Hervorragendes Essen, erstklassiger Service und nur wenige Gehminuten von nahegelegenen Hotels entfernt! Angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre, um vor einem langen Flug am Morgen ein Abendessen und Getränke zu genießen.

Eine schöne Sportgaststätte mit sehr gutem Essen und Top Service. Ist nur zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gaststätte am Fussballplatz. Gemütliche ruhige Terrasse mit Blick auf das Fussballfeld. Speisekarte mit bodenständigem Essen. Ich hatte Salat mit gebratenen Garnelen und es hat geschmeckt und war reichlich. Der Kellner war sehr freundlich.

Sie hatten extra lange geöffnet, um uns zu verpflegen, als alle anderen schon geschlossen hatten – fantastischer Kundenservice und großartiges Essen!

Gemütliches Restaurant mit gutem Essen zu sehr günstigen Preisen. Ich hatte die Gulaschsuppe, und sie war köstlich. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Das Essen wurde etwa 5 bis 10 Minuten nach der Bestellung serviert. Ich wohnte im NH Hotel etwas weiter die Straße hinunter und bin hierher gelaufen, weil es einladender und geschmackvoller aussah – und das war es auch!

Essen ist wirklich sehr gut und der Service ist immer hervorragend. Ist unsere Adresse zum Steak essen, aber bis jetzt hat noch nie irgendwas nicht geschmeckt. Ist eine Sportgaststätte und vom Ambiente auch so eingerichtet aber das Essen ist definitiv von guter Qualität und sehr gut zubereitet. Preis-Leistung ist hier super!

Der Wirt ist unfreundlich, die Waldpilzsoße waren Champignons total Sahnelastig, der Käse in den Käsenudeln einfach geschmacklos nie wieder.

Wir waren vor unserem Heimflug im Royal 1913 und das Essen war fantastisch. Alles wurde frisch zubereitet und die Schnitzel waren einfach köstlich. Der Service war freundlich und die Preise waren gut – wenn Sie also vor Ihrem Flug noch etwas essen möchten, gehen Sie unbedingt dorthin!

The food was really delicious, and the owner was super friendly and even made us something hot to eat at 10 pm. Thanks for that! The atmosphere is okay. It's a sports bar, after all. And the music was a bit too loud. But otherwise, everything was great!

During our visit, the Royal 1913 was packed to capacity. The service was excellent. Drinks arrived quickly. The waiters didn't seem stressed. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The portions were generous and the value for money was excellent. If we didn't live so far away, I would love to be a more frequent guest at the Royal 1913.

A small but perfectly formed sports restaurant. The food was delicious, and the staff/owner was truly accommodating. If we ever stay here again before our vacation, we'll definitely be back.

The food and service were very good.

I visited this restaurant on the recommendation of a hotel near the airport, as it had a kitchen open until midnight, and the experience was very positive. It's a very cozy, sports bar-style establishment next to a sports facility, with a terrace overlooking the soccer field. The staff was very attentive, spoke several languages, and had a varied menu with high-quality traditional dishes. A highly recommended option if you're near the airport. The opening hours are a plus; not many restaurants open at that time.

Great food. I got the Royalschnitzel and replaced the French fries with cheese spatzle. Amazing. We are staying at the Moxie hotel and just walked 15-20 mins to eat here. Worth the walk. Restaurant is a sports bar so the games will be on.

I ordered tomato soup 10/10, it was delicious. And the Crispy Burger 10/7, and the portion was really large. The cheese spaetzle is similar to mac and cheese, and topped with fried onions 10/10, very delicious, and the portion is large. It comes with a salad. Orange juice 5/10, unfortunately ready, not fresh. The restaurant closes late for those who come to Munich and are in a hurry 😂 And the staff are very respectful 👍🏻

We had a wonderful time sitting on the terrace overlooking the soccer field. The staff was very friendly and quick. A nice little menu offers everything, so everyone will find something they like. If we ever come back to this region, we already know where to find fresh and delicious food. :) Best regards

Wonderful! The dishes are served generously and of exceptional quality and taste. Courteous service and always with a smile. The owner hosts the diners in an exceptional manner...and the local beer served in the restaurant is exceptional. In short, an experience for those who are near the Munich airport.

A nice restaurant with a warm atmosphere, 5 minutes away from the hotel. The food is delicious. They have a play area for children, and our children had a lot of fun.

We stayed overnight in the town of Oberding before our flight on vacation and had dinner at the Royal 1913. We already knew the restaurant from a previous visit two years ago. We were satisfied again this time. The service was quick and attentive, and the food was once again delicious. We had the cheeseburger with fries, the pork schnitzel with fries, and the brewer's schnitzel with fries. The prices were all within the usual range. We can recommend the Royal 1913 and would eat there again.

Great restaurants, in a football club. The outdoor sitting faces big football field. We came for dinner at about seven, and they were only a couple of tables occupied. We had goulash soup, pork schnitzel and beef salad. Everything taste very good. Glad we came over for dinner.

We visited the restaurant a little after 8 PM and found the indoor seating area empty, so we chose to sit outside. The outdoor space was pleasant and quiet, with only a few other tables occupied. Our waiter was attentive and kindly apologized that the menu was only available in German. Thankfully, we used Google Translate to help us navigate the options. The food was generally good, though I was a bit disappointed with the bread that came with the beef salad. I had been looking forward to the toasted buttered bread I saw in a Google review, but instead, I was served plain white bread. On a more positive note, the iced chocolate I ordered was surprisingly good.

A somewhat hidden restaurant that deserves more attention and visitors. The cuisine is worlds better than you would expect in such a place. We were there for dinner, had Obazd'n as a starter and pork loin and onion roast roast as main courses, each with cheese spaetzle. Everything we had was excellent, but I would particularly like to highlight the onion roast, which was perfectly pink and tender as butter. As a Bavarian, I have had many onion roasts in my life, but none were as perfectly prepared as here. The portion sizes are such that you can easily fill up even if you are hungry. The delicious food and the very nice, friendly service easily console the somewhat spartan clubhouse atmosphere. All in all, the Royal 1913 deserves the top rating from us. We'd love to come back! Edit: Two years later we were there again today and ate (almost) the same thing, Obatzda, onion roast and this time pepper rump steak (ordered medium). Unfortunately, for both main courses the meat was overcooked (well done) and therefore not really tender. The taste is still very good, but unfortunately we can't give it a top rating this time.

It might look/be really weird at first that it is the canteen of a Football club but it's absolutely worth it to go. The food was great, the view on the field is funny but other than it is nice and quiet.

One of the few places around that open at 15:00 if not the only one as restaurants in the neighborhood start at 17:00 or later. I ordered a Veggie burger and a Käsespatzle side dish (a local pasta dish, you should try it) with a dark beer and finished with a ice-chocolate. All was super.

Last night in Germany and ate here. The staff was very friendly and familiar with several languages. The food was tasty and the beer was normal price. I ordered the goulash with spätzle. In my opinion it was Spätzle with goulash lol but still very tasty and only 17€. I ordered the goulash, apple strudel, 0,5L bier, y Coke Zero. The total cost was under 30€. Very affordable to me but I may still be used to American dining costs.

The service was very friendly, but couldn't make up for the bad food. Finger food platter (brown sausages totally shriveled up, you could hardly cut through the spare ribs and certainly not bite them off. I was really hungry. The waitress was very hesitant to ask if it was tasty. I wanted to bring the spare ribs again but I was no longer hungry. It's a shame . Priced at €18.60 for the finger food platter

Canceled 45 minutes after ordering and suddenly changed to “Closed”. The almost €5 tip was simply kept. I definitely won't order here again.

Cosy place to eat where there are few eateries

The burgers are good and the prices for them are alright, however, the rest of the menu is extremely overpriced. While the meat on the burgers was well done, other meat dishes were incredibly dry and appeared rather cheap.

First of all, the grill plate is not worth it at all in terms of price/performance ratio. The burgers, on the other hand, are definitely recommended. It's not on a gourmet level, but it's good considering the circumstances. Appropriate for a late plane :D

Nice indoor/outdoor seating. Friendly bilingual servers, good menu. Happy with our selections. They informed us that it was cash only due to internet issues, rather than lose our business, they offered and drove us to the nearest ATM.

Had to stay at a local airport hotel for the night before heading to the US and found this spot on Google Maps close by. Food and service was dynamite!!! I’m sure all is good but we had the ‘Schweineschnitzel’ and the ‘Zweibelrostbraten’ plus an Apple Strudel. One of best meals Inhad while visiting the city. If you are in the area… do yourself a favor.

It was really nice place. I had been in Munich for 2 weeks for business meeting and when my day is off, I always have a nice dinner in Royal 1913. The beer is perfect and side dish(maybe fries and steak.. maybe) is also perfect. The calm air and quiteness is also very impressive. I never forgot my feeling when I drink nice beer on the side of the quite grassfield. It was the perfect place that I have been in germany and I want to revisit here if I have opportunity to visit Munich.

Das Essen ist wirklich sehr lecker. Mein Highlight ist der Kaiserschmarrn, mit Mandeln und frischem Obst garniert. Meiner Meinung nach gibt's hier den besten Kaiserschmarrn in der Region. Auch andere Gerichte haben uns super gut geschmeckt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Bin für einen Lehrgang in Erding und im Flughafen Hotel untergebracht. Auf meiner Suche nach einem vernünftigen und preiswertem Abendessen, bin ich auf diese Lokation gestoßen. Das Essen ist unglaublich gut und auch der Service ist perfekt. Ich habe jetzt schon zwei Mal hier gegessen und werde bestimmt noch ein drittes Mal hier Speisen, bis ich wieder abreise.
