We were full of anticipation and excitement that we would be dining at this trendy restaurant this evening. But as is sometimes the case: the actions we are particularly looking forward to are not necessarily the ones that make our hearts beat faster. Some dishes were only lukewarm, the wine was "interesting" and the service left a lot to be desired. We had imagined it differently.

I usually never leave reviews but my oh my. I was waiting with my date for 15 minutes at the door. Trying to order a cake, he told me they are at the front. I kept looking (the cafe was very busy), nothing. I couldn't find them and I could never get the waiter to show me or never came back to ask me if everything is good or remembered I was interested in cakes. You need to change the cake ordering system cause that was atrocious and I just walked out mid tea session.

The Spice Bazar in Munich sounds like a journey into a world full of aromas, spices and exotic taste experiences. In reality, unfortunately, you end up with “pretty okay”, but at prices where you would have expected a little more than just “okay”. The food was lukewarm, the octopus and shrimp were overcooked and all tenderness was lost. In terms of taste? Solid middle class. It was our first time at the Daintree and we were impressed by both the food and the service. The location is very chic and comfortably furnished and is partly barrier-free. Highly recommended!
