Short and sweet… Taste = very good. Adana Kebab = 2 large skewers, not lamb-heavy. Salad with Tavuk-Şiş (chicken) = salad OK, chicken = very good Homemade Ayran = not good. Strange taste. Pizza = very good! Stone oven. Service = very friendly! All! Free starter plate with delicious bread. Price = before Corona and the Ukraine war everything was cheaper. Well… “normal” compared to the restaurant market. (Again: I think these prices are not justified at all. But it has nothing to do with this restaurant and more to do with politics). I can recommend this restaurant with a clear conscience!

For a kebab plate 13.50€ so you only eat salad for that price you should at least make half meat and the other half salad and the meat was raw plus the salad wasn't fresh. Complete disaster

Very tasty food & nice staff. Unfortunately, it is a bit cramped in the store because every meter is used for tables and chairs in order to be able to serve many guests. Unfortunately, due to the large number of visitors, it was very loud, so it was difficult to have a conversation in a quiet tone. If some tables and chairs were removed it would create a much nicer atmosphere. But still a great shop!

Were there once. That's ok. The service was good. The free dips and bread that you get when you order are a little behind other shops (I don't want to name any names here) in terms of taste. But it's not worth mentioning. In terms of price, it matches the portion size and when it comes to side dishes such as fries, it was quite generous. So you can't complain about anything. All in all, it deserves a good 4/5. 😊

Danger!! After we really enjoyed our breakfast there, we wanted to go there for dinner in the evening. The conditions were very pushy and we wanted to clear up immediately as soon as we took a short break. It felt like every minute a different service person came and asked if they would clear up and pack something can.. The food was very, very bad so I had to throw up in the toilet there and at home we had diarrhea and stomach cramps. I will never enter this shop again

Absolutely loved this place. Cane back for the 2nd time in 2 weeks. First time the adanna kebab and chicken thighs were delicious. Second time was the lamb ribs and donner meat baked, but preferred our first times order. Would go back for the amount of food, the service and the quality.

I completely agree with “Nora Wessels”!!!! My girlfriend and I, as Turkish women, were treated exactly the same way today by a waiter who has absolutely NOGO behavior towards customers!!! The alleged head waiter definitely doesn't belong there! He should urgently learn how to deal with a customer. I had loved going there for years, but today was definitely the LAST time! You will only be served a salad and a starter if you have made a reservation in advance?! Such nonsense! A cay at the end, which is usually a given, was not offered to us either. It's a shame that you have to have such an experience because of people like that.

We have been eating there for 7 years. And I was ripped off for the first time. And that because of mezze, they were just being taken for a ride. Every time we got mezze before we ordered or before the food came. And this time the charge was 7.50 for bread and 3 sauces. Because we didn't have a grill plate? But the guests around us who hadn't even ordered yet received this without being asked before the waiter even knew what the guests were ordering. It was very disappointing and felt ripped off. It wasn't about money for me, after all we drive 100km every time just to eat there. But the service was bad, the “nice waiter” didn’t even come to ask if everything was okay or if we would like chai. But all other Turkish guests were asked extensive questions. Really disappointing! It was a restaurant we normally went to as a family, except during Ramadan. Last week, we decided among ourselves; We never set foot yet! Whether it was Ikbal Cafe in Hamborn or Aladdin, they did not allow us to use the toilet because we did not eat anything during Ramadan. Their eyes are so full that those who treat their regular customers like this, who knows how they will cut down on their meals from now on.

Whenever we are in Duisburg, a visit to Aladdin is always part of it. The food tastes very good, everything is super fresh and the meat is deliciously seasoned and well grilled. Bread, rice, salad and dips - delicious! And we've never had to wait long for our food, even though the shop is always packed. The service is very diligent and polite. If you prefer something quiet and comfortable, you should choose another restaurant. It's loud and lively here, there's something going on here! 🙂 In any case, we feel very comfortable there and always enjoy the good food!

Our visit to this restaurant was marred by the behavior of a waiter who bore a certain resemblance to Serdar Ortac. Despite our larger group, which is often a challenge for the catering industry, his approach was rather unfriendly. Particularly towards the end of our stay, we found his gestures aimed at getting us to get up to be inappropriate and intrusive. He also repeatedly tried to take our half-full drinks, which gave the impression that he wanted to get us to leave quickly. This experience made me avoid this place in the future.

We have been here very often in the past and today (02/20/2024 evening) the waiter came and didn't give us a receipt but simply said a price. This seemed quite high to me for 3 soups, 1 cola, 1 water and a rice pudding I should pay 26.40. I didn't react and pay at that moment because we always felt very comfortable there. I even rounded it up to 30€. When I checked the whole thing at home because it gave me no peace, I came up with €20.76! So I was cheated out of €6! I've seen other reviews here that say the same thing. Something like that doesn't work at all. I'll think twice about coming back. The Kenler is a tall, thin guy who speaks German quite poorly. Has no beard.

We ordered mixed grill. Salad and appetizers came first. They were delicious. I give the second star for him. Otherwise, the meat that arrived was really bad. Adana meatballs, normal meatballs, were so dry we couldn't eat them. The sauce on the chicken was not good. The lamb was good, but that's lamb anyway. It takes effort to make it bad. Underneath the meat was rice and fries. The serving plate was very mixed. It was incomprehensible how much of which meat there was and how to divide it. If I had come with a friend, there might have been a discussion about who would eat which meat and how much. I do not recommend. I don't think I will come again.

It was my first visit and definitely not the last. Food was very tasty. We particularly enjoyed the meze. The salad was a bit lost on the plate, but still fresh. The staff was very accommodating. The restaurant was very busy so it was also very loud.

UPDATE: Ursprünglich hatte ich 4 Sterne vergeben, jetzt ist es nur noch einer. Wir sind Stammkunden im Laden, gehen seit 2 Monaten wöchentlich oder mehrmals wöchentlich dahin. Heute war das erste mal, dass wir von meinem Tavuk Grillteller das übrig gebliebene Essen einpacken lassen wollten sowie den Beilagesalat ( Karotten, Weisskraut, Salat). Als mein Mann dies dem Kellner mitteilte, so sagte dieser, dass der Beilagensalat ( welcher sich auf dem Tisch befindet) nicht eingepackt werde ( obwohl dieser noch fast voll war) , dafür wird aber ein Salat für 6 Euro zusätzlich mitverkauft. Zu Hause angekommen, wurde 1. Der Salat auf meinem Grillteller nicht mit eingepackt. 2. Der Beilagensalat, welcher ZUSÄTZLICH berechnet wurde, war 1/3 von der Menge, welche auf dem Tisch war. Zudem ist zu erwähnen, dass es moralisch fraglich ist, weshalb man den Beilagensalat von UNSEREM TISCH nicht einfach mit einpackt, dafür wird angeblich genau der gleiche verkauft ( extra berechnet) und der Salat von unserem Tisch wird dann weggeschmissen ?? Oder wird dem nächsten Kunden serviert und der Laden hat zusätzlich kassiert ! Ich bin richtig enttäuscht von dem Laden, sorry, da werde ich leider keine positives Feedback mehr von mir geben.

Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist schick und sauber, was positiv hervorzuheben ist. Leider war mein Hauptgericht, der Hähnchenspieß, nicht ganz zufriedenstellend. Das Hähnchen war sehr fettig, und ich fand drei Knorpel darin. Geschmacklich war der Hähnchenspieß nicht mein Favorit, da ich schon bessere Varianten in anderen Restaurants probiert habe. Im Vergleich dazu waren die beiden anderen Fleischgerichte, der Kalbsspieß und Adana, in Ordnung. Es ist positiv anzumerken, dass die Vorspeisen aufs Haus ging. Nochmal würde ich da nicht hingehen.

Sehr leckeres und varianten reiches türkisches Frühstücks Buffet. Ich war zum ersten jedoch nicht zum letzten Mal dort.

Trotz unserer stattlichen Gruppe wurde die Bestellung effizient und prompt abgewickelt, was unseren Abend reibungslos gestaltete. Die Köche haben es geschafft, gleichzeitig köstliche Gerichte für alle auf den Tisch zu zaubern. Die Qualität des Essens übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant verdient besondere Erwähnung. Sie war weder zu laut noch zu gedämpft – genau richtig, um angenehme Gespräche zu führen und gleichzeitig die kulinarischen Genüsse zu genießen. Die harmonische Einrichtung trug zusätzlich zur Wohlfühlatmosphäre bei. Insgesamt war es eine rundum gelungene Erfahrung, die unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Das Restaurant beeindruckte von Anfang an mit seiner einladenden Atmosphäre – eine Mischung aus gemütlich und modern. Das Personal zeigte sich äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich, was den Besuch besonders angenehm machte. Die umfangreiche Speisekarte versprach bereits kulinarische Vielfalt, und das Essen hat diese Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Die verschiedenen Gerichte, die wir bestellten, waren nicht nur ansprechend präsentiert, sondern auch geschmacklich hervorragend. Die frischen Zutaten und die gekonnte Zubereitung spiegelten die hohe Qualität der Küche wider. Besonders hervorzuheben waren die aromatischen Gewürze, die den Gerichten eine authentische Note verliehen. Leider gab es eine kleine Unannehmlichkeit bezüglich des Aladin Iskender. Die Nachfrage danach war groß, und es gab keine Schüsseln mehr. Anstelle dessen erhielten wir unser Gericht in einer Aluminium Box. Dies führte dazu, dass das Brot durch die Kondensation leicht aufweichte. Das war bedauerlich und der einzige Minuspunkt während unseres Besuchs. Trotz dieser kleinen Unstimmigkeit war die Gesamterfahrung im Restaurant äußerst positiv. Die Kombination aus angenehmer Atmosphäre, freundlichem Service und köstlichem Essen macht dieses Restaurant zu einer klaren Empfehlung. Mit 4,5 Sternen würde ich gerne wiederkommen und auch anderen empfehlen, diese kulinarische Adresse zu entdecken.

Schönes Restaurant Für Familien , Dinner , Frühstück und mittagessen. Kellner sind immer schön am lächeln und nachdem unfassbar gutem essen werden von den Kellner ein Tee aufs Haus angeboten. Ein wirklich sehr freundliches familiäres Ambiente. Preis Leistungsverhältnis komplett angemessen. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend nur hat man abends etwas pech das es länger dauern könnte bis man einen tisch bekommt da der laden immer gut gefüllt ist

Das Essen war sehr lecker, fanden nur die Pizza nicht lecker. Wir wurden von Göktug bedient und er war wirklich sehr aufmerksam, sehr freundlich und professionell. Die Musik war für meinem Geschmack zu laut. Ich mag das generell nicht beim essen, wenn die Musik so aufgedreht wird, was leider in vielen türkischen Restaurant der Fall ist.

Alles super schmeckt auch gut Service Personal super nett freundlich
