. Because we didn't have a grill plate? But the guests around us who hadn't even ordered yet received this without being asked before the waiter even knew what the guests were ordering. It was very disappointing and felt ripped off. It wasn't about money for me, after all we drive 100km every time just to eat there. But the service was bad, the “nice waiter” didn’t even come to ask if everything was okay or if we would like chai. But all other Turkish guests were asked extensive questions. Really disappointing! It's a shame, you should treat everyone the same, like before. I don't know if it's because of the new employees. Service was very bad even though there wasn't that much going on.
