Great service. Even though we were greeted in German, we were helpen in English as soon as they heard we did not speak it very well. Friendly staff and fast service. Food was great, good portion size and the fries were perfectly fried. Highly recommend when in the area for a hike and in need of a calorie dense meal to recharge!

The price was okay. We were there for a birthday dinner, but we didn't think the food was good. Some people got stomach aches. We waited over an hour for the food. Drinks took 45 minutes. We don't recommend this restaurant. And the service was overwhelmed.

We were there for the first time a few days ago and were thrilled. The schnitzels are amazing and definitely fill you up. The other dishes were also very tasty. The service was very friendly, young, and enthusiastic. The kids even got a sweet treat at the end. Cool beer brands, including Pülleken. We'll definitely be back.

We ordered food and can't say anything about the rest. The food arrived very promptly and was very well packaged, and also hot. The burgers were excellent, and the schnitzel was very good. The fries were soggy and unseasoned, with no salt. Given the prices, we had hoped for a bit more, as you had to order the side dishes separately, and that's quite expensive. All in all, it was good.

I ate at this restaurant today with a large group, and unfortunately, the visit was very disappointing. First, we had to wait over 1.5 hours for our food, which is really long. When the food finally arrived, the quality was poor. The salad was poorly prepared and tasted watery with herbs. The steak, which we ordered well done, had to be returned three times because it was rare, medium rare, but not well done. The sauce we ordered was forgotten and only brought to our table after repeated requests. The service was also mediocre. The waitresses showed little understanding for our complaints. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory visit!

Since I arrived a little later in a group, I didn't receive a menu despite asking, so there was nothing to eat. However, the non-alcoholic wheat beer was warm. When I ordered my second drink, they didn't bring a glass, but rather slammed the even warmer bottle onto the table. The food that fell from the group's plate or from the not-so-fresh salad plate onto the table wasn't wiped down. We took a napkin wrapped in cutlery from the neighboring table and cleaned the table ourselves. The service staff, who have been employed there for a long time, is abysmal. Their service is unacceptable. I won't be visiting this restaurant again for a long time. I had to give it one star; 0 stars is not an option. PS: When the boss isn't there, nothing works!

The Flösser Stube Oker is offering a great schnitzel promotion this week, where each schnitzel only costs €11.11. So I reserved a table for yesterday evening. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was also served quickly. Schnitzel with cream mushrooms: The two schnitzels were good and tender. The creamed mushrooms had a good consistency. The fried potatoes with onions were very good. 🥔🧅 For my personal taste I had to season it a bit with salt and pepper (it was on the table). But overall very tasty. 😋👍🏻 Broccoli schnitzel: The two schnitzels were good and tender, baked with broccoli and cheese and served with hollandaise sauce. 🥦🧀 The fries were very good and crispy to the point. 🍟 Overall very tasty. 😋👍🏻 small mixed salad plate: The salad consisted of a leaf of romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, cucumber salad, tomatoes, peppers and corn. It was very fresh and dressed with a suitable, light dressing. 👍🏻 For me personally, the portion of iceberg lettuce was a bit too much. Overall, my companion and I were very satisfied with our visit to the restaurant yesterday. For her it was the first visit, for me it was the third visit and my first time eating schnitzel (which I would definitely have here again). We'd love to come back if we get the chance. 😊👍🏻

Small, fine restaurant in a rustic atmosphere. Clean, tidy, fast, well maintained, simply perfect. I ate the currywurst, the fries were fresh, the sauce was spicy and the sausage was also really tasty, with a large salad. I'm super happy.

After a strenuous hike, we (my husband and I) refreshed ourselves there. But we reserved a table in advance (luckily, because there were quite a few). The atmosphere is really nice and rustic - really cozy. The service was super nice and relaxed towards us. We had the schnitzel "Niklas", which tasted absolutely delicious and was prepared quickly. The price-performance ratio is also great. Thank you for the delicious food and the great hospitality.

After the change of ownership, we held our company party there. According to prior agreement, we only went bowling for 2 hours to give Dan a direct transition to eating. There was a schnitzel buffet, the food was hot and everything was freshly made and ready on time. There was nothing to complain about. From the salad to the buffet to the aperitif, everything was good. Since we were there with a large group, there was bowling even free on top. Great action!!!!! The service was always friendly and present and did a good job. I can only say gladly again and doesn't give a damn about the other reviews here. Things can always not work out 100 percent because we are all just human.

Very friendly service.....but - the food and the price are no longer comparable to what they used to be! Just under 20 euros for a schnitzel is okay in Hamburg or Berlin - in Oker it's pretty decent....! The taste was better! 2020: Rustically furnished, but we were there to eat - and it was really good! Finally a real schnitzel (2 pieces!) and not ready-made meat on the plate in a restaurant! Plus a really good paprika cream sauce! Nice staff (family business?), fast and friendly, menu well mixed from vegetarian to currywurst specialties to various schnitzels! For us it was a good experience that you don't just have the pizza-pasta-sushi-gyro variant in Goslar! We'll definitely be back!

I was here again for the first time after the change of ownership. Unfortunately, I left the restaurant hungry. The goose leg leg was very small and hard. Unfortunately I only got one dumpling. The red cabbage was good and sufficient. The price was far too high for that. Maybe I was just unlucky with the dish, my husband was relatively happy. The new ambience is much nicer than before. The service is very nice and accommodating!

We often and happily visit the Flösser Stube. Be it to eat, bowl or have fun. The food is super delicious and rich, bowling is great fun and the team is super nice too. With the music box available in the bowling alley you can also have your own party and no one says anything. By the way, you can also celebrate great children's birthdays here. We are always happy to be with you.

We have already given this restaurant several chances. Today we were there for the breakfast buffet. There was very little choice of sausage (only salami and fish) and cheese (no Gouda or similar). The rolls had certainly been baked a second time. They were rock hard and super dark! Egg and bacon (which was as crumbly as the rolls, mind you) arrived 30 minutes after the buffet opened. The coffee was very very watery. New sausage, no cheese!, only came in portions. After just under 40 minutes, a carafe of orange juice and a good 10 glasses were available for almost 50 guests! In addition, after 40 minutes, a different type of sausage was offered to choose from, other than salami or roast beef (or ham?), and two types of bread were also added. The tables were also not cleared of empty coffee pots or dirty plates. All in all a very sobering buffet. For a price of €10 I find it to be poor value for money.

Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars... The breakfast buffet was just sad... Frozen rolls that were simply burnt... the only toppings were salami and cheese (no Edam, butter cheese...) The scrambled eggs were empty within 2-3 minutes and were not refilled after repeated requests. I would advise every customer/visitor not to visit the restaurant.

Today we went to the Floesserstuben Oker for the breakfast buffet. It was a complete disappointment, the coffee was Ploerre, the rolls were hard and not fresh. The orange juice came much too late and so did the eggs and bacon. The selection of sausage was very manageable. Not to mention the cheese. There was a big cheese that you had to cut yourself and everyone touched it with their fingers. Afterwards the fingers were dirty and smelly. If plates were empty, they were delivered very late. No muesli or cornflakes. No bowls for the jam. Everything was very spartan and a boiled egg was also missing. A lot of money was made with little effort. Because for €9.50 you can expect a little more. Not a recommendation for me, we won't be coming back. 😢😫

Service and ambience were very nice. The food was subpar. I'm still amazed at how such simple dishes can be prepared so poorly. It's unbelievable to get a fried schnitzel from a frozen bag given the prices. By the way, it can be recognized by its shape and taste. Husbandry form “Z”. It's so bitter that the animal died for it. How do you, as a chef at a restaurant, come to use this meat? Unfortunately, the cream mushrooms weren't convincing either, and even the fries were poor in taste. The kale was dry and bland, you have to deal with that first. I would have liked to give honest feedback on the spot, but out of consideration for my very elderly father, I choose this forum. It's a real shame because we were thinking about having a family celebration there.

Today we had dinner there with family and friends. None of us are demanding, to say the least. But we've never had such a bad meal: the fried potatoes were undercooked, very light, if at all, "crispy" is a foreign word, no onions, the ham was probably still in the fridge. Very salty! The side salad was decent. It was washed well, the water from cleaning was still visible on the plate, some oil shimmered on a few lettuce leaves, no trace of salad dressing or taste... tasty is something else! The “remoulade” for the 4 pieces of brawn would be excellent for a single-mannered herring. Also in terms of quantity. The schnitzels were good, fries too. But what was missing to the eye was a lettuce leaf, a slice of cucumber or something similar. It would be nice if you had it, then it wouldn't be so difficult to get the dry food down. Schnitzel with brown sauce, again not the salad garnish you get at every rest stop on the motorway. Sorry, also to the Flösser Stuben, but we won't be coming back!! We should have spent the 120 euros in a better restaurant!!! It was an absolute failure...what a shame

Had a meal with 6 people last night. I had a lumberjack steak, tough, tasteless, with fries, not even a bit of salad. My wife had a potato casserole with vegetables, the vegetables were a bit low, generally too dry. Small portions for that Expected a little more money. Our friends weren't satisfied either, some of them weren't full.

The food was very tasty and arrived at the table quickly after ordering. Our dog was also very welcome. We were given a table in a quiet corner and a bowl of water.

We were there again yesterday after the change of ownership. Unfortunately our food didn't come at the same time, the schnitzels were different on both plates. Some were good, others had a completely greasy breading. Unfortunately, the fries were in the deep fryer for too long. We hope it was an exception and will test it again.

We ate here for the first time on Sunday and at fairly short notice with 7 adults and 3 children. Three couples with a voucher book which had been announced beforehand and was accepted. Drinks were taken and came quickly. There were children's chairs and painting materials for the kids...I thought that was great. The food order was then taken. We had ordered three small side salads in advance where only two came. The third was forgotten. Can happen. The food came quickly, unfortunately a main course was missing. Unfortunately, that only came when the first ones were already finished. My dish (hock with sauerkraut and fried potatoes) was great, I don't really like sauerkraut, but the second knuckle eater rated it as good. The fried potatoes would have been fine and I personally didn't like the seasoning. But you can catch up. There was no mustard, but it wasn't asked for afterwards. The Schnitzel Niklas was also ordered twice, one was cold. The other came later and was hot. The unfried bacon on it was considered a shame. The Camembert schnitzel was rated as incompatible with the sauce. The schnitzel with broccoli and hollandaise sauce was great and the turkey breast with the Schupfnudeln was also tasty. From what I saw it wasn't that crowded, but I don't know the size of the place and whether the bowling alley was still occupied. Assuming that the restaurant was as busy as I felt it was, the service was very nice (also known) and tried hard, but gave the impression of being slightly overwhelmed. There were discrepancies in the billing, but these were resolved. At least for us.

We came here after some positive reviews on FB Restauranttester. Actually a very quaint shop. Drinks were brought quickly. We didn't have to wait too long for the food either. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the food today. Schnitzel with onion mushrooms bacon gratinated, hollandaise sauce and fried potatoes. The fried potatoes were not seasoned and cold. Visually you looked good. The schnitzel with breading was about 0.5 cm. The onions and mushrooms were almost raw and the bacon almost looked like it was fresh from the package. Even though it was over-baked, the food was just lukewarm. Unfortunately, the otherwise friendly staff didn't show up so we could complain. Too bad. After eating we were asked if everything was ok. We denied that and also addressed the dirty edges of the plate. We were offered an espresso but declined. There is still a lot of room for improvement. Also on the 9th half a chicken was returned because it was not edible. There was no need to pay either, which was of course a good thing. But if you leave the restaurant hungry... you're definitely not in a positive mood. We keep our fingers crossed that things get better there. It would be a shame if not

We made reservations in good time. After 15 minutes we had our drinks and after another 20 minutes our food. We had schnitzel and they were super tasty and everything was freshly prepared. We'd love to come back.

Drinks arrived quickly, food came together but unfortunately it took a little too long. The price was okay, but the kids' mixed vegetables were only lukewarm, the smoked pork roast was a bit too small at €17.50 and there wasn't enough sauce.

Really stupid here. Really rather medium. By 5:30 p.m. the goulash was gone. I don't feel that way. Sitting outside is also really tough because cars drive past all the time. In between, Fleetwood Mac was playing, which was completely fine. But NDR1 Niedersachsen wasn't set as the radio station, which was a big penalty and that evened it out. Update: we still didn't get any food after 45 minutes. I'm slowly getting depressed, but there's no decent gable here and the spruces are all dead. So it's still okay.

We ate there yesterday with 12 people and had to wait quite a long time for the food. In terms of taste, all the dishes were okay, although the sauce on some plates was almost cold (I told the service about this straight away, but there was no apology, which is a shame). One meal was fried because it wasn't cooked yet... the desserts also took longer waiting for you. Conclusion: I think it will be better if you go there with 2-4 people, but unfortunately the Flösserstube team seems to be a bit overwhelmed with a larger group

We went there with 3 people for the schnitzel days. Price-performance fits. They were real pork schnitzels cut from one piece, not pieces of meat stuck together. In any case you can go again. The only downside was that we couldn't order a second round of drinks because no one asked us.🫣 And we had to wait a relatively long time for the food (almost 45 minutes) even though there weren't many tables occupied that week.
