As a frequent traveller I visit this place on a regular basis. Food is very good and authentic, the menue diverse. Manager Ahmadi always makes me feel welcome and his knowledge of languages is beyond babylonic. I recommend this restaurant to every traveller!

Food was ready quickly and tasty

Used to be good but now they're scamming people that are paying with card by rushing them, telling them just press green, press green, which in turns makes the machine give a default tip, they get angry as if you did something terribly wrong when you take your time time and decline by pressing red. Completely scummy behavior. Giving an extra star because the Thai curry is still rather tasty.

The staff was nice but it took them a long time to get us seated. The Wiener Schnitzel was a bit hard to chew. The Wok vegetables were very tasty.

Got 2 sandwiches to go, they're okay if you're quite hungry but nothing special. The service lady was rushing to get me to pay and specifically said: press the green button the red one is crazy. And of course that added a standard 7% tip for the 1 minute of service we got. EDIT: The response from the owner is bullshit since the tax is already included and not added afterwards on the payment device. I don't recommend this place, seems like it just wants to scam people like this.

While waiting for our flight in Munich International Airport, we were peckish and checked out Seafood meets Asia near gate 28. We tried the Paella that was warmed up for us and it was surprisingly good. It had flavour with generous portions of meats (chicken and shrimp). It did the job :)

I consider myself very picky when choosing food and places. I try not to eat at airports, especially sandwiches, Snickers or other chocolate. But I decided to buy a sandwich here. The quality of the sandwiches is excellent, fresh, but I took them without fish. The staff is ultra friendly. This is the first place in all the airports I've been to that I bought food without fear of food poisoning. I RECOMMEND!

I was craving Asan food after traveling for a couple of weeks. This place delivered! Ahmadi was very courteous and helpful. I had a great experience.

The food has no right to be this good given that it's an airport bistro. The staff are definitely overworked, but they do their best. Excellent chicken curry.

Surprisingly good! I never thought I would like a restaurant at the airport so much. It starts with the service - a very nice and hard-working waiter was responsible for placement that day (October 3 around 1 p.m.). Was constantly friendly and stress-resistant in the crowd. The atmosphere is pleasant and cozy in itself, it was too crowded but with fewer people it is definitely very nice here. We enjoyed the food and drinks too. Wine prices are too overpriced - it's probably at the airport, otherwise everything is great.

For airport data this particular restaurant is well above average. Both the snacks and the cooked food were of very good quality and were very carefully prepared and executed. The service was relatively fast and the staff through the pass very helpful. Given that it is located inside the airport, the prices will obviously seem a bit steep. The atmosphere basically cannot be rated since it is not a shop that exists in its own right and autonomously but is part of the complex of shops at the airport.

Non-existent service. Waited for 15 minutes just to be seated. Waiters are incredibly rude and not a single smile. I was shocked to read how owner replies to some reviews here - this is not acceptable. Just don’t come here.

I was here 2 weeks ago. Went to the service area, took a table and after 15 minutes the employee hadn't came to take my order. I got up and asked him if I could order, and he said I had to go to the cash desk, order and sit and wait for my order. Ok. So, this time I went directly there, made my order and when I came to sit on an empty table, he said I would have to leave as that is the service arra, and pick one place on the full long tables that might be available, waiting up while there was no place vacant. With many available tables on the "this time" service area .

Food was tasty and a good portion size, but a bit expensive. The staff were quite slow which isn’t great in an airport. I also witnessed one of the servers be rude to and get mad at two different sets of customers in a row when he tried to cram them into a small table next to some other diners, instead of letting them sit in a more spacious empty seat, and when the customers got confused as to why they had to move, he kicked them out instead of explaining. It wasn’t particularly busy so it was a weird decision.

Hot water with a tea bag for 5€ and the tomato mozarella for a mere 14€ consists of a tomato that has been cut into 5 thick slices and an uncut Aldi mozarella in the middle. Because I had to laugh a bit when it was "served" to us, the employee expressed his displeasure to me in a foreign language. Nobody here seems to have any basic gastronomic knowledge or empathy. Airport prices are one thing, but in this combination it's a rip-off.

I order Royal Benedict eggs and a beer . I make a payment with card . I ask the lady Paula for a coupe of tea and she replay very nervos in bed way : go to front and order ! What is this ??? I have a seat and table here . On the menu existing this English tea .

Was so excited to try this place, but came out disappointed with the service. Lady behind the counter was rude and rushed me when paying. Like other reviews stated, they rush you to pay just telling you to “press green” when there is a default tip. This is not a full service restaurant so why is there tip? We got the chicken curry and beef noodle. The amount of food that we received was not up to the price and even though the food was good, there wasn’t even any damn beef in my BEEF noodle. Such a minor thing but if this dish was €18-19, there should be a ton of beef. There was plenty of meat in the serving bowl too (see picture). EDIT: Funny that out of all of the reviews, the owner responds to me. Anyway, I was not complaining about paying, I am mentioning the fact that a TIP is automatically added when this is not a full service restaurant. Instead of getting offended, train your staff and listen to the other recent reviews on here that mentioned the same thing about the tips.

When we change planes at Munich airport, we always look forward to Seafood meets Asia. The food is great and not that expensive. You always have to wait in line for a while, but it's worth it. In addition to Asian dishes, there is also apple strudel and Wiener schnitzel. Everything in the displays is attractively lit, making it difficult to walk past the stand. From my point of view, a clear recommendation.

Employees, wake up. They charge a service fee, but the service is a mess. No matter how long I wait to place an order, they keep yelling at me to wait (female employee). Without making eye contact on purpose (male employee). You have to pay at least 7% of the service fee, which is really a waste. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't worth the price.

Lovely staff and great food. We stopped for breakfast before our flight. Naturally, the atmosphere is busy with people and suitcases all over the place but the food was great. Recommend going here if you have time!

I can't recommend this place. My partner is a vegetarian and was served a curry with bits of chicken in it. :/ We only got our money back after one of my friends had to argue with a worker on why you can't serve a so-called vegetarian dish with meat in it. What if it had been someone with allergies? It's just not acceptable.

Slow surly service at a busy counter. Food good but insufficiently warmed - salmon tagliatelle and beef with vegetables was nice. Expensive at circa €25 per person.

Airport restaurants usually have bad service or bad food. But this is not the case here! We liked both! Thanks Ahmadt for the excellent service.

Warning: Unsafe Food Handling Practices! I witnessed someone taking raw chicken from a plastic container, cooking it, and then placing the cooked chicken back into the same container that held the raw chicken. This is a serious hygiene violation and could lead to foodborne illness. Such negligence could endanger lives!

Service was an absolute disaster. Was sent away because the table was too big for alone. Order was only taken after 25 minutes.

Please take note there is a default tips charged without informing customer, is ready not right, remember to check you bill before leaving the cashier. Is a self service restaurant, why should they even charge tips. Food and ambience are nice but service is lagging.

The seller (with glasses) at the counter was very unfriendly and snooty pity, 12 euros for a schnitzel roll is standard at the airport But it tasted like cardboard I wouldn't recommend

They have poisoned me. Today, early morning, I asked if the lunch menu is available, and they brought it. Have ordered a schnitzel, but it seems they have decided to serve leftovers from yesterday. The result is severe food poisoning.

Very bad service and rude staff! Verified similar situations with other clients (during the time to drink a beer and eat a spretzel), were the employees were not polite. No tip, no smile and they try to scan you if you pay with card (disgraceful behaviour). Mr. general manager do something before it's too late 😉

1) The seafood fried noodles I bought have a decent taste. The seafood is all quick-frozen and the price is 18.95 euros. 2) The most embarrassing thing is mineral water, they dare to sell it for 5.5 euros a bottle😅Be careful of assassins🥷

Unfortunately, a huge disappointment. The service at the cash register is not very polite. Ordered Thai curry chicken - disgusting! In every sense of the word! Vegetables with visible signs of spoilage, VERY over-salted dish, over-fried and hard chicken. I COULDN'T EAT IT. And Dear Mr. Owner - I have eaten at airports from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, to several European airports - but the dish served at your place was the worst. What a pity... 🫤 The only plus - polite and helpful waiter 👍

After I arrived at the airport I visited the restaurant. On Mr. Pavlus' recommendation, I ordered a western burger with fries. After testing more burgers at the airport. I can say that this is by far the best. I will definitely come, I can only recommend it.👍

These guys refuse to provide receipts and are very rude with customers.

The food is not bad, a little expensive but obviously we are in the airport. The pseudo boss or director gets angry when you ask him for an extra little white rice, he asks you to pay for an extra little white rice. I have been working in the restaurant business for 20 years, this gentleman needs to stop working, he is unfriendly and unpleasant.

Overall a good restaurant. But if there is no service in the service area, you could at least hang a sign saying "Unfortunately no service today". Then you don't have to sit around and wait for 15 minutes, you could just stand in line in the self-service area.

We ate here again today before our flight to Hamburg. The waiter welcomed us very friendly in the service area and brought us straight to the table. It was very crowded here, but everything went perfectly. We had the grilled platter with game fish and once again it tasted really delicious. I chose a delicious salad, my husband chose fried potatoes. It was very tasty. Thank you very much, we'll be happy to come back. And now to the guests again...as you call into the forest, that's how it sounds. No waiter, no staff can do anything if you get to the airport shortly beforehand and are stressed. You can be happy that such friendly people still work there and show them a little kindness and respect!!!!

Great food, requested extra spicy because I had a cold and they delivered! Alina (the waitress) was fantastic.

It's shameful that the employees at this store are racist. It is particularly outrageous that a restaurant bearing Asia's name openly discriminates against Asians.

First we waited forever until the unfriendly waitress behind the cash register took pity on taking an order and apparently could only communicate with either a nod or a shake of the head without looking at you. After the cold noodles were reheated, they were forgotten somewhere in the microwave, so they were lukewarm. After I asked politely whether my food had been forgotten, the answer was "No, forgot something?" Without even knowing what I had ordered. Instead of at least accommodating me and making me a new plate, the lukewarm cardboard was put back in the microwave. When I had the tray in my hand and wanted to sit down, I was told by the service area: "No no no, don't sit." referred. When I was a little annoyed, "First I waited forever, then I forgot the food and now I'm not allowed to sit down anymore..." I was told "I forgot something, didn't sit down." interrupted and continued to be expelled from the area, a nice experience for 23 euros. A disgrace... next time, I'd rather use 4Urbs again.

I ordered a wienerschnitzel and got a half-fried schnitzel! It was almost inedible. The fries with it were also very poorly made. The price and quality is bad!!

After missing asian food for a week I was so glad that I have not disappointed randomly chosen this airport asian restaurant. Our dishes were Vietnam pho and crispy duck salad. Both were tasty even though they were not super authentic. Not soaked with sugar. My soup tastes like Thai Guay tiew gai nam sai noodle (ก๋วยเตี๋ยวไก่น้ำใส) but just no vegetables. Price ranges are considered average for this airport. I can happily recommend my dishes to anyone. 😊

Personnel extremely disrespectful and rude, towards young, mothers with kids, and elderly alike. Restaurant closes 9:30 pm — one of the last options to eat/ drink anything in Munich airport. Unfortunately, all dishes (curry, seafood, pasta) were removed from the front counter 10 min to close, and customers had only the options of sandwich and pretzels. Ciabatta BackFish sandwich €9,95; salmon bagel €10,95; chocolate muffin €4,50, coke ~4,50€. Sandwiches were quite dry - I give that to the late hour. Flavor missing. Service improvement suggested.

It's a mystery to me how this store can have 4.5 stars. There are cold noodles for 19 euros paired with unfriendly waiters at Munich Airport. Unfortunately I can't give zero points but please avoid this restaurant, even for a coffee.

Well, it was more seafood meets toilet. I ate pasta with salmon and less than 10 minutes later... well, the rest is conceivable.

Grumpy lady at till with very small portion size charging a fortune - tiny veg pasta portion for 16 euros. I know airports are expensive but this was silly.

A worker yelled at my partner for sitting at a table while I got us food. The food was not worth the money. Not even worth half the money. We also found fish bones in our pasta! Not in the fish, in the pasta!

Had my fav latte macchiato while transiting a flight in Munich Airport. Service was good but we waited quite a while for food to be served. Good place to dine and talk.

After the third of us waited at the sign “please wait and you will be seated” and after 15 minutes we sat down independently at a free table, we were allowed to wait another 15-20 minutes until our order was taken. Our food order (burger) came after a good 2-3 minutes and another colleague who joined later got his burger at the same time. This should actually be warning enough about the freshness of the food… After skeptical attempts to eat the food, we all noticed that the meat was actually not even remotely cooked (one would hope that it was fresh meat and fried medium rare). Unfortunately it was simply not fried properly and was of the cheapest frozen quality

The manager here was a super sweet guy who really loves his job. It makes such a difference and his joy for life was infectious. Good eggs Benedict too

Friendly staff who knew several languages. We ate fish and chicken soup. Unfortunately managed to finish eating before the others got their food.

We were a bit stuck. Spent the extra time here and were entertained by the staff. The waiters were funny, quick to serve and attentive to us. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Seafood Sylt has a pleasant atmosphere to come down to if you have an unplanned longer stopover. The food tastes good and looks high quality. The service (here Alina and Ahmadi) is very friendly and well trained.

You know food will be expensive and not that great when you go to an airport, but this was about as good as the hot meals they serve during flights. Service was terrible, unfriendly staff. We decided not to tip because of the terrible service and bad food/price quality, and he got angry at us after which he was trew in some insulting words in italian. Little did he know that my wife speaks Italian… Not coming back for sure!

Fried noodles teriyaki chicken very salty.

Had Beef Szechuan prior to my flight. Couple of chunks of beef have not been cooked enough but in general it was a really good meal. Price is a bit higher due to the fact that restaurant is located at the gates but that's nothing uncommon. Definite recommendation

Ahmadi & his crew do an excellent job across the board...Service, Quality of ingredients & flavors are terrific....especially in an airport atmosphere!!! Located in the departure area, i.e. access only with a boarding card. Payment possible by card or cash. Waiter very attentive. There are waiter service and self-service areas. Normal prices for airports. Food and drinks are brought quickly. Large selection of local and international food. Whether white sausage, pretzels, breakfast, burgers, Asian cuisine, coffee, beer, wine... Normal portion sizes. The area with the waiter is modern and stylishly furnished. Access suitable for strollers.

The food was fantastic and Mr. Ahmadi looked after me very well. He was very attentive, gave me good advice and answered my questions in a friendly and precise manner. Super professional! I ordered the salmon fillet with a vegetable quino side dish. The food was there in about 20 minutes (it was quite full). Price performance absolutely reasonable, atmosphere great. Gladly again!
