Terrible service — got accused of lying about having paid because their payment machine wasn’t working properly. I refused to pay again before receiving a refund. Won’t be back, and don’t recommend.

The food is good, but the service completely ruins the experience. The staff are extremely rude and unfriendly, making no effort to speak english with customers who don’t understand german. A great meal quickly turns into a disappointing experience when those representing the restaurant seem unfamiliar with the word kindness.

Bought a ceaser wrap which had no taste, just soggy, cold not edible. Didn't eat it was a waste of money. Very disappointed expect better from Dean and David. Personal also just simply in the wrong job. Didn't really want to be their.

I honestly don't know why 3.7reviews and don't have time to read them all but this is one of the healthiest options I've eaten on the Airports across EU and US and I am a Globetrotter! Super fresh, high quality ingredients and ladies that serve food are just as lovely and speak English well! I recommend this place to friends and family and well eat here again (probably within few weeks).

I don't know what to think. First we had bowls and theybeere very good. Prepared from fresh, high quality ingredients, very tasty. Freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious too. This was 5 stars experience. Until... I had this crazy idea to order coffee. It's just appalling. Ugh, firstly, the milk is boiling hot, secondly it doesn't taste like coffee. It doesn't have any taste except of milk. I understand you're not a coffee shop and you specialize in bowls nevertheless you offer coffee and charge over 5 Euro for this abhorrent thing.

Awfull sandwiches ... some weird sauces they call avocado and chicken... really to be avoided

Caesar wrap for 7.50 euros - tasteless and hard to unpack, you also eat the paper. Acai bowl for 5 euros - claimed to be healthy but with 11g sugar per 100g. Floor was not clean and sticky. Overpriced and with quality not matching the price.

If you are still hungry before departure, you will be well looked after.

Very good choice for a quick lunch between flights. Beautiful salads, veggie and vegan options. It's fresh and it's good. The cappuccino on site is served in a large porcelain cup, and much more affordable than a simple espresso! I'll keep the address for my next visits.

My first choice for a healthy, balanced meal before departure from Munich. My favorite is the salmon bowl with feta and potatoes.

You rush to Munich, you're connected, you're quite hungry, and you see so many places with unhealthy food. Then I see you, Dean and Davis, with that impressive resume and that great talk about the so-called work ethic, all that green and healthy... I thought you could be different, I said to myself, give it a try, take the risk, give them a chance to satisfy your appetites too. I had hope, my God, I live on hope. However, in the end, you disappointed me, you more than... those places that serve fatty, unhealthy food.

My children were served spoiled white sausages — right before the flight. I don’t think places like this should exist, especially in an airport. Poisoning children right before a flight is a crime :(

Awful - worst part of an otherwise good six hour journey home, with Munich as our transit point. Chicken caesar wrap was soggy & tasteless with browning lettuce, staff member was incredibly rude (others seemed fine - maybe we were just ‘lucky’), coffee was just passable, incredibly expensive for what it was. Avoid.

The beef wrap is basically a rice wrap. The filling is 90% rice and 10% beef, onions and others.

Pokebowl was good and for a fair price. All other restaurants here charge 30 euros for a Schnitzel. Here you can get a healthy, fresh bowl for around 17 euros.

Very, very good! The lady was so nice. We had a chicken and avocado rice bowl and a pesto chicken sandwich, which was so good. It's a great place for a healthy meal at the airport.

I had a €10 voucher (because my flight was delayed), paid €3 extra for the Hot Chicken Teriyaki Warp, and honestly believe the thing should cost a maximum of €4. It was carelessly thrown together, so that the entire chicken was in the last four bites (including the tendon that wasn't removed). After the five-minute walk to the gate, it was ice cold. My last point may be a matter of taste, but either I don't know what teriyaki is or you don't; apparently, our perceptions are diametrically opposed. If you think this is awesome for €13, you're either very hungry or completely in pain. ...

Disappointing Experience at Dean&David – Munich Airport (Gates K) while transiting through Munich Airport. I ordered a Caesar Wrap, which turned out to be completely inedible. The salad had no flavor whatsoever — it quite literally tasted like paper. The wrap itself was stuck to the contents and made a mess when I tried to open it. There were only a few small pieces of chicken, and the overall quality was far below what one would expect, especially given the price of €7.50. To make matters worse, the staff member at the counter was clearly irritated by having to deal with customers In short, the food was poor, the service unfriendly, and the price unjustified. I ended up throwing the meal away. I do not recommend this location.

Awful. Got a teriyaki chicken bowl which should have been a safe bet. The chicken tasted like it came from a can, and there was little taste of teriyaki. I couldn’t finish it.

It was a quick stop for a quick bite. I ordered a salad and it was made in front of me , with fresh warm chicken . I am not sure if I was supposed to get dressing , it did not come with one, but it was good and the service was the same.

After an 8 hour flight I wanted to eat something. I asked for a hot beef wrap the only thing was missing from the wrap is the meet... How? And why? I was very tired and hungry so I ate it. It was tasty but for this price i dont want to eat a wrap stuffed with rice🤯

I ate a Paris salad here. The salad was very fresh and crisp. The honey mustard dressing went perfectly with it. They also served two slices of bread. I also bought a 0.5-liter bottle of water. The staff was very friendly. For vegetarians and vegans, this is the perfect alternative at the airport.

In fact, I'm always so impressed by Dean & David in Bremen. But if I had eaten there for the first time today, I would never go back. The wrap should be thrown away, and not to paying customers, but in the organic waste. Truly disappointing! I was so looking forward to a fresh wrap. I won't buy anything from here again.

The hot grilled beef wrap tasted good. The Caesar wrap was really bad. It was dry and only had chicken and egg on the first few bites. The rest was just dry salat. We complained and got another one. It wasn’t much better.

What a horrible experience. Staff is extremely rude, portions are very tiny, and though they have a big painted pillar that says smoothies, this isn't something they make or even carry. The falafel wrap was super annoying to eat given how they wrap it and had just two tiny balls of falafel, it was mostly just lettuce. Super disappointed as I used to love D&D elsewhere.

Don't expect here the same experience you'd have in a regular store. Staff in a pissy mood, unfriendly, and the food options were limited. You might get your food to go regardless if you tell them you're eating here. Just not worth the hassle or price.

Took the Biff wrap and Cesar wrap. The bread was soggy in the Cesar wrap and the Rice was cold but the steak wrap would be hot. The coffee (Black coffee) very bland did not taste strong and good. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied. Boring.

They not only cheat, wrapping the salad itself in a wrap and only putting other ingredients on top to make it look nice. But also after unfolding, it turned out that the salad was spoiled, all black.

Ok service but the wrap isn’t Cezar it’s lettuce wrap, just one small piece of chicken was to be found at the very beginning, probably just so it can be sold under “Cezar wrap”. After that I was eating salad in a soggy wrap. That pleasure costed me 7,5€

Absolutely disappointing! I shopped here for over €34 and asked for a drink of water so I could take my tablets. I was told no - there was free water in the toilet... What a disgrace!!! I also find it very bold to charge €8.15 for a cappuccino with an extra shot. I would have preferred to leave all the stuff at the counter for this kind of fooling of customers... never ever again!!!!

We have just bought a pretzel with cheese, I ask the price, he tells me €4.8 and makes me pay €5.5! For my daughter's panini, he gives her a panini with cheese and tomato, and makes me pay for the Serrano mozzarella panini...€1 more. So don't go there! We didn't have time to claim because of our flight... It's not honest

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. I asked for tap water in this restaurant, as drinking water can usually be consumed safely anywhere in Germany. I also ordered food here. However, the service lady said the water wasn't clean. If clean water is not available in a bar at Munich Airport, then in my opinion that bar should not operate there either. Such behavior not only seems less than customer-friendly, but also raises questions about professionalism. It's a shame, because the rest of the offer was fine, but this statement greatly spoiled the overall impression.

I have just tried to buy food at the store. I have celiac disease so I had to check which salads were gluten free. I was „served” by an older lady whose name I am not sure of (worked on 5th December around 10:35). She either couldn’t or didn’t want to speak English, which is surprising at an international airport in a city like Munich. I asked her if there were gluten free salads available, since I didn’t see any at the showcase. She showed me with her hand to check myself without attempting to help in any way. There was only one other person besides me, so clearly there was no rush and she just didn’t care to be of help. I told her why I was asking the question and repeated it, to which she sighed loudly, rolled her eyes, not even trying to hide her irritation. She then handed me a random salad and said „English”, instructing me to read it. I’m not sure how such people get a customer-facing job, but she clearly shouldn’t have, as she couldn’t care less and seemed angry to be bothered.

Caesar wrap should be renamed paper wrap. Overall, it is of poor quality. Wrap, mostly lettuce, paper tastes like paper. All that for 7.5 euro.

Unfortunately, I was treated very unkindly early in the morning. A lady who appears to be in a managerial position first reprimanded me and later another customer in a very sharp tone. I ordered a café latte, which is usually made with espresso. When the cashier put “latte” in the register instead, I politely asked if it had espresso. Latte, as the name suggests, contains regular coffee and not espresso - that's a key difference that doesn't just affect the roasting. While I was clarifying this with the cashier, the other lady in charge came over and said, "We don't play games like that here." Her tone was extremely unfriendly and she continued her reprimand. In the end I insisted on getting espresso and ended up getting a latte macchiato. Finally, she pointed out to me: “We’re just a simple salad bar.” @Dean&David: Would you actually describe yourself as “just a simple salad bar”? What feeling do you want to convey to your customers?

We had falafel salad wrap at their terminal in Munich airport terminal k. Food was ok, but they didn't have ketchup available.

We ordered a Good Greens salad and a falafel wrap and we didn't like it at all. Not tasty, the ingredients weren't fresh and the salad had a funny smell. Thanks dean&david for NOTHING. 40€ straight into the trash can.

5 euros for a small muffin that isn't even good is really just a rip off

If you want to be insulted to your face this is the place to be. Yesterday on the night shift, in the store located near the Gates K, I bought something to eat and the service forgot to give me the ticket. It wasn't 2 minutes later when I noticed and went back to get it. They were serving other customers and I waited for them to finish. The employee was very rude and impolite to me, he complained in German and called me stupid to my face, he got mad at me and talked to me like I was stupid literally telling me that I was the cause of the problem, that I had to be smarter next time, he was furious about something he forgot to give me, he didn't listen to me and just got upset and blamed me for the situation. I had never been treated so badly in my life and I felt totally humiliated in front of the rest of the customers. Honestly the service is the worst I have ever seen.

I bought a chicken and a Paris wrap here yesterday for €15. Unfortunately, I'm still annoyed today. The wraps seem to be on display there all day. The dough was so soggy and mushy that I had to throw the wrap away halfway through. It was simply inedible. Unfortunately, the color of the salad was no longer attractive either. Unfortunately I can't recommend it.

7.50€ gets you half of a soggy brown lettuce wrap with a few small scraps of chicken they call a "Caesar Wrap". It has about the same about of paper as actual wrap and tastes like a lettuce wrap made yesterday. Not bad just far too expensive and falsely advertised.
