Many thanks to the service and kitchen, who gave us and our dog a warm and friendly welcome shortly before the lunch kitchen closed! We were able to enjoy the menu with starter and main course. For me Caesar salad and Wiener schnitzel. A small note to the restaurant: The upgrade prices for the Caesar salad (chicken or shrimp) were not directly visible on the place cards. However, this is only a small thing and has no influence on the overall positive impression. Our “New Year’s Eve Lunch” was perfect – a wonderful start to the new year 2025!

We had 3 fantastic breakfasts here as hotel guests. The breakfast buffet was rich, with freshly squeezed juices, good coffee, cold cuts, cheeses, fish, salads, fruits, yogurt, pastries, breads, hot international and local dishes.

Amazing, unexpectedly we stayed in this hotel while our flight was delayed and we dined here… and have to say it was more than pleasant, including our waiter Luca who was more than accommodating with our party We shall be back

More than an hour wait for a simple Wiener Schnitzel and a plate of kids pasta feels like a contender for the Guinness World Records. The waiting staff were kind and courteous, but it was clear they were trying their best to cover for the delays. Price-value ratio is very low.

If you want the best experience in Munich airport - this is the place ! Cherryl alone made our experience amazing with 18mo old baby - cherryl is the best !! Also if you stay at Hilton best breakfast we have had in hotel ! We have lived in this airport for 3 days in a row - twice and Cherryl made it worth the flight troubles. Thank you Cherryl !!!

We were disappointed with the quality of the food at Christmas brunch last year, especially the taste. However, we wanted to give you another chance. And we weren't disappointed this year. Very good in terms of taste and quality. The only point of criticism would be the selection of vegetarian, warm food. Here there are only side dishes and cheese spaetzle. In this day and age it is imperative to offer proper vegetarian food.

Wow!!! What a treat it was. Only had a layover but this was an amazing experience. Beautiful place, wonderful staff and excellent food. Can’t ask for anything more than that. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

We had a voucher for the Rocky Mountain Buffet, which unfortunately wasn't available under a new chef. Unfortunately, you don't find out about this on the website; it's only when you get there that it says 'no buffet'. The value of the voucher was at least credited towards the a la carte meal. The menu is clear and the prices are high. Unfortunately our food didn't live up to the expectations. The entrecote was almost completely cooked through instead of medium rare and, at most 1.5-2cm thick, not really what you would expect from a €42 steak. A complaint to the service was shrugged off, no apology or offer to correct it. The side dish 'fried potatoes' were thinly sliced ​​slices soaked in oil. They probably forgot the frying part of the potatoes - you could think that slices of the potato gratin were misused here. The chicken was very dry and there was hardly any sauce. The negative - highlight was the iced Kaiserschmarrn - 4 blocks of milk ice cream with a fat glaze and a handful of raisins has nothing to do with Kaiser - it's pure 'Schmarrn'. In general, the atmosphere was more like a fast-food restaurant and the air conditioning always tried to keep the room temperature at 18 degrees - not a place where you would want to have a coffee or digestive after your meal. The Mountain Social Dining Hub is bad advertising for having a Michelin star in the same building. The first and last visit for us. The Mountain Hub Social Dining Hub is certainly not worth the journey from Munich, as the city has much higher quality to offer in the same price range.

Not the best in restaurants. I had the veal. Nice piece of meat. Then it appeared to be boiled and seared. Completely tasteless. Bland looking after you remove the rest of the presentation. The potatoes dry and bland. Not sure what the chef was trying for but totally lost it beyond trying to make food art. The schnitzel was also over cooked and dry. Honestly the worst meal I had through Germany and Austria. Skip the exorbitant pricing and go into the airport square and get a good meal.

This restaurant and this team working here is absolutely amazing specially Mr.Maximo and Miss Linh they made our evening will definitely come back. Suggesting this place to everyone. 👍👍👍

The food was excellent, especially the fillet steak and the desserts, the strudel and the Bavarian cream. The service, by the kind and sweet cherryl, was above and beyond all expectations.

We waited almost 1.5 hours for our food. Plates weren't cleared away. We arrived by car and were told on the phone where to park at the airport. We then asked whether the ticket could be validated. Luckily that was answered in the affirmative, but there was a big surprise down in the garage. The ticket was not validated, 24€ parking fees for 3 hours of dinner.

Cherryl did an amazing job. Not only was she the host, she also was the server. She did such an amazing job working and always having a good attitude. She was very sweet and gave great advise on the food. Everything was great.

After a missed connection with Lufthansa we had to spend the night in Munich. We requested the Airport Hilton as yet another Lufthansa issue caused us to spend an unexpected 9 hours at the airport. That time we enjoyed a wonderful bottle of wine and dinner before we went on to our final destination in the late evening. This time we able the enjoy a much needed glass of wine and dinner as well as an amazing breakfast buffet. The host for dinner, Cherryl C, took care of us all the way from getting us a table on a very booked night and even delivering our food to us. She was full of personality and cheery greetings. At breakfast Sebastian M. seated us when I inquired about where the pots of hot tea were he accompanied me in over and then brought them to our table along with hot milk. The buffet is self serve but Sebastian went above and beyond, much appreciated by a wear traveler. All the juices were fresh squeezed and they had omelets made to order. In fact they had anything one could want from any country. We would gladly stay here again by choice rather than by disrupted travel! Not sure about flying Lufthansa though!😉

We were here for Sunday brunch and unfortunately I wasn't particularly impressed: - In parallel, the “double pass” format will be broadcast directly in front of the Mountain Hub at the same time. This makes it very restless and you can hardly hear the piano music anymore because the bass from the studio can be heard through the windows. - The service is hardly present. Clearance is only available upon request. You have to get new cutlery yourself. - Individual egg dishes (e.g. a simple omelette) are not available due to staff shortages. - Coffee is only available from fully automatic machines. As I was informed, the portafilter is not available due to the television broadcast running at the same time. The piano music is great and the buffet is refilled fairly quickly. Nevertheless, we have had much better brunch.

Convenient location and excellent Bavarian cuisine

This is not my first meal here and they never disappoint. Make sure to make a reservation because the place does get booked quickly and they do not rush the diners. The service as always is impeccable. Cherryl is a delightful host. She made sure to stop by the table several times and managed the guests they were unable to serve with grace and professionalism, offering an alternative dining option. The restaurant was always busy and she managed to meet expectations even if the result was not the potential diners initial choice.

We average once per year travel from California through the Munich airport, and if our schedule permits, spend the night at the Airport Hilton. When there we never miss a wienerschnitzel dinner at Mountain Hub. Tuesday night was one such occasion. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner, and Subin was an excellent host/server.

I’m not normally one to eat at the Hotel’s restaurant as they normally tend to be average, at best… BUT, we were in Munich for an overnight transfer and booked a room at the Hilton, it was late and just needed something that wasn’t fast food. We read something about this restaurant and that it was highly touted. We went in and had to wait 10-15 minutes for a table as they just finished hosting an event for Audi. The food was very good! We each ordered the Pumpkin soup to start and my wife went with their salad while I tried the weiner schnitzel. The weiner schnitzel was really well done, maybe top 5 schnitzel I’ve ever had! What made this restaurant really special though was the staff, especially Cherryl! She was the host that got us a table and took our order. She was just so lovely and attentive. It’s people like her that really make a restaurant fantastic!

Food: Delicious (pricey but worth it) Service: Exceptional... I dined in solo on my way to the airport and couldn't have asked for a better way to end the night. Cherryl was the host, my server, waitress, and friend. She made sure I was always attended to even when she hosted and worked 10 other tables. She cared that the wine was one I would enjoy, that I wasn't left without water or bread, and always checking in on her way to help others. I was not rushed out to seat another table, and ultimately had food that reminded me of home. I was over the mystery meats and snitzel and was thankful for a good steak frites. Cherryl is the reason I write this review and even though it's a few days late, I hope she is rewarded for her exceptional service and care for the restaurant. The food was as good as I expected given the price but this review is because of how they cared about me as a human and traveler. I would come back again just to say hi and dine with her and her team. Go for the items on the grill

We walked in 6 minutes after the advertised time for last orders. We were delayed for an overnight layover. The lamb rack was delicious.

I recommand the sunday brunch. I was there for sunday brunch.The whole team is great. The restaurant is modern and there was a passionate singer there, who plays piano and sing. The admosphare makes me feel relaxing. Since financial crisis there are not so many good restaurants in munich city. The beverage bar and dessert bar match the standard of hilton, you can enjoy your tee, coffee with petit fours there. The food have a wide varity, there are two high lights, beef jerky with olive sause and tunna fish cappacio. Some food are still need to be improved: Spetzel Nuddel: look like from kindergarten cantine. Bratkatoffel and Ratatoui with ham, too greecy. Grilled Beef: the whole dish full of blood. The grilled pan was too dry full of black burnt flecks , but the chef still put meat on it. What is good, the chef would like to cook well-done if you ask. Sushi: taste like from normal supermarket freezer. Cauliflower soupe: like no name instant soupe from any supermarket. There rest are ok, like Cantinecooking, such as warm samons. Some food are very cheap, like chicken legs. It made me feel as if i were in stone age . Good: They dont add too much seasoning: This is good for people with allergy, children and senior. They use laktosefree milk. They have gambas.

This was a nice quiet restaurant, an oasis from the drama outside. There is an option for a service-intense Michelin prix fix menu in a separate restaurant that has the same kitchen, so that’s a bonus. Microgreens growing in special machine caught my eye.

The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and inviting. The atmosphere and service were great. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. I asked for a drink they were not familiar with, but still made it perfectly. Our waiter, Daniel, fielded difficult questions well and kept a watchful eye on our food, processes and timing.

When our flight was cancelled on September 2nd, as can be imagined, we weren’t in the best of moods. However, the wonderful folks at Mountain Hub Social Dining made us feel right at home and helped us to make the best out of the situation. Wonderful food, great atmosphere, fantastic drinks, and friendly staff - that’s what you can expect there. In particular, Cherryl was fantastic - very attentive and engaging. We cannot recommend Mountain Hub enough, and we’ll be going there again the next time we’re passing through Munich!

We arrived late in the evening after a day of travel and were whisked away to a seat and provided delicious food and wine in short order. Cherryl and the rest of the team worked hard to make our experience relaxing and fun. It was an unexpectedly nice time after a day on the road.

Cheryl, the restaurant manager, greeted us promptly and offered us the choice of two tables and we were seated in a lovely corner away from the noise of a large family dinner. The food offerings were varied and the waitstaff, while in the younger side, were attentive and friendly. Great experience in a lovely hotel.

As we walked into the restaurant we were wowed by the decor n ambiance. The hostess Cherry was extremely friendly n helpful. The food was full of flavor, portions were perfect for us 2. Service was exceptional.

I ate here after a long train ride back from Italy in preparation to fly out the next morning. I was tired and just wanted to eat something easy. I was pleasantly surprised to find a good wine menu, a refreshingly healthy meal, and wonderful service! Mamdouh was very kind and a pleasant person to chat with. I would 100% eat here again.

Amazing service made more so when our experience with others in the Hilton were so disappointing. Menu is limited, but good and not crazy expensive like in most hotels.

The service was first class, we would especially like to mention Mamdouh! The restaurant in general is now much nicer than before at Kempinski. What I didn't like was that we were only spoken to in English at the reception. I think German should also be spoken in Germany. We also have to adapt to the English language abroad.

We had such a nice dining experience at this restaurant while we stayed at the Munich Hilton. Our dinner server, Sharansh, was outstanding. He was attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone traveling through Munich.

Had a great solo meal here right downstairs from my hotel room. I had a very early morning flight the next day and had a long commute to the airport, so I was looking for somewhere relaxing to unwind. Making reservations online was very easy, and I got to see the menu before heading down. The service was great, and they did such a good job of organizing the solo travelers in a nice quiet area with plenty of space between us so that we didn't feel left out or awkward. I highly recommend the charcuterie board and asking the servers for insights on what to pair with or try as you slowly munch on it while reading a book or something. They also have an AMAZING breakfast buffet that you can book with the hotel or pay when you get there.

We were hoping for a nice final dinner before heading home. The restaurant is very beautiful and convenient - that’s where the good news ends. My drink was flat and my companion had to order a gin on the rocks three times for them to get it right - yes, a simple gin on the rocks. We then ordered a Caesar salad, a burger, still water, a glass of wine and some ice. Caesar salad was very good. Ice never came and my companion had to chase someone down to get a second glass of wine. Burger was ok. I wanted to order dessert but just couldn’t face another disappointment. The hostess swooped in and tried to save the day. Kudos to her but really a disaster otherwise.

We had a reservation at 6:15. Not a lot of people in the restaurant. Seriously poor customer service. Not great food. The service was so very bad. Do not consider dining there. I was so disappointed. Was expecting something good based on their reputation. Go to another restaurant please. Save your hard earned money for something good. LP

Great staff and wonderful food. The T-bone steak was cooked to perfection and the drinks are much better than anywhere else in Germany

So slow service and two times they forgot our orders. And the food is very plain. No extra. Better to grab a burger at mc Donald’s. The dessert came so late and it was cold inside.

Terrible experience! Went to mountain hub for dinner with my wife as we stayed in hilton, i have ordered t-bone steak and waited for an hour and the dish didn't arrive. I asked the service manager few times he didn't seems to be care. Eventually we went out from the restaurant and the service manager waived out the check. I really think its a low standard for a restaurant that recently got Michelin recommendations.

Excellent restaurant at Munich airport. The food is superbly crafted, the service is on point, and the atmosphere is comfortable, relaxed, and unpretentious. Did I mention this restaurant boasts a Michelin Star? Not many of those at other airports in general! It's my place to go whenever I arrive or leave Munich. I especially want to mention Cherryl, our hostess, for her attentiveness and professionalism. Keep up the excellent work!
