Very friendly service and delicious food. We were here for a birthday.

We found the food delicious, and the atmosphere was very cozy with the beautiful decor. The sushi platters are a work of art in themselves and make every visit to the restaurant a true experience. The service is also very attentive and patiently takes our orders. We always recommend Hiroshi for sushi and ramen!

Incredibly delicious sushi. Since it was my birthday, they also brought me a free dessert and a candle on the house, and they put a lot of effort into the decorations :) A sweet surprise and excellent service!

I had a pho to go. The atmosphere is very nice, and the waitress was friendly. After ordering, I was informed that it could take about 15 minutes. After about 5 minutes, I got my pho. Great! The soup and its contents were packaged separately. It came with lime and hot sauce. The noodles and sprouts were accompanied by various herbs and tender chicken. Overall, it tasted very good and came quickly. The price is a bit high in my opinion, but since everything else was good, it's acceptable. Please provide napkins. Thank you.

Edit: We did not finish the food and we did not say it was good. The pictures are the leftovers. We paid we had to eat some we were starving. We are hardcore Japanese food lovers, we know what is good Japanese noodles and Japanese cuisine. The noodles here are instant noodles, the cheapest kind. The waitress told us we could not change the order, we had to ask her to ask the kitchen, and she was not very pleased. Why wold I make this up. This order experience never happened to me in my life. You said 6 of you, then you remember it was us who had problem with changing the order. Then either she was lying then or you are lying here. You should be thankful to reviews like this, it helps you to improve your service. Original: Very interesting experience! You cannot change your order 2 seconds after you told the waitress, even though your friends are still not done ordering. Have only been there once and I will NOT recommend this place to people who knows what is good noodles and good service, if you know real Japanese food/Asian food! The score does not reflect the quality/taste/price of the food. People make better Japanese food at home.

Unfortunately, the weekly special wasn't worth recommending (a mountain of rice noodles, shredded iceberg lettuce, and greasy patties). Maybe you'll have to eat sushi here after all... The waitresses seemed stressed throughout and didn't make you feel welcome.

Good food, good vibe, price a bit expensive than average

Did not expect to have some Vietnamese food in this Japanese restaurant. The interior was clean and the food was a 8+. I recommend to choose Chanh Đá as the drink.

Unfortunately, the food wasn't that tasty, especially the sushi, which was tough and tasted musty. I'd rather go somewhere else for sushi.

The ramen is also definitely among the best I've ever eaten. Simply top-notch. A big compliment to the entire team: super friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Everything is just right here. For me, Hiroshi is one of the best restaurants in Frankfurt. A definite recommendation!

...a lovely Japanese restaurant in Frankfurt's Ostend/Oststern district. You can watch the sushi being prepared; everything is very fresh, and the interior is decorated in a modern style. My son and I love eating here; the sushi menus are excellent and varied, and we always receive very friendly service. It's also nice that it's not as crowded as in the city center, and the food is served quickly. Thanks, Hiroshi!

Super cute, somewhat unassuming restaurant with delicious Japanese cuisine. For starters, we had gyoza and sushi – both were really good. The gyoza was very crispy and the sushi was very fresh. For main course, we had ramen, and we weren't disappointed. The service is super friendly :) We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

Nice ambiance. Friendly service. The veggie bowl was okay. The vegetarian maki and tempura roll were good. The baked banana had a much too hard coating, was completely floury, and partially blackened on the inside...simply not tasty or good...annoying.

We discovered this restaurant through the Barometer magazine and took advantage of the 2-for-1 ramen offer. The food was delicious, with friendly service and a lovely atmosphere. We'd be happy to come back even without a voucher!

🌀 Welcome to the Twilight Zone of Service 🌀 Frankfurt’s finest example of customer invisibility and time distortion. Walked in hungry. Left with ramen… and emotional damage. First 5 minutes: Just me, standing. No greeting. No “please wait.” Not even a glance. Just Server 1, staring at me like I was a QR code that wouldn’t scan. Then she came over and whispered something. So softly, I thought I was being summoned to the afterlife. I said, “Sorry, what was that?” She replied: “Nothing.” Followed by: “English or German menu?” Even though I’d been speaking English since minute one. Classic. ✅ She did say sorry later. Which puts her ahead of 95% of customer service on Earth. ⸻ 🧍‍♂️ The Order That Took a Team Effort I was ready to order. She walked past me. Cleaned another table. Didn’t say a word. Meanwhile, Server 2 took the order of someone who sat down after me. Beautiful choreography. Just no food. Eventually I had to raise my hand and say, “Hi, I’d like to order.” Felt like I was applying for permission to exist. ⸻ 🧼 Clean Table? Optional. The table was still dirty. I told Server 2. She nodded… and vanished. Like a magician. But with no applause. Ramen finally came. I asked Server 1 to clean the table. She wiped it. No spray. No cleaner. Just cloth. Possibly dry. Possibly reused since 2017. Who knows. 🧻 Napkins? Not on the table. Not offered. Not a concept. ⸻ 🐌 The Slowest Show on Earth Both servers moved like they were underwater. I started to wonder if I was in a real restaurant or a live art installation. The speed? Think National Geographic sloth footage. But less dramatic. ⸻ 💳 When It Came Time to Pay… Server 1 asked: “Do you have cash?” I said: “No, card.” She shook her head. Like I had offended her ancestors. So I asked, “Who’s the manager?” Everyone pointed to her. Not because she was the manager. But because she was the only one who spoke English. Translation: There is no manager. Not hiding. Not on break. Just… not a thing. 🧾 Final Breakdown • Ramen: Decent. I came for this. • Service: Time-bending experimental art. • Cleanliness: Vibes-only. • Speed: Measured in glacial years. • Management: Not present in this dimension. • Authenticity: Wishful branding. ⸻ Would I Return? Only if: • I bring my own napkins, sanitizer, and patience • I have 2.5 hours to spare • And I want to practice emotional regulation in public

La experiencia en general estuvo bien. La comida y el servicio eran adecuados. La actitud del gerente de la tienda fue, cuanto menos, descortés.

Unser Besuch in diesem Restaurant war insgesamt enttäuschend. Schon der Service ließ zu wünschen übrig: Unkoordiniert, langsam und überfordert. Man bekommt nicht das Gefühl vermittelt, willkommen zu sein. Besonders negativ fiel die Chefin auf, die unfreundlich und wenig kundenorientiert auftrat. Das Essen konnte den schwachen Service leider nicht retten – im Gegenteil. Die Trüffelpasta war eine echte Enttäuschung: Kein Hauch von Trüffelgeschmack, dafür eine fade, langweilige Soße und Pilze, die definitiv nichts in einer Trüffelpasta zu suchen haben. Die Burger waren im Vergleich dazu „okay“, aber eben auch nicht mehr. Für ein Restaurant, das sich auf Fleischgerichte spezialisiert, ist das schlicht zu wenig. Qualität und Zubereitung entsprachen eher einem durchschnittlichen Imbiss als einem ambitionierten Fleischrestaurant. Fazit: Leider ein Reinfall. Weder Service noch Küche konnten überzeugen. Wer auf der Suche nach gutem Essen und einem angenehmen Ambiente ist, sollte sich nach einer Alternative umsehen.

Noodles of Ramen eats like instant noodles. Curry is not Japanese style,it’s more like Thai style. Maybe their sushi is good, but I don’t try this time. But I’m not recommended ramen and curry.

Awful service. The ladies are super mean. Rolling eyes when asking about a table. The rolls that we ordered took forever and when we kindly asked how soon our food would arrive, the lady said “we are not McDonald, we are a restaurant”.

The food at Hiroshi Frankfurt is simply fantastic 🍣🍜! The sushi and ramen selection is diverse and always tastes fresh and delicious. The staff is super friendly and attentive 😊👍, which makes the visit even more enjoyable. Reserving a table is highly recommended, as the restaurant is often very busy, and without one, the chances of getting a seat are rather slim 📅🕒. We've been there twice and will definitely return because everything is just perfect – from the quality of the food to the service.

Very authentically decorated, chairs are very comfortable. We had a very tasty miso soup and the vegetarian gyoza. I found the selection of vegan sushi very cool. Prices were also reasonable. All in all it was tasty and we would come again.

I was recently in this restaurant and tried the sushi salmon bowl, it was very tasty! The salmon was fresh, perfectly seasoned and harmonized wonderfully with the rice and other ingredients. Everything was lovingly prepared, the portions were generous and the atmosphere was pleasant. Absolutely recommended for sushi lovers!

Buen ambiente aunque ligeramente oscuro. Un poco de fábrica y sentido de la producción en masa, pero esto está bien y del estilo de tales lugares. Camareros y gerente moviéndose a gran velocidad. Ligeramente frenético incluso que parecía extraño y el lugar era quizás un cuarto. El servicio fue muy amable y atento. Hiper informatizado y los pedidos casi parecían estar llegando cuando el camarero que acababa de tomarlos se iba. Baños muy limpios. Muchas preguntas sobre cuál de las muchas salsas tomaríamos que terminaron añadiendo unos 20€ a la factura. ¿Queremos pan? Sí (12 €) . Todos los precios estaban en el menú, pero la forma en que se hizo se sentía ligeramente por debajo. El camarero dijo que comenzaría con los aperitivos y luego volvería por el pedido principal. Tuvimos niños pequeños, pero el menú infantil llegó solo después de que lo pedimos. La comida en sí estaba bien y ciertamente no está mal. Mi filete costilla ojo estaba bien y sufrió de la aplicación excesiva demasiado común de ajo que básicamente arruina un buen filete (si no es un buen filete para empezar). Elemento muy interesante al final donde al pedir la factura me presentaron una figura y el lector de tarjetas para llevarme mi tarjeta. Tuve que solicitar una factura impresa con las cantidades individuales que al comprobar era exacta. Pero mi primera vez en experimentar lo que considero una mala práctica

Nice ambience. Room acoustics can be improved a bit, comfortable chairs and a feel-good atmosphere in Japanese style, but they definitely make up for it. The two of us spontaneously came by on a Saturday evening and managed to get a place, but a reservation would be recommended, especially if there were more people. We tested 2 starters and the Bento Menu 10 and were thrilled. Sushi and sashimi quality was excellent and the service was also very good. Will definitely come back again.

Food was delicious. What I didn't like was to be asked to leave a tip to my face, putting me in a situation where saying no is embarrassing. A tip wasn't even deserved because service was so slow (1+ hour to get my food) and I wouldn't have minded if you didn't ask for extra money

The restaurant is nicely decorated, but the staff is really very unfriendly. In addition, the oil in which the sushi is fried is very old and had an aftertaste. Not recommended!

Estaba en negocios en Frankfurt y uno de mis clientes recomendó este lugar como frente a su oficina. Almorcé, bebí por la noche, cené y luego almorcé de nuevo durante tres días tan conveniente pero principalmente porque es un gran lugar. La comida era buena y el ambiente y la clientela eran geniales. El personal del bar y especialmente el gerente Richard eran muy acogedores. Tuvimos un vuelo hoy y no queríamos llevar nuestras maletas por ahí, así que vinieron antes de abrir y los cuidaron hasta el almuerzo. Ad says "20% discount all menu". When the receipt arrived without any discount, the waiter said "prices on menu are already after discount". This is misleading. Would not recommend

We know Hiroshi from Dresden (greetings!) and were curious to see whether we would feel equally at home in Frankfurt's Ostend. And yes, actually, in two very different places the same good quality, the good atmosphere, the nice staff and such a pleasant relaxation that makes your stay so pleasant. By the way, Hiroshi Frankfurt has a plus when it comes to furnishings. Otherwise: two winners in the competition.

The atmosphere is totally pleasant and the staff is very friendly. Everything is also taken into account here for allergy sufferers.
