Had a nice evening meal there...but the ambience isn't that nice

Everything was fine until the owner “the older Asian woman” came to us and asked us in a very rude and mean manner whether we knew what we wanted to eat, even though someone else had actually served our table. And then the lady wanted to take the card away from my child with the comment: The card would cost €45 and if my child spilled his drink, but how did she want to keep it because we wanted to order dessert afterwards. We then went in because the wasps came and while we were doing that she went to our table and got the card. Throughout our stay she kept looking over and whispering in her language with her colleagues and laughing. I don't know if it was because of our skin color, but she was super nice to everything “white” that came along in the meantime. But the food was very tasty, more service would have been appreciated.

Very friendly staff and very good food. My histamine intolerance was addressed. I can highly recommend it.

the appetisers were good but the mixed sashimi plate and the sushi were very poor. Salmon seemed fresh but most of the other fish had clearly been thawed and tasted dreadful.

Okay food ,terrible service, The waiter didn't know the difference between vegetarian and vegan and served us meat and fish soup. We waited for more than one hour even tho there weren't many customers

Top price-performance ratio. The Tom Yum soup is tasty, but iceberg lettuce as an addition doesn't look so nice because it shrinks quickly in the heat. The Crunchy Tuna Roll contains a little bit of fish and too much rice. There are little things to improve, but all in all a solid meal! I think a peanut sauce is nicer with the summer roll.

In principle it's a great reference, but fleas and silverfish in food are just going way too far. Maybe the health department should stop by here... Definitely the first and last visit

At first we were quite overwhelmed by the large menu, as it all sounds really delicious. The food was really great, all the dishes were very well prepared, but the sushi surpassed everything. The prices are absolutely fine for what is on offer, the service was good. Only the furnishings aren't really comfortable.

By far the best sushi in Bayreuth. I am now a regular customer! Everything is always great!

We were here for the first time today and will be back! Very tasty food with lots of vegetables and great, home-mixed drinks. Absolutely recommended!

The service was very quick and attentive. We also received our food quite quickly. The atmosphere was very relaxed, no rush. The sushi tastes good. Unfortunately the mango in the maki sushi wasn't quite ripe yet. Crunchy rolls were nice and warm. Nigiri's were larger than average. The toilets were clean. Had a lovely evening.

Super tasty food and there's nothing wrong with the conditions. It's a bit expensive but worth the money.

Unfortunately, the quality of the sushi was mostly disappointing. The other Asian dishes are quite tasty. The service left a lot to be desired, with a wait of 1.5 hours for food without any apology. It was not possible to change more than one drink at the beginning, although there is a waiting time of 30 minutes anyway. The waiter seemed as if he wanted to blame the guests for the long wait. After we had mentioned this and had to request payment at the counter despite having previously requested it, we did NOT receive a fortune cookie to say goodbye, unlike the other guests, so you can probably apologize... Given this experience, I will not go to this restaurant again and would advise anyone not to.

Pros: very tasty rolls and sushi! You won't find better food anywhere in the city! The dishes are served very beautifully. There are vegetarian dishes. Cosy. Of the minuses: in the cold season it is better to make reservations. And they may limit the time of visiting without warning in advance. In summer there are many free places, there are also places in the open air. You can order food to go. Paid underground parking, which I don't really like. There is paid parking along the road, but there are few parking spaces.

Food was delicious, atmosphere was also very nice. Service took a little longer, conditions were friendly.

Starters were super tasty, especially the Japanese spring roll. The sushi platter was ok. Only the nigiri had a poor taste and was watery in the mouth. The service at the table was only sporadic despite the low occupancy

We had to wait an hour for the food and then when we wanted to order a drink we were told that we were already taking too long and that we should leave even though we hadn't even had all our food yet.

The BEST sushi in town!!! Whether to take away or eat straight away! Super fresh and very large selection. The other dishes are also excellent. Always my pleasure!!! The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is good.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker, aber das Rindfleisch ist wie Kaugummi.

Gerade für Freunde der veganen asiatischen Cuisine ein guter Anfangspunkt. Edamame und Avocadosalat haben mir gemundet, Preise sind akzeptabel. Das Ambiente ist minimalistisch, aber trotzdem gemütlich. Der Service schien etwas unterbesetzt zu sein, aber ist heutzutage ja keine Seltenheit.

Absoluter Reinfall....das Preis Leistungsverhältnis steht in keiner Relation...aber am schlimmsten sind die extrem unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter....man fühlt sich in keinster Weise willkommen... anscheinend hat man es nicht nötig... Ambiente hat Imbiss Charakter....1 Stern ist schon zuviel

Essen war ok aber kein Wow-Effekt

Schönes sauberes Restaurant mit guten Service und gutem Essen. Preislich fair für die Angebotene Qualität und Auswahl. Essen und Getränke wurden schnell serviert. Sushi schmeckt frisch und Nudeln sind saftig und gut gewürzt.

Ich war schon mehrmals beim Magurom. Am Wochenende geht nichts ohne Reservierung, aber auch unter der Woche gut besucht. Das Essen ist super lecker, es gibt sehr viel Auswahl an Sushi und ziemlich außergewöhnliches. Der Service ist jedoch eher langsam und auch die Gestaltung des Restraunts eher einfach.

Spontan einen Tisch bekommen. Ambiente ist völlig in Ordnung, es fehlt nur etwas die Gemütlichkeit. Sushi war gut. Service war ebenso gut. Es freut, dass es in Bayreuth mehrere gute Sushi-Restaurants gibt.

Essen sehr lecker, Bedienung sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Es ist leider etwas zu laut wenn alle Tische besetzt sind. Ansonsten alles top.

Meiner Meinung nach mit das beste Sushi in Bayreuth. Die Auswahl ist übersichtlich und das Essen ist sehr lecker. Für nicht Fisch Esser gibt es eine für die einzelnen Sushi Sorten eine Fleisch sowie veggie Alternative. Insgesamt ein schönes Lokal, wir kommen wieder!

Richtig leckeres Sushi 😊 das Lokal ist schön eingerichtet, Preise sind angenehm im Vergleich zur teuren Konkurrenz, die Auswahl ist richtig erfrischend und die Bedienung ist freundlich und nicht aufdringlich. Ich war zufrieden 👍

Wollte mal japanische Udon probieren war extrem gut. Mit einen guten Maisel Bier 🍻 einfach bestens :)

Sehr gutes Essen Teuer aber lohnt sich

Überraschend gut, bin eigentlich nicht so Asia -Fan, wurde aber von Freunden überredet und mir hat es ausgezeichnet geschmeckt.

Waren dort mit 8 Personen. Hat allen sehr gut geschmeckt. Sowohl Sushi als auch warme Speisen konnten überzeugen. Man kann auch draußen sitzen. Service war leider etwas unterbesetzt und deshalb dauerte es oft länger, bis man Getränke nachbestellen konnte. Geschmacklich aber top.

Essen war geschmacklich gut...Service ist ein Katastrophe. Haben lange auf Getränke gewartet....Essen kam auf Nachfrage wo dieses bleibt nach über 2 Std. Nachbartische wurden ewig nicht abgeräumt.

Ich beginne mit dem wichtigsten Punkt bei der Bewertung für ein Restaurant. Das Essen. Dieses ist wirklich super. Die Qualität und der Geschmack vom Sushi waren hervorragend. Jetzt das nicht so tolle. Über eine Stunde auf das Essen warten und das bei nur halb vollen Restaurant. Ich vermute das große Problem liegt darin dass zu viele Bestellungen angenommen werden und diese zuerst vorbereitet werden. Der Gast im Lokal muss dann warten. Ich rate hier zu einem überdenken der Geschäftspolitik. Das Personal war bemüht und hat sich mehrfach entschuldigt. Hier wäre eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit des Hauses nett gewesen. Fazit gutes Essen schlechtes Management.

Sehr verschiedene Gerichte, schmeckt alles sehr frisch und lecker, ist mein liebstes Restaurant in BT.

Die Auswahl im Maguro ist abwechslungsreich und interessant für neue Gerichte und Getränke. Bei unserem Besuch waren fast alle Tische besetzt, das Essen wurde relativ schnell serviert, das Personal war nett. Das Sushi fanden wir sehr gut und empfehlen es sehr. Im Vergleich ware wir von dem Nudelgericht und der Ente etwas enttäuscht. Das Restaurant war sauber, die Toiletten solala... Insgesamt war aus unserer Sicht das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmig.

Das Sushi ein Traum & der Service auch 1A

Hatte dort angerufen und wollte bestellen, hatte insgesamt 4 Portionen, unter anderem die 71. Der Herr am Telefon konnte sehr schlecht deutsch, was ja nicht schlimm ist, aber er hat immer die falsche Zahl verstanden. So hat er immer 70 verstanden. Nachdem ich ihm drei mal meine Bestellung gesagt habe, hab ich mir nochmal vorlesen lassen, was er denn jetzt aufgeschrieben hat. Neben meinen 4 Portionen Sushi war natürlich auch die 70 dabei (also 5 Portionen), die ich ja nicht wollte. Hab ihn also noch 3 mal auf verschiedenste Weiße erklärt, dass ich nur 4 Portionen haben will und dass die 70 nicht dazu gehört. Am Schluss hat er mir dann die 4 Nummern richtig vorgelesen, die 70 war nicht mehr dabei, und die Bestellung war abgeschlossen. Abends im Restaurant waren natürlich 5 Portionen eingepackt, eine davon die besagt 70, die ich ja nicht bestellt hatte. Nach kurzer Diskussion des Personals (wahrscheinlich die Chefin mit seinem Angestellten) auf asiatisch oder so, haben sie sich dann dazu entschlossen, die Packung zu öffnen und die 70 wieder raus zu nehmen. Hatte ihm dann natürlich auch erklärt, wie es zustande gekommen ist, dass da die 70 mit dabei war und er sagte nur zu mir „ja ich weiß schon, der is neu, der wird grad erst eingelernt“ Ich hätte es ne schöne Geste gefunden, nach dem Kampf am Telefon und viertel Stunde warten und Diskussion im Restaurant, die paar Stückchen Sushi einfach in der Packung zu lassen und als Kulanz dazu zu geben. Sushi an sich war ganz gut

Das Sushi ist super lecker, frisch und einwandfrei. Allerdings würde sich an dem Service und den Bedienung was geändert gehört. Entweder werden die Servicekräfte aufdringlich oder man wartet 30 min (oder länger) auf jemanden bis man zahlen kann.

Das Essen war wirklich gut, allerdings kamen die Gerichte ziemlich zeitversetzt. Nach dem Essen bzw. längere Zeit danach wurden weder die Teller abgeräumt, noch gab es eine Nachfrage zu etwaigen weiteren Getränken. Im Großen und Ganzen trotzdem ein gelungener Besuch.

Sehr gutes und leckeres Sushi, schöne „Tellersprache“, sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, leckere Limonaden. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können es nur empfehlen.

Essen gut. Service nicht vorhanden. Bedienungen unfreundlich, kein Danke, kein Bitte, kein fragen nach weiteren Getränken oder Wünschen. Traurig !
