Landhaus am Ufer in Traben-Trarbach

We stopped in after a hike through the vineyards. Fantastic home-style cooking in a very pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended. Absolutely delicious. Thank you very much.

The restaurant has a great ambience thanks to the beautiful outdoor area. Located directly on the Moselle, very quiet and no annoying traffic. There are sufficient parking spaces available. Service and food is very good and arrived quickly, very inexpensive! An absolute recommendation for both cyclists and motorized tourists. Really good!

Looking for a relaxing place, well-kept accommodation and good cuisine, we found what we were looking for here. The statements on the homepage are sincere, honest and correspond to the facts. Ms. Milferstädt and Mr. Michels live for what they do. We had a very well-kept room and decided without further ado to let our taste buds be pampered there in the evening. We had three things as a starter, ox cheeks and fried liver and black pudding with fried potatoes as the main course. We haven't eaten something so delicious for a long time. The ox cheeks were so tender that a knife was almost unnecessary. The taste of the liver and black pudding was outstanding. This is still an old craft prepared with love. The two of us ate here. Very friendly welcome. We hadn't reserved a table but still got a seat on the side. The back steak “Wolfer Mönche style” was very good. We'll be back. We were there again in 2024. It was just as good as last year. The rump steak was super tender. The service was very nice, even though it was packed. Thank you for the lovely evening.

We took a short vacation for 5 days in the country house on the shore. We had a large and clean room. We had a large selection at breakfast and it was always a good start to the day. The food in the restaurant was exceptionally good. All I can say is that we felt very comfortable and it certainly wasn't the last time we were there. J.u.A. H

If you don't know where to eat in the Wolf district of Traben-Trarbach, I recommend the Landhaus am Ufer. I had a wonderful meal in a lovely atmosphere. When I asked twice to bring me a new beer because a wasp had fallen into my drunken beer, the succinct answer was to get the wasp out. But only 4 stars for the service. Here's a little appendix: I ate here for the third time today. I can only recommend the “grandmother-style” beef roulade that I ordered. So if you eat at the "Landhaus am Ufer", you should definitely order the beef roulade "grandmother style". I'm thrilled.

We ate in the restaurant outside in the summer garden. It's a very cozy atmosphere, nice and quiet, parking is available free of charge. The service is great, the food is fresh and the ingredients come from local producers and the herbs come from our own garden. You can taste it! Be sure to reserve! We reserved a table again straight away :)

We went to the restaurant. Delicious food, so tasty that we came back again the next day. Just the main course is a big meal. Everything is tasty, meat, fish, bratkartoffelen, fries, we had nothing to complain about. Friendly staff, tasty food, good wines. The owner is in the kitchen and the owner is always nearby or helps with the service. If we are in the area again we will definitely go back

The hotel with a view of the Moselle, it couldn't be better. Nice house, rooms big and clean. Operator and staff very nice and helpful. Food just fantastic. Breakfast lovingly prepared and sufficient. Here it's the many little things that make up the hotel: the bottle of water with glasses, enough towels, thermos coffee at breakfast, freshly prepared eggs. No wish remains unfulfilled. Hotel is quiet. Everything can be reached quickly from here by bike. We felt very comfortable. Thank you.

Nice atmosphere, we were greeted and served very nicely. The food was super tasty and the schnitzel is still pounded and prepared in the pan. There was nothing to complain about.

Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe zum Besuch des Wein-nachts-markt in Traben-Trarbach dort untergebracht. Ausnahmsweise nur eine Übernachtung - ansonsten minimum 2. Hatten alle 7 DZ belegt. Vom Buchungsprozess über die Begrüßung/Übernachtung bis hin zum schmackhaften Frühstücksbuffet, einfach perfekt. Hervorragende Gastgebende. Die neuen, individuell gestalteten Zimmer, sind sehr geräumig und dennoch gemütlich. Insgesamt ein Haus, was einen unverwechselbaren Charme am Ufer der Mosel vermittelt. Zu Fuß an der Mosel entlang sind es ca. 45 Minuten nach Traben-Trarbach, per Bus ca. 10 Minuten. Die Haltestelle ist 200m vom Hotel entfernt.

Sehr schönes Gasthaus mit top Lage an der Mosel. Die Zimmer sind sehr schick eingerichtet und geräumig. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zum Abend haben wir im angrenzenden Restaurant sehr gut gegessen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich.

Das Essen war ganz hervorragend! Sowohl die Vorspeise, das Kartoffelwalnussbrot mit Knoblauchdip und Oliven, als auch unsere Hauptgerichte, Steak nach Art der Wolfer Mönche und Wildschweinnacken gefüllt, waren wirklich lecker und sehr gut portioniert. Der Service war auch sehr freundlich. Leider waren wir zu spät, um nochmal zu reservieren. Also rechtzeitig anrufen, um einen Tisch zu bekommen.

Wir waren abends hier Essen.... also was ich sagen muss... das Essen ist der absolute Hammer. Ich wüsste nicht wann ich das letzte Mal so gut, frisch zubereitet und mit regionalen Zutaten hergestellt Speisen gegessen habe. Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung. Bitte weiter so!!! Wenn wir in der Nähe sind kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder. Schönes Ambiente, nette Bedienung, Gastfreundschaft und Gastlichkeit pur ... Absolute Empfehlung!!!

Super Essen. Muß man einkehren wenn man hier ist.

Am Eingang zum Garten wurden wir freundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass wir nur draußen sitzen können, da im Innenbereich zwei große Feierlichkeiten sind und wir mit einer längeren Wartezeit rechnen müssen, bis die Speisen kommen. Trotzdem haben wir uns entschieden, dort einen Platz zu nehmen. Wir waren positiv überrascht, dass das Essen nach einer normalen Wartezeit schon kam (15-20 Minuten). Wir haben mit einer Stunde gerechnet. Das Essen (Cordon-Bleu mit Bratkartoffeln) war vorzüglich, die Weinempfehlung der Bedienung hat auch super gepasst, das Ambiente war sehr schön und die Bedienung war super-super-freundlich. Dafür, dass die Kraft normalerweise nur einmal in der Woche arbeitet und nur wegen Erkrankung einer anderen Kraft eingesprungen ist, macht sie ihre Arbeit phantastisch. So ein freundliches Personal habe ich noch selten erlebt. Trotz viel Arbeit nahm sie sich für alle Gäste ausreichend Zeit und war immerzu freundlich. Falls der Chef das lesen sollte: Es handelt sich um eine jüngere Frau mit Brille, die am 07.10.23 abends gearbeitet hat. Hut ab für so eine Kraft.

Sehr guter Landgasthof an der Mosel. Tolles Ambiente im ganzen Haus. Sehr gutes Frühstück und tolles Abendlokal mit leckeren Gerichten. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Schweinesteak nach Art der Mönche. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.

Zum Strassenfest, wie es früher hiess, heute Höfe Hopping....., Essen war sehr gut, draussen gesessen ....sehr nett

Haben schon besser gegessen: Schnitzel war ziemlich versalzen (für meinen Geschmack), kam nicht aus der Pfanne, sondern aus der Friteuse. Personal war nicht sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. War vermutlich zu viel Betrieb. Haben zur Vorspeise zusätzlich ein Stück Brot nachbestellt, was extra in Rechnung gestellt wurde. Insgesamt keine Empfehlung.

Das Essen war regional, saisonal und frisch zubereitet. Der Service war freundlich und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung. Reservierungen sind vorher sinnvoll, wenn man einen Platz im Garten haben möchte :)

Ruhiger , kleiner Ort direkt an der Mosel gelegen.

Wir waren vor zwei Jahren schon einmal hier und es schmeckt immer noch so lecker wie damals. Ein perfektes Essen mit Genuss für den Gaumen. Absolut zu empfehlen, Preis-Leistung top. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine sehr schön gelegene Location. Sehr netter Service. Der Koch (Chef !!!) war ein bisschen brummelig, aber das Essen einfach super lecker. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Ein sehr hübsches historisches Haus mit liebevoller Bedienung und exzellenter Küche. Unsere Gruppe von 12 Leuten war super zufrieden .

Für einen kleinen Gruppenausflug gebucht, es war eine sehr schöne Woche. Das Hotel nahm immer Rücksicht und erfüllte all unsere Wünsche. Der Service war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Uns hat das Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen a la Card) geschmeckt. Obwohl Abends der Biergarten immer proppenvoll war wurden wir sehr gut bedient.

Wir kommen schon seit ca. 10 Jahren ins Landhaus und fühlen uns hier sehr wohl. Alles ist sehr harmonisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Seit einigen Jahren wird auch ein Restaurantbetrieb im Haus geführt. Auch dort ist es hervorragend und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Wir bleiben Stammgäste!
