Tolle Atmosphäre und sehr freundliches Personal. Ich hatte die Bowl und die Misosuppe – alles war superfrisch und sättigend. Definitiv ein schöner Ort für ein entspanntes Abendessen!

Ich bestellte Garnelen-Ramen. Ich probierte ein paar Garnelen, um sicherzustellen, dass sie nicht gut schmeckten. Aufgrund meiner Erfahrung in der Gastronomie kann ich sagen, dass die Zutaten durch die Hitze etwas verdorben waren und nicht richtig gekühlt wurden. Als ich mich bei der Kellnerin beschwerte, beharrte sie darauf, dass der Geschmack „normal“ sei, ohne selbst zu probieren oder die Garnelen zur Überprüfung in die Küche zu schicken. Ich würde dieses Restaurant nicht empfehlen.

Wir waren Sonntagabend spontan auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant, um noch eine Kleinigkeit zu essen. Das Restaurant verfügt über ein modernes und gepflegtes Ambiente, auch mit zusätzlichem Kinderwagen war es kein Problem einen Platz zu finden. Wir hatten Ramen, Vorspeisen und das Steak mit Beilagen und waren sehr zufrieden. Vor allem das Steak mit Gemüse und Süßkartoffeln war ein absolutes Highlight: perfekt gebraten, eine Soße zum Niederknien und eine ansprechende Präsentation... Mich hat ein einzelner Teller lange nicht mehr so nachdrücklich begeistert, sodass ich am Ende mit einem Löffel die Reste vom Teller gekratzt habe. Wir kommen gerne wieder, das nächste Mal probiere ich dann das Wagyu. Volle Empfehlung!!!

Das Essen schmeckt hervorragend und die Höflichkeit ist wunderbar😊. Man kann zusehen wie die Köche kochen. Die Einrichtung ist schön. Die Frauen Toilette ist sauber und es stinkt dort nicht. Ich kann das Restaurant empfehlen.🤍

Derek Laden sieht nett aus, es muss einem aber klar sein, dass das nicht japanisch ist. Die Ramen schmeckt fad und seltsam und ist lieblos gemacht. Die Bedienung ist, professionell, aber nicht wirklich freundlich.

Wir besuchen das Hiroshi regelmäßig, weil wir absolut zufrieden sind mit dem sehr köstlichen Sushi, das immer frisch zubereitet wird!! Der Service ist immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Kommen gerne wieder!!

Mangelhaftes Essen und unprofessionelle Zweiklassengesellschaft! Neben dem schwachen Essen hat uns vor allem das Verhalten des Personals schockiert. Uns wurde ein freier Tisch verweigert, da dieser angeblich reserviert sei. Direkt nach uns kamen jedoch Gäste ohne Reservierung, die sofort an genau diesen Tisch gesetzt wurden. Diese offensichtliche Bevorzugung gepaart mit dem unfreundlichen Service ist absolut inakzeptabel. Keine Empfehlung!

Hatten ein sehr leckeres Sake Sakura. Die beigereichte Soße mit Kumquat war sensationell! Sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service. Empfehlung!

Ich hatte hier ein sehr gutes Abendessen alleine während meines Frankfurt-Besuchs. Nachdem ich durchs Fenster gesehen hatte, dass das Lokal voll mit Einheimischen war – was ja meist ein gutes Zeichen ist –, beschloss ich, hineinzugehen, und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Die Bedienung war freundlich und flink, und die Atmosphäre war lebhaft, auch dank der Laternen an der Decke. Ich hatte ein paniertes Katsu mit Reis, dazu ein japanisches Curry und ein Bier. Alles war sehr lecker und die Portionen waren ausreichend. Eine klare Empfehlung für japanisches Essen im Zentrum von Frankfurt.

War beruflich eine Woche in Frankfurt und bin hier 4mal Mittagessen gewesen. Alles top!

Das Essen an sich war im Großen und Ganzen recht gut, nur etwas zu salzig. Die Hygienemängel haben das Erlebnis jedoch völlig überschattet. Das Bier, das mir serviert wurde, roch verdorben. Es hatte einen sehr säuerlichen und muffigen Geruch, anders als jedes Bier, das ich je getrunken habe. Ehrlich gesagt, es fühlte sich an, als würde ich verdorbenes Bier trinken, und ich hatte wirklich keine Ahnung, woran das gelegen haben könnte. Zudem fand meine Freundin ein Insekt in ihren Ramen. Meine Freundin ist sehr rücksichtsvoll und wollte die Atmosphäre beim Essen nicht stören, deshalb sagte sie nichts und erzählte mir erst am nächsten Tag davon. Sie meinte auch, dass sie aufgrund dieser Erfahrung nicht wiederkommen wolle. Hätten wir das Insekt während des Essens bemerkt, hätten wir sofort eine Rückerstattung verlangt. Leider erfuhren wir erst danach davon, sodass wir nichts mehr tun konnten. Ich hoffe sehr, dass das Restaurant seine Hygienestandards verbessert und künftig mehr Wert auf die Wartung und Reinigung seiner Bierleitungen, Zapfhähne und Fässer legt.

Absolut enttäuschender Restaurantbesuch. Das Chicken Teriyaki hatte eine derart gummiartige, schwabbelige und fettige Konsistenz, dass ich es nach wenigen Bissen nicht mehr essen konnte. Für mich hatte das mit normalem Hähnchenfleisch nichts mehr zu tun. Ich habe dies höflich und respektvoll angesprochen und das Gericht nahezu vollständig zurückgehen lassen. Statt auf meine Beschwerde einzugehen oder eine angemessene Lösung anzubieten, wurde mir lediglich gesagt, ich könne ja etwas anderes bestellen, natürlich auf eigene Kosten. Später wurde ich sogar gefragt, ob ich das Gericht einpacken lassen möchte, obwohl ich zuvor bereits erklärt hatte, dass ich es aufgrund der Konsistenz nicht essen kann. Ich habe schon öfters in japanischen Restaurants Chicken Teriyaki bestellt. Eine derart unangenehme Konsistenz ist mir bisher noch nie begegnet. Noch enttäuschender als das Essen selbst war jedoch der Umgang mit meiner Beschwerde. Für mich war das weder qualitativ noch vom Kundenservice her überzeugend. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen.

Vorab das gute. Für die Lage ist es schön eingerichtet mit einem schönen Kyoto Bild an der wand. Die Stühle stecken voller Krümel aber ansonsten ist es schön. Der Service war nicht besonders freundlich und vor allem sehr langsam. Wir hatten es etwas eilig, da wir noch auf ein Konzert gehen wollten also vielleicht kam es uns auch nur deshalb besonders langsam vor. Aber nun zum Essen. Ich habe eine vegane Gemüse, Tofu Ramen bestellt und meine Freundin Sushi. Sie fand das Essen ok. Bei mir fing es damit an das ein halbes Ei in der Ramen schwamm. Dies habe ich an meine Freundin abgegeben. Es lagen ein paar Tofu Stücke auf ein paar sehr dünnen Nudeln. Die Nudeln haben nicht nach Ramen Nudeln geschmeckt sondern ich fühlte ich eher beim Italiener. Und nach den ersten paar Löffeln fand ich plötzlich ein Strang enoki Pilze und holzigen pak choi unter den Nudeln. Dort waren auch noch eine Menge sojasprossen. Also toppings unter den Nudeln.. naja. Der Pak choi war siehe Bild weder geschnitten worden noch war auch nur ein noch essbares Blatt daran. Es war bräunlich auf der einen und holzig auf der anderen Seite. Vielleicht wurde er deswegen unter den Nudeln versteckt. Aber der Grund der aus einem schlechten Essen eine schlechte Bewertung macht war der Service. Als ich das Ei ansprach wurde ich anstatt darauf einzugehen nach mehr Trinkgeld gefragt und es wurde gesagt Ei sei eben immer in den Ramen. Schade aber zum Glück nur ein missglückter Start in einen schönen Abend.

Ich hatte Enten-Ramen zum Abendessen. Die Brühe war insgesamt sehr schmackhaft und die Zutaten an sich waren lecker. Nur vier Sterne, weil es nicht heiß genug war. Die vorgekochten Nudeln klebten deshalb am Boden wie ein Stein zusammen. Das Ambiente war aber sehr schön.

Das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Direkt an der Hanauer, mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar. Ich hatte zur Vorspeise Sushi - das war sehr lecker. Zur Hauptspeise gab es Tonkotsu Ramen. Hier war’s eine 6 | 10. Es war lecker aber es gibt deutlich bessere. Hatte auch eine andere Fleischeinlage erwartet.

Das Sushi hat mir am besten geschmeckt. Die Ramen waren reichlich und sehr lecker. Die Frühlingsrollen fand ich ebenfalls lecker, obwohl sie meinem Mann nicht schmeckten. Es gab zwei Frühlingsrollen, die groß genug zum Teilen waren (eine pro Person). Wir bestellten außerdem einen Litschi-Eistee, der perfekt gesüßt und mit Zitrone und Minze garniert war. Das Restaurant ist wunderschön eingerichtet, ruhig und hat eine angenehme, gemütliche Atmosphäre. Das einzige Problem war der Service. Die Bedienung war nicht sehr freundlich. Als mein Mann und ich das Restaurant betraten, nahm die Kellnerin zwei Speisekarten und legte sie auf einen Tisch, ohne uns zu beachten. Wir sprechen Englisch, die Speisekarten waren aber auf Deutsch. Als wir versuchten, die Aufmerksamkeit der Kellnerinnen zu erregen, kam keine, sodass mein Mann die Speisekarten schließlich selbst holen musste. Ansonsten verlief der Service problemlos. Wir gaben Trinkgeld entsprechend der Servicequalität (5 %) und hörten die Kellnerin etwas vor sich hin murmeln. Alles in allem war der Service der einzige Wermutstropfen, denn ansonsten war alles gut. Auch zu den anderen Gästen schienen sie freundlich zu sein, vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir Afroamerikaner sind. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, aber sie hatten Glück, dass wir ihnen überhaupt Trinkgeld gaben, denn eigentlich hatten sie es nicht verdient.

Ramen und Gyoza waren sehr gut. Auch gerne für eine Person locker zu empfehlen. Es ist sehr ruhig und die Ramen sind nicht so scharf wie man denkt. Hat mir gefallen die selbstgemachte Limo war auch super. Vielen Dank.

Ramen noodles were not cooked properly. I have the feeling they use a lot of MSG in their broth. Sushi was good. Stick to sushi. Skip the ramen.

I had a vegan ramen and it was delicious 😋

We ordered Bento 11. The first time we came, it included shrimp, so this time I asked for fewer shrimp because my girlfriend doesn’t like them. However, we ended up not receiving any shrimp at all. Overall, the food was fine and the experience was okay, but a bit more clarity or balance with the request would be appreciated.

We went to Hiroshi for the first time on Saturday evening. Of course, we had made a reservation, which is absolutely necessary. The restaurant was quite full, but the noise level wasn't too high. We ordered Bento No. 11, a sushi platter for two. It was beautifully presented and very delicious. It certainly won't be our last visit.

A truly fantastic sushi restaurant! The location is superb, with a parking garage right around the corner, making the visit very convenient. The service is consistently friendly, attentive, and warm; you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The food was excellent – ​​fresh sushi, expertly prepared, and incredibly delicious. The ambiance is also impressive: modern, clean, and pleasant. You sit in a quiet, comfortable setting where you'll happily linger. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable visit. My husband and I ate there on a recommendation. It was very busy for a Wednesday evening. The menu offers a great selection – the sashimi, ramen, and bowls are highly recommended. The food arrived very quickly, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. We were completely satisfied and will definitely come back.

Delicious food, good atmosphere

The sushi is highly recommended. We had the chef's sushi platter for two. The value for money is absolutely excellent. The ambiance is pleasant and in a Japanese style (at least, that's what a European who's never been to Japan would think it is 😅). Reservations are definitely recommended.

We arrived at 2:20 p.m. and weren't allowed in, even though we had called ahead and the official opening hours are until 3 p.m. Plus, there were other guests in the restaurant. I've never experienced anything like that before.

The dishes, especially the sushi, are delicious, and the homemade lemonades are also refreshing. Unfortunately, I have to deduct a star because the seating arrangement wasn't ideal. The tables for two are very close together. When we arrived quite early for dinner, we would have preferred a table in the corner instead of sitting right next to another table for two – the distance was, quite frankly, barely 30 centimeters. We were told that the table we wanted was reserved. However, even after almost two hours, when we left the restaurant, several tables for two were still unoccupied. We couldn't quite understand why. It's a shame that guests have to sit so close together – you hear every word from the neighboring table and can't speak undisturbed.

The sushi was just average, and the main problem was that the waiters didn't understand German or English, so we spent a lot of time explaining it to them. Sometimes they were even indifferent.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it. The ambiance at Hiroshi is quite nice. The food itself, however, was only mediocre and nothing special. The best part of my meal (Bento 3) was the edamame I ordered with it. We were particularly dissatisfied with the service. We didn't have a reservation, so they asked us how long we wanted to stay. Our stated length of stay seemed to be fine at first. Our order was then taken very demandingly. Ordering became particularly complicated with the vegan sushi menu, as the menu also listed options with fish, and we were only informed when ordering that, apart from simple vegan maki, most of the vegan sushi was unavailable, probably due to a lack of ingredients (specifically, it was a sushi with mango, avocado, and cream cheese; maki with just mango would have been no problem, as would just avocado and cream cheese). Shortly after we finished eating, we were kicked out well before the stated time and unequivocally asked to pay. There was no way to reorder anything. There was at least one more table free behind us at this point...

Long wait for the order, despite the restaurant being half empty. The ramen, which was supposed to be with Japanese braised pork belly Chashu, turned out to be ramen with dry ham. None of the dishes impressed with their taste. And finally, the waitress who tried three times to force a tip. I remind you: tipping is not an obligation, it is a privilege for above-average service.

Service in Germany is generally not great – but this place really set a new low. Of the two women working there, one was so rude it made you wonder why she chose to work in hospitality at all. Given the outrageous prices (it’s sick) you’d expect at least a smile or some willingness to help. The food was fine but inconsistent. The sushi tasted good, but the edamame beans were overcooked and the miso soup was WAY too sweet.. In short: overpriced, inconsistent, and with service bad enough to kill your appetite.

Went in for a late dinner and it was the best thing to hit the spot after a long day. Very fairly priced.

The ambiance in the restaurant is warm, stylish, and very pleasant – you immediately feel welcome. The food was fantastic: • The duck ramen was incredibly delicious, full of flavor, and perfectly seasoned 🍜🦆 • The sushi bento box was fresh, creatively presented, and simply delicious 🍣 • The drinks were also impressive – especially the ginger tea in the traditional cup ☕️ A real highlight was the birthday surprise at the end: panna cotta, cake, and even a sparkler – a wonderful moment we won't forget! 🎇 A big compliment also to the service team: super attentive, warm, and always with a smile. Thank you for this wonderful experience—we'll definitely be back and can recommend Hiroshi to anyone who wants to enjoy Asian cuisine in a unique atmosphere. 🙏

I had a pho to go. The atmosphere is very nice, and the waitress was friendly. After ordering, I was informed that it could take about 15 minutes. After about 5 minutes, I got my pho. Great! The soup and its contents were packaged separately. It came with lime and hot sauce. The noodles and sprouts were accompanied by various herbs and tender chicken. Overall, it tasted very good and came quickly. The price is a bit high in my opinion, but since everything else was good, it's acceptable. Please provide napkins. Thank you.

Edit: We did not finish the food and we did not say it was good. The pictures are the leftovers. We paid we had to eat some we were starving. We are hardcore Japanese food lovers, we know what is good Japanese noodles and Japanese cuisine. The noodles here are instant noodles, the cheapest kind. The waitress told us we could not change the order, we had to ask her to ask the kitchen, and she was not very pleased. Why wold I make this up. This order experience never happened to me in my life. You said 6 of you, then you remember it was us who had problem with changing the order. Then either she was lying then or you are lying here. You should be thankful to reviews like this, it helps you to improve your service. Original: Very interesting experience! You cannot change your order 2 seconds after you told the waitress, even though your friends are still not done ordering. Have only been there once and I will NOT recommend this place to people who knows what is good noodles and good service, if you know real Japanese food/Asian food! The score does not reflect the quality/taste/price of the food. People make better Japanese food at home.

Unfortunately, the weekly special wasn't worth recommending (a mountain of rice noodles, shredded iceberg lettuce, and greasy patties). Maybe you'll have to eat sushi here after all... The waitresses seemed stressed throughout and didn't make you feel welcome.
