Awful service. The ladies are super mean. Rolling eyes when asking about a table. The rolls that we ordered took forever and when we kindly asked how soon our food would arrive, the lady said “we are not McDonald, we are a restaurant”.

The food at Hiroshi Frankfurt is simply fantastic 🍣🍜! The sushi and ramen selection is diverse and always tastes fresh and delicious. The staff is super friendly and attentive 😊👍, which makes the visit even more enjoyable. Reserving a table is highly recommended, as the restaurant is often very busy, and without one, the chances of getting a seat are rather slim 📅🕒. We've been there twice and will definitely return because everything is just perfect – from the quality of the food to the service.

Japanese vibe in all the elements of this restaurant. The food was very delicious and we loved the variety on offer. Sushi and tempura was awesome. Variety of vegetarian dishes. We went on Saturday Lunch time and plenty of space available. The service was quick ambiance was nice.

Very authentically decorated, chairs are very comfortable. We had a very tasty miso soup and the vegetarian gyoza. I found the selection of vegan sushi very cool. Prices were also reasonable. All in all it was tasty and we would come again.

I was recently in this restaurant and tried the sushi salmon bowl, it was very tasty! The salmon was fresh, perfectly seasoned and harmonized wonderfully with the rice and other ingredients. Everything was lovingly prepared, the portions were generous and the atmosphere was pleasant. Absolutely recommended for sushi lovers!

Ligeramente frenético incluso que parecía extraño y el lugar era quizás un cuarto. El servicio fue muy amable y atento. Hiper informatizado y los pedidos casi parecían estar llegando cuando el camarero que acababa de tomarlos se iba. Baños muy limpios. Muchas preguntas sobre cuál de las muchas salsas tomaríamos que terminaron añadiendo unos 20€ a la factura. ¿Queremos pan? Sí (12 €) . Todos los precios estaban en el menú, pero la forma en que se hizo se sentía ligeramente por debajo. El camarero dijo que comenzaría con los aperitivos y luego volvería por el pedido principal. Tuvimos niños pequeños, pero el menú infantil llegó solo después de que lo pedimos. La comida en sí estaba bien y ciertamente no está mal. Mi filete costilla ojo estaba bien y sufrió de la aplicación excesiva demasiado común de ajo que básicamente arruina un buen filete (si no es un buen filete para empezar). Elemento muy interesante al final donde al pedir la factura me presentaron una figura y el lector de tarjetas para llevarme mi tarjeta. Tuve que solicitar una factura impresa con las cantidades individuales que al comprobar era exacta. Pero mi primera vez en experimentar lo que considero una mala práctica

Nice ambience. Room acoustics can be improved a bit, comfortable chairs and a feel-good atmosphere in Japanese style, but they definitely make up for it. The two of us spontaneously came by on a Saturday evening and managed to get a place, but a reservation would be recommended, especially if there were more people. We tested 2 starters and the Bento Menu 10 and were thrilled. Sushi and sashimi quality was excellent and the service was also very good. Will definitely come back again.

Food was delicious. What I didn't like was to be asked to leave a tip to my face, putting me in a situation where saying no is embarrassing. A tip wasn't even deserved because service was so slow (1+ hour to get my food) and I wouldn't have minded if you didn't ask for extra money

The restaurant is nicely decorated, but the staff is really very unfriendly. In addition, the oil in which the sushi is fried is very old and had an aftertaste. Not recommended!

Estaba en negocios en Frankfurt y uno de mis clientes recomendó este lugar como frente a su oficina. Almorcé, bebí por la noche, cené y luego almorcé de nuevo durante tres días tan conveniente pero principalmente porque es un gran lugar. La comida era buena y el ambiente y la clientela eran geniales. El personal del bar y especialmente el gerente Richard eran muy acogedores. Tuvimos un vuelo hoy y no queríamos llevar nuestras maletas por ahí, así que vinieron antes de abrir y los cuidaron hasta el almuerzo. Ad says "20% discount all menu". When the receipt arrived without any discount, the waiter said "prices on menu are already after discount". This is misleading. Would not recommend

We know Hiroshi from Dresden (greetings!) and were curious to see whether we would feel equally at home in Frankfurt's Ostend. And yes, actually, in two very different places the same good quality, the good atmosphere, the nice staff and such a pleasant relaxation that makes your stay so pleasant. By the way, Hiroshi Frankfurt has a plus when it comes to furnishings. Otherwise: two winners in the competition.

The atmosphere is totally pleasant and the staff is very friendly. Everything is also taken into account here for allergy sufferers. The best thing, however, is the food itself, because the ramen and udon noodles are not only clearly presented but also taste phenomenal. Clear recommendation from me!

Their hot dishes are OK, and good for a quick dinner. Their sushi on the other hand is a bit of a let down, too many sauces and ingredients, wish they would focus more on having a properly done rice and better quality fish.

The food was pretty decent, but I felt that their focus was really on the take-out business. Our fairly simple order really took a very long time to receive. I would have liked to order another roll, but was afraid it would take another hour to get. The staff seemed fairly uninformed and just kind of winging it.

An excellent sushi and ramen restaurant in Frankfurt. The fish quality is really sushi grade and we’ve never been disappointed. The warm dishes are also very good (ramen and buns). Definitely a place to go if you like sushi!

Wenn der Kellner den Gast mit den fiesesten Wörtern beleidigt (leider wird das Wort nichtmal hier in der Rezension durch gelassen, also kann man sich vorstellen, wie MIES die Beleidigung war ... ), nachdem man 1,5h Stunden auf den jeweils nächsten Gang gewartet hat und 1,5h auf die Rechnung und den Unmut äußert, ist der Abend gelaufen. Dazu wurde für unsere Weihnachtsfeier ein Menü erstellt, an das sich dann niemand gehalten hat und unsere Partner mussten alle mehr zahlen, als besprochen. Traurig! Später wollte der Kellner dann noch eine Prügelei anfangen, also … sucht besser ein anderes Restaurant

Good but not excellent, great taste but the corn is a surprise in the Ramen.

Highly recommended! The food is excellent and the service is also impressive with friendly and professional care. However, I found it strange that with a bill of over €140 they asked for additional money for the packaging material for the leftover food.

Food is amazingly tasty, good quality and fresh.I ate N1 chicken ramen bowl, soup with veggies and chicken. I chose ramen but I think with udon is even better.For drinking non alcoholic option is lychee lemonade- very refreshing.

The best Japanese restaurant in Frankfurt. Food, drinks and service is excellent. A recommendation for anyone who prefers fresh sushi and special delicacies.

Unfortunately, absolutely disappointing. The quality of the sushi is disproportionate to the exorbitant prices. The portions are tiny and the taste is nothing special. For the price I would have expected fresh and exceptional ingredients, but instead it was mediocre and carelessly prepared. The service was also inattentive. There are far better alternatives for less money. I'm definitely not coming back!

Price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all. We ordered the most expensive sushi menu there for 4 people, which according to the menu should be enough for 3-4 people. For probably 4 little Japanese people!!!. The €100 sushi plate was empty after 7 minutes And to pass the time there was an inedible broth as a gift. Pure disappointment

Ambience OK, a bit loud at times. Starters and main courses very good. Desserts are more bad than good. The Asian pancake with fruit filling is a banana rolled into a pancake with strawberry sauce, bad joke!

If I could I would give - 10 stars. The waitresses are disrespectful and, above all, slanderous. I've never experienced anything like that. It was my daughter's birthday today and wanted to eat sushi at Hiroshi like last year. There were seven of us and we placed our order together!!! The ordered dishes were gradually served. After waiting for some time, everyone present except me had their food. After it was pointed out that my food was missing, my brother-in-law was extremely inhumanely and disrespectfully accused, in the presence of other guests, of having 5! Ate out of the 10 Futo Makis I ordered. Because, for whatever reason, this was said to have been on his plate. After he said no and explained to the waitress that he had only eaten the dish he ordered, she didn't let him go. She further claimed he had eaten my 5 with him. How can something like that happen? How can you be like that to a guest? After he and my mother-in-law tried to explain to the waitress that she was wrong, she asked my brother-in-law to justify himself to the sushi man. I still hadn't eaten anything yet. I was simply ignored. In the end, everyone ate but me. The sushi guy then wanted to explain to us that he simply had my order served on my brother-in-law's plate. But that's not true. Regardless, it would be illogical to do something like that. Especially since I ordered my own dish, which was supposed to be served on its own plate. There was a lot of discussion and no resolution, no understanding that the way they treated my brother-in-law was not okay. I didn't receive any food!!!I wasn't recognized as a guest and you didn't give a damn. The main thing is that my brother-in-law was wrongly accused of being a liar. In the end it turned out that my meal, which my brother-in-law supposedly ate, was forgotten to book and it was only booked (ordered) afterwards. This was still behind the counter. I didn't get it. To complete this. Errors were only looked for in the guest. That was slander. There were none! Sorry, no insight, no problem-solving strategy. It was just underground. I can't reproduce it all 1:1. My daughter secretly cried in the toilet because she was so sorry for how her uncle was treated and because she knew that I didn't get my food, because unfortunately the focus was completely different.

Come for the sushi and you won't be disappointed!! The Hiroshi is a very stylish restaurant with a great location. You can have a nice evening here and have a good lunch. We have been here twice so far. On the first visit we had ramen and we had to wait a very long time for our food. The ramen was so-so (I wouldn't order it again) On the second visit we had the surprise sushi platter for €60 The sushi was beautifully presented and freshly prepared for us. The taste was a 10/10 and we were absolutely full afterwards.

Food delicious, service normal/friendly. BUT the reason for 1 ⭐ The waitress brings us a bill with a tip already “integrated”. Without even asking us how much we wanted to tip, there was already an amount written on it. When we asked, we were told that it was mandatory. I don't know that in Germany or Europe. Even in the USA, the amount of the tip is still determined by the guest. It's really not about the amount itself, which was rather small, but about the principle. I always like to tip if it was good. But from me. And I set the amount. I have NEVER experienced anything like this in Europe.
