Unfriendly service, arrogant and the food didn't taste like anything and finally the food was cold because of the incompetent service.

Loved it so much the first night, I took more friends and went back a second night. The nicest and most gracious and caring staff, stellar food and wine. I had worked so late the first night and as luck would have it, they kindly stayed open to make me the most delicious, warming food way past their closing time.. 🙏🏼 Definitely must go!

I used it for the launch. Authentic German cuisine is available. I was recommended an assortment set of all German dishes, and it was exquisite. The apple cinnamon dessert was also perfect. If you're a tourist, this set is the one for you. They also give detailed explanations of the dishes.

Not recommended. It was also once closed by the public order office due to unsanitary conditions. Pretty messed up!

Best meal of our trip to Frankfurt

On Tuesday evening we had no reservation and they were very kind to seat us, I never write negative reviews because I'm also a gastronome! But the thing that bothered me was the tip request when I paid! I left a tip anyway but it's shameful! They must have thought we were Italian and didn't want to leave a tip! Too bad I live right here in Frankfurt! For me it's a place that can close! Not recommended

Everything about eating in this restaurant was amazing. The nice gentleman that served us was extremely friendly and made our experience much nicer. The food was delicious, and the salad that accompanied my Schnitzel was the best one I’ve had in a while in restaurants. The prices are also fair for what they serve. One does leave the place immer satt!

We visited the restaurant several times during the exhibition week. Pork knuckle german style are the dish to take. Nice and pleasant staff who speak German, English, Polish and Russian and cater o all your needs.

Long waiting times, service overwhelmed and therefore unfriendly. 110 minutes waiting time after ordering. Many customers because of the perfect location close to the trade fair grounds. It's not clean either, no towels to dry your hands, I don't recommend this restaurant

We were looking for a traditional German dinner and found it here. The schnitzel with onions had authentic sauce. Spatzel was good, although not quite as good as I had hoped. The meal price was reasonable. The atmosphere was great, and the server was excellent.

They planned to close because it was quiet but remained open for us. We had a delicious steak here and my husband had a schnitzel. Steak was perfectly cooked and a beautifully tender piece of meat. The service was great! Until next time.

It was a very decent and clean environment all the staff were very attentive and I can say that the price was completely reasonable the crowd conditions vary depending on the travel time

At first glance the shop has potential for a nice corner restaurant, but unfortunately not after one visit. I would only go here for a drink, which is ok. The menu does offer special dishes from time to time that seem a little better, but I don't eat out for the dishes on the menu. Here you should probably spend a little more for the quality of your purchase. For me therefore only 2.5 stars.

Service was slow, and we waited quite a while for our meals, despite the restaurant not being too busy; however, there was a very large group for a year-end function, gathering at the restaurant which may have caused the staff to be overwhelmed. We also found our waiter to be rather unhelpful and uninterested in assisting us, despite us clearly being tourists. The food was mediocre, and rather bland, except for the sauces. The pork knuckle seemed to be boiled, and wasn’t crispy at all. I found the outside restaurant space untidy, with a hosepipe reel blocking the entrance we used.

Asparagus soup is a packet soup - no piece of asparagus in it, which dries up for a whopping €9... the bread that comes with it. Unfortunately absolutely not good quality

The pork cutlet and pork trotters were seasoned just right to suit my taste and were delicious. I recommend it.

You can enjoy a wide range of German cuisine at reasonable prices. Of course, Spergel is also delicious and satisfying during the spring season. It's not a very large shop, so if you visit during busy hours, you might not get a good impression of the service.

Although all the outdoor seating was occupied, the service staff made it possible for us to arrange another table from the inside to the outside where we could sit without a reservation. I have rarely experienced something like that. You feel very welcome as a guest. The food was excellent, especially the meat. Highly recommended!

It's a mediocre restaurant. It has nothing to do with a traditional German restaurant. It's a little bit Arabic and a little bit like Mediterranean cuisine.

A bit disappointed with the food... We had asparagus soup as a starter, unfortunately it had a lot of sweet cream on it. My asparagus in the main course also tasted strangely sweet. The salmon with it was okay, but it cost an extra €14, as I later found out. We left with 1x starter soup, 2x main course, 3x glasses of wine and a bottle of water for €102, but we also had to wait 1.5 hours for our food even though the restaurant wasn't very full.

I had a schnitzel with green sauce, unfortunately the schnitzel seemed to be frozen, which is a bit cheeky given the price of €18. But the taste was okay.

Visited this restaurant yesterday. I had an appetite for Frankfurt cuisine. The restaurant was quickly found and in the immediate vicinity of our hotel. The decor is modern, the music is subtle. The service was friendly and quick. I chose the pepper soup as a starter, but unfortunately it was out. Changed my mind to carrot ginger soup. Unfortunately, this reminded me more of a broth than a soup. The consistency is thin, looks thin. Good taste. For the main course I had the knuckle and my wife had schnitzel with green sauce. Unfortunately, this is where the fiasco began. My knuckle would have needed another half an hour in the oven. The taste, like the side dishes, was mediocre. My wife's schnitzel, partially burnt and by that I mean black. The breading reminded me of frozen goods. By that I mean the entire schnitzel. For the price, even in Frankfurt, not OK for me. We won't be coming back.

Landed there by chance and ate rump steak. Delicious. My companion had schnitzel and was also completely thrilled. Very attentive service. At times the music was a bit too loud for a conversation, otherwise it was really great. Gladly again 😊

They were in a group of 16 people at fair time. Unfortunately we had to wait 1 hour and a half before serving the mixed meat dish recommended by the owner. Recommended only for groups of a few people or couples.

It was the worst. Especially Asians should eat outside in the cold! I don't want you to choose the menu because I want you to come out quickly! The staff was really terrible and it was cold. Even though the food is delicious, it's cold and spoiled. I can't recommend it at all. It's better to go to another store.

We were there in a larger group. Unfortunately we didn't feel very welcome. When we refused the starter plate we were looked at strangely, when a few of us wanted soup as a main course, only a tiny starter soup came, which tasted good but was far too little. The dessert was very tasty. Unfortunately, an intolerance was not addressed despite inquiries and was subsequently discussed and the guest was blamed. Sorry, it just doesn't work. We will spend our money elsewhere in the future!

Traditional German food. Big portions, tasty food. All good. In a mixed grilled platter, the chicken and the pepper sauce were the best. The pork knuckle was probably a bit more boiled than baked but still very good. Kids liked Schnitzel, and they said it's the best meat. Beer was good(this is Germany). I would come back.

A mouse infestation was discovered. The operating rooms were so contaminated that basic cleaning and disinfection of all equipment and surfaces was necessary. The company was officially closed. Checkpoint 1 Counter / Bar: The floor was dirty, particularly in the edge and corner areas, as well as under and behind the facilities. The base cabinet was contaminated with mouse tracks. The base frame of the glass washer was dirty. Kitchen: The floor was heavily soiled and greasy, particularly in the edge and corner areas, as well as under and behind the facilities. The under-counter shelf in the sink area was heavily contaminated and smelled strongly of a different kind. Detergent was poured into food containers (PET bottles) - a risk of mix-up could not be ruled out. The area under the sink (waste pipe, siphon, water pipe) of the cleaning device for the work tools and equipment was heavily contaminated. Several items made of untreated wood were used. This is not smooth and not easy to clean. The door edges of the dishwasher were dirty. Some of the walls behind the facilities were heavily contaminated. During a trade fair I chose to eat away from my hotel and fancies some local food. This restaurant was fully booked but the owner was great & squeezed me in for a quick meal before a later reservation. I had a glass of white wine and the Pork Schnitzel with Mushroom Sauce & French Fries. Really tasty food - perfectly cooked and full of flavour. I’m glad I stepped out of the hotel! Will return when I am next here … and bring my colleagues … but will book in advance!

We were in this restaurant in a larger group. It was very full and therefore very loud and very cramped, as the tables were apparently arranged very flexibly depending on the occupancy in the guest room. This led, among other things, to another table (3 people) being placed in such a way that one of these guests had to sit halfway towards the toilet door, which meant that people had to push past him every minute. The drinks arrived at our table quite quickly, and a little dry, flimsy baguette with a garlic dip was also served beforehand. Unfortunately, the main courses took far too long and were - in our opinion - of below-average quality. The meat was almost always too cooked and was incomprehensibly covered by (too) a large amount of sauce. Why isn't the sauce served separately here or at least served under the meat? The “star” of the plate is not shown to any advantage and only tastes like the sauce. Although we were later told by the service that all the sauces were freshly cooked, this is unfortunately difficult to believe - it reminds us too much of a ready-made cream sauce (strange shine, too intense binding, a bit of an artificial taste). The service itself certainly had a lot to do that evening, but there was only a question about whether everything was okay with the food when it was being cleared away. Yes, we could have complained proactively, but after the long wait we would be hungry and no longer have the nerve to make any improvements - quite apart from the fact that the service seemed uncooperative and the criticism was rather dismissed. All in all a failed visit. Since we don't come directly from Frankfurt, unfortunately there won't be a second chance (so quickly). The other reviews gave us hope for more, but maybe we were just unlucky.

Einfach nur schlechte Küche. Wild zusammen gemixte Menüs mit Fertigsossen. Und dann wird von Schnitzel über Bratwurst und Münchener Weißwurst einfach aufgewärmtes Essen unter Deutscher Küche vermarktet. Der Kellner ist nett aber kennt weder die Weinkarte noch weiß er wie man Wein serviert. Qualität schlecht und einfach gruselig. Restaurant sieht nett aus aber bitte nicht im Winter hingehen weil die Heizung nicht hochgedreht werden kann. Klares no go !

Everything we have eaten is delicious. The desserts too. Five minutes from Experiminta. Recommended if you go with children for an early dinner afterwards.

We recently went there for lunch for the first time. We decided on schnitzel or fish. The quality is great. We enjoyed it very much. There is something for everyone. Also for the little guests. The service is perfect. We received a very friendly welcome as soon as we entered. We felt comfortable from start to finish. We got our food quickly. Everything was really delicious! We will definitely stop by again often when we are in Frankfurt. Thank you!

If you are staying in any if the vast skyscraper hotels nearby dont eat there this olace is really great. Big portions of fairly traditional German food, fairly (for Frankfurt) priced wine and pleasant service. Highly recommended. It was quiet the night we meant so i am not sure about atmosphere but it felt quaint and friendly

Immer Satt is an intimate restaurant atmosphere that appreciates customer service and a predominantly German food menu. The night lighting enhances the atmosphere and encapsulates a calmness that comforts you while you dine. Their customer service is excellent! The owner and their employees made you feel like you were the only people in the restaurant. Their Original Wiener Schnitzel was good, not the finest I've ever had in a Germanic country, but nothing to scoff at. During my trip, I only had the privilege of eating at a few local establishments, but Immer Satt indicates what Frankfurt offers. I can't wait to visit again!

Essen direkt aus der „Convenience-Hölle“. Fad, komische „Spätzle“. Keine gute Erfahrung. Zu teuer für dass, was man geboten bekommt. Dazu Service eher langsam. Man musste förmlich um was zu trinken betteln. Wiederholung ausgeschlossen!

Ein gutes Restaurant sehr viele verschiedene Gerichte eigentlich für jeden etwas dabei. Das Essen dort schmeckt gut und der Service ist auch schnell und freundlich. Leider war die Haxe nicht ganz knusprig und Kraut und Senf passen da auch nicht dazu…. Kartoffel Knödel wären top.

Service nicht aufmerksam und langsam, Essen teilweise falsch geliefert, Weißwein zu warm - in Summe ein max. durchschnittlich schöner Abend!

Kann man machen, muss man aber nicht. Ich habe zwar schon besser gegessen, aber definitiv auch schlechter. Ich hatte Haxe mit Sauerkraut und Rosmarinkartoffeln. Das Essen war wenige Minuten (ca. 5) nach der Bestellung da, was mich schon sehr irritiert hat. Die Haxe war stellenweise extrem heiß, an anderen Stellen angenehm warm. Geschmacklich okay, auch nicht trocken. Die Größe war auf den ersten Blick etwas winzig, aber es hat durchaus gereicht. Kartoffeln waren okay. Das Sauerkraut war gar nicht mein Fall. Null sauer, sehr süß, und es war irgendein Gewürz drin, was ich überhaupt nicht mag, dadurch hat es etwas blumig/parfümiert geschmeckt. Mein Geschmack ist das nicht und hat auch nix mit SAUERkraut zu tun, aber es gibt definitiv Leute, die sowas mögen. Zum Essen wurden 3 aus einem Baguette geschnittene Scheiben Brot mit einer Knoblauchcreme gereicht. Die Creme war lecker, das Brot war kalt und sehr zäh. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht.

Fertig Essen Soße aus der Dose Fleisch ungekürzt und zäh.

Geschmacklich war die angepriesene Roulade ok, aber zäh und mit 3 halben Kartöffelchen sehr übersichtlich. Ich wünschte, ich hätte was anderes bestellt. Zu dem Kaiserschmarn ( naja) mit Pflaumenkompott kam dann 2 Hälften einer eingelegten Pflaume. Die Apfelringe haben mir besser geschmeckt, die ich probieren durfte. Hm, durch die grosse Karte bin ich gewillt, das nächste Mal was anderes zu bestellen, denn ansonsten war der Service nett und man sitzt ganz schön draussen.

Kann die ganzen positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Essen eher durchschnittlich, Service nicht wirklich ehrlich, Ambiente/Umgebung aber nett.

Really nice place on the outskirts of Bockenheim just a few miles from the center off the beaten tourist track. Small beer garden adds to the atmosphere.

Schlicht und ergreifend großartiges gutbürgerliches Essen! Das Schweinefilet überbacken mit Schinken und Käse, Champignonrahmsoße, Kroketten und Salat war einfach ein Traum. Schöner Biergarten im Grünen, nettes Personal, vernünftige Preise. Was will man mehr?

Only visiting Frankfurt for two days, we picked this restaurant for our only dinner meal, looking for authentic German cuisine. The food was good, however not as authentic as expected. The thing that soured the experience was the service. We booked a table for 5-6:30 and due to delayed trains did not arrive til 5:30, but we called letting them know we would be late. As soon as we arrived we were reminded we needed to be gone by 6:30, which was a bit harsh as we still had an hour. On top, we ordered two schnitzel dishes at 11.90 each and mushroom sauce on the side. They tried to charge us for a different dish at 16.90 each which was entirely different, essentially charging 10 euros for some sauce! The server then argued with us which was embarrassing and the manager tried to say the same thing. I wouldn't really recommend this if you are having an important dinner as the service isn't good.

After travelling by train from Zurich to Frankfurt we wanted an early dinner and we we recommended this restaurant. Great food, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Would highly recommend this restaurant for German style food.

Sehr leckeres Essen und Wein! Gemütliche Atmosphäre. Preisleistung ist super, wir hatten einen wirklich netten Abende verbracht.

Nett aber dessen nur durchschnittlich. Typisch deutsche Küche ist es nicht. Eher international (italienisch, indisch) . Preis- Leistung akzeptabel.

Immer Satt = “always full” and this day it was best to be full before coming. It took well over an hour to get the food, they clearly didn’t have the capacity to serve a full restaurant. But food was OK, nothing special. The house grauburgunder is fine, but the red Yecla was undrinkable served warm, acceptable when cooled on ice, but it took 20 minutes to bring the ice, so the bottle never reached a good temperature. Altogether a quite disappointing experience.

Whereas the restaurant's website is probably still the authentic one, it was immediately clear that the original owners were gone: the way the restaurant looked, the untrained non-German speaking staff and the mediocre quality of German classics on the menu. This won't last long and rightly so!

I had high hopes based from other reviews. The foods were okay. The meats were dry with the foods we ordered. The service though was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is located about 3 blocks away from Marriott Frankfurt.

This restaurant is located in peaceful area. Atmosphere was very cosy. Service was quick and very kindly. The food was perfect german food and it taste excellent. You should try this restaurant if you like good food and great service.

This was our favorite meal in Germany! We were in Frankfurt on Thanksgiving and the owner went out of his way to serve us a delicious German meal that made us feel like we were celebrating the holiday at home. The food & service was great. We loved the Christmas decorations that made it the perfect atmosphere for friends, family or a date night. I highly recommend to eat here if you are in Frankfurt!
