Bürgerreuth in Bayreuth

We always enjoy coming to Bürgerreuth. The food was very good and we didn't have to wait long. The service is very friendly.

The location at the top of the festival hill is great. The beer garden is beautiful. The staff super friendly. The food ok. But it didn't blow me away.

I was eating there. Very good and on weekdays there is business lunch, which is also ok in terms of price

Very good quality also for business lunch, so gastronomy is a joy, a place to relax, the food is simply incredibly tasty.

We have often been to Bürgerreuth, whether as an overnight guest, for celebrations or after a visit to the Bayreuth Festival. Yesterday it was that time again. After a wonderful evening at the opera (Tannhäuser) we were in the Bürgerreuth garden. The service was perfect and very friendly, the food was very good. A perfect end to the day. We'll be back.

It's a super nice place, the food is upscale and good. It's a bit irritating that you have to move around on the terrace if you spontaneously decide not only to drink something, but also to eat something. Otherwise everything is good

We were in Bürgerreuth during the festival season and were very impressed by the friendly service. We were thrilled with the food and will therefore be happy to come back!

Walking distance from the opera and even though all tables were booked , the service was very quick and correct. In addition the carpaccio was delicious and the same for the other dishes we ordered. Lovely tables under the stars on a warm summer night. Incredibly well organized to attend to each guest efficiently and in a friendly way. Mille Grazie Maurizio!

The food in Bürgerreuth is expensive during the festival season, but it is good, although not outstanding. The service is tried hard, but reaches its limits, which is probably due to the interaction with the kitchen. Tip: Do not under any circumstances order an appetizer! Then, as we were told, your receipt for the main course goes to the end of the order and everyone, literally everyone else, gets their food before you! Both last year and this year, when we unfortunately made the starter mistake again, we waited well over an hour for the main course after the starter. That - and also the reaction to our nicely presented feedback in this regard - does not make up for the actually beautiful ambience and the proximity to the festival hall. For the rest of our stay in Bayreuth we oriented ourselves differently.

Also at lunchtime there is a very nice atmosphere in the beer garden, extremely friendly but not intrusive service and very tasty food. All around good and recommended!

Everything good, food, service and ambience! The price is critical! Just okay with price and performance!

The food was good. But the pizza with buffalo mozzarella and Parma ham was too overloaded, so the dough was soggy. Here less would be more. The steak was very good. The margherita was good too.

Hello Food expensive and tasty I still think €18 is too much for a pizza. Very good time and delicious toppings.

We were seated at a quiet table on the terrace with a large and somewhat insecure dog. The service was very attentive and extremely friendly. The food came quickly and was very tasty and beautifully presented. As already mentioned, the service was very attentive but without being intrusive. A lot of consideration was given to the insecure dog. We'd love to come back!

Restaurant in a beautiful location, facing the hill. After placing my order I didn't have to wait long to enjoy an excellent cut, accompanied by a spicy tomato sauce that enhanced the taste. The vegetables as a side dish were simple but tasty! All accompanied by the inevitable focaccia and a perfect Aperol spritz, I would say the best in the city. Alex from the service as always professional, attentive to detail and friendly!

We were traveling and wanted to take a break + lunch. It's very good that the navigation system suggested this place. We would be served nicely and quickly. Good food, well-kept facility, thank you very much.

The hostess was rude. Waiter was great. One entree did not come, no excusal just rudeness from hostess. Then, they charged the whole bill twice on credit card and argued. Just a little constructive feedback

Very tasty food and very courteous, friendly service. Of course there was also gluten-free bread as a starter. I was very happy about it, unfortunately it's still rare to get gluten-free. Therefore 5 stars!!! We really enjoyed the evening and the good food!

Ordered penne al arabbiata, over-salted spaghetti al arabbiata arrived, which was so firm as if it had been cooked for 3 minutes. After they were returned, they were still charged on the invoice. A joke!!!

This evening we had a delicious meal again in good company in the Bürgerreuth restaurant. The dishes served were very tasty and the portions were good value for money. The service is more than correct and friendly. We are looking forward to the next time.

Overall, my visit was a fantastic experience. The combination of excellent service, delicious dishes and a pleasant atmosphere made my evening special. The service and food had been excellent. I haven't eaten so well in a long time. I am already looking forward to my next visit and can fully recommend Bürgerreuth.

The pizzas🍕 are always prepared with fresh ingredients and taste very tasty 😋...The price is also good 👍...Friendly, polite service...Thank you🙏, we will come back more often.

Best Italian restaurant in Bayreuth, worth every cent :)

The ambience is good, as is the service, but when you order a steak for 30 euros you expect it to be medium rare. Steak came to the table twice, medium-rare to rare. If there was a complaint, the steak was fried again for about 30 seconds, which made no difference afterwards

Very good restaurant, it was our first time there and it was great. The waiter, Mr. Maurizio, is really good and nice. The food (steak) was very good and the dessert was also great. We will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends. Greetings from the family

Nice and lovely atmosphere. I ordered Angus stake and a pizza. All was tasty. Water costs 6 euro. Stake was around of 28. Pizza kinder 7 euro.
