We were basically thrown out... We reserved a table for 2 at 6pm on Valentine's Day. After we had eaten our starters and main courses, a waiter asked us if we would like anything else, so we ordered our second bottle of wine. The colleague who had previously served us came up to us a few minutes later and said we had to leave the table in 10 minutes (7:30 p.m.) and whether our colleagues hadn't told us that... The other waiter has already held the bottle of wine behind him. After an offer to sit at the bar we decided to leave. We weren't informed once until 7:20 p.m. that we could only have the table for 1 1/2 hours... On Valentine's Day. This was one of my favorite restaurants with delicious food but unfortunately after this incident we no longer visit the place. Very disappointed.

Authentic, delicious and high quality. Highly recommended, but I have only ever ordered there.

I went there for the first time today and it was a great evening! The food is incredibly tasty and thought out down to the smallest detail. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed, the service is very friendly. All in all a great atmosphere and very special food creations. Many thanks to the whole team!

Everything was perfect!! The service was so charming and friendly, the lychee martini cocktail out of this world!!! And the duck in pineapple curry sauce just straight sent me to heaven haha. We loved everything, we will be back! The only downside was that it’s very difficult to find parking in the area, so plan enough time

Landed very spontaneously or unexpectedly in the Cocoon this afternoon. The capacity in the restaurant was very manageable and I was probably very welcome as a short-term guest. I was greeted very warmly by the service and absolutely courteous. I was kindly offered a fine table at the large window front with a view of the Altenburg and the old town. Regular menu and lunch menu were immediately ready! The restaurant itself impresses with its very coordinated, modern and well-rounded style. My eyes were focused on the lunch menu, so I don't want to mention or review the regular menu any further. Lunch included selected sushi in various variations, at a fair price and, as a goodie, a surprise starter: I chose 6 crunchy rolls with shrimp, salmon, cucumber, avocado and creamy cheese. The surprise starter was a crisp, fresh salad with lettuce, cucumber, peppers, two sesame seeds, mayo-soy sauce and a miniature of baked chicken strips (both cost me 10.90 for lunch) The sushi came beautifully arranged on a slate plate, draped on a rolled up bamboo mat, ginger and wasabi included. Additionally at the table there was a small square bowl for soy sauce and a small round plate in addition to the sushi... The taste is fresh, but the Crunchy Rolls have a subtle undertaste of frying fat. Certainly not serious, but noticeable. That's the only point of criticism. I really enjoyed it and not only did I have personal and courteous service, but I also had a good lunch!

We were on the way from Munich to Bayreuth and called on Friday evening at 6:00 p.m. to ask if there was a table available for two people that same evening. We were promised a place for 7:00 p.m. and guaranteed it upon request. When we were in the restaurant shortly before 7:00 p.m. we were told that we could stop by in 20 minutes and that a table would be available if necessary. To be honest, I have to admit that I was amazed at how ugly the restaurant is and how badly you sit on top of each other, eat sushi with other guests, basically elbow to elbow. I don't understand the 4.3 ratings here on Google or I hope that the sushi restaurants in Munich will all get 5.0. I also found it a shame that the waiter didn't understand us at all and we were forced to speak extremely banal German in order to have a reasonable conversation. Of course we went somewhere else to eat where we got a great place!

We had reserved a table for two for 7:30 p.m. and when we arrived on time we saw that all tables for two were taken. The waitress then wanted to sit us down with another couple right in the entrance area, to which we said that we would like a separate table. She then wanted to sit us at the neighboring table, behind which was the counter and the staff were constantly walking behind us. Apart from that, the table was also directly opposite the entrance area, which was very drafty. We then immediately got up and left, as this is not the way to deal with customers who have reserved a table. Well, that means you lost two potential regular customers right from the start.

Not recommended in the evening (especially on weekends). Far too crowded or overbooked, long waiting times for food and even drinks. Portions also seem smaller than before. Duck has been out for some time now, an absolute no-go for an Asian restaurant. Club music (modern hip hop/rap) was playing loudly in the background, which didn't fit at all with the actually beautiful furnishings/decor. In terms of price and ambience, the store acts as if it were in Munich. But with the service it doesn't help to make you look stylish and trendy. The lunch menu, on the other hand, was good value for money. We'd rather go back to the (original) "sister restaurant" in Landshut (although the prices there are slowly approaching the level in Freising and Munich).
