Amazing poke. So funny to have a great poke in frankfurt.

This is probably one of the worst restaurants I've ever been. We arrived and there was no staff on the bar. A few minutes later, two bartenders arrived. None of them noticed us, or if they did, they ignored us. After about 10 minutes, we were finally able to get menu. We waited 10 more minutes until we were able to catch the bartender's attention, and to order. The place was empty, btw. Later We moved from the bar to a table. I tried to catch a waite's attention, again - no one noticed me. I got up to ask for a menu from the bar - still, I was ignored. Eventually I leaned to pick up a menu from inside the bar, when a bartender finally noticed me!!! To say this was a lunch menu, and send me to a sign!! Where!! You could find the menu!!!!! A few minutes later the manager noticed this ridiculous event, and served me the menu. Yet, it was a little to late at this point. The food was good though.

The Cobb saled here is huge and one of the best I have ever had. Their burgers are also delicious and filling. I read some reviews about the service being slow and long waits, but we were attended promptly and they all were attentive.

Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Das Ambiente ist gut, die Preise etwas höher (klar, Flughafen und 4* Hotel). Aber wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln. Das Essen war sehr lecker, der Service aufmerksam und sehr freundlich, das Ambiente gut. Der Wein war ebenfalls hervorragend. Essen/Getränk: Texas Pulled Chicken Sandwich und Vegan Guisado, dazu spanischer Rotwein und deutscher Riesling.

I can't understand the negative reviews. The ambience is good, the prices are a little higher (of course, airport and 4* hotel). But we had nothing to complain about. The food was very tasty, the service was attentive and very friendly, and the atmosphere was good. The wine was also excellent. Food/Drink: Texas Pulled Chicken Sandwich and Vegan Guisado, with Spanish red wine and German Riesling.

What a super poor performance for a hotel lobby bar. Tried to order a Singapore Sling, which should be easy for any decent bartender to make, and was told that No, they can only do the drinks on the menu. The food was OK and service as well, however having to tell guests that their bar is a bit challenged is not a great look.

There isn’t a place where someone seats you but you are not allowed to seat yourself. I find this frustrating. The food was average .

Good restaurant in the Sheraton Hotel. Unfortunately there is also a lot of through traffic from the airport to the hotel. This makes it a bit uneasy. The prices are quite high but that is if you want to eat in a good hotel at the airport. The food was good and the waitresses were very nice.

Mi esposa y yo pasamos el fin de semana en el Frankfurt Marriott antes de que ella volase a los Estados Unidos por unas semanas. Estuvimos dos noches para escapar del calor y dormir en una habitación con aire acondicionado. Nuestra primera noche cenamos en el Comedero. Hemos comido aquí antes y he revisado este lugar al menos una vez antes. Esta vez mi esposa pidió el salmón con mantequilla de limón servido encima de okra y puré de batatas. Le encantaba su plato. Fui con el filete de 12 onzas de costilla con mantequilla de ajo. Esto se acompañó de espinacas con queso azul y mini patatas al horno. Disfrutamos de una botella de un sabroso vino Le Marze bianco de la región de Toscana de Italia. De postre, compartimos una rubia limón estilo California. A mi esposa le encantó. El servicio fue absolutamente excelente. Decidimos pedir una botella de vino para la habitación. El gerente del restaurante se ocupó de nosotros. Olvido su nombre, pero es de Croacia. Trajo el vino a nuestra habitación en un cubo de hielo con un par de copas de vino. Llegó a abrirlo y servirnos un par de vasos. Nos sentimos como una clientela de primera clase. Realmente aprecio el servicio tan grande y quiero reconocerlo, pero tristemente olvidé su nombre. Hizo que la cena y la experiencia post-cena maravillosa.

The food, burger and fries, was good. The waitress was extremely nice and provided excellent service!

The food was quite good and we enjoyed the flavors and presentation. The service was friendly, although it was a bit slow. However, we were very upset to find out that the price of a 750ml bottle of water was €9.50 each, and this wasn't listed anywhere on the menu. We ordered two, not knowing the price, and ended up paying €19 just for water! This hidden outrageous cost left a sour taste after an otherwise pleasant meal.

Good place to snack if don't want to go to airport to search place to eat. Prices are bit higher due to its location right in the middle of two big hotels. Service also in english.

Wir waren zwei Mal in diesem Restaurant, einmal beim Abflug und danach bei der Ankunft. Beide Male war die Bedienung äusserst langsam. Einmal war das Restaurant sehr gut besetzt, da kann man ein gewisses Verständnis aufbringen. Aber auch da waren 45 Minuten warten für einen Salat eher unangemessen. Beim zweiten Mal waren wir um 20:30h abends da und das Restaurant war spärlich besetzt. Da mussten wir über 10 Minuten auf ein Bier warten. Der Schaum des Biers war weg. Es stand also die ganze Zeit über bereit zum servieren.

I sat down at 8 pm. It is now 10 pm and I am still waiting for my food. I asked different servers, even the main guy in charge in his blazer what’s going on. Every time I am told “the food is being made”. I do not recommend eating here unless you are willing to wait an extended period of time. Update: I just got my food and I am surprised that it took so long to put 4 pieces of bread and a chicken in a plate. See picture.

I think I got food poisoning at this restaurant. More specifically, I think it was the "clam chowder". I ordered clam chowder which is a cream soup, but this one was a fish soup. I also ordered a burger and fries. About three to four hours later, I was in my hotel room throwing up for hours and worried I needed to visit the doctor. I have never had food poisoning before. I am positive it was this place because I only ate in one spot that day before and it was just a snack. I did not like the waiter Viktor because he had a very smug attitude, the other waiters and waitresses were awesome though. Especially the guy from Georgia.

We were guests at the Mariott Hotel and the associated 'The Eatery / Station 1' for dinner. We were served by Dardan Zeqiri, an exception: so friendly, balanced, courteous, in a good mood, warm-hearted and professional in his service. It perfectly embodies the hotel's standards in accordance with its corporate philosophy. To have a friendly influence on people and to enable them to have a very pleasant and relaxed stay in the hotel's restaurants, be it after a strenuous flight or as part of a vacation - as was the case in our case. You immediately feel at home in Mariott and Dardan plays a significant role in that. Wir waren Gäste im Mariott Hotel und im dazugehörigen 'The Eatery / Station 1' zum Abendessen. Bedient wurden wir von Dardan Zeqiri, eine Ausnahmerscheinung: So freundlich, ausgeglichen, zuvorkommend, gut gelaunt, warmherzig und professionell in der Bedienung. Er verkörpert in Perfektion den Anspruch des Hotels gemäß dessen Unternehmensphilosophie. Freundlich auf Menschen einzuwirken, ihnen einen sehr angenehmen und entspannten Aufenthalt in der Gastronomie des Hotels zu ermöglichen, sei es nach einem anstrengenden Flug oder im Rahmen von Urlaub - so wie in unserem Fall. Im Mariott fühlt man sich sofort zuhause und daran hat Dardan einen erheblichen Anteil.

The only steak I’ve had that was worse than the one I received here gave me food poisoning. The steak was raw and the fat was unrendered. I’ve never paid 60 EUR for a meal that I threw away. The butter was frozen and the rest of the vegetables were lukewarm. I don’t know how it is possible to ruin food so poorly at such a high cost. I will never eat here again.

Upon addressing my concerns with the server and soliciting dialogue with a manager, my grievance was met with a disconcerting lack of urgency and resolution. Considering the exorbitant charge of $28 for such substandard fare, I must counsel potential patrons to reassess any intentions of dining here. The flagrant disregard for culinary precision and client satisfaction observed is intolerable. Patrons, especially those wearied by travel, merit a dining experience far surpassing the mediocrity tendered here.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant in the airport hotel around 10:45 PM. As one of the few late-night dining options available, I expected at least basic service and food quality. Unfortunately, both were lacking. There was no one to greet or seat guests, so I had to choose my own table. I knew it was close to closing time so I confirmed with two staff members if the kitchen was still serving. I know in the states, restaurant kitchens may close before the actual restaurant closes due to some cleanup procedures and what not. Completely understandable. That was not the case here. They wanna put out as many orders as possible even if the quality has to suffer. The burger I ordered was a disaster—gray and cold in the center, clearly undercooked, and the accompanying fries were barely warm. The lack of concern from the staff when I pointed out the issue was as shocking as the meal itself. Despite asking to speak with a manager to address the poor quality, I was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude. The burger not only looked unappetizing, it also tasted off, as if the meat were borderline spoiled. Just an hour after eating just three bites, I started feeling sick to my stomach—a clear sign of how bad the food was. Considering the steep price of $28, this experience was not only a letdown but also a health hazard. I strongly advise against eating here, especially if you're looking for a safe and satisfying meal after travel. There are certainly better and safer options available.

Picked up coffee and some pastries and sandwiches during a layover in Frankfurt. Pastries, sandwiches and espresso drinks were good. Located conveniently between the Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel and the skybridge to Terminal 1

What can I say… 50 minutes to still not have two chicken sandwiches with a plate of fries. We restart, we are told 3 minutes… 10 minutes later it’s still 3 minutes. A definite effort should be considered to improve the fluidity of the service. The food is also very decent.

Waited an hour for my 30€ burger.

Nothing to say on the food, honestly very very good The salmon was amazing perfectly cooked and the veggies as side were so good. Dessert as well was good . The price is a bit too high I can’t understand how a small piece of salmon can cost 37€ , come on guys! And service….. sooooo slow… so many people passing never asking if I want something . I waited 15 minutes to get the menu and then other 10 minutes before order … not good … So with a bit less money and a bit better service, would be a 5 star restaurant

From my point of view it deserves 5 stars and how... First of all I can say that the food is of excellent quality, the service is fast and the staff are kind and professional, but it also becomes your salvation if you arrive at the airport in the evening after 9.00pm when everyone starts to close and here it stays open until 11pm It's not at all a given when you're hungry and you look around but you can't find a solution to your need. The environment is very clean and the area refined, on the other hand the Sheraton Airport Hotel is just around the corner.

Good spot for food and drinks at the airport. The Cobb salad is shown on the menu as an appetiser but is plenty as a main dish. Very tasty. Wine list is short but superb choices. Only 2 let-downs: boiled egg missing from salad (but provided quickly when I pointed out error); waitress sold 200ml wine glass despite only asking for small glass (beware).

We are sitting here at the bar waiting for our order to be taken, the bartender Jeorg has passed us by now for over 30 minutes while only helping other customers and checking his phone. We have even made eye contact and he just picks up wine glasses and checks for spots then ingores us. The bartender Jeorg and the lady working tonight clearly do not like me and my friends and will not give us the time of day, the manager is very polite and very busy . While I'm typing this the bartender finally came to take the order and seemed inconvenienced that we wanted to stay at the bar and eat, telling us if we order at the bar and decide to move to a table we would not be able to be served. On top of that, once we get our food we would not be able to move to a table even tho they are at almost 50% capacity. The food is OK, nothing that stands out but definitely better than other options in the airport. But for the price and the service, Burger King might be the place on my next trip. It's unfortunate because it looks like the manager actually cares about the place.

Food was great (quantity, taste, not boring), but I’ve had better service at a gas station. Wait staff was inexperienced, overwhelmed, and rude. Also incompetent (claimed they had no juices despite having a full bar). Had to wave and request everything (ordering drinks, removing empty glassware, spoon so I could eat my soup). And the waiter forgot to request my entree after I had finished my appetizer. I asked after waiting 45 min and seeing other tables get food they had ordered after me. Rather than apologize, he blamed it on me for ordering an appetizer. Manager gave me a free tomato juice for the inconvenience…so there’s that. The Hilton restaurant is 5 min away and consistently good, go there instead.

It might be just me, but I think this bar serves one of the best old fashioned cocktail. The service is quick and the food is decent. Look, people are saying that this place has issues; but this place opens until 11 pm. When your flight lands at 830 pm, there are only a few places open which are non fast food restos. This is it, and it’s pretty decent, and located wonderfully reachable from the terminal. And you get to sit down, have a nice drink and not worry. Recommended

Very good and juicy burger (with average fries). Unfortunately, the service still needs improvement - the general attention is below average, you have to wait quite a long time to place the order or request the invoice. Some employees are very warm, others are very cold and not very friendly.

We stayed at the Sheraton Hotel, everything was great. the food, the cocktails and the service staff, even if you can see that it is stressful in the restaurant, many thanks to Ishak bochaar.., the waiter who served us was very personable, friendly and very helpful, I and my wife were convinced of him and very happy to serve us. Thank you for everything, we come back.

Great hotel restaurant just off the airport. Had the East Coast Burger that rivaled burgers I get in the states. Other plates I have seen come by look well plated and no complaints from the guests. I’m looking forward to my Peanut Crème Brûlée for desert.

We had dinner at the Eatery while staying at the Sheraton and we were pleasantly surprised. Most notably, the service was outstanding. The restaurant staff was very friendly, helpful and made us feel happy to be there. The food was southern US cuisine and very tasty, though the portions were a bit small. The ambiance was pleasant and relaxed, the drinks menu was extensive, and the cocktails perfectly made. The two of us had a cocktail and a main each, and at 85 Euros it wasn't cheap but okay for a hotel restaurant. Given that there aren't many (any?) more upscale restaurant in the area, we were very happy with this choice.

Food was great. Steak was very good and so were the spare-ribs. Service could have been more friendly though. They had no clue of my confirmed online reservation, when we arrived and the staff seemed to be stressed out by the fact we wanted a table at our booked time. love 🥰

The restaurant was on the more expensive side but for a hotel/airport restaurant it’s what you can expect. The food is decent and the service was great. They messed up one order of ours and were very apologetic and came out with the correct order only a few minutes later. Speaking of the which, the food was prepared very quickly which was nice. Overall 4/5 stars.

If you’re in the hotel, there’s not much choice and this place capitalizes on that fact. The menu is limited and the food is very very overpriced for Marriott and airport. The ribeye was so tough and came luke warm. There was no steak knife and at 48euros, one would expect better quality. Entrees are 29-48 Euro for mediocrity. The location is large and open and service is professional and like the food, served cold.

Good place to stop at between train station and the airport if you are not in an hurry. If arriving with train for a flight you could also drop your baggage at Lufthansa check in directly after train station.

Staff is incredibly welcoming and kind. There are some really great (not that many) vegan options. The restaurant itself is comfortable and very convenient.

Nice traditional schnitzel as my last meal before flying out of Germany the next morning. Probably the best one I had since being in Germany. Granted that may just mean that I made some poor choices previously but in any case, a nice meal.

Das Essen war gut. Jedoch sollte man bei diesen Preisen erwarten können, dass die Vorspeisen nicht gleichzeitig mit dem Hauptgericht kommen und der Kellner (der "Essensauslieferer" aus der Küche), dass wenn man ihn darauf hinweist nicht auch noch pampig reagiert. Ein weiterer Punkt Abzug für den Espresso. Selten so eine Automatenplörre bekommen. Das Restaurant hat nicht umsonst hier so eine niedrige Gesamtbewertung.

Had a Chef’s Recommendation US Short Ribs. The volume was surprisingly large and the taste was just perfect. Don’t forget to try with the ground black pepper, took it too the next level. After the amazing short ribs, I had a vanilla crème brûlée with coffee. The dessert was nice and refreshing. Pretty large volume for me as well. The coffee, however, was not as expected. It looks like starbucks, taste like starbucks, in fact they even serve it in a starbucks mug :). And finally, they serve my Helles like pro. Please try it if it’s your kind of beer.

Super Kellner, aber für ein Gemüsecurry Eur 21,- zu verlangen und dann besteht das geschmacklich gute Gericht hauptsächlich aus Paprika, Zwiebel und Frühlingszwiebel - die wohl billigsten Gemüsesorten am Markt - nur ganz wenig Brokkoli, Fisolen und ein paar Linsen haben sich noch auf den Teller getraut - sehr schade va weil die vegetarische Auswahl sehr klein ist.

The food here is absolutely amazing and the staff is even better. The first night I was here I had the house burger which can only be cooked to well done!! I have to admit that burger was the best welldone burger that I had ever had. Im not sure how they did it but the burger was still extremely juice for being well done. The second night I had the chicken burger which was also amazing, did I mention this dish comes with sweet potato fries…. To close things out this evening I had the Apple strudel with an espresso martini. Both items where to die for. The serves at this establishment are extremely friendly. Senay & Avto are two of the nicest people you will ever meet..
