Best restaurant to eat fish, very nice operators, reasonable prices

Compared to the fancy French fry shop run by a TV chef across the water, you immediately feel welcome here. And the dishes you get here are at least as good as on the other side of the Trave. Fresh fish fried to perfection with feeling, served with fried potatoes from the large pan and a good handful of fresh salad - a poem. And all of this at moderate prices too.

Great little fish restaurant, unfortunately I walked past it for years! Now the second time I've been there, the first time there was Labskaus unfortunately only once a month, it was delicious and a good portion could have been a little more for me! U this year the fish plate was also great, I think everything you get there! We had a wonderful fish soup with plenty of large and small additions, I took the small one as a starter both times, a must try and great price! Be sure to book a table in advance if you want to go at the usual dinner times at lunchtime and in the evening. I did it that way, ideally one day in advance. I experienced how several guests wanted to book a table for the evening but everything was already fully booked! Although there is always plenty to do both years, the same and nice, friendly service! It's also nice to sit outside with a direct view of the water

Small but so nice 👌🏻 We six friends had reserved a table and that was good. A very tasty fish soup first, then a mega delicious fish plate “Peters”, absolutely recommended. A nice restaurant and super nice service, we would love to come back 👍🏻🤩 The six friends from Lüneburg, Kisdorf and Kaltenkirchen. Update October 18, 2024 and it tastes so delicious 😋 Fish soup 👌🏻 Mixed fish plate 👏🏻 Peter’s special with shrimp 🤌🏻 Clear recommendation and the six of us from Kisdorf, Kaltenkirchen and Lüneburg would be happy to come back.

So it wasn't restaurant quality: the plaice had of course been frozen and thawed beforehand. Accordingly dry. Also burnt on one side. The crabs on the plaice are ice cold. The salad: iceberg lettuce with corn (!) with ready-made salad sauce. This is what ready-made kitchen looks like. Only the view and the beautiful seat on the Trave fit. Too bad 😢

Ate at Lütt Hus for the first time 4 years ago. We loved it so much that we had dinner there 5 times in one week. 4 years later the food is just as delicious. The only thing not everyone likes is the ambience. Spartag furnishings that are more reminiscent of a snack bar than an excellent fish restaurant. When on holiday in Lübeck or Travemünde, the Lütt Hus is a must!!!!

If you want to eat fresh fish at reasonable prices, Lütt Hus is the right place for you. We keep coming back and are always thrilled. Service is very friendly and always ready to have fun. The beer liqueur for digestion is a must. Absolutely top.

Excellent restaurant with first class dishes. The menu is rather small, like all top restaurants. Without a reservation you have no chance of getting a free table. The prices are not really in line with the market. With this quality, significantly higher prices would be appropriate. In my opinion, money is being left behind here. The customers can be happy.

I'm not really into fish, but there's no getting around it here. Super tasty and super fresh. Friendly staff who try very hard to make the impossible possible, even if it feels fully booked.

Einrichtung und Bestuhlung vermitteln nicht den Eindruck eines Restaurants, eher einer Kneipe, einfach, etwas schmuddelig. Toiletten mitten im Gastraum verströmen einen unangenehmen Geruch, mit dem Fischgeruch eine eklige Geruchsmischung. Einfache Gerichte, Salate aus der Tüte, Salate werden von einem süssen Fertigdressing ertränkt, welke und faule Teile im Salat. Kartoffelsalat aus dem „Eimer“, i einem Fertigdressing ertränkt, schon der Anblick ist nicht appetitanregend. Die gebratenen Heringe waren zu lange in der Pfanne , sehr dunkel und trocken (zu Tode gebraten). Nicht zu empfehlen!

Very nice little restaurant. Impossible to get a seat in the late afternoon/evening without a reservation. We once had redfish with potatoes and a small side salad and the only non-fishy dish, Wiener schnitzel with fried potatoes and also a small salad. Both were very tasty and the value for money was absolutely right. Can recommend the restaurant.

A real recommendation! The food is very tasty and freshly prepared, so be patient. It is also advisable to reserve in advance. My personal recommendation is the mix plate with different fillets of fish. I think the portion size is just right for the price and for your hunger. The staff is super relaxed and friendly and fresh. We'll be back, gladly.

First of all, we spontaneously got a place despite full reservations. Thank you very much for that. As the name suggests, it is a very small, fine fish restaurant. The taste of the food was 1a. Very tasty and plentiful. We had the whole plaice. Staff was great too. The only things to complain about are the size and the cramped toilets. Otherwise tip top.

You should just reserve in advance, otherwise you probably won't get a seat, the Lütt Hus isn't very big. Drinks prices are also very moderate. We've already eaten there twice and will be repeat offenders tomorrow evening. If there were more restaurants like this, it would be really nice, because the guest is still king.

The only shop/restaurant on the promenade that doesn't just want to take money out of tourists' pockets. They want the guest to come back and feel comfortable. The staff is very nice and accommodating with the typical North Baltic Sea schnack...(dialect)...the fish rolls are also freshly prepared in front of you, are very tasty and €3.50 are completely fine...
