Ein schöner, ruhiger und friedlicher Ort mit einer guten Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Der Barkeeper wirkte mürrisch oder desinteressiert, vielleicht müde nach einem langen Tag oder einer anstrengenden Woche? Wir waren am Montag um 14 Uhr dort. Wir haben nur Getränke bestellt.

Es ist ein bezahlbare Restaurant am Flughafen. Natürlichdie Preise sind nicht vergleichbar mit ein Dorfrestaurant. Man kann hier schnell vor oder nach dem Flug etwas essen oder trinken.

Wir haben heute im Caffee Vergnao an der Bar einen Espresso getrunken und wurden von Hr. Keranovic freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient.

Angenehmes Ambiente und ist perfekt, um entspannt auf seinen Flug zu warten. Die Atmosphäre ist ruhig und gemütlich, das Personal freundlich und man fühlt sich willkommen, auch wenn man länger bleibt. Dazu gibt es guten Kaffee und leckeres Essen – ideal für eine entspannte Pause vor dem Abflug.

Sehr geehrtes Caffe Vergnano, am 03.05.2026 zur Mittagszeit gab es ein Problem mit Ihrem Personal und der Kommunikation in Ihrem Restaurant. Ihre Mitarbeiter setzten unsere Gruppe unter Druck, Bestellungen aufzugeben. Wir waren zu sechst, und die meisten von uns sprachen weder fließend Englisch noch Deutsch. Ihre Mitarbeiter verhielten sich unprofessionell und zeigten deutlich, dass sie über unsere Bestellung genervt waren. Wir brauchten etwas länger, da wir die Aussagen Ihrer Mitarbeiter übersetzen mussten. Ihr Personal war offensichtlich nicht ausreichend geschult, um mit der Situation umzugehen. Man sollte meinen, dass sie mit einer Gruppe ausländischer Gäste an einem internationalen Flughafen umgehen könnten, aber leider war dies nicht der Fall. Beispiele für das Verhalten Ihrer Mitarbeiter: „Sie sagten 2, jetzt 3, jetzt nochmal, was denn nun?“ „Das war’s!“ (genervt) Sie versuchten, uns mehr zu verkaufen, als wir wollten, scheinbar im Scherz. Wir bestellten ein Brathähnchen. Die Angestellte fragte: „Sie meinen fünf, richtig?“ Wir: „Nein, wir möchten eins.“ Angestellte: „Also möchten Sie drei?“ Wir: „Nein, nur eins.“ Eine Mitarbeiterin, die unsere Bestellung aufnahm, wirkte sehr genervt. Sie verdrehte mehrmals die Augen und schien uns so schnell wie möglich loswerden zu wollen (obwohl keine anderen Kunden da waren). Wir waren schockiert über die Missverständnisse und das unfreundliche Verhalten in unserem Restaurant. Vor allem, da Sie der erste Eindruck sind, den die Besucher am internationalen Flughafen von uns gewinnen.

In München gibt es so viele nette Menschen und leckeres Essen, aber ich rate dringend davon ab, dieses Restaurant zu besuchen. Ich schreibe meine allererste Bewertung, weil ich nicht möchte, dass jemand anderem die Deutschlandreise durch dieses Restaurant verdorben wird. Der Service war unterirdisch. Das Verhalten des Personals änderte sich schlagartig, sobald sie merkten, dass wir Touristen waren. Während sie Einheimische respektvoll behandelten, waren sie unglaublich unhöflich zu uns. Sie waren extrem aufdringlich und versuchten, uns zwei oder drei Gerichte aufzudrängen, obwohl ich deutlich gesagt hatte, dass ich nur eines wollte. Außerdem war die junge Kellnerin, die unsere Pasta-Bestellung aufnahm, sichtlich genervt und gab uns das Gefühl, überhaupt nicht willkommen zu sein. Sie murmelte Beleidigungen vor sich hin und zeigte keinerlei Freundlichkeit gegenüber unserem kleinen Kind. Wir hatten den starken Eindruck, dass wir aufgrund unserer Herkunft diskriminiert wurden. Zu allem Übel war das Essen auch noch furchtbar. Wir bestellten verschiedene Pastagerichte, aber sie schmeckten alle gleich und waren so scharf, dass sie ungenießbar waren. Wir sind extra aus der Ferne angereist, um in unserem lang ersehnten Urlaub wertvolle Zeit mit der Familie zu verbringen, die wir schon ewig nicht mehr gesehen hatten. Dieses Restaurant hat uns die Stimmung komplett verdorben und ist zur schlimmsten Erinnerung an unsere Deutschlandreise geworden. Ich werde nie wieder dorthin gehen und jedem, den ich kenne, davon abraten. Mit Abstand das schlimmste Lokal, das ich je besucht habe.

Super freundliches Personal, im Service sowie in der Küche. Die Auswahl an Getränken und Essen ist groß. Das Sushi kommt aus eigener Produktion, wie ein Mitarbeiter mir sagte, das sah wirklich super aus. Den Cappuccino hatte ich an der Bar bestellt da dieser dort mit der Siebträgermaschine zubereitet wird. Es gibt auch Milch Alternativen, Hafer und Soja. Der Cappuccino schmeckte sehr gut. Und das Brioch Frühstück mit Bacon war sehr lecker.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Das Personal, das selbst thailändisch ist, hat mir empfohlen, thailändisches Essen zu probieren, also habe ich Garnelen mit Basilikum bestellt. Ich habe deutlich gesagt, dass ich nicht zu viel Soße möchte, und sie hat es versprochen – aber am Ende war das ganze Gericht voller Soße. Der Geschmack war außerdem sehr schlecht. Es wirkt, als hätte sie mich nicht verstanden, obwohl ich Thai gesprochen habe und wir dieselbe Sprache teilen. Sie hätte es verstehen sollen. Das ist das schlechteste thailändische Essen, das ich je gegessen habe. Das Essen war sehr schlecht zubereitet. An alle, die hier vorbeikommen: Bestellt kein thailändisches Essen, denn das hier ist weder gut noch authentisch.

Das schlechteste Sushi, das ich je gegessen habe. Verschwendet nicht euer Geld. Widerlich.

Ich kam mit einem 15-Euro-Gutschein von Lufthansa wegen Flugverspätung in dieses Restaurant. Das Restaurant akzeptierte den Gutschein nicht und verlangte eine ausgedruckte Kopie meines Flugtickets, obwohl ich es auf meinem Handy hatte. Ich musste mein Essen komplett bezahlen, obwohl das Restaurant ausdrücklich darauf hinweist, Lufthansa-Gutscheine zu akzeptieren. Meiden Sie dieses unseriöse Restaurant! Der Service war schlecht und das Essen mittelmäßig.

Ein nettes Café, wir haben den Latte Macchiato probiert, der war sehr lecker. Perfekt, während man auf den Flug wartet.

Mitten im Münchner Flughafen, in der Nähe der Autovermietungen. Viele Sitzplätze, Theke und Sitzgelegenheiten befinden sich ebenfalls in der Mitte. Guter Kaffee und leckere Snacks. Es wirkt offen und geräumig, ganz anders als viele andere Flughafencafés, wo versucht wird, so viele Tische wie möglich hineinzuquetschen. Das Personal an der Theke (es gibt keine Bedienung am Tisch) war aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Preise waren angemessen, vergleichbar mit denen in der Innenstadt.

Leckerer Kaffee mit einer süßen Note 😉, die Preise sind die gleichen wie überall am Flughafen, aber das Wichtigste ist, dass man abseits des Flughafentrubels sitzen und sich nach einem anstrengenden Flug entspannen kann... oder am Laptop arbeiten 😉, während man sich mit einer Tasse Kaffee stärkt.

Nach einem Hähnchen Curry hatten wir einen ausgiebigen Ausschlag und einen Tag Durchfall. Wir tippen auf zu viel Geschmacksverstärker! Keine Empfehlung!

Eigentlich ein schönes Café mit Speiseangeboten und einer resuluten aber netten Mitarbeiterin. Die Preise sind für den Flughafen okay und die Gutschriften der Airlines werden unkompliziert entgegen genommen sowie verrechnet. Mit einem Kaffeegetränk und einen kleinen Sandwich muss man um die 10 Euro bezahlen, dass für das Jahr 2025 in Ordnung. Alles schmeckt sehr gut.

Habe selten zuvor so gut thailändisch gespeist - frisch zubereitet und schön angerichtet - einfach köstlich! freundliches Team; genügend Sitzplätze vorhanden;

Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr unhöflich (Filiale am Flughafen München). Ich fragte sie, ob ich das Sandwich warm essen könne, und sie sagte in einem sehr unhöflichen, fast schreienden Ton: „Nicht warm!“. Daraufhin fragte ich: „Dann soll ich es kalt essen?“ Sie antwortete spöttisch: „Ja, essen Sie es kalt.“ Sie war sehr laut und respektlos. Ich weiß nicht, was sie so wütend gemacht hat, aber das ist absolut inakzeptabel. Das Essen selbst war aber gut.

Preislich zwar teuer aber ist halt im Flughafen aber dafür hat das Frühstückstoast mit Ei und die Weisswürstchen sehr lecker geschmeckt und man sieht auch vor den Augen wie es frisch zubereitet wird. Die Köche arbeiten auch sauber man sieht es.

Convenient place to eat in the airport, but dont choose 1/2 chicken if you are in a hurry!! Was ordering a curry for myself and asked for chicken for my husband. I was told it would be further 20 mins to cook and 50 minutes later, they finally decided it was ready. Ordered chips with it, so while the chips cooked, the chef washed the floor, as you do! The curry was nice, and my husband was happy with the food when it eventually arrived!! As we had a lot of time in the airport, we had the time, but they should review how they cook chickens, so they have a regular supply ready for their clients!!

Omelette (I've never had such a bad omelette for €11.95). White sausage (3 pieces) + a pretzel (€12.95) doesn't taste bad, but it's lukewarm.

We had dinner late so the choice was limited. We focused on pasta. Spaghetti or penne seasoned with tomato sauce, Bolognese. You could add ingredients as you liked: parmesan flakes, rocket, vegetables, etc. All in all not bad for being at the airport. A long time later I was a guest at the bar and an employee was in a bad mood and was shouting and insulting the guests, including me, in German and English. After a long break, I went there for a coffee drink on one of the Christmas holidays last year. I probably made an operating error on the self-service coffee machine and more coffee came out of the machine. At the checkout I was greeted by an unfriendly and aggressive employee who charged me for two coffee drinks and forced me to pay twice the price for one coffee drink, i.e. a whopping 9.90 euros. Which brings me to the next point and these are the prices: The normal price for warm drinks is already high, as are the prices for food and drinks overall and in my opinion the overall price/performance ratio is poor. Every guest, and by that I also mean travelers, wants to have a good service experience and also wants to receive appropriate value and service for their money. This happens to all of us, especially when we travel. There is also a fridge where you can find sandwiches, yoghurt, muesli and much more. These things were also very expensive or overpriced in my opinion. In my opinion, the mood was almost always gloomy and sad, the employees were rarely friendly and helpful, but were often disinterested or even downright unfriendly. Most of the time you saw long faces and little joy and motivation. You seem to be a bit of everything but nothing is really right. If you consider that many problems and points of criticism have apparently been noticed by guests and visitors for a long time, you come to the conclusion that many problems also appear to be of a structural nature and you at least wonder whether it is not also the management or. It was at the central station. The cup says Caffè Vergnano, but I believe the place’s name is Café Mio. The worst chai latte I ever had. I cannot understand that even I saying I was paying for a chai latte and I was getting just Cold milk, the lady picked it up, put “chai” and gave me Back the same thing.

Excellent dining! The chef at Cafe Vergano is very presentable. She pays attention to every detail. Since I'm a regular guest, she always knows exactly which foods I can't tolerate. There are many different dishes and drinks that you can choose from. The entire staff is polite and respectful! The Italian chef makes excellent pasta with shrimps! Nice place to sit and eat whilst waiting on your flight. There is a good selection of hot and cold food and drinks. Ideally suited between terminal 1 and the bag drop.

We only ordered something to drink and paid around €16 for a peppermint tea, iced lemon tea and a latte macchiato. The coffee machine didn't dispense enough latte for me by half. After I told the lady at the checkout that the cashier said it was one portion. It actually seemed very little to me. After I was at the table and my wife was of the same opinion, I went back and spoke directly to the young manager. He didn't seem that friendly but at least he solved the problem. I made eye contact with the cashier shortly after solving the problem and she had this evil look: “Did you have to tell the manager about this?!!”

There are no prices for cafes and drinks, with good reason, it's an abysmal rip-off. It doesn't even taste particularly good and over 4 euros for a bottle of Coke to take home is expensive even for airports. Luckily, if you know you have no competition, you can do whatever you want...

A l'entrée du terminal 1 de l'aéroport de Munich, dans une zone commerciale terne, un vaste espace pour ce restaurant offrant des plats préparés ainsi que des plats cuisinés devant les consommateurs par des cuisiniers très aimables. Carte assez limitée avec des currys de canard ou de poulet, du poulet grillé, des pâtes, des burgers ... Les plats ont été servis rapidement, chauds, en larges portions dans de belles assiettes et étaient très bons même si le poulet avait la chair un peu molle des très jeunes. Un très bon endroit lorsque les horaires des avions contraignent à déjeuner dans l'aéroport.

The place looks very promising, but the freshness leaves a lot to be desired, my ciabatta sandwich was definitely not from today, it was frozen and the arugula salad was very dry.

It is a racism restaurant and the manager at Munich airport used a very disrespectful eyes and tone to respond to my questions. I have ordered a breakfast buffet around 10am and their crew have taken all buffet food out at the same time. They just don't respect to client with nice decorations to attract clients.

The Asian dishes "Gaeng Phed ped Yang" and "Ba Mee Ped" are amazingly tasty and the portions are big. Quiet environment, not many visitors, helpful staff. I recommend!

I work at the airport and am there often. Top service, top prices for the promotional meals, great quality, everything is always clean and well maintained, very friendly, recommended, 5 star restaurant like the airport!

We had a very quiet meal here. I am glad I got the opportunity to eat the veal sausage which is awesome. The spaghetti bolognese is also good. Good ambiance. There's plenty of table & seats, no wait, staff is helpful.

It is an absolute disgrace to behave so cheekily with customers. Today we were made to wait for a long time before we were even noticed by the staff (even though there was almost NOTHING going on!). To top it all off, the “nice” Asian lady with long black hair (who already had a face longer than a horse when I cashed out) yelled at me because the card payment didn't work straight away. Instead of being helpful, as it should be in a job with CUSTOMER CONTACT, she wanted to try to play me for a fool and embarrass me in front of other people until I turned the tables. If the lady is reading this: change your job if you don't feel like doing your job properly and can't deal with customers. If the employer is reading this: try harder to find staff.

Not a bad place, considering its the airport. Expect small food portions, ok prices considering the location and very very small coffee/cappuccino size. Their automatic machine literally fills half a cup and then the foam settles and you are left with even less amount of coffee.

Had a coffee at the bar, which was fine, seeing a water dispenser with glasses also on the bar I poured myself a glass. The next minute I am being screamed at asking if I work there, can I read!! Apparently the water is for staff only. I was made to feel like a thief in front of everyone. So totally rude. I apologised I did not see the sign but water is life, tap water is free, courtesy costs nothing. Very upset by the totally over the top reaction.

The Asian food was ok. The Italian food was tasteless and it felt like it was prepared days in advance, not fresh at all. The staff was very rude, not helpful at all. The tables were dirty, there was no place to put the trays as the rack was already overflowing with dirty dishes. This place needs new management and staff.
