Ordering process was pretty confusing but I figured it out.

I went to the store at 11 p.m. and it took 30 minutes until I could order. Then of course there were no more cookies, ok that might be understandable at that time. I couldn't order a salad either, so of course I only had to order it to go because of the long waiting time - a catastrophic experience.

The BMT I ordered was inedible and tasted spoiled... This borders on bodily harm and is absolutely unacceptable... The store should perhaps be inspected by the food inspection office...

The employees seem to be nice, but they have no idea how to top a sub. The portion or amount of ingredients that go on the sub are far too small and they cut corners. Unfortunately, the sub just tastes like salad because they are simply stingy with the meat.

Since switching to these digital ordering systems, nothing seems to be working anymore. Everything is full and it's way too narrow. You can hardly stand and nothing is organized anymore. The personal service that I previously valued has also been lost. It's a shame because the team is really great!

In fact, we order more often and one thing really bothers me. Apparently there is an employee there who can't even cut the sandwich evenly. The last time the sandwich arrived, it was much thicker on one side and cut completely crooked. I'm sorry, but who can't cut a sandwich? This is what a child can do. The person should be properly trained. Otherwise it always tasted good and everything went well. It's just these differences in quality depending on the shift that bother me.

I don't normally give Subway reviews here, but this time I have to. After thousands of Subway sandwiches in my life, today was the worst experience ever. The employee with reddish hair doesn't understand 90% of the order. At least she was polite. But the blonde employee shot the bird. Extremely long, glued-on fingernails combined with hygiene gloves? Not possible in this industry at all. But she should know. And turning off Subway's own music system and listening to the most anti-social hip hop you can imagine extremely loudly on the JBL box just shows that she doesn't take her job seriously. My sandwich tasted bad this time. Very bad. And I've been sick to my stomach for half an hour. Although my stomach can actually handle pretty much anything. But that doesn't surprise me - all the vegetables look like they've been there for days. Incorrectly cut, often much too large pieces and generally all vegetables are so contaminated with those from the next “compartment” that just looking at them makes you sick. The fact that all the doors in the store were open, which meant it was extremely cold and hundreds of drink bottles were spread across the room, was left out. All in all, the franchise really needs to clean up its act here. This is an absolute disgrace. Edit: I was stupid enough to go out to eat there again today. The BMT salami tasted EXTREMELY rancid. What's worse is that the lady behind the counter served all the customers with the same gloves. Stuffed cash in the till, scratched my head, filled the sandwich. Super disgusting.

Very good food. The place is very well maintained and you have to wait a very short time before you can order. I'll be back!
