Premiere visit with an absolutely positive surprise. Nice quick friendly service. Attractively prepared dishes, very tasty. The home-made French fries are particularly recommended. Gladly again. Now we were back there at a considerable distance and were sobering up. As is often the case here: smaller portions for the same price. That's such a shame. In addition, the homemade fries were no longer available. Service was top again.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and we weren't disappointed—quite the opposite. We would eat here again anytime. Delicious food and generous portions. Very friendly staff. There's no long wait for the food, and it's served hot. The value for money can't be beat.

Why this hotel has four stars is a mystery to me. It's really very, very old and spartanly furnished. The walkway to the rooms is really awful, and so is the terrace. The man at the reception at least acts as if we were the first guests to check in, and we asked the man down at the pool how to turn on the counter-current system, but he just said he didn't know his way around. Even though we booked with a child, there were no towels for the child.

Beautiful beer garden (mostly self-service) and actually quite friendly staff. Due to staff shortages, the menu is currently limited. Salad, schnitzel, currywurst. Occasionally, that's enough, so when we visited the beer garden on Friday, we told the staff to come back for dinner on Saturday. When we tried to reserve a specific table for 6:30 p.m. today, they said they couldn't accept any more reservations. Why didn't they tell us this the evening before so we could have reserved a table then? Especially since we're guests of the monastery and there are no comparable restaurant alternatives within walking distance. Poor and customer-unfriendly organization. Hence only 2 stars.

A very clean and cozy little restaurant. The service was very friendly. The food was all freshly prepared. The mixed appetizer platter was excellent. The three of us ate the grill platter for two. Highly recommended.

The service was very slow, we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes after ordering. The food arrived cold and the meat was burnt! my first and last visit!!
