We ordered 2x schnitzel with champions and fries here yesterday. The fries were tasty, but the schnitzel was horrible. It was a ready-made industrial schnitzel from the freezer that was simply cooked in a pan or somewhere else. The edge of the schnitzel was brown, the middle of the breaded area was not. Sorry, but it's not possible to offer guests something like that. We've eaten a lot of schnitzels, but this was by far the worst

We went by chance and we got it right, good service and food.

Booked a table for 11 (!) people at short notice during the Christmas market and Sunday shopping. We ordered 10 different meals and various drinks. Gluten-free food or veggies are no problem. All meals at the same time. Everything hot and delicious. Service was totally friendly, despite the amount of work and guests in the restaurant. Prices okay. Nothing can be taken for granted these days. Apparently standard here. Great! Also an attractive place. Cozy but not overloaded. 11 people strolled through the city excited and well-fed after their visit. Thanks!

I've been a regular customer here for thirty years. The food is always great, thanks to the chef Thieno😉. Very fast service, almost no waiting times and moderate prices. Unreservedly recommended. So far, every visitor we have taken with us has been thrilled.

Very cozy, welcoming restaurant. The service was very nice and attentive. The food (tzatziki as a starter and gyros gratinated as a main course) was served quickly and tasted excellent. Mainly Greek food, but there are also many delicious alternatives on the menu. The price-performance ratio is good and as a special tip, I would like to recommend the warm lava cake. Simply delicious. We would be happy to come back and would be happy to recommend the restaurant.

Two waiters couldn't be more different. The young man appears disinterested. You won't hear anything more than YES and PLEASE from him. The order is received with disinterest. Everything has a bit of a drive-in atmosphere. Then there's that waitress. Very friendly, asks if everything is okay, talks to the guests, is in a good mood. Our tip: Put the guy behind the counter and quickly look for another colleague to act as the nice waitress for the guests We wouldn't eat here again because of the staff.

The slightly older woman with long blonde hair took our order and was very, very rude to us. I will never go there again

To summarize briefly: Food 10/10 Service and wait time 10/10 Ambiance 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Price/performance 10/10 Detailed: I had salmon fillet with rice and vegetables. The salmon, like the rice, was on point. The salmon was as you would expect and the rice was nice and firm to the bite. The vegetables were fresh and nicely fried. The waiting time was 10 minutes and costs per person. 15.90€, which is exactly what you get. The waitress was very friendly and attentive, she could tell you everything about the ingredients and was also very receptive. The atmosphere is very modern and there is also a large area to sit outside. Although it was already very cold outside, it shouldn't get too cold in the "outside area" - blankets and heating facilities ensure that. The next time I'm in Goslar, I'll be happy to come back :)

We have been guests several times, often with family. The food is very good, the staff is always friendly. On our last visit we discovered that the management is not child-friendly. Our two-year-old granddaughter accidentally knocked a glass of the decoration off the table. An employee immediately said that it had to be replaced, and the colleague was uncomfortable with this. Ultimately, on the instructions of the management, we had to pay 6.80. Pay €. I estimate the value of the glass to be a maximum of €1. We found this to be a rip off. Other locations are more child-friendly, often the little ones are given something to paint, etc. so that they don't get too bored. You also don't have to replace glasses that accidentally break.

We stayed with 3 people. Spontaneously decided to eat here late on Friday afternoon. Friendly asked if there was still a chance for a table and was lucky 😉 A really good decision - the food came super quickly and I haven't eaten such a good gyro in a long time!! The other dishes were also absolutely delicious! Service was very nice. We were completely satisfied and would definitely like to come back.

Service very inconsistent. One smells of nicotine, which makes you feel sick and takes your order, the other comes after a while and explains that you can't sit here because the table will be reserved in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Other seats were not free. Food was visually well presented but the consistency of the sauces was poor and not enough. The ingredients didn't match either. Portions were not excessive. Another visit. The service doesn't see you. Cutlery is missing after you have the food on the table. The salad is actually no longer worth the price and the gyro pan was full but the meat was more chopped and warmed than freshly cut. The sauce was packed and chewy.

Rich menu with great dishes. The outside area is very tasteful and offers plenty of space with around 20 tables. The service is quick and friendly. Price performance is definitely right here. There are plenty of parking spaces in the area.

The positive first: the price was very low compared to what I'm used to. The food itself was delicious, but unfortunately it led to a bad stomach ache. This raises my doubts about the quality of the gyro in particular. I also didn't like the fact that you have to choose between fries and rice. I didn't find it particularly appealing to have three lumps of rice on the plate. But that's personal preference. It's different when it comes to operation. The two ladies who were there treated us very condescendingly. The two boys who were there, however, were very nice and polite. But the ladies seemed very bitter to me. So you don't earn a tip. Doesn't seem to be that important here.

The food was very tasty and surprisingly inexpensive. Unfortunately, a thirst that was hard to quench for several hours set in, not due to the temperatures or the garlic. The spaghetti with oil and garlic had a fabulous aroma, and the tables next to us also asked. Unfortunately, I suspect glutamate or garlic flavor to be the culprit here. Sorry, so only 3 stars. Nevertheless, thank you for the very friendly service.

Since we found the atmosphere appealing, my husband and I looked for a table outside. We wanted to enjoy our Sunday afternoon with a cool drink and perhaps a meal. A blonde lady with glasses served us. Came to the table and said hello .We returned the greeting. She then said harshly: THEN NOT! I asked what she meant? We hadn't said hello. Excuse me????! I replied, of course we did. Her answer was: SHE YES, BUT HE NOT.!!! She pointed at my husband. Yes he did, we said. Then it probably wasn't loud enough, she bitched at us. We then ordered drinks out of shock, but then left because we were very annoyed. We told her that we didn't like the service and were leaving. I didn't know that you had to shout HELLO. It was hot yesterday and there was definitely a lot to do, but that's not possible!

I only rate the “café” and not the restaurant. The espresso didn't taste good, you couldn't drink it, it was way too sour and you could tell that the coffee machine wasn't cleaned and descaled properly. We tried to get an improvised iced coffee, but unfortunately we received a really old and cold latte macchiato with extra ice cubes. The ambience outside is of course nice due to the old town of Goslar, seating was pleasant. But we prefer not to drink cafés here anymore.

Considering we were there for the first time today, we think it's more than great. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you're doing well. Service very good. We both enjoyed currywurst fries with a small salad, especially the curry sauce. The ambience: we ate outside and had comfortable seating. All we can say is keep up the great work. We're coming back for food ❗

I've eaten there several times and am always very satisfied (nice staff and fast service). Went to the weekly market today (right outside the door) and picked up “Gyrosburger” on the way back. Absolutely delicious and a top price at €4.30!! I can only recommend the restaurant.

Already rated it. Everything was good for us there. This time it was a total bankruptcy. A service hero had to show me where Bartel gets the moscht. If employees don't know the principle of not openly arguing with guests, then the restaurant has already lost. It's a shame, we were happy the years before.

Girichschich similar dishes were good and tasty, the waitresses were friendly and sometimes overwhelmed, the older waiter was happy when she could finish very quickly.

Unfortunately I cannot agree with the previous reviews. The waiter was relatively annoyed and when I had a special request it was completely over. The food was so-so, unfortunately the fries were totally over-seasoned, the cyros was also very over-seasoned. My wife's meal was hardly seasoned at all, she had salmon with vegetables. Maybe the cook and waiter just had a bad day, it's Monday. The tzatziki was very tasty.

Wonderful food at a good price. The food tastes fabulous. The pork steak was on point. You can tell that the meat is grilled over an open flame. The salads also taste fresh and homemade.

Unfortunately, we initially had a very negative experience with the service here. After the four of us were assigned a table by the open window in the draft, I politely asked if the window could be closed. The blunt, harsh answer from the blonde lady with glasses was: Then we'll close the window and suffocate everyone here!...that was extremely cheeky!! (Have you ever thought about the fact that a restaurant lives from the reviews and its guests??)...fortunately we were then served in a friendly manner by another lady. Furthermore, the restaurant was almost empty, so that a table change could have been offered as an alternative if there was a need for the window to be open there. If I had been there alone, I would definitely have left the restaurant after this event. The ambience and food were good, so after the change in service it was ok...that's why I gave it a total of 3*.

WOW! You can only rate this restaurant with 5 stars. The food is really tasty and the portions are very large. The meat is crispy and spicy, the sauce is very rich in flavor. The rice is still slightly grainy and nice and tomatoey. The salad is classic and goes well. This is rounded off with good tap beer from Bavaria. Food and beer are available for just under 20 euros. Considering the location and the quality and quantity, this is simply perfect.

Were here again, unfortunately it's getting worse and worse. The gyro was very dry and there was only coleslaw and it didn't taste like anything. In the case of the liver, the braised onions are underneath and you only find them at the end. What doesn't work for me are these thick fries, but that's a matter of taste. The service is like this, what I don't like is that everyone is used as a first name, whether young or old and whether they know each other or not. The ambience is quite nice.

We have been regulars at this store for years, even before when it was still the black sheep. What can I say, we tried it for the third time now... again the gyro meat was gristly and totally burnt. I don't know if the quality of the meat is being saved or what the reason is. The fries were totally over-seasoned and even then the fries weren't completely fried. We won't dare do it a fourth time.

Delicious food, moderate prices.

The outdoor terrace invites you to linger. Our meal, Arabiata plate with a small salad and the schnitzel plate with fries, these could have been a little more seasoned, but were otherwise good. The service was courteous and very friendly, even with clairvoyant abilities our espresso was almost on its way to us.

Had dinner there today and my wife's rice was partly ice cold, like it came from the fridge. The portion was also very small. There was also a bone splinter on my wife's Suflaki. My meal was ok except for the fries, the fries were very large and not well fried. They became more and more in the mouth☹️. But the staff was very nice. However, we found the drink prices to be quite high. A large beer (0.5) for €4.90 is quite expensive. Overall price/performance rather mediocre.

I had baked meatballs with rice. The food came quickly and tasted good. It wasn't too much and not too little, although there was a bit of salt and pepper missing, but otherwise great.

Mid priced, friendly staff. Quick service, very clean. Would go again next time I visit Goslar. The pan fried pigs liver was cooked to perfection.
