A truly great restaurant in Goslar! A huge compliment to the waitress Fatma; she was super friendly, attentive, and her warm manner made us feel completely at home. We'll definitely be back. The food is absolutely delicious!

We were looking for a restaurant, as ours at our other hotel was disappointing. There were no parking spaces in the old town, and then we stumbled upon the Lindenhof by chance. Stopping here was a great decision. We got a table right away, even without a reservation. Super friendly staff. Delicious food at absolutely fair prices. We'd be happy to come back.

There were 10 of us there and we dined à la carte. Almost everyone chose a schnitzel variety. The service was extremely courteous, attentive, and polite. The meal took perhaps a little longer than usual (the waiter said) because the Lindenhof was hosting a large event with over 200 people. The food was excellent, and all the schnitzels were very tasty. We would gladly return. Two thumbs up.

Yesterday, I was there with friends, and we were impressed. The food was delicious and plentiful. The extremely attentive waitress brought us the menu promptly and gave us excellent advice about the drinks. The menu also arrived promptly, and my friends' requests were taken into account. Regarding the food, we again had a few questions, which the waitress answered with angelic patience. It was a very successful evening, and we would love to come back. Thank you so much!

Great food and service. We chose Lindenhof as our wedding catering service and didn't regret it. The quantity was more than sufficient. The service staff took care of everything from setup to delivery. The suckling pig was tender, and the sauerkraut was simply delicious. The guests were completely satisfied. We'd be happy to do it again.

Very delicious food. We've had catering for our home several times before. Our guests were always delighted. This time, unfortunately, we had to wait a long time for the food. It was quite busy, and there was only one server, who also seemed to be running the bar. But the food was fantastic again!

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic. If you've never been here, you've definitely missed out. The ambiance is rustic and beautifully decorated. You can't help but feel at home here. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, but not overly friendly. All in all, you can't give this restaurant enough stars, and words can't describe what you experience here. All the food and dishes are always freshly prepared, and the taste is unbeatable. At least we haven't found a restaurant yet that has been able to maintain the same quality and relatively reasonable prices over all these years. We'll eat here as often as our budget allows... Edit: Today we were here with our little one, and lo and behold, there's even a little special treatment for our little guests.

The Lindenhof is simply a part of Goslar. We love it here...great food...top-notch service...! The annual Christmas dinner is also a must 🥰. The Lindenhof Goslar is highly recommended.

Sad restaurant. It's been in need of renovation for 30 years. The chef is good at greasy food and needs training. The egg with mushrooms was carelessly cooked and greasy. The pickle was forgotten. The pickle was brought later on an unwashed lettuce leaf, complete with lice. A rude reaction to critical feedback about the chef's work. I could have spoken up sooner and returned the egg. If the only chef can't cook, it won't get any better after returning it. I felt threatened by the waiter's unfriendly demeanor. Definitely not a single star, and never again.

The Lindenhof team conjured up a fantastic buffet. We were all completely thrilled. It's a shame that the location looks so old. It was really great!

We were there for lunch today with 24 people – ages 4 to 94. We received a very warm welcome: Hello, I'm Fatma and I'm here for you today. If you have any requests, please ask me. The table was professionally set, and everything made an excellent impression! The dishes served, from fish to currywurst and schnitzel in all possible variations, were all freshly and deliciously prepared. Sauces were served separately (and not simply poured over the schnitzel). The portions were superb! Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable experience at very reasonable prices with extremely attentive and courteous service! Would definitely deserve 6 stars!

We've been there a lot now, and I'd like to take this opportunity to express my praise. Very polite, careful and fast service - the food was always freshly prepared - very tasty and if you don't get full otherwise, then order an XXL schnitzel! Unfortunately, the outside and inside are left somewhere in the 70s, which might put some guests off - all I can say is, enjoy the journey through time, the first-class service and the good food. Rare to find these days. Giovanni is the best! 😉

Spontaneously ordered two versions of schnitzel from the delivery service today. We are once again very satisfied with the food from the Lindenhof team. - Reasonable delivery time - Friendly delivery service - Food well packaged, extra sauce so nothing gets messy. Crispy fries and hash browns. Small side salad - Schnitzel big and super tasty - Great price/performance ratio No matter whether on site or away from home: The Lindenhof team has always offered good quality ☺️ Of course, there is no ambience rating in the delivery service 😉

The hall was well attended this Saturday lunchtime with mostly groups. Only two small tables were free. We were escorted to our reserved table in a particularly friendly manner and served very well. German cuisine and Gut Bürgerlich dominate the menu, including a large selection of schnitzel variations. The staff is happy to accommodate special requests and health restrictions. Beautiful location that is ideal for a subsequent walk through the ramparts and into the nearby old town. Access and parking are very convenient. Gladly again.

We had a very good meal at the Lindenhof today. We didn't miss anything. The buffet was constantly replenished and the service was excellent, despite the full house there was always a smile, helpful and friendly. We came spontaneously and a place was set up for us in the hall despite the restaurant being full and the company being large. The staff was very friendly and the food was good and plentiful at a reasonable price. Only the furnishings could be revised. Somehow nothing really fits together. We had a really nice evening!

I know the Lindenhof from numerous visits. In addition to catering, it offers several meeting rooms or halls of different sizes. At the events I attended, I felt comfortable in every way.

I recently went there for the first time following a recommendation. What can I say, it was more than good. I had hamburger schnitzel and fried potatoes. First I wanted to take an XXL schnitzel... Luckily I didn't do it and asked beforehand. End of song, I even had to have some of the normal schnitzel packed up. It is really very big and delicious. The XXL schnitzel would have been 3x as big :O And the fried potatoes were just perfect. Nice dark golden brown, all crispy. no burnt. everything great. Edit: Now we also have food delivered directly to work. Schnitzel with Champion and fried potatoes. The sauce is delivered separately so that the schnitzel and potatoes don't get soaked. It was again very tasty and also simply great for the price.

Regardless of whether it was advice on choosing a meal or special requests, the team was always helpful and attentive. The food itself was of excellent quality. The dishes were not only delicious in terms of taste, but also generously portioned. All in all, I can only recommend the Lindenhof restaurant! Arrived here after a day of hiking and was greeted as warmly as if we were regular guests. The food was really great. Everything fresh and tasty and great portions for great prices. Everything homemade, including hash browns and hollandaise sauce. First of all there was a crisp and fresh salad, which we hadn't ordered. The restaurant is a bit older, but with charm So I will definitely come back. Keep it up! 🤩

Buffet meal on Christmas Day. Without exaggeration, it was one of the best buffet meals I've ever had. A huge selection of poultry, pork, game, all the vegetables you know and so on. Large selection of desserts, small treats, soups and salads. There was even something for the little ones, whether pasta in tomato sauce or nuggets and fries (always works for the little ones). Empty plates and glasses were always immediately taken from the table and the waitresses were all very friendly and accommodating. As a little bonus, Santa Claus even came through the hall and gave each child a cuddly toy. If I could I would give 10 out of 5 stars. We will definitely come back next year.

Wir waren heute ganz spontan dort zum Mittagessen. Ohne Reservierung sind wir dort mit 8 Erwachsenen, 3 sehr kleinen Kindern und einem Hund reingeschneit und wurden aufs Herzlichste empfangen! Der Service hat alles ermöglicht, damit wir uns rundum wohl fühlen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich bedient und auch das Essen war hervorragend. Vielen Dank für den gelungenen Nachmittag. Wir werden wiederkommen. 😊

Das Essen und der Service waren - wie immer - vorzüglich. Der Lindenhof bietet klassische, gut bürgerliche Speisen in eher einfachem Ambiente. Die Schnitzelgerichte in ihren vielen verschiedenen Variationen sind jedenfalls unschlagbar! Wir gehen sehr gerne dorthin.

Sehr leckeres Essen, sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Dazu normale Preise. Sehr zu empfehlen sind das Buffett sowie die XXL Versionen einiger Gerichte. Vorausgesetzt man hat wirklich Hunger.

Das Essen war wirklich lecker, das Restaurant selber sauber aber rustikal. Was mir nicht gefiel waren die Toiletten. Toilettenpapier da kein Halter vorhanden stand einfach auf der Erde. Ich glaube so etwas muss nicht sein! Einen einfachen Halter fürs Toilettenpapier anzubringen ist bestimmt kein Hexenwerk und auch nicht teuer!

Nach unserer Alpakawanderung sind wir hier mehr oder wenig zufällig eingekehrt. Als ich den Betrieb betreten habe dachte ich „Oha wo biste denn hier gelandet?“ Nostalgisch oder urig beschreibt die Einrichtung freundlich treffend. Als ich den Betrieb verlassen habe war mir klar, dass wir, was die kulinarische Versorgung betrifft, die wahrscheinlich beste Wahl getroffen hatten. Das Essen ist großartig, wer hier iwas von TK schreibt hat nicht alle Latten am Zaun. Wir hatten 2XXL und 4 normale Schnitzel in verschiedenen Variationen, mein Hamburger-XXL hatte sportliche 5! Spiegeleier, dazu einmal Hirschbraten und einmal Nuggets mit Pommes. Keiner von uns hat komplett aufgegessen, die Portionen sind wahrhaftig riesig und dabei aber von bester Qualität. Unsere Bedienung, der nette ältere Herr von dem hier alle schreiben, hat einen unglaublich guten Job gemacht. So gut, dass die Kinder ihn direkt als Zweitopa adoptiert hätten. Als zum Abschluss die Rechnung kam waren wir allesamt endgültig sprachlos. 8 Essen (inkl. 2 XXL) einschließlich aller Getränke für unter 170€ ist schlichtweg konkurrenzlos. Fazit: Zukünftig führt für uns alle bei Goslar- Besuchen kein Weg mehr am Lindenhof vorbei. Punkt.

War eine tolle Feier dort mit ca 400 Menschen, nur leider wird die Luft mit zunehmend der Std immer schlechter. Eine vernünftige zu bzw Frischluft Anlage wäre prima evtl noch mit kühlung für heiße Sommertage. Dann gibt es auch keine Ärger mit der Polizei weil die Musik Zulauf ist.

Echt Schade.War mal Besser.Die Preiserhöhung kann ich verstehen, doch das war es nicht Wert. Ich muss da nicht mehr hin. Mein kleiner Salat schmeckte eher so, als käme er aus der Dose.

Wiederholungsbedarf 😊 Wir waren in Goslar mit einer kleinen Truppe und wollten abends noch was essen. Wir wurden überall vertröstet, zum Glück, ansonsten wären wir nie auf diesen Laden aufmerksam geworden. Wir hatten uns alle ein Schnitzel bestellt. Ich habe schon lange nicht mehr so ein gutes Schnitzel gegessen. Die Sauce Hollandaise war mega gut, natürlich selbst gemacht. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Da kann der Schnitzelkönig einpacken! Wir sind eigentlich nur zufällig auf dieses Restaurant aufmerksam geworden und ich muss sagen... bestes Schnitzel ever! Auch das Hähnchenschnitzel war vorzüglich. Sauce hollandaise hausgemacht und einfach nur köstlich. Uns hat ein älterer Herr bedient, der einfach nur super freundlich und sympathisch war. Insgesamt einfach nur positiv überrascht. Wir würden alleine fürs Essen und die Atmosphäre wieder nach Goslar fahren.
