They charged me twice for a single coffee, and immediately I got emails from my bank for two consecutive charges. They refused to refund one of the charges, and now I have to waste time and do it with my bank. They didn't even try to understand what the problem was. And their coffee sucks too.

I work at the airport and get their bowls very often. The food quality is excellent, and everyone who works there is very friendly and service-oriented despite the airport stress. They also readily accommodate my special requests due to food intolerances and allergies. I find that exceptionally good. In three years, I've never had a bad experience there.

After a long and stressful flight, the perfect place to relax. When I flew from Malaysia to Munich, it was so refreshing to grab a bite to eat at Dean and David afterwards. The staff was incredibly friendly, the food arrived quickly, and it was simply delicious. I've already tried every salad on the menu, and each one is truly tasty. I'm a big fan and I'm already looking forward to my next flight to Munich so I can eat there again!

Despite its location at the airport, this place has a surprisingly cozy, Christmassy atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at ease. I really enjoyed the appropriate Christmas music; it's the perfect way to start your day, filled with positive energy. The food was fresh and delicious; I had a cappuccino, a teriyaki bowl, and then the mango rice pudding. While the prices are a bit higher, they're perfectly reasonable for an airport, especially since other restaurants in the area are even more expensive. The cashiers were also quick and very friendly. A typical franchise business where you know what you're getting. Located inside Munich Airport, it's a good place to grab a bite to eat. The service was a bit taciturn, but that's okay.

The 5am opening time made it a good alternative to wait for early flights. The machine coffee (€5.10) was average. The croissant (€2.95) was actually good. It was expensive but you paid for the location. There were power sockets at some tables.

A breakfast before the next flight consisting of a cappuccino and a grilled beef wrap. Terrible — the cappuccino was watery and foamy, while the beef in the wrap was present in homeopathic doses. The day can only get better. The girls at the counter were very efficient and pleasant in their manner.

A caessar wrap that costed 7.5€ and had one small peace of chicken... The paper was glued to pita bread. Disgusting.

Cappuccino and muffin for €10, typical airport overpriced. There are two women at the checkout who process people like machines. No good morning, no smile, no eye contact... impersonal. You're rudely asked to move on after you've ordered. Next one... The muffin was fresh and good. Cappuccino with foam from the machine without a barista. Unfortunately, that's not acceptable for that price.

The food is good, but the service completely ruins the experience. The staff are extremely rude and unfriendly, making no effort to speak english with customers who don’t understand german. A great meal quickly turns into a disappointing experience when those representing the restaurant seem unfamiliar with the word kindness.

I honestly don't know why 3.7reviews and don't have time to read them all but this is one of the healthiest options I've eaten on the Airports across EU and US and I am a Globetrotter! Super fresh, high quality ingredients and ladies that serve food are just as lovely and speak English well! I recommend this place to friends and family and well eat here again (probably within few weeks).

I don't know what to think. First we had bowls and theybeere very good. Prepared from fresh, high quality ingredients, very tasty. Freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious too. This was 5 stars experience. Until... I had this crazy idea to order coffee. It's just appalling. Ugh, firstly, the milk is boiling hot, secondly it doesn't taste like coffee. It doesn't have any taste except of milk. I understand you're not a coffee shop and you specialize in bowls nevertheless you offer coffee and charge over 5 Euro for this abhorrent thing.

Caesar wrap for 7.50 euros - tasteless and hard to unpack, you also eat the paper. Acai bowl for 5 euros - claimed to be healthy but with 11g sugar per 100g. Floor was not clean and sticky. Overpriced and with quality not matching the price.

If you are still hungry before departure, you will be well looked after.

Very good choice for a quick lunch between flights. Beautiful salads, veggie and vegan options. It's fresh and it's good. The cappuccino on site is served in a large porcelain cup, and much more affordable than a simple espresso! I'll keep the address for my next visits.

I bought strawberries here for my son for €6.90 (!!) because he really wanted them. He had already eaten three when we noticed that the berries had mold on them! I got my money back, but he had already eaten the spoiled food! That's a NO GO!!!!!

However, in the end, you disappointed me, you more than... those places that serve fatty, unhealthy food.

Awful - worst part of an otherwise good six hour journey home, with Munich as our transit point. Chicken caesar wrap was soggy & tasteless with browning lettuce, staff member was incredibly rude (others seemed fine - maybe we were just ‘lucky’), coffee was just passable, incredibly expensive for what it was. Avoid.

The beef wrap is basically a rice wrap. The filling is 90% rice and 10% beef, onions and others.

Very, very good! The lady was so nice. We had a chicken and avocado rice bowl and a pesto chicken sandwich, which was so good. It's a great place for a healthy meal at the airport.

I had a €10 voucher (because my flight was delayed), paid €3 extra for the Hot Chicken Teriyaki Warp, and honestly believe the thing should cost a maximum of €4. It was carelessly thrown together, so that the entire chicken was in the last four bites (including the tendon that wasn't removed). After the five-minute walk to the gate, it was ice cold. My last point may be a matter of taste, but either I don't know what teriyaki is or you don't; apparently, our perceptions are diametrically opposed. If you think this is awesome for €13, you're either very hungry or completely in pain. ...
