The best Japanese restaurant in Frankfurt. Food, drinks and service is excellent. A recommendation for anyone who prefers fresh sushi and special delicacies.

Good evening Yesterday we had dinner there with 4 boys and got the most expensive plate for 3-4 people for €100, the plate was empty after 7 minutes. The service wasn't very nice either

Unfortunately, absolutely disappointing. The quality of the sushi is disproportionate to the exorbitant prices. The portions are tiny and the taste is nothing special. For the price I would have expected fresh and exceptional ingredients, but instead it was mediocre and carelessly prepared. The service was also inattentive. There are far better alternatives for less money. I'm definitely not coming back!

Price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all. We ordered the most expensive sushi menu there for 4 people, which according to the menu should be enough for 3-4 people. For probably 4 little Japanese people!!!. The €100 sushi plate was empty after 7 minutes And to pass the time there was an inedible broth as a gift. Pure disappointment

Ambience OK, a bit loud at times. Starters and main courses very good. Desserts are more bad than good. The Asian pancake with fruit filling is a banana rolled into a pancake with strawberry sauce, bad joke!

Were there the second time. Everything was fresh and tasted very good. The staff was also very friendly. Always my pleasure.

If I could I would give - 10 stars. The waitresses are disrespectful and, above all, slanderous. I've never experienced anything like that. It was my daughter's birthday today and wanted to eat sushi at Hiroshi like last year. There were seven of us and we placed our order together!!! The ordered dishes were gradually served. After waiting for some time, everyone present except me had their food. After it was pointed out that my food was missing, my brother-in-law was extremely inhumanely and disrespectfully accused, in the presence of other guests, of having 5! Ate out of the 10 Futo Makis I ordered. Because, for whatever reason, this was said to have been on his plate. After he said no and explained to the waitress that he had only eaten the dish he ordered, she didn't let him go. She further claimed he had eaten my 5 with him. How can something like that happen? How can you be like that to a guest? After he and my mother-in-law tried to explain to the waitress that she was wrong, she asked my brother-in-law to justify himself to the sushi man. I still hadn't eaten anything yet. I was simply ignored. In the end, everyone ate but me. The sushi guy then wanted to explain to us that he simply had my order served on my brother-in-law's plate. But that's not true. Regardless, it would be illogical to do something like that. Especially since I ordered my own dish, which was supposed to be served on its own plate. There was a lot of discussion and no resolution, no understanding that the way they treated my brother-in-law was not okay. I didn't receive any food!!!I wasn't recognized as a guest and you didn't give a damn. The main thing is that my brother-in-law was wrongly accused of being a liar. In the end it turned out that my meal, which my brother-in-law supposedly ate, was forgotten to book and it was only booked (ordered) afterwards. This was still behind the counter. I didn't get it. To complete this. Errors were only looked for in the guest. That was slander. There were none! Sorry, no insight, no problem-solving strategy. It was just underground. I can't reproduce it all 1:1. My daughter secretly cried in the toilet because she was so sorry for how her uncle was treated and because she knew that I didn't get my food, because unfortunately the focus was completely different.

Come for the sushi and you won't be disappointed!! The Hiroshi is a very stylish restaurant with a great location. You can have a nice evening here and have a good lunch. We have been here twice so far. On the first visit we had ramen and we had to wait a very long time for our food. The ramen was so-so (I wouldn't order it again) On the second visit we had the surprise sushi platter for €60 The sushi was beautifully presented and freshly prepared for us. The taste was a 10/10 and we were absolutely full afterwards.

Location is very centrally located on Hanauer Landstrasse and is very stylishly furnished. The service was friendly and quick. Food tasted very good and was freshly prepared by the chef. Keep it up 👍

Very hot cause no air conditioning on at lunch in August. Fish with not a lot of flavour and prices way too high for the quality offered

Food delicious, service normal/friendly. BUT the reason for 1 ⭐ The waitress brings us a bill with a tip already “integrated”. Without even asking us how much we wanted to tip, there was already an amount written on it. When we asked, we were told that it was mandatory. I don't know that in Germany or Europe. Even in the USA, the amount of the tip is still determined by the guest. It's really not about the amount itself, which was rather small, but about the principle. I always like to tip if it was good. But from me. And I set the amount. I have NEVER experienced anything like this in Europe.

Yakisoba was okay except it was too salty.

Sonntags-Brunch Buffet war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Der Kaffee war leider nur so semi gut und Säfte gab es gar nicht auf dem Buffet, das war sehr enttäuschend, da man diesen für übertrieben viel Geld zusätzlich bestellen musste (2 O-Saft 14€). Service war freundlich und gut.

Very disappointed, are occasionally in Frankfurt because of the children. Otherwise always very happy here. Very disappointed today. It is not surprising that prices have risen here too. A wine glass with 0.2 for 10.50 euros, however. But the upper range is not appropriate. The duck with the curry was supposed to be crispy, but it wasn't. The meat looked and tasted bland like convenience food, while the curry was already hot, this was lukewarm and mushy. It's a shame, one less restaurant for us in Frankfurt.

Very nice atmosphere, unfortunately we had to wait a long time for our food even though there was almost nothing going on.

What can you give if you get a warm beer and the waitress tries to drink it with ice cubes (you don't drink beer with ice...not even in Japan). Thanks to the other waitress who swapped at the end, but the evening atmosphere was already ruined.

Sushi is decent. Tonkotsu ramen was the highlight. Spicy chicken ramen had lacklustre broth and wasn't spicy at all. Service was aggressive as servers kept coming up often asking for your order but it took us longer as we didn't have an English menu.

We were here at lunchtime with a few colleagues. The service was very friendly and was there for us straight away. The drinks were brought quickly. These first dishes arrived after about twenty minutes, others had to wait an hour for their food, hence the service deduction. The restaurant is modernly furnished and at the same time very cozy. The chairs are easy to sit on. At lunchtime the restaurant was full to capacity and a reservation is required at that time. After lunchtime it was immediately as empty as it had been full before.

Food is very tasty and affordable. The lunch menu is particularly suitable as prices are cheaper here. However, you can only pay with a card to a limited extent (from €20). Is no longer up to date.

Thank you very much for your professionalism and prompt communication! We visited the restaurant as a group of 40 people. We made a reservation with the team and we were also able to choose the food that they would prepare for us in advance. We decided to leave it to the Hiroshi team, which was a great decision. They made a plan for us and we just showed up and enjoyed our meal. Highly recommend! :D

The three of us went there for sushi and I have to honestly say it was some of the best sushi I've ever eaten. Everything totally fresh and delicious. The staff was great, we didn't wait long for the food even though the shop was full. Ambience great! I can also imagine it being perfect for a first date. The relaxed music in the background was also very relaxing, you feel like you are on vacation. Always my pleasure. 🤍

The food was good, the service needs to be improved, and special wishes that aren't so complicated should be listened to. Simple things such as replacing certain ingredients or boxes was not possible (as if it is all already made and ready, the price of the item i asked to replace was the same). Also completely cooked through food (one of the persons in my company wanted the salmon to be completely cooked through) this apparently was very difficult. There was also no ginger or wasabi included in the pokebowl. Plus there were salad leafs in the pokebowl, which is just not nice.

Service, food and ambience are really at a high level. Super delicious food and friendly staff. We felt very comfortable.

Definitely worth a visit, it was absolutely delicious and very friendly service! Big praise to the kitchen, your food delights the hearts of many!

Very tasty sushi, it was a nice evening there

Hello everyone, we have been there several times now. The food has always been good, whether sushi, bowl or ramen. I only give one star for the service. It starts with a barely existent greeting, you can only place your order using numbers (new condition?), extra requests, such as a bowl of rice, lead to big eyes. We also had to ask several times when she was coming. Part of the order didn't come at all. We sat at the table with empty glasses. No asking if you want anything else. That's not what service looks like to me. A pity!

I was there on Wednesday with 2 children. The food is good but the employee was initially very unfriendly to me with an annoyed face. She doesn't want to take customers even though it's 1:20 p.m. and there are lots of empty tables. food 5 service 1 ambience 5

We got a table on Friday evening - but with the information that if we wanted to order sushi, it would take about an hour. In the end it was even faster. Staff very nice, great atmosphere, large selection. Good taste.

Ich war heute zum Brunch mit 12 Personen. 2 Kleine Kinder, 3 Kinder und 7 Erwachsene. Wir sind freundlich empfangen worden und wurden gut platziert. Die bestellen Kinderstühle waren auch da. Das Buffet war Herrlich angerichtet. In Riesige und vielfältige Auswahl. Würst, Käse, Marmelade, Pfannkuchen, Waffeln zum selbstmachen. Spiegeleier, Rührei, Salte. Warme Speisen waren Sparerips, Würstchen. Hähnchenteile, Käse-Macsroni. Kuchen usw. gab es auch. Die Bedingungen waren freundlich und aufmerksam und haben auch regelmäßig die tische geräumt. Alles super! Meine Gäste waren sehr begeistert!

Very nice atmosphere. The broth was very strong and tasty. Were very good ramen - I can only recommend it to everyone.

We were there for lunch. Although the restaurant was virtually empty - a maximum of three tables with 2-3 people each - the service left a lot to be desired. We weren't asked again after the first round of drinks, we went to the counter to pay. The spring rolls for starters and the miso soup were good. Unfortunately, the deluxe sushi combo consisted of large portions of surimi and the raw tuna wasn't particularly tasty. Definitely not deluxe or good enough for the price.

The Duck & Truffle was outstanding!! Unfortunately service was very bad. We asked for a few salviettes and was asked “why have you already used your salviettes?”

Worst service ever they refused ua a table 45 minutes before they closed although it says at the entrance that the kitchen is open until 30 minutes before.

Food is good, but according to the website they stop accepting new guests 1 hour and 20 minutes before closing time.

Very good, fresh sushi. The starters (we had edamame, gyoza and spring rolls) were good too. Unfortunately the staff wasn't very friendly and seemed a bit annoyed. The biggest negative point was that there was no alcohol available to order.

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit leckerem Essen und Trinken!

Das war dann der erste Restaurant besuch, bei dem wir die Speisekarte mit der Handy Taschenlampe lesen mussten. Service bemüht aber nicht aufmerksam und noch weniger flexibel. Mehr Licht an den Tisch zu bringen funktionierte nicht da nicht genügend kleine Akku Stehlampen vorhanden sind. Anderer Tisch geht nicht, da nicht genügend Stühle vorhanden sind. (O-Ton Service) Besteck abgeräumt, ich habe aber kein neues bekommen. Das Essen grundsätzlich gut aber hart an der Zuviel Salz Grenze.(Steak) Es gab einen Prosecco aufs Haus, der ändert dann aber auch am Faden Erlebnis nichts mehr.

The food is amazing! We tried a couple of good vegetarian options; the gyozas and the veggie tempura roll were our favorites! Unfortunately, we and most of the other clients would agree that the service did the best it could, but obviously they need one or two additional employees on their team. People needed to wait a lot to be seated without any previous directions from the waitresses; sometimes they didn’t have the time to let them wait on the bar, so people began to desperately stare at them. It was not their fault, though; the place gets really busy, so the managers really need to come up with a system as soon as possible so people can understand their waiting time patiently. It would be nice if they could include a vegetarian ramen option in the future.

I like the Ahiru Ramen. Has all the meats and always leaves me satisfied.

The service was terrible. We went for dinner 5 people and wanted to have a good sushi night. Google Maps said the kitchen closed at 10 pm, but we were looking the Menu at 21:15 when the waitress came to us saying we only had 2 mins to decide what we wanted to order. When we were still having dinner we were told we had to pay already and almost leave. I was completely embarrased about it and couldn’t enjoy the food. Furthermore we had to eat the food in 20 mins…

Sehr enttäuschendes Lunch. The Ash hat ein cooles Ambiente aber der Rest… Die Bedienung war überfordert. Die Pommes lappig. Einen grünen Salat konnte man nicht zusammenstellen (haben die keine Köche?). Die Fiketsteaks waren so la la und suhlen sich auf den Teller in einer undefinierbaren Flüssigkeit (Bratensaft? Soße?). Jedes Blickhouse liefert besserere Qualität und das zudem noch günstiger.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, wir hatten Ramen und Tempura Sushi und beides hat uns allen richtig gut geschmeckt! Die Kellnerin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Ambiente ist sehr schön und gemütlich, ich gebe dem Laden sehr gerne 5 Sterne! Würde jeder Zeit wieder kommen!

Hervorragendes asiatisches Essen in einem großartig eingerichteten Lokal, bei dem auch das Ambiente und die Freundlichkeit des Personals stimmt. Besondere das Sushi und die Suppern sind zu empfehlen.

Heute war ich mit meiner Freundin (die Vegetarierin ist) im Hiroshi in Frankfurt. Die junge Dame die uns bedient hatte, konnte unsere Bestellungen nur mit den Nummer in der Speisekarte aufnehmen. Sprich „Avocado Maki“ zu bestellen war nicht möglich, sondern die es war die Nr. 38. Eventuell war die Bedienung neu. Daher nur kleine Anmerkung am Rande. Zur Vorspeise hatten wir die Edamame, als auch die Miso Suppe, die es zur bestellten Bento Box dazu gab. Die Miso Suppe war unfassbar lecker. Sehr viel Flavour, sehr viel Tiefe im Geschmack. Großes Lob! Edamame sind Edamame. Sie haben geschmeckt, wie sie schmecken sollen. Aufgrund der leckeren Miso Suppe haben wir uns sehr auf die vegetarischen Ramen gefreut. Die Brühe ist auf Miso und Dashi Basis. Leider war diese genau das Gegenteil. Ich weiß nicht ob es so schmecken sollte, jedoch war der Geschmack sehr flach, keine Power und leider nicht so schmackhaft wie erhofft. Ich als großer Pak Choi Fan hätte mich über ein zweites oder ein größeres Stück gefreut. Alles in allem sind das nett gesagt, sehr durchschnittliche Veggie Ramen. Eventuell sind sie normal besser, bestimmt probiere ich diese nochmal und gebe dazu dann nochmal ein Update. Die größte Enttäuschung war für mich aber die Bento Box bestehend aus 3 oder 4 Stücke Lachs sashimi, 4 Nigiris und noch einer Roll bestehend aus 8 Stücken. Foto anbei. Für 30€ ein etwas hoher Preis, dafür das es mich nicht aus den Socken gehauen hat und leider nicht sättigt. Das Wasabi liegt neben dem Sushi, vermutlich damit sich das jeder selbst dosieren kann. Ich bin eher ein Fan von der traditionellen Machart, wenn das Wasabi schon bei Sushi machen zwischen Fisch und Reis platziert wird (bei den Nigiris zumindest). Der Fisch hat auf jeden Fall sehr frisch gerochen, also schlechter Fisch wird auf jeden Fall nicht eingekauft. Zum Nachtisch gab es das Grünteeeis mit Lychees. Fertig Eis und Dosenfrüchte. Sehr stimmig und lecker, jedoch auch keine große Handwerkskunst. Auf der Rechnung stand dann 72€ und ein paar zerdrückte für: - 2 Lychee Eistee - Edamame - Veggie Ramen - Bento Box (Lachs Mix) - 1 Grünteeeis mit Lychee Mit Trinkgeld bei knapp 40€ pro Kopf nicht satt zu werden ist sehr schade. _____________________________ Es gibt trz. 3 Sterne, da ich sonst immer das Mittagsmenü zum Abholen bestelle. Die Ramen mit den fleischigen Brühen sind deutlich besser. Preis-Leistung ist Mittags auch deutlich besser als Abend. Also falls ihr dieses Lokal besuchen wollt, dann eher Mittags.

Wir hatten einen Brunch am zweiten Weihnachtsfeiertag um 12:00 gebucht . Der Kaffee stand eingekocht auf der Kaffeemaschine. Brot und Brötchen waren von gewöhnlicher Qualität Die Salate waren wenig und fantasielos angemacht. Tomaten und Mozzarella waren ohne Basilikum garniert. Es lagen chicken nuggets und Wings wie aus der Tiefkühlpackung unter der Wärmebrücke. Fleisch war nur auf Nachfrage und nach 15 Minuten da. Von einem Brunch in einem Steakhaus erwarte ich eine bessere Qualität.,- insbesondere am zweiten Weihnachtsfeiertag. Schade, sehr schade.

Super schönes Restaurant, man kriegt eigentlich immer einen Platz, süßes Interieur. Chirashi Bowls (vorallem Lachs, roh oder gegrillt) köstlich, Pho Suppe in Ordnung, Sushi lecker.

That's a very cute place with very cool tableware. We gave it a chance about three times, because we live really close to it, but today it was definitely the last time we came there. Ramen soups don't taste very well; for example vegetarian one: it's very sour and has very very basic things in it, tho costs almost the same as other ramens. Their menu has information about sensitive ingridients included in the form of footnotes (what is extremely nice!) . Our little son has allergies, so we ordered a dish from the kids menu which had no soya, no eggs (literally, the only dish in the kids menu without footnotes) : fried rice with vegetables and chicken. But apparently it was prepared with soya and eggs! We asked to redo it, what they did. But the waiter wanted us to pay for 2 kids dishes. We had to have a confrontation, because we didn't feel it's fair we pay twice, due to false info in the menu. At the end we paid only for 1 kids dish, but they did everything to make us feel very guilty. We had a pretty bitter evening at the end.
