Beautifully located with a great view of Bamberg. We were there in the afternoon and drank a beer and each ordered a pretzel. Beer and pretzels good. But the service… The owner had a lot of time for his granddaughter. But unfortunately there was no time to say thank you or please to the guests. The pretzels were slammed onto the table without words and without eye contact. Another guest asked if he could also sit outside. After the owner said yes, the guest said that everything was wet because of the rain. The answer from the host; Here's a rag. We waited in vain for a “goodbye” or “have a nice day”. But maybe it was also the lack of tips.

We were warmly welcomed and shown to the table. There was absolutely nothing that could be improved on the service. The restaurant was very busy, but our food was served in a respectable time. The food was very tasty and excellently prepared, high praise to the cooks and the head chef. Even when dining, the guests' well-being was always taken into account. Many thanks again to the whole team.

For us, when we visit the swimming pool, dinner afterwards is simply a must. The dishes and some snacks are really first class quality. The Vegöner and Kulturburgers in particular taste great. Keep it up!

Well located, very tasty food and beer

We were absolutely thrilled! The restaurant boasts a wonderful atmosphere, super friendly staff, and, above all, delicious cuisine. The food was fresh, regional, and prepared with love. The beer garden invites you to linger, and you immediately notice that the place has a lot of heart and soul. The service was also top-notch – attentive, quick, and very personable.

I've been to Henrii many times. The ambiance and service have always been top-notch. The food is also excellent. I only have two minor criticisms. The pasta was often too chewy. And with the Lobster Linguine dish, it was unfortunately difficult to distinguish between lobster and Norway lobster. Both were cut into tiny pieces, which ultimately spoiled the presentation somewhat (after all, I ordered lobster). But all in all, it's definitely worth a visit.

It's a small restaurant with cozy decor. The food was okay. They also had veggie schnitzel.

My wife and I were ecstatic to find Bolero in the heart of Bamberg and just a short walk from our hotel. We absolutely love tapas, but we have had mixed experiences in Germany. Let me just say that Bolero is among the best tapas we have had in all of Europe. It doesn't hurt that the restaurant itself is gorgeous and beautifully decorated in Spanish décor. There is also a large outside seating area. We came here on a Friday evening so we decided to do a recon mission beforehand. We came right when they opened up to make a reservation for the evening. We are glad we did as the place was completely packed by the time we finished our two-hour meal. We started with some delicious and perfectly cooked fried calamari. This was followed by gambas al ajillo and pulpo Galicia, which are always two of our favorites. Both dishes were amazing! We were only half way done as we also enjoyed the pimientos de Padron and sweet potato fries with a soicy sauce. Again, these dishes were outstanding. For our final tapa, we ordered something I had never seen before on a tapas menu. It was called pasta rellena, which was simply noodles cooked in a Manchego cheese sauce. This dish was actually the hit of the evening; however, every item was superbly outstanding! My wife and I enjoyed two glasses of dry white wine. Our waitress was also worth noting as Nexhisa Zeko took fabulous care of us. She knew exactly when to bring out a new dish and take away an empty one. The meal, the atmosphere, the service, and the evening were excellent. I strongly recommend coming to Bolero and doing the dance of the tapas! Que deliciosa y muchas gracias!

The food was outstanding both in terms of price and taste. Got a cheap and tasty dinner for Mykonos (17€ for 2 burgers including fries)
