I was flying from Munich and had lunch at Seafood meets Asia. I was especially pleased by how the staff was taking care of every client. For example, I needed a disinfectant spray, they didn't have it but Ahmadi looked for one from his own belongings. I was very happy.

The saleswoman is very rude, doesn't smile and seems constantly annoyed... Opens at 5:30 a.m. according to the notice... when we wanted to place our order at 5:30 a.m., she said that it wouldn't open until 6:00 a.m.

I've only been there rarely and at longer intervals, but I've only had negative experiences with the place. In my opinion this makes it worse because it shows me that there was never really any effort for lasting change and improvement. The only thing that seems to have changed once or even several times is the name. On my first visit I ordered a meat dish and it was not prepared properly and was still partly raw. The result for me back then would have been discomfort and nausea. A long time later I was a guest at the bar and an employee was in a bad mood and was shouting and insulting the guests, including me, in German and English. After a long break, I went there for a coffee drink on one of the Christmas holidays last year. I probably made an operating error on the self-service coffee machine and more coffee came out of the machine. At the checkout I was greeted by an unfriendly and aggressive employee who charged me for two coffee drinks and forced me to pay twice the price for one coffee drink, i.e. a whopping 9.90 euros. Which brings me to the next point and these are the prices: The normal price for warm drinks is already high, as are the prices for food and drinks overall and in my opinion the overall price/performance ratio is poor. Every guest, and by that I also mean travelers, wants to have a good service experience and also wants to receive appropriate value and service for their money. This happens to all of us, especially when we travel. There is also a fridge where you can find sandwiches, yoghurt, muesli and much more. These things were also very expensive or overpriced in my opinion. In my opinion, the mood was almost always gloomy and sad, the employees were rarely friendly and helpful, but were often disinterested or even downright unfriendly. Most of the time you saw long faces and little joy and motivation. You seem to be a bit of everything but nothing is really right. If you consider that many problems and points of criticism have apparently been noticed by guests and visitors for a long time, you come to the conclusion that many problems also appear to be of a structural nature and you at least wonder whether it is not also the management or. Managing director could lie. Such a restaurant is located in the heart of an international airport in the central area of Terminal 1. The airport has advertised in commercials with slogans such as Service Nonstop. Maybe the concept and offer should be changed...

Disgusting food, aggressive and unfriendly staff We want to order two cheeseburgers, each to the tune of €16.90, and stand in front of the grill station surrounded by the smell of burnt cooking oil and the associated clouds of smoke. The chef, a strong person with a scowl on his face, barks at you (literally!) about what you want. And the next guest and the next guest. The burger arrives, you take a lukewarm peach tea from the fridge (€ 4.90) and pay, seething inside. The burger: a dry bun, a blob of ketchup, a hard patty made from inferior meat, wilted lettuce snippets, some of which are already gone, tomatoes that taste slightly spoiled, cucumbers from the discount store. Plus fries, which taste strongly of frying oil and are otherwise not worth mentioning. Money thrown out the window, annoyance as a bonus. The entire restaurant is not that clean.
