NOT FOR GROUPS.
Last restaurant before returning to France. Group of 14. Unfortunately, it was a difficult time because it was apparently too many for them.
Maximum 8.
Strange for a restaurant to refuse a group.
Especially located at the airport gate.
After a long negotiation, we found a solution.
Otherwise, the view was magnificent.
A wonderful little Greek restaurant in the heart of Frankfurt Sachsenhausen. Everything is right here - quality, portion size and the ambience are very good. Above all, the service is super friendly. You feel very welcome here. Deserved 5 stars!
Very poor service. Despite empty glasses, they never once asked if we wanted anything else (which is rather unfortunate from the restaurant's financial perspective). The food is good and the location is great, but the poor service unfortunately spoils everything.
Excellent traditional Frankfurt food. Nice and welcoming place. Fairly fast service. The Frankfurter grune sousse is excellent. A typical green sauce served with hard-boiled eggs and boiled new potatoes. Absolutely recommended!
The menu features a diverse selection of pan-Asian dishes, including Japanese and Vietnamese specialties. I opted for the sweet and sour salmon soup, followed by the tuna tataki. Both dishes were flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing the kitchen's commitment to quality. The restaurant also offers a variety of sushi options and steak variations, catering to different tastes. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant boasts a spacious terrace overlooking the WESTHAFEN, providing a scenic spot to enjoy a meal or drinks. Unfortunately, due to the weather, I couldn't take advantage of the outdoor seating, but the interior's modern design made up for it. Chamäleon also hosts events like the "Ladies Night" every Thursday, offering a complimentary welcome drink to women wearing red lipstick.
The main thing here is meat. Only one vegan dish (veggie burger), which also doesn't taste good. I really don't have to go here anymore. However, there is a very nice service.
Unfortunately, the meat in the dishes was not fresh, which greatly affected the enjoyment. Communication with the service staff was somewhat difficult due to limited knowledge of German.
Am Valentinstag war das Restaurant eine wunderbare Wahl. Die Gerichte waren frisch und geschmacklich hervorragend, der Service aufmerksam und herzlich. Die romantische Atmosphäre rundete das Erlebnis perfekt ab. Sehr empfehlenswert!
We visited this particular restaurant a few days ago. As for the food, it was a big disappointment. We ordered a portion of gyro which was poor. They also forgot to put the tzatziki in my portion, which is listed on the menu, and despite being commented on by the staff, absolutely no action was taken to correct it. The lamb chops were very good. The cheese saganaki was good. Another negative thing about the establishment is that the prices are extremely high, without the restaurant offering you any special service or the place having anything special (the place is very old) and the portions of the food are very small. The only positive thing is that smokers are allowed to smoke. inside the place. Unfortunately, despite the fact that the place has history, our experience was completely disappointing.
