I enjoyed the food. The service was friendly and fast. It's an airport restaurant, and unfortunately, it's very expensive. You often find yourself here for flight changes and often find yourself forced to grab something to eat... perhaps, if I could offer a tip, I'd skip the tip and include a small service charge when you're served.

We had breakfast here while waiting for our flight and were blown away by the service. The food was excellent, but what really stood out was the manager, Ahmadi. He went above and beyond to help us find a meal that worked with our dietary restrictions. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and takes pride in making sure everyone has a great experience. It made what could have been just a quick airport meal feel really enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re traveling through!

Perhaps one of the few places at the airport where you can eat good food. The prices are unfortunately high, but the portions are generous; the soup currently costs €16.90, which is quite a lot. You can taste the spices and fresh coriander; try it.

It's a pretty busy restaurant in concourse G. Whatever the shortcomings of its location, the staff is wonderful and amazingly manages to stay on top a relentless stream of orders with grace. I ordered the house recommended crispy duck salad, and it hit the spot. But what I'll never forget is the nice woman who took my order: she not only didn't frown at my request to pay for a coffee I wanted only after dinner, but even brought it to my table -- even as she juggled a customer complaint about a mixed up order. Thank you!

Exceptionally good and fresh food. Simply outstanding for a restaurant at the airport! Everything is still freshly prepared here! Watch how chef "Ba" cooks and prepares everything fresh... My thanks go to Dimitri and Dobri. The two will outlive all the chefs who come their way (and there were quite a few) and continue to do their job well for the Aichinger family. Thanks, Marius.

Good food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere. The price-performance ratio is perfect. And there are plenty of outlets if you need to charge your phone while eating.

Do the people at this restaurant think they can just ignore their customers? I approached a waitress, and she laughed at me. It wasn't just a lack of attention, but open mockery. Not just the waitress, but everyone at the restaurant ignored me, and I felt not just uncomfortable, but downright humiliated. As can be read in many other Google reviews, they are often unfriendly and discriminatory towards their guests. They should urgently learn to treat guests with dignity and examine themselves critically. Are you actually aware of how rude and discriminatory you are?

Towards the end of my trip, I was craving Korean food, so I visited this place. The Cordon Bleu and rice noodles were perfect for the Korean palate. The Cordon Bleu was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside! The rice noodles were also delicious and the broth was rich. (I skimmed the cilantro with a spoon.) The servers were incredibly friendly. I wanted to spend all my euros, so I asked and they accepted cash and card payments. It's in the G-Gate area after departure. The information desk didn't give me the right information, so I gave up on going back and forth between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 and ended up going into the duty-free area.

This is a private restaurant accessible only if you're going to eat. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. The menu is somewhat limited, and the bread options are limited to two varieties of avocado bread. The price is high, but average for an airport. And definitely better than eating standing up.

The breakfast menu dishes are very good, but it's true that the prices are very high. The average price per person can easily rise to 25 euros for breakfast. The positive aspect is that if you have breakfast from the menu, you can sit at a table and relax more. This is why this is my second time having breakfast here. The lack of a screen with the departure times is a real relief.

I tried it because there were people waiting in line, and it was so delicious. I especially recommend the pretzel!!👍🏻👍🏻 The salami sandwich is also salty, so if you sprinkle a lot of olive oil and pepper on the table, it tastes great. But I wanted to drink beer, so I asked the man who was drinking beer, but he said that I could order right here. I don't know if it was racism, but the employee kept telling us to go to the counter and refused to order. They didn't even explain properly, and since it's a popular place, the service was really disappointing..

The atmosphere is nice, and having a restaurant option is ideal! The food was very good, but the portion was a bit small for what you get. It took a while to deliver the dishes, but there were also a lot of people. The waiter was very friendly.

Actually, the place isn't bad at all. Although, as is typical for airports, it's completely overpriced. The tagliatelle with salmon seemed like it had been cooked yesterday and reheated in the oven today; it was completely dry. I sent almost everything back, and when I paid, they didn't even ask if I liked it.

Really good . I had the chicken teriyaki bowl and it was packed with lots of ingredients. I told the girl she was a food artist it looked so good, and as it turns out, it was delish as well.

PLEASE READ: This restaurant is claiming defamation for all reviews under 4 stars. They've tried to remove my review below 3 times. I got the Sichuan stir fry & do not recommend. For the price, you aren't getting better food. It was just very underwhelming & not very tasty. I appreciate it's an airport so I'm not expecting the Ritz, but for the money I'd thought it was be at least average ok. If it was cheaper, I don't think I'd have minded but definitely go get a sandwich from elsewhere.

I liked everything very much, but the only thing I will knock off a star for is the price. We bought only one salad, Chinese pasta, FuzeTea 0.4l and a glass of white beer. It all cost us almost 50€. But considering that we were at the airport in Duty Free and everything there is absolutely expensive, then perhaps it is still understandable. In any case, of all the restaurants in this airport, I recommend only this one, because they have a fairly large assortment and a larger selection of drinks than in others.

Good atmosphere, very near security. Has a good variety of selection. Pastries are quite good. I tried the paella and asia noodles and they are not to mine or my kids liking. It's too salty ingeneral for me. Service is fast and friendly.

Decent Asian food at Munich Airport. Has a good range of Asian food and western food. Has soft drinks, beer and juices. If you are craving Asian food after being in Europe for some time, this place is a good option. Service is so so. Not friendly.

On the menu they had "red curry noodles with vegetables", so at the cash register I ask the lady and she says she doesn't have them. She has penne with olives. I tell her I want "Asian noodles" and she says "I have them with salmon!". In the end they were Italian tagliatelle with big pieces of salmon that, after heating them in the microwave, instead of serving them to me, they left on a counter for 10 minutes (with the waiters arguing and answering rudely to the customers, making a mess with the plates), giving them to me only after I called them back... all stuck together!! What a lovely dinner for €18.95 (without drinks) and what a lovely work environment, really well done😩 And they even dared to ask for a tip when paying

At 10:58, the breakfast menu is still displayed, which is completely pointless since it's no longer valid until you're seated. The staff doesn't care if there are guests waiting up front. I left; apparently, they didn't want my money.

Restaurant inside Munich Airport. Quite a long wait, but plenty of customers. The prices are quite high but still affordable (airport). The food was good; I wasn't disappointed with the quality or quantity.

The taste was very good, and the young waitress was very friendly! Maybe we'll see you soon if we're ever out of Munich again.

Loved it here!! Food was fabulous and Ahmadi the manager was fantastic! He was the person first I met on my trip to Europe and will not be easily forgotten! He is so personal and genuine!

At my last day in my trip to Munich i wanted to try the renowned " Wiener Schnitzel " and because of time issues i had to get it inside the airport. There were a lot of restaurants offerering the same dish and i went to the one closer to my gate. Thr Schnitzel was very expensive (€26) and it wasn't that good either. I think looking at the photo you can see how the side vegetables are so small that it was barely a bite. Fries were too salty and being a self service ( for that price) you had to grab your stuff to eat and sit down at the table that is not cleaned off. Definitely left a bad taste, would have enjoyed the other restaurants inside which had also table servive instead of waiting with bunch of people's to finish eating.

Landed at the airport between two flights. Coffee and croissant. Good. Seating is good and surprisingly enough! One employee, Kalliope, really stands out: Despite the massive volume (Saturday between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.), she was able to serve the guests with a smile, charm and patience. Great service!

Lots of people, unclean tables, impossible to use due to the presence of previous plates and cutlery. The staff who delivered the things on the other side of the counter to me as I was alone were kind. Large, discreet dishes: salmon carpaccio dish with excellent horseradish/horseradish sauce. Not good fries though. Excellent coffee (not real espresso) and very good waffle

When you take two of my favorite food stuffs. I'm there!! Like ERRRRR!!!! (picture road runner type braking stop!). Flew in to Munich Germany today after missing my Frankfurt connection to Catania and I was a hungry bear! So yea - ERRRRRRR!! SSMA features the best of both worlds when it comes to airport eats! They cater to the No Time To Wait traveler who needs to grab n Go on their way to their connection - to the more Laid back full serve type with time to burn. For turn n burn traveler they feature everything from ready to eat Deli sandwiches; varying cold cuts n dried meats n cheeses on delicious patisserie style breads with all the trimmings, Asian inspired soups and noodles, pre made salads, a fried salmon burger, a vegetarian burger, and many other items ready to grab, not to mention mouth watering cafe's n late's. You can Self serve on this side and either eat there or grab n go! Today I fall in to the other category of traveler thanks to my little "mishap" Ahem ADVENTURE!!! So on the other side of the house they have a full service area; with wait staff that seats you, takes your order and brings your food just like any other conventional restaurant. It's a cute little trendy sitting area, with tables that sit from two to eight from what I was seeing. Brightly lit and hopin! And yet service is still super quick! The servers greet you quickly, come take your order and everyone seems to help each other in order to get orders out expeditiously! My only hangup today was that I think my order went out to the couple next to me - who came in after me not the any fault of my server, I just think the server that brought it out didn't know! And the woman next to me just happened to have ordered the same salad And this SALAD!!! The Thai shrimp salad WOW!! This SALAD!!! This salad was INCREDIBLE - the greens were a balanced mix of Napa cabbage, frese, and baby romaine; along with shredded carrot, cilantro, and some fried onion flakes and then it was topped with PERFECTLY JUST cooked shrimp, and there were enough of them that I was able to eat my ENTIRE salad and not run out of shrimp!! But what most impressed me about this salad was the fact that they dressed the salad MODESTLY with what was a really nice Thai inspired vinaigrette. Now, had this salad been done in the US I would have been left with a soup in the bottom of my bowl when I was done. This salad was dressed with Just enough to complement the salad, not drown it all to hell! Mmmmmmmmmmmmm. So YUMMY!!! And did I detect just a little bit of Chili garlic sauce in there for a little heat? Oh! And a little fried rice noodles too! I also ordered two Caesar chicken salads for tomorrow's lunch, so if the Thai salad was any indication I have ZERO doubt we will enjoy these as well! So if you are coming thru Munich and happen to be in Terminal 1 near G gates, check out Seafood Sylt Meets Asia!! You WILL enjoy it!!

Food was tasty and a good portion size, but a bit expensive. The staff were quite slow which isn’t great in an airport. While I was eating, I also witnessed one of the servers be very rude to two different sets of customers which made me feel uncomfortable.

I was flying from Munich and had lunch at Seafood meets Asia. I was especially pleased by how the staff was taking care of every client. For example, I needed a disinfectant spray, they didn't have it but Ahmadi looked for one from his own belongings. I was very happy.

Good food, service is terrible. Relaxing like that while traveling is not possible in this store. For a beer at the bar, you pay at the front counter… traffic jams, too many people, bad German. You can tell the stress in the staff. In the end it's probably up to management.

I had the salmon bread. The taste was normal, but there were flies, which made me question the sanitary environment. Flies were gathering even when it was in the case.

Everything we ate was admittedly excellent! But the lady who served us at 7.30 in the morning on 3/3 when we went for breakfast was on her nerves: she was rude, resentful of people and acted as if she was doing us a favor!.. Her English was not good and she was angry that we didn't understand her. We got a lot of things for 60€ the whole family and we had to endure (for no reason) the lady's attitude before our morning coffee!..Oh, no!

Well reachable restaurant with a broad selection of food. They have burgers, Schnitzel, seafood, croissants, coffee and more. The staff has been extraordinatily kind! I ordered chocolate croissant and flat white as full meals were just too pricey for me (Schnitzel priced like in Wien, so pretty ok). The croissant is ok. It is not as fine and crispy as top croissants, but also not as bad as what many bakeries offer. The amount of chocolate is fair. The taste is fine. The flat white was rather disappointing given the price. It is just coming out of a fully automated machine, but you pay more than high-end coffee prices. The coffee is not bad, it just can't keep up with the price.

The service is soo rude, takes any joy you would have from the food away. Seems like horrible management. "Der Fisch stinkt vom Kopf her".

Considering it is food in an airport, it is quite good. The fish soup taste good and the amount is enough. Fish and chips was OK, the fish was not warm though it was new fried. Probably too short waiting time before cooking. The service was good and it was a pleasant experience eating here.

I asked if they had something vegan and they offered me a mozzarella sandwich. I pointed out that mozzarella was not vegan and the young man said: I don’t know what vegan is. I replied that this was not good. If someone works with food they should be. taught the difference and be i formed about what is available.

Fish sandwich is disgusting, don't try it! It's better to eat cheese and bread...

Food was ready quickly and tasty

As a frequent traveller I visit this place on a regular basis. Food is very good and authentic, the menue diverse. Manager Ahmadi always makes me feel welcome and his knowledge of languages is beyond babylonic. I recommend this restaurant to every traveller!

Used to be good but now they're scamming people that are paying with card by rushing them, telling them just press green, press green, which in turns makes the machine give a default tip, they get angry as if you did something terribly wrong when you take your time time and decline by pressing red. Completely scummy behavior. Giving an extra star because the Thai curry is still rather tasty.

The staff was nice but it took them a long time to get us seated. The Wiener Schnitzel was a bit hard to chew. The Wok vegetables were very tasty.

Got 2 sandwiches to go, they're okay if you're quite hungry but nothing special. The service lady was rushing to get me to pay and specifically said: press the green button the red one is crazy. And of course that added a standard 7% tip for the 1 minute of service we got. EDIT: The response from the owner is bullshit since the tax is already included and not added afterwards on the payment device. I don't recommend this place, seems like it just wants to scam people like this.

While waiting for our flight in Munich International Airport, we were peckish and checked out Seafood meets Asia near gate 28. We tried the Paella that was warmed up for us and it was surprisingly good. It had flavour with generous portions of meats (chicken and shrimp). It did the job :)

I consider myself very picky when choosing food and places. I try not to eat at airports, especially sandwiches, Snickers or other chocolate. But I decided to buy a sandwich here. The quality of the sandwiches is excellent, fresh, but I took them without fish. The staff is ultra friendly. This is the first place in all the airports I've been to that I bought food without fear of food poisoning. I RECOMMEND!
