Stylish hotel, perfect location, chilled atmosphere, super great and long breakfast (until 1:00 p.m.), roof top sauna, very courteous staff. A stay is definitely recommended!!!
The treatment is bad. Most of the visitors are angry. Most of the requests are not correct and they take a lot of time. I give them zero stars. I do not advise anyone to visit them.
The food was very good, for me next time it has to be the senior schnitzel, that was just way too powerful. The drinks prices in particular are really too expensive.

The service is great and the cuisine is first class! 👍🏻 we felt very, very comfortable ❤️ ...definitely even more beautiful in summer! Although the weather was really bad when we visited, we still enjoyed driving the 95 kilometers to stop off here
This café is beautifully located right in the countryside and on the Elbe. Parking is not a problem. Due to a lack of staff, the opening times have been adjusted. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be enough, because the service was heavily overloaded and stressed: no overview of free and reserved places, very long waiting times for orders and payment. This rather spoiled the otherwise nice atmosphere.
I've been going there regularly twice a week for 1.5 years. I didn't find any defects. A great continuity. Hygiene, taste and friendliness are always as they should be. Thank you.
For more than 2 months now I was looking forward to getting to know the belly of Kiel with my girlfriend.
Now the time had come today.
After a nice day trip, I wanted to end the evening with a nice meal.
Unfortunately, this didn't turn out quite as we had imagined.
When we arrived at the restaurant we were warmly welcomed and shown to the table.
As we sat there, we immediately noticed the enormous noise that could be heard from our fellow guests.
This is most likely due to a very poor acoustic system in the room and this makes it impossible to have a relaxed conversation...
We ordered bruscetta as a starter, fried sea bream in one piece and beef fillet with a side dish as the main course.
Apparently not quite an hour, but it felt like a long time, we waited for the main course, and at a certain point the waiter, who was initially nice, said: “The food is coming soon”.
He then had to say this a second time because “immediately” took a little longer.
So I had the feeling that the service staff also noticed because the whole thing took a little too long.
The sea bream turned out very well, but the fillet (ordered medium) was still very raw on my plate.
I had this sent back and was only able to start my dish when my friend was already half finished.
When I asked the waiter about the lack of service this evening, it was very surprisingly disputed and not registered as such at all and unfortunately this would have ended in a discussion...
However, I found it really impudent that I now had to justify the obvious and then left with my friend after the bill, without saying anything else and with great disappointment.
Overall, the quality of the food is very good and of good value, but a few things went wrong for us and I find it absurd to explain myself for the obvious bad service that I received.
Something like that is simply not appropriate in a somewhat more upscale restaurant.
After all, just under €80.00 without tip for two main courses and a starter with 3 drinks.
Anywhere else we would have been happier with €50.
Hopefully just one of a few isolated cases.
The first and last time for us, what a shame.
