I won't go there again. After careful consideration and putting my (justified) complaints in writing, I tried to talk to management about it. January 2025. Criticism wasn't their strong suit. I was ultimately asked to leave. The greeting was borderline. We briefly considered going somewhere else. First, we were asked what we wanted to drink. Since I didn't yet know what I was ordering, I also didn't know what to drink with it. We made a blanket decision in advance. There were problems with the order. The wrong salad was brought, and the waitress brought a very unpleasant cloud of cigarette smoke to the table. The steak wasn't the size we ordered for either of us. In our opinion, mine was not medium, but rather well done. Mayo from the packet and herb butter were not included in the price. On a positive note, I can report that the pizza rolls with herb butter served at the beginning were very tasty. Despite these circumstances, I still left a small tip at the end. It's a shame about my time and effort spent on my review. Unfortunately, they didn't take it seriously and responded unprofessionally. To date, I haven't been contacted. I can't recommend such a dining experience to anyone.

We had a fantastic culinary day at Pfefferkorn NY Steakhouse on Lake Phoenix! With the lovely, sunny weather, we opted for a table outside - just perfect to enjoy the sun. After placing our order, it didn't take long for our food to be served. We chose a hamburger and a schnitzel, and I can say that we really enjoyed it! The food came to the table hot and you could immediately taste the good quality of the meat. Our server was also super friendly and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We also found the price-performance ratio to be absolutely reasonable. Delicious food, bright sunshine and the beautiful view of Lake Phoenix – what more could you want? We'll definitely be back!

My son and I recently dined at Hanedan. Beforehand there was delicious toasted bread with dip. Our selected dishes were both very tasty, the meat was on point, and the portions were really big enough. The service was friendly and discreet in the background. We'd love to come back.

Freshly prepared, flavorful dishes and extremely attentive service – the Grillhouse impresses all around. The meat specialties are simply unbeatably delicious, and the service is always friendly. A visit is absolutely worth it!

Hungry after a walk along the Rhine, we discovered the Picasso restaurant. I had the skirt steak from the lunch menu with a baked potato and a mixed salad. The meat was buttery soft, the baked potato was perfectly cooked and very tasty with the sour cream. Next time I'm in Düsseldorf, I know where I'll eat again.

Always worth a visit. The food is wonderful, seasoned to perfection and simply very tasty. Inside it is elegant and cozy, outside you can enjoy sun and shade with a view of the Ruhr. The service is A1. And at lunchtime there is a wonderful starter soup. Thank you!

The food was good, but I couldn't find the extra herb butter and for €4.50 I think it's a rip-off and the baked potato with sour cream and the whole sauce was almost just hanging on the aluminum foil. Maybe serve it separately
