Dimi the Greek in Kiel

We were served immediately. Our food arrived within a reasonable time. The lemonades are amazing. Unfortunately, my husband's meat was already cold. We mentioned this to the server, and she was super accommodating. We ordered another drink and a small portion of fries, which we received for free. Now that's what I call excellent service. If we're ever in Kiel again, we'll be happy to stop by.

Today was my third time eating there. We were very, very satisfied the two times before. Today, unfortunately, it was terrible! We ordered two kiddie boxes and a chicken gyro plate. When we were ordering, the man said he didn't have any toys for the kiddie boxes. Okay, the kids were disappointed, but we could accept that. We ended up with two absolutely unlovable boxes – no dressing on the burger, as I said, no toys (we knew that), and no balloons either. The fries box was only 1/3 full. The gyros on the adult plate were just greasy and absolutely not tasty, and the Metaxa sauce was cold. After asking if everything was okay, the kids were given two Capri Suns as compensation. I've rarely been so disappointed and annoyed after a restaurant visit. We will definitely not be going back to this place in the future.

Sometimes they close at 7 p.m., and the kitchen is cold or you don't get served at all. And when I did get something, it was a relatively small portion. Not recommended.

Unfortunately, service and friendliness aren't a priority for the staff here. While you get the menu quickly and your drinks are also quickly ordered, there's virtually no service after that. No one asks if everything is okay or if you'd like a drink. The staff unfortunately seems unmotivated. The food was okay, but unfortunately, the fries were cold, and the other dishes were also only lukewarm. However, since no staff came to us, we couldn't point this out. We are very disappointed.

You're ignored and get no attention from the waitress... she should find a new job. I can't recommend it.

Dimi the Greek is a restaurant in the City Park shopping center. Unfortunately, I wasn't served even after a long wait, so I left. It's a shame, because I was really hungry for some Greek food. The seats were comfortable, and I'll definitely go back next time.

Food was cold, and we waited more then 50 minutes for 3 gyros and 3 drinks. Quite unacceptable… Not coming back.

We were there a long time ago, and the food was very bad... Today we wanted to give it another chance, but after 40 minutes, we left hungry. The waitresses preferred to chat, and our food was completely forgotten. As a thank you, we even had to pay €10 for our drinks. From now on: Never again!!! There are too many really good restaurants for that.

Hello, My partner and I went to eat here at Citti Park today because we were really hungry. We both ordered a veggie burger and a variety of drinks. I'd like to emphasize how attentive and courteous the staff is. The strawberry spritz I ordered was a bit too sweet, and just by looking at me, a friendly member of staff noticed this and asked if everything was okay and refilled my drink. Thank you! The food was also quick, hot, and delicious. I'd happily come back here and would happily recommend it.

We left the restaurant after seven minutes because, although there were employees present, no one checked us in. It was a shame, because, as far as I could tell, we were the only customers at that moment. It was a shame.

Seems to be a cross between a restaurant and a cafeteria. If you want to sit and eat, you'll have to pay significantly more. (We paid over 20 euros for a gyro and only realized later that day that something was wrong. That's not right.)

So disappointed! I went out to eat with three children and thought, "Great, my burger is cold, but I won't let it go back or everyone will have to wait." My son didn't eat much, no wonder the sweet potato fries were soggy. Honestly, the quality was fast-food-like, and the quantities were absolutely outrageous considering the prices. The waitress asked what kind of dip I wanted with the fries. I assumed something was included... nope, just dry, according to her! 4.30 for Metaxa on top... I complained, but unfortunately, all I got was pure arrogance. The waitress was beyond unfriendly, with zero acceptance of the complaint... she just bought it off with "Have a nice day"... snotty in the middle of a conversation! Super disappointing... and they even calculated it.

Old gyros, very poor quality. Food was cold. My burger was also relatively cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. But the tzatziki was delicious. But for this negative quality, these are pretty steep prices.

The food was again really tasty today (January 30th around 4:00 p.m.) and recommended. However, we had less luck with the female waiter, she was rude and arrogant. It seemed like it was unreasonable for them to have to serve the guests. By the way, this experience is new for us, so far the service has been just as good as the food.

The gyros was overly fatty, the meat was tough, the bifteki was barely cooked, the coleslaw was swimming in oil, and the rice was over-seasoned.

The gyro was very greasy and cold. The bifteki was dry and also cold. For four people with a drink each, it cost just under €90. This was my first and last time there, and I don't recommend it. The service was very difficult to understand, and politeness was relative.

So everything was great, the staff was very nice, they just seemed annoyed. The food was great, but the prices were steep. Yes, I know everything's getting more expensive, that's what everyone says. But that's why I rarely go anywhere anymore. I just have to do what I can to avoid supporting it. Sorry, but see you later.

Gyros Pita to go - never again.

So, I'm back after about a year. Today we're having burgers. They were delicious, as always!

Danger!!! The reviews of this gastronomic offer are influenced. The menu says directly that you should rate the restaurant on Google.com in order to receive a 10% discount on your bill. Some people probably don't dare to write their honest opinion because the 10% discount can be quite tempting given the high prices. The price-performance ratio is not appropriate for the Citti Park. It's very busy, loud depending on the time of day, and people are constantly walking past the dining area because it's in the middle of Citti Park. Regarding the portions: The portions are rather small, so that as an adult you will hardly be full. The food wasn't really prepared, but it was tasty. In addition, the staff was unfortunately not particularly friendly. Better go to the Citti restaurant/café to eat. It is significantly cheaper there, there is a large selection and the food is prepared quickly. The ambience there is less appealing and there is no table service, but in my opinion “Dimi the Greek” is not worth the large surcharge, especially if you have to wait 50 minutes for your food.

Delicious food with great spices and unique taste. However, I find the prices to be reasonable, which is why we rarely go there. Despite the heavy customer traffic, you sit comfortably "isolated" in a cordoned off area where you can eat your food in peace and have conversations without anyone looking at your plate.

We ate there twice, both times mine was returned because the meat was cold. The meat was very gristly and fatty. The taste wasn't really convincing either. How the store managed to survive for so long is a mystery to me!

Unfortunately that was nothing, just a really bad Gyros Pita. The meat was cut way too thick, just fat, no cabbage or salad, freshly made but only lukewarm, and no typical taste. After four bites, I threw the pita away because I was just biting into fatty meat and burping it. Very unfortunate.

My pita was on a plate and the fries next to it. With a 0.4 cola it was a whopping €18.20!! Bottomless impudence from the service! If the fries are outside the pita, it will be expensive! Absolute impudence. Bought a gyro box for €8.40 and received less than a children's portion. It's unbelievable. It feels like half of it is just coleslaw. Next time I want to eat to go, I'll go somewhere else.

The service is friendly, but the portions are WAY too expensive for what is delivered. We had fries, kiddie boxes, a baked potato and cheeseburgers with sweet potato fries. All burgers were bone dry. Sauce? A little blob. Nobody really liked it. Won't go there anymore either. It's a shame, that was better.

There were really few fries and no side salad or anything. Simply the burger and a few fries. The cheese was fried quite hard, the meat was an average ready-made patty and a lettuce leaf and a tomato. Really nothing special, but as I said, okay. The waiter was very unobtrusive, but also seemed unmotivated and just mumbled his phrases. But he was friendly, did his job and that was okay too. Hence the overall impression: okay. Really nothing special, neither in terms of taste nor anything else.

Nice little restaurant with Greek dishes and burgers

To be honest, that was nothing today... the food wasn't hot... as we ordered and after 4 minutes we felt our food was served at the table 🤔. We had chicken gyros with fries, coleslaw and tzatziki. That Unfortunately, the best thing was the 0.33 l Cola and Mezzo Mix from the glass bottle. We were really looking forward to delicious gyros... but unfortunately we didn't get that. We had a stomach ache all afternoon... it's a real shame. Guests Those who wanted to order something to take away (to go) were ignored at all, so they left again... strangely, there was nothing going on there. Okay, if you eat there, everything is more expensive. Our conclusion!! The first time we ate there was great, today it was a real disappointment...We won't be eating there again so quickly.

It should be clear that the meat content shouldn't have been smaller to be noticed... plus a touch of fries - unfortunately everything was lukewarm. I also gratinated gyros. Despite the sauce, the gratinated gyro meat was dry and not cut into small pieces, as you would expect from a good Greek. The portion casserole dish resembled a dessert bowl and was filled like that. The children each had a kiddy box - the presentation was great. There was a gift. But here too there was so little meat that there was no flavor in the large roll. A portion of fries is sufficient for very small ones - from about 6 onwards it's definitely not enough. While clearing away the question came: “Is everything OK?” We said “Not really” It continued to be cleared away and that was it.

The Santorini plate was bomb! The bifteki is pretty good. Delicious feta, good gyros and best of all: there's no skimping on the tzatziki and you don't have to save money. Tip top! The plate is rounded off with very well-seasoned coleslaw and thick, potato-like fries. Considering the location, the price is also completely reasonable. My wife also really liked the baked chicken. Definitely 5 stars!

I ordered a beer. Two half-full glasses were already there. Who knows how long. I saw one of the half-full glasses being filled with fresh beer and another glass being swirled back and forth to create the head of foam. I wanted a freshly tapped one!!!! P.S.
