metz7 Restaurant essen&trinken in München

Unfortunately we were treated like lepers because only 2 out of 4 ate anything. Eyes were rolled and later we were almost thrown out, even though it was 7pm on a Monday evening and there were still several tables available! Not recommended if you want to meet up with friends… there are too many good restaurants where you are welcome even if you drink wine for 10€ and water for 7€…

A real insider tip. The cheese spaetzle was very good.

Small, quaint restaurant with a feel-good, home atmosphere. Unobtrusively nice service. Solid food. Reservations strongly recommended. Parking is difficult in the residential area, but SBahn Rosenheimer Platz is very close.

Everything's fine. The only open question that remained - when we reserved there were no free tables, no choice. But we ate in an almost empty restaurant…

Be sure to reserve! Extremely friendly service from the landlady herself. Delicious, fresh food... from beef steak, Viennese schnitzel, veal medallion to salad with grilled vegetables to spaghetti carbonara - everyone was more than satisfied! For dessert there was speculoos tiramisu and panna cotta with fresh berries. Nice atmosphere, small and quaint! Here, locals meet for a beer at the bar as well as guests from near and far... and have been doing so for many years! Thank you for the lovely evening, the successful surprise and keep it up. If you're happy to pay a lot for food that's okay, this is the place for you. The restaurant is nice and the service is nice

We were a group of around 20 people and had pre-arranged four dishes for our group. I walked through the door of the restaurant at 7:30 p.m. After the starter we waited too long for the main course. This didn't come until 9 p.m. And unfortunately the food didn't come all at once. Some colleagues had to wait for their food. The employees are friendly. The meals were delicious. But over 90 minutes until the main course is too long. Especially if the menu selection was shortened in advance. P.S. The ravioli portion sizes are too small; Price-performance wasn't right at this point.

Great restaurant, very tasty food, very polite staff and the waiter also does an excellent job. The inside is wonderful and has a very nice atmosphere.

Fair prices, good food (flambée, pasta, salads). The knives are suboptimal for cutting the tarte flambée. Ambience rather upscale rustic. Service was friendly, a bit inattentive.

Definitely a top restaurant! We tried homemade pasta from the weekly menu (pasta with lamb rague & tagliolini with artichokes and black truffle) and it was really delicious!!! A glass of red wine afterwards (as recommended) rounded off our dinner perfectly! Thank you very much team “Metz7” and see you soon!

Adriana nos hizo tan bienvenidos y fue tan amable con nuestro hijo de 6 años. La mejor experiencia de restaurante que hemos tenido durante mucho tiempo!

Nice district restaurant in Haidhausen, which can also be visited without a reservation.

Very good food, tasted amazing, nicely presented and good portion sizes. Atmosphere was lovely. The wine was nice but there didn’t seem to be much choice on wines - unless I wasn’t given the wine list. Overall definitely recommend.

We visited this little gem as it was near our hotel (Hilton Müenchen city) and the Rosenheimerplatz station. They were so friendly and accommodating even though we could barely string a sentence together in German. I had the veal schnitzel and it was fantastic, squeeze a little lemon over it and it was perfection washed down with a glass of German white wine. My husband had a delicious homemade hamburger and beer and was pleased with his choices. The vibe inside was cosy, warm and jovial. Outside was busy too with people relaxing with drinks and smokes. Really pleased to have found this place and if we ever are lucky enough to return to Munich we will definitely visit again.

Wir waren heute das erste Mal im Metz7. Es hat uns gut gefallen. Urig eingerichtet mit eine schönen Bar, gehobene Speisekarte (für diese Ecke von München) mit italienischem Schwerpunkt. Freundlicher, familiärer Service, Speisen gut. Absolute Empfehlung.

It is a nice restaurant with decent amount of place. The food is amazing. They have a weekly menu alongside a la carte and that is amazing. I had a Flammkuchen with black truffle mushrooms and it was really really good. One of the best Flammkuchen I have had. They have nice beers. The desserts were also quite nice - the pistachio tiramisu and creme brulee were quite good. The only reason for deducting the star was that service was not that great. And the serving person was requesting too in cash instead of card. However I had no cash.

We ate outside. A cushion on the chair would be nice... we really enjoyed the food. Price-performance ratio ok.

There is a lunch menu. The pasta you can choose according to your preference was very delicious and the buffalo mozzarella cheese was exceptional (the menu seems to change depending on the day)...The pre-meal comes with spinach soup and the portion is plentiful and satisfying (salad) The staff were pleasant to serve customers, and the inside of the restaurant was small and stylish, with a woody style that felt calm and warm. This is a store I would like to visit again.

The place has a nice atmosphere. We stayed outside. A simple narrow table. Service very good. Food - mediocre for its price. Pasta - dry. Burnt baby squid for 30 euros. Pork medallion - hard meat of 3 small pieces with sauce. Bruschetta - very good. The burger - a real disaster - bread from the supermarket. The meat is dry and tasteless. The beer was good. Souffle - not good and lacks a liquid center. Inadequate ratings on Google.

Nice place to have dinner with Gluten-free options which is not easy in Munich. They informed me about options they had and were very nice. The street is quiet and having dinner outside is nice.

Nice Italien restaurant, near Munich East railway station. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was good and prices ok. They only offer 2-hour-timeslots, but in the end most restaurants do that.

Leckere Speisen und tolle Atmosphäre, jedoch sollte man die Sitzmöglichkeiten verbessern. Man sitzt in Teilen auf abgedrehten Stühlen im Fester.. Die Qualität der Speisen und Getränke ist top!

My husband and I went for dinner on two nights because we loved the service, the pleasant atmosphere and the food. Close to our Hilton Hotel, it was an excellent discovery. I highly recommend it, it's a good idea to book.

We were here with #Bigfoot and #Littlefeet and ate schnitzel. The restaurant is very pleasantly furnished and has a warm, woody atmosphere. Many guests eat the homemade tarte flambée, which is available in different variations. Served with a delicious white wine - what more could you want! As I said, we had schnitzel and were unfortunately a little disappointed with the price-performance ratio. 26€ for a relatively small schnitzel, a few fried potatoes with rosmarin and a bowl of cranberries? If they did, they should have at least added a side salad. At the same time, the schnitzel was quite tough. The service is very friendly and courteous, which is very pleasant. So, next time it will definitely be a better fit. You should definitely book in advance.

Eu e meu marido estivemos para o jantar em duas noites pois adoramos o atendimento, o ambiente agradável e a comida. Pertinho do nosso Hotel Hilton, foi uma excelente descoberta. Recomendo muito, é bom reservar.

Nice restaurant near Odeonsplatz, with salad, pasta, fish and meat on the menu. Everything the table ordered was good, and the service was quite nice also.

The atmosphere inside the restaurant is amazing. It feels like we are in a hat restaurant in the alps! All the staffs are attentive, helpful and friendly. :) We ordered two Flammkuchen. I personally have had the better Flammkuchen elsewhere but the dough was thin and crispy and they put a generous amount of salmon which was a plus. The lemonade they make was amazingly tasty. :) I liked that their menu is compact and focused. I would love to go back there again and try different things.

The restaurant is very unique and exciting Waiters were always friendly and good with children. The food was very tasty and good value for money. They also post their daily menu every day to inform guests. (The menu is also online on the website)

Das Metz7 bietet neben der normalen Speisenkarte auch täglich wechselnde Mittagsmenüs an. Die angebotenen Speisen sind frisch zubereitet und schmecken sehr gut. Die Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt!

Nice restaurant, super nice service, very tasty food. It's better to make a reservation as there aren't many tables. Four of us were there and felt very comfortable. Bread for bruschetta and burgers is homemade there, highly recommended.

Alles in allem ein gemütliches Ambiente. Gute italienische Küche die nicht abgehoben ist, aber auch nicht raffiniert. Es hat sehr gut geschmeckt und der Service war freundlich und mit Spaß dabei.

Wir waren mit meiner Enkelin, 18 Monate, zur Adventszeit da. Wir hatten bereits einen erlebnisreichen Vormittag u die Kleine war total müde,hatte Hunger u entsprechend quengelig..Es gab zu keiner Zeit unwirsche Worte von den Gastwirtsleuten. Im Gegenteil,sehr kinderfreundlich..das war für uns sehr beruhigend und wirklich toll!!

I went to this restaurant last december after christmast. I am not from germany, to munchen because traveling. My friend ask me to have dinner together at metz7. This restaurant have warm and romantic ambience. I notice they go to this restaurant for family dinner. We order beer, pasta, pizza and gluhwein. Everything was great , food and drink so delicious. ♥️

Ich muss zugeben, von außen erwartet man nicht so ein tolles Restaurant. Im Innern jedoch wird man angenehm überrascht 😲.

Gutes Essen, nette Inhaber. Preise eher teuer als billig, aber das soll jetzt kein Kriterium darstellen. Wechselne Tages oder Wochenkarten. Mittagstisch für ungefähr 10-12 Euro ist auch ok. Toiletten sauber und man fühlt sich in dem Ambiente sehr wohl.

Obwohl alle Tische reserviert waren, wurden wir sehr gut bedient. Das Essen war sehr lecker.

Bei einem Spaziergang vom Rosenheimer Platz nach Haidhausen rüber eher zufällig im metz 7 gelandet. Nicht bereut, im Gegenteil. Vorspeisen, Hauptspeisen, alles lecker. Und auch mal ein paar andere Biere als der Münchner Mainstream. Gerne wieder!

Cosy and unpretentious family restaurant in Haidhausen with decent wine In affordable prices. Can’t say much about the food as I only had wine at the terrace but I’d like to try it some other time.

Preis/Leistung stimmt leider nicht mehr. Die Portionen werden immer kleiner, aber auch immer teurer. Richtig satt wird man nicht mehr. Essen schmeckt weiterhin gut, aber die Preise sind überhöht. Schade.
