This was a nice quiet restaurant, an oasis from the drama outside. There is an option for a service-intense Michelin prix fix menu in a separate restaurant that has the same kitchen, so that’s a bonus. Microgreens growing in special machine caught my eye.

The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and inviting. The atmosphere and service were great. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. I asked for a drink they were not familiar with, but still made it perfectly. Our waiter, Daniel, fielded difficult questions well and kept a watchful eye on our food, processes and timing.

Cherryl at the front of the restaurant made sure we were taken care of well. I am gluten free and the restaurant provided me with GF bread and excellent fish. You must eat here if you are at the Munich airport.

Cheryl, the restaurant manager, greeted us promptly and offered us the choice of two tables and we were seated in a lovely corner away from the noise of a large family dinner. The food offerings were varied and the waitstaff, while in the younger side, were attentive and friendly. Great experience in a lovely hotel.

We had a variety of food options, everything served tasted amazing and presentation was inviting as well. The entire staff provided professional, prompt and superior service. The dining experience was relaxed with upscale dishes and service.

As we walked into the restaurant we were wowed by the decor n ambiance. The hostess Cherry was extremely friendly n helpful. The food was full of flavor, portions were perfect for us 2. Service was exceptional.

I ate here after a long train ride back from Italy in preparation to fly out the next morning. I was tired and just wanted to eat something easy. I was pleasantly surprised to find a good wine menu, a refreshingly healthy meal, and wonderful service! Mamdouh was very kind and a pleasant person to chat with. I would 100% eat here again.

Amazing service made more so when our experience with others in the Hilton were so disappointing. Menu is limited, but good and not crazy expensive like in most hotels.

The service was first class, we would especially like to mention Mamdouh! The restaurant in general is now much nicer than before at Kempinski. What I didn't like was that we were only spoken to in English at the reception. I think German should also be spoken in Germany. We also have to adapt to the English language abroad.

We had such a nice dining experience at this restaurant while we stayed at the Munich Hilton. Our dinner server, Sharansh, was outstanding. He was attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone traveling through Munich.

We were hoping for a nice final dinner before heading home. The restaurant is very beautiful and convenient - that’s where the good news ends. My drink was flat and my companion had to order a gin on the rocks three times for them to get it right - yes, a simple gin on the rocks. We then ordered a Caesar salad, a burger, still water, a glass of wine and some ice. Caesar salad was very good. Ice never came and my companion had to chase someone down to get a second glass of wine. Burger was ok. I wanted to order dessert but just couldn’t face another disappointment. The hostess swooped in and tried to save the day. Kudos to her but really a disaster otherwise.

We had a reservation at 6:15. Not a lot of people in the restaurant. Seriously poor customer service. Not great food. The service was so very bad. Do not consider dining there. I was so disappointed. Was expecting something good based on their reputation. Go to another restaurant please. Save your hard earned money for something good. LP

So slow service and two times they forgot our orders. And the food is very plain. No extra. Better to grab a burger at mc Donald’s. The dessert came so late and it was cold inside.

Terrible experience! Went to mountain hub for dinner with my wife as we stayed in hilton, i have ordered t-bone steak and waited for an hour and the dish didn't arrive. I asked the service manager few times he didn't seems to be care. Eventually we went out from the restaurant and the service manager waived out the check. I really think its a low standard for a restaurant that recently got Michelin recommendations.

Excellent restaurant at Munich airport. The food is superbly crafted, the service is on point, and the atmosphere is comfortable, relaxed, and unpretentious. Did I mention this restaurant boasts a Michelin Star? Not many of those at other airports in general! It's my place to go whenever I arrive or leave Munich. I especially want to mention Cherryl, our hostess, for her attentiveness and professionalism. Keep up the excellent work!

Food is just not worth the price, nothing special, just basic food in basic restaurant. We had a starter and main dish. Starter didn't have any taste in it and was so small compered to price. Main was okay, but nothing special. Would not visit again because it is not worth the money, but atmosphere was nice and service was mainly nice (we had multiple people serving and some of them seemed to be a bit lost).

Hungrig und durstig kehrten wir im Mountain Hub nach einem langen Flug , in München im Airport Hilton Hotel ein. Der offene Barbereich war wenig besucht. Nach recht langer Wartezeit kam der Kellner und legte wortlos die Karte hin. Wir wussten bereits was wir wollten. Bevor wir unsere Bestellung aufgeben konnten, drehte er uns den Rücken zu und fing an den Nachbartisch abzuräumen. Als wir ihm noch einen Wunsch zuriefen fing er an uns belehren zu wollen. Vielleicht hatte er einen miesen Tag. Jedoch hat er seinen Beruf verfehlt. Es gibt genügend Möglichkeiten am Airport zu essen und zu trinken. Daher kann ich diesen Ort wirklich nicht empfehlen.

Ein junger Mann wollte uns am Eingang das für uns etwas abenteuerliche Menü schmackhaft machen. Super freundlich, sehr angenehm. Im Restaurant schönes Ambiente. Yes, it is a restaurant at the airport. Yes, the guests are international. Yes, the catering industry has problems with skilled workers. But tonight - and we've been here many times - everything was perfect. At the entrance, a young man wanted to make the menu, which was somewhat adventurous for us, tasty. Super friendly, very pleasant. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant. We really like the knots in the napkins. Another young man took care of our drink requests in a very friendly and attentive manner. Then came Soignée. She is extraordinary. Friendly, empathetic and absolutely competent. She provides excellent service and at the same time manages to respond to the completely different guests. We made a reservation and showed at the appropriate ti. We were seated promptly. We were rushed a little to order, preferring a little time to enjoy drinks, but OK. Food came quickly and was OK, but then nothing. We never had another visit by anyone at the restaurant. Finally a waiter came over to remove our plates and asked about dessert. We requested a menu, but none was brought. After 30 mins, we flagged another waiter and asked to pay. For was passable, service was worst ever for a European restaurant. I guess the thought is, airport hotel, we’ll never see them again. Poor service start to finish. And the meal was $76 Euros…..

Hotel provided me a free meal elsewhere on the property, but went in for dessert. Maximo took care of everything, it was wonderful.

Iva was amazing! I'm not sure if the food deserves the acolades, but we still had a great time with Iva as our server. I had the lamb chops which were cooked beyond medium rare, and weren't very filling portion wise. Even so, Iva made sure we had a great time. I definitely recommend going and and say hi to Iva when you're there!

ein schönes buffet. aber: preis-leistung ist völlig überzogen. wir haben zu zweit gefrühstückt, haben 78 euro bezahlt. dann wurde nicht mal unser parkticket entwertet. nochmal 24 euro für nur 2,5 stunden. insgesamt 102 euro, eine frechheit. leider nicht zu empfehlen. es war auch recht kühl, sogar im pullover.

I would give the food 4.5 if possible. The service was excellent and our server Sharansh did a fantastic job. We had some special food requests, gluten, vegan, etc and everything was correct and Sharansh knew all the answers.

Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut und immer frisch, der Service ist etwas schlechter als das Essen. Es ist immer ungut wenn das Personal das Gefühl vermittelt sie seien "besser" als der Gast. Aber trotzdem immer aufmerksam und schnell. Das Ambiente mit dieser Umgebung "warm" zu erzeugen ist in einem Glaspalast etwas schwer, leider dominiert die kühle Architektur und der Ausblick ist nicht vorhanden. Das Essen und die Köche waren sehr nett und der Klavierspieler bekommt die Note 1. Danke dafür!

2023 habe ich noch das Neujahrsbuffet mit Personal lobend beschrieben, leider folgte heuer ein eklatanter Absturz. Zunächst wurden wir, obwohl für 3 Personen reserviert, an einen Tisch geführt der für 2 Personen gedeckt und sicherlich auch nur dafür ausgelegt ist. Macht nichts es wurde ein weiteres Gedeck dazu gelegt und eine Sitzgelegenheit gebracht. So war es auf dem Tisch wenigsten gemütlich eng und heimelig. Wie wir es aus den vielen Jahren zuvor gewohnt waren fragten wir nach Kaffee. Die kurze Antwort, kommt sofort. Was nicht kam, der Kaffee, also Selbstbedienung. Beim Sekt war es das Gleiche. Hätte man uns aufgeklärt, dass heuer alles auf Selbstbedienung hinausläuft, kein Problem aber es fehlte einfach an der Kommunikation. Beim Gang zum Buffet stellten wir fest, sehr sehr übersichtlich, kein Vergleich mit den Buffets in den Vorjahren. Kein Fisch, Garnelensalat, Thaisalat mit Garnelen o.ä.; halt, Forellentartar und etwas Kaviar war schon da. Aber keine Highlights die wir auf Grund der gastronomischen Örtlichkeit und wie gesagt, aus unserer zurückliegenden Erfahrung erwartet haben. Das Salatbuffet nicht besser als in einem „normalen“ Restaurant. Die warmen Gerichte waren reichlich und gut aber nachdem ein anderer Gast und ich lieber ein kleineres Steak wünschten musste erst aufwändig ein Messer gesucht werden damit das Steak geteilt werden konnte. Es sei dem Personal verboten ein Messer am Buffet zu haben ??? Die Dessertabteilung mit evtl. Obst ebenfalls nicht mehr mit dem Vorjahr zu vergleichen. Ich schenke mir die Beschreibung. Jetzt kommen wir zum Tischservice, letztes Jahr noch zuvorkommend dieses Jahr unterirdisch. Das Abräumen des gebrauchten Geschirrs, wenn es überhaupt geschah, war dem Zufall überlassen. Gott sei Dank konnten wir die gebrauchten Teller neben uns auf der Bank abstellen sonst wäre ein Geschirrstapel auf dem Tisch entstanden der einem das weitere Essen verdorben hätte. Fehlende Teller bei den einzelnen Stationen keine Espressolöffel, da musste ein Holzstäbchen oder ein normaler Löffel herhalten. Auf diese Weise hat für mich der Begriff Social Dining und Gourmet Dining eine völlig neue Bedeutung erhalten. Wenn sich der Gast als notwendiges Übel betrachtet sieht sollte der Betreiber sein Konzept der Shrinkflation doch einmal überdenken. Das größte Ärgernis für mich ist jedoch, dass ich zu Weihnachten Gutscheine verschenkt habe und dabei noch die hohe Qualität und professionelle Bewirtung gelobt habe. Jetzt stehe ich als Aufschneider da. Sollte das so bleiben ist weder das sogenannte Social Dining noch das Neujahrsbuffet weiter zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten schon öfters im Hilton Airport Hotel übernachtet und dabei auch immer abends im Mountain Hub Social Dining gegessen. Immer waren wir von den Gerichten begeistert. Z.B. war das Wiener Schnitzel und auch die Fischgerichte immer hervorragend. Diese mal jedoch waren wir enttäuscht. Wir hatten die Lachsforelle und das Wiener Schnitzel. Die Lachsforelle war kaum gewürzt, fast kalt und eine sehr überschaubare Portion. Das Wiener Schnitzel war nicht mehr so gut wie sonst, keine Würzung. Die Bratkartoffeln waren sehr unansehlich, wie aufgewärmt vom Vor-Vor-Tag. Warum bekommt man keine frische und schöne Bratkartoffeln bei 32 Euro. Wir hätten es gleich reklamieren sollen. Schade für das Geld. Der Service war übrigens sehr gut und tadellos, so wie wir es gewöhnt sind.

Gutes Essen an Heiligabend aber sehr schlechter Service, obwohl die Servicekräfte sehr bemüht und freundlich waren. Für viel Geld wurde ein 4-Gänge-Menü angeboten, leider gab es viel zu wenig Personal um ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zu gewährleisten. Schade ...

Visiting only for breakfast, I found the food to be fresh and variety more than sufficient. I’m so glad to see they have the European Hilton brand Sekt available for a fresh mimosa! The restaurant employees were friendly and seemed to stay busy. I had a family crisis which required me to step out, I found compassion from a particular employee and I’m sad not to have got his name. I’d love to return for dinner sometime, the décor and ambiance is inviting.

Leider mehr Schein als Sein... Das Ambiente ist wirklich sehr schön, passend und geschmackvoll. Es lädt eigentlich zu einem herrlichen Abendessen ein. Das war es dann aber schon mit dem Schönen. Die Speisekarte ist sehr fleischlastig. Fast überhaupt keine vegetarischen Gerichte zur Auswahl und geschmacklich auch nur mittelmäßig. Service auch für so ein Restaurant nicht würdig. Die Größte Enttäuschung ist allerdings das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Portionen sind wirklich extrem überschaubar und die Preise sind vergleichsweise sehr hoch. Im Hilton werde ich weiterhin übernachten aber das Abendessen werde ich zukünftig nicht mehr im Mountain Hub vornehmen

Ab 11.30 gab es ein sehr reichhaltiges Buffet mit Frühstück und auch mit warmen Speisen. Bedienung war sehr freundlich.

What a lovely dinner! I was not sure what to eat or drink, and Cherry was there right away to help! She guided me to a lovely Gruiner Veltlinger and the wiener Schnitzel. A perfect meal, made even more perfect by Cherry who had a smile to lite up a room🎉 Will be back!

Large Choice of Expensive buffet of bland knock off food from USA. No flavor or spice. Large Shrimp were fantastic the only stand out. Would not do it again.

Probably the best Hyatt restaurant, anywhere. It should be a huge stress reliever for anyone traveling through Munich—you can get healthy, fine dining (not expensive) whenever you are traveling through. The hotel is very easy to get to, on premise at the airport. The menu was a selection of German classics kicked up a notch with stellar ingredients and health-conscious selections and right-sized portions. The staff was also very helpful and attentive. I will definitely make a point to come back again!

Im Zuge eines Seminars hatten wir die Möglichkeit die LUNCHTIME in Buffetform genießen zu dürfen. Jedoch durften wir hier gute 2 Stunden Zeit einplanen, bis alle Gänge mit Anstehen genossen werden konnten. Die Qualität des Essens ist erstklassig, und die Möglichkeit, sich mit anderen Gästen zu unterhalten, verleiht dem Restaurant einen besonderen Reiz. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Ein ideales Ziel für ein geselliges kulinarisches Erlebnis in München, welches sich wie Urlaub angefühlt hat.

We arrived at the Hilton Munich Airport much later than expected after an extremely stressful day of travel. Tired and hungry we walked into Mountain Hub. Cherryl greeted us warmly and told us we’d be seated in a minute or two. As we sat down she gave us a sparkling wine and escorted us to our table. She took very good care of us on a night that we really needed a little extra TLC. Thank you!

The manager was prompt, courteous and seated us quickly. Our server Sharanch was equally professional. My wife’s soup and my Kasesspatzle were both excellent. A great place to eat after a long day of travel.

This was a very poor dining experience. We dropped $80 on schnitzel and a salad the night before a return flight to the US and were severely disappointed. Considering this restaurant has a sister-restaurant with a Michelin star that is heavily advertised throughout the adjacent hotel & the atmosphere appears more modern/upscale, the quality of the food did not match. I think their team needs to consider a serious revamp of their food quality in order to offer an experience in-line with what they charge.

After a long flight from S.F. stopped in at 6pm for a light dinner snack...had a cheese/salami platter that gave me the runs..had 2 tiny glasses of sparking wine for 10 euros each....and the wait time for anything is 20 minutes on a Tues night...would...

Wir hatten uns zum Rocky Mountain Buffet eingefunden und waren leider alle enttäuscht. Die Auswahl scheint auf den ersten Blick groß, bei genauerem Hinsehen sind es aber nur sehr viel kleine Portionen vom selben Gericht. Vorspeisen wie Hotdogs oder Burritos waren kalt und trocken und auch die Hauptgerichte haben eher Zimmertemperatur. Qualitativ können die Chicken Wings, Rinderrippchen oder Schweinekoteletts bestenfalls als mittelmäßig eingeordnet werden. Die Desserts bestehen sind in Ordnung, aber wer typisch amerikanische Sweets erwartet hat leider Pech. Statt Apple Pie, Softeis, Milchshakes gibts Donuts und Marshmellows aus der Tüte. Das Personal war nett, vereinzelt kompetent aber größtenteils überfordert und wirkte teilweise eingeschüchtert. Alles in allem kein Vergleich zu dem was früher im Kempinski geboten wurde und definitiv keine 100€ pro Person wert.

I would like to acknowledge Ms. Cherryl Cadag for his very warm personality. Special assistance, cheerful and accommodating. I notice also that she checks other guests from time to time if everything is okay or if guests still needs something. Good work and job well...
