We had three things as a starter, ox cheeks and fried liver and black pudding with fried potatoes as the main course. We haven't eaten something so delicious for a long time. The ox cheeks were so tender that a knife was almost unnecessary. The taste of the liver and black pudding was outstanding. This is still an old craft prepared with love. We stayed here for 2 days in connection with a visit to the area and a visit to the Christmas market. Perfect location, quiet and peaceful area, walking distance to everything happening. Newly renovated and great rooms and the hotel in general also very good, very good beds. Fantastic and friendly hosts with very good service and openness. Breakfast is served in a very good and personal way in the restaurant. Highly recommended and a must experience.

Rustic restaurant with very charming innkeepers. You can still see parts of the old prison. The food is simple and without any fuss, but very tasty. The menu is rather small, but leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to schnitzel variants, there are a few regional and seasonal dishes. However, if necessary, you should reserve a table in advance.

After the Christmas cellar market, we had schnitzel there with 8 people. It was okay, good and the price was right too. I find all 0.5 drinks over 5 euros to be a bit exaggerated. The service was also good, you can go there again.

We were there for breakfast, there was a delicious little buffet for €17. This included tea, cocoa, coffee, orange juice and sparkling wine. Highly recommended..

The beer was lukewarm and therefore undrinkable. The service was poor, the communication with us was very short and grumpy. By the way, the atmosphere outside is great!
