Müller's Tapas & Steak in Goslar

Delicious, unique, and incredibly cozy! Highly recommended. There were four of us, and we tried a variety of tapas – all delicious. We'd love to come back. The service was absolutely attentive, and the atmosphere was modern and inviting. We'll be back!

The food was delicious and the waiters were really very friendly.

It's difficult to get a table here without a reservation, but the staff spontaneously arranged a table for our party of five. Despite the restaurant being full, we didn't have to wait too long for our food and drinks. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, checking in regularly to make sure everything is alright. The food was excellent. We had filet steaks, aioli, patatas bravas, fries, baked potatoes, crema catalana, and roast beef. Everything was beautifully presented, delicious, and the meat was tender and cooked perfectly. The only slight drawback was the portion of fried onions we ordered as an extra side dish, which was a bit small (maybe half a small onion for €4.80), but it tasted good nonetheless. The restrooms are accessible via a staircase above the restaurant and are therefore not wheelchair accessible. There's a draft at the entrance due to guests constantly opening and closing the door, but a heater has been placed next to it. The wines were also good. We felt completely at ease. Highly recommended.

We were lucky to get a table. It was quite crowded. The welcome was very friendly, and the service was absolutely fantastic throughout the rest of the evening. We ordered the roast beef and the rib-eye steak. Both steaks were cooked to a perfect medium. Even though the restaurant was packed, we didn't have to wait long. Delicious food; we really enjoyed our meal.

Unfortunately, even after 6-7 weeks, no steaks have arrived, for whatever reason. There are other suppliers who offer very high-quality products. But apparently, they don't have the time to deal with them. Their own fault, unfortunately.

A real recommendation! This tapas and steakhouse absolutely delighted us. The warm and inviting atmosphere is immediately noticeable upon entering. The selection of tapas is diverse, and the steak was cooked to perfection – tender and flavorful – a true highlight. Whether for a date, an evening with friends, or a relaxed dinner, this restaurant is a winner all around. We'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, the cooking point of the steaks was completely missed, which is of course a shame for a steakhouse. The tapas were rather poor for the high price. The positive thing is that the service was very nice. It would have been nice if the plates had been warm.

Tested the Müller for the first time today. What a shame that we didn't see/notice this little charming shop until recently. As inconspicuous as it is - highly recommended. Lots of small snacks, all of which were impressive in terms of their quality. Tapas may not be for those on a budget - but what they serve here tastes very good. Service and staff very nice, accommodating & short waiting times :-). Ambiance also nice. Small - very quiet, nice furnishings :-). & the best thing - even though we felt like we had half the menu - we still haven't tried everything. We'll be back :-).

We visited the restaurant and unfortunately we weren't completely satisfied. The portions were clearly too small for the fairly high prices, which made the price-performance ratio disappointing. The steak we ordered was medium rare, but it didn't meet the desired level of doneness. Overall, we expected more at these prices. We hope that improvements will be made here in the future, as the restaurant otherwise has a lot of potential. What convinced us, however, was the furnishings.

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal hier. Es war wieder extrem lecker. Wir waren mit sechs Freunden dort und hatten eine große Auswahl an super leckeren Speisen. Ebenso war die Bedienung sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte mal hier, auch wenn wir über den Harz anreisen müssen!

Immer wieder ein Beuch wert. Der Garten ist im Sommer ein Traum.. das Essen sowie der Service wirklich spitze.. kann ich devenitiv unbedingt empfehlen..

Obviously a nice change from the typical German restaurant/food. Friendly staff which speak English. Visited in December 2023 so outdoor seating was not an option, but looks very inviting. No need to rush here, just order to share and relax. We kept it simple with gambas, calamari and potatoes. Beer and wine was reasonably priced as well. Unfortunately no food pics. Would return for sure.

The food was good, we had some tapas to start with, then chicken breast and rib eye steak. Gorgonzola sauce was just as good as we hoped for! But we waited for way too long, this dinner lasted over 2,5 hours. There was an hour wait between starters and mains. Next time it would be good to warn customers, if such waiting times are expected.

Waited almost 1 hour for the food. Steak dry and overcooked, poor quality of the meat. Baked potato without taste and completely dark/brown inside. Disappointing experience as they otherwise had good reviews.

Been there for the first time. The food is really great. The service works excellently and is very attentive. We felt very comfortable and would highly recommend Müller's. Gladly again and keep it up!!!

We stopped here spontaneously while passing through. Luckily we got a table outside. We were warmly welcomed and served very friendly. My husband chose the large ribeye and I chose various tapas. The cocktail was also delicious and perfect for the weather. Everything was super tasty and more than enough. Price/performance was right here. If we come back to the area, we would eat here again. It's best to reserve a table in advance. Thank you for the lovely evening.

By far the worst service I have ever experienced. The landlady is apparently only friendly with guests she knows, otherwise she completely lacks any talent in looking after guests! When I asked how the homemade lemonade was made, there was a snide answer: Yes, we make it ourselves. The lemonade wasn't even made ourselves, but consisted of syrup and water. When I asked to remove too much ice because it made me cold, I received a dissatisfied reaction, as if I was asking for something out of the ordinary. When I clearly found a thick black hair in the soup, she came back with the plate and said: I looked at it, it's not a hair, it's towel lint. Do you want a new batch of soup, right? I had to ask myself what the alternative was and the response was really rude that they would just cancel it and there wasn't even an apology!!! Instead, she went to her friends' table with a dog and demonstratively fed it and was kindness personified... When we finally ran out of the shop, a lady overheard our conversation and said that the landlady was known for such behavior in the city... The landlady's behavior is absolutely underground and wrong. Professionalism clearly looks different and you feel more than uncomfortable as a guest. So avoid the store!

We were here last time 5 years ago. In my opinion, both the service and, above all, the quality of the food have deteriorated. The bread looks like a four-pack of baked milk rolls from the discount store. They didn't really taste good either and were very soft. The aioli lacks “oomph”. The service is friendly and quick, but seems a bit uncoordinated and didn't even ask during the entire visit whether we would like to order more drinks or food. Overall, a poor price-performance ratio. Anyone who knows the Jokha Bar (Tapas) from Braunschweig will not be happy here. I used to call the restaurant one of the best tapas restaurants in the area. Apparently there was a change in management or a sale. The ambience is still very nice and hasn't changed.

Nice restaurant with a great ambience and romantic outdoor area in the city center. We all ate tapas in different variations. All were excellent and freshly prepared. The staff was courteous and attentive. The prices are completely reasonable. We will be back definitely. I can only recommend. 😋

Delicious food, but the service was incredible... the employee made a mistake when ordering and we were insulted and left sitting there. After that, no one came to our table and asked for drinks or if everything was okay. A pity! But anyone who behaves so rudely towards guests definitely doesn't deserve a place in the restaurant.

Blijf er steeds terugkomen als ik in (de buurt van) Goslar ben. Wat een ongelooflijk goed restaurant. Begin meestal met albondigas, heerlijke gehaktballen in tomatensaus. Ook de steak was perfect gegaard, complimenten. Ook het personeel is heel aardig, kortom een echte aanrader !

Everything was delicious, but since I haven't eaten much yet, I still have room for improvement. This month I'm going out for steak again. I'm looking forward to it, I've seen it on other plates... Oh, the Rioja is super delicious

Some restaurateurs can learn a lesson here - We spent a wonderful weekend in Goslar - we spontaneously got a place on two consecutive days - Friday and Saturday - we were rewarded with wonderful tapas - all the service staff were very attentive and the chef came personally and asked if everything was tasty - as the icing on the cake there was a small sample from the kitchen - thank you again for that 🫶💕…

First visit was great dining experience. 300g Steak, buttery medium - a pleasure. The only drawback was the loudness of the other guests. I'd love to come back!

War mit ein paar Freunden Tapas essen. Es hat uns allen sehr gut geschmeckt und auch dass unsere Gruppe spontan etwas größer wurde war kein Problem und es wurden fix zwei Tische kombiniert.

Das Essen war lecker und es gab eine große Auswahl an Tapas. Leider war in einer Speise etwas scharfes enthalten, das so nicht gekennzeichnet war. Außerdem saßen wir im Zug, weil ständig die Tür von Rauchern aufgemacht wurde. Die Bedienung war etwas schroff, aber ansonsten gut. Etwas hochpreisig.

Einfach nur eine Empfehlung! Essen war ein Gedicht, da kann man gar nichts aussetzen. Das Filet auf den Punkt Medium zubereitet. Der Service sehr zuvorkommend. Man kann den Koch beim Kochen zuschauen und wenn er Zeit hat, kommt er persönlich herum und fragt, ob alles bestens ist. Klare Empfehlung für jeden!

Eine ganz besondere Location. Die Tapas sind absolut spitze. Service auch absolut hervorragend. Sehr nett und sehr aufmerksam. Wunderschönes Ambiente in der Altstadt wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Ich habe nur was zum Abholen bestellt, aber der Laden ist liebevoll eingerichtet, Mitarbeiter war sehr nett und das Essen ist einfach nur lecker!! Ich würde immer wieder dorthin. Danke 😃

Ein viel versprechender Laden von innen, nur war leider irgendwas mit dem Essen. Wir waren zu 4 hatten einen super schönen Abend dort. Der Service ist sehr gut, nur hatten leider 2 von 4 Leiten am nächsten Tag was am Magen. Und es ist SEHR teuer für die Portionen die man da bekommt. 6 shrimps in Knoblauchöl für 14€. Brauchen wir nicht nochmal.

Gestern das erste Mal in diesem gemütlichen Lokal gewesen. Wir hatten diverse Tapas und ein Steakgericht. Das Essen war sehr sehr schmackhaft und für 4 Personen auch reichhaltig. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir empfanden das Preisleistungsverhältnis absolut okay. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Leider haben wir keine Fotos gemacht.

Top Steaks in perfekter Garstufe. Insgesamt haben alle Speisen und Beilagen sehr gut geschmeckt. Sogar das Knoblauchbrot ist augenscheinlich hausgemacht. Kleiner Wermutstropfen: Ein ca. 25g Stück Kräuterbutter für 3€ ist schon ziemlich happig. Trotzdem eine klare Empfehlung.
