Ein wunderschönes Restaurant mit sehr höflichen und zuvorkommenden Personal. Das Essen lässt keine Wünsche offen was man durchaus als Soulfood bezeichnen kann. Auch Hunde sind willkommen preislich ist es der Qualität entsprechend Kurz um wir kommen wieder Heute am 17.5.26 Waren wir wieder da und sind restlos begeistert

Ich hatte vorher einen Tisch über die Website des Restaurants bestellt. Als ich ankam und dies der Kellnerin mitteilte verstand diese kein einziges Wort und ich wurde mit meiner Freundin direkt neben den Eingang gesetzt, wo wir jedes Mal einen schönen kalten Windzug angekommen haben als jemand hineingekommen ist. Ich bat dann um einen neuen Platz und habe dann einen schönen Platz an einem großen Tisch im hinteren Teil des Restaurants erhalten. Nachdem ich einem Kellner bei dem ich den Eindruck hatte es wäre so etwas wie der Oberkellner nochmals sagen wollte, dass ich reserviert hatte sagte diese Kur ständig wo etwas wie: Super, ja Dankeschön. Also hat diese auch kein Wort Deutsch verstanden. Was soll man dazu noch sagen? Essen kam relativ schnell, wobei ich einen sehr langes Haar in meinem hatte, was ich so vorher auch noch nie hatte. Da mich sowieso keiner dort verstanden hat und ich bei sowas auch eher abgehärtet bin habe ich es sein lassen etwas zu sagen bzw. Ein neues Essen anzufordern. Das Essen war der einzige Lichtblick, aber auch nur mitteölmäßig. Insgesamt muss ich sagen, dass ich nicht verstehe warum so viele Haßfurter sowie Leute aus dem Umland dort hingehen. War mit der schlechteste Restaurantbesuch in meinem Leben und werde für kein Geld der Welt mehr dort essen gehen.

Sehr leckeres Sushi und wunderschön angerichtet! Die Qualität des Essens war top und alles hat frisch und sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Getränke waren auch mega lecker! Der Service war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.🤩 Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung!

Es hat einfach alles gepasst, Essen, Getränke, Service und Ambiente. Als erstes möchte ich erwähnen das das Lokal sehr viele Gäste bewirten kann und sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet ist. Die Speisekarte ist wirklich umfangreich und die ausgewählten Speisen werden wunderschön angerichtet serviert. Der Service war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern stehen Hochstühle zur Verfügung. Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Abend und kommen gerne wieder.

Zuerst: das Essen war ausgezeichnet, der Service sehr höflich & bemüht (trotz hohem Gästeaufkommen) und die Atmosphäre wie immer angenehm. Großes Manko: seit unserem letzten Besuch vor ca. 3-4 Monaten sind die Portionen trotz Mehrwertsteuersenkung für die Gastro bei gleichem Preis nur noch halb so groß! Die Vorspeisensuppe Coco-Love für 6,50€ ist von einem Suppenteller auf Müslischälchengröße geschrumpft, bei den Frühlingsrollen waren nur noch 2 (!) minikleine Exemplare und ein paar Salatblättchen auf dem Teller - für stolze 7,50€ wohlgemerkt! Früher reichte uns dann auch ein Sushi-Menü als Hauptspeise für 2 Personen... heute das Menü "Salmon Love Set" für 18,50€ mit 8 Maki & 6 Nigiri. Durch die minimierten Vorspeisen waren wir dann tatsächlich noch hungrig und haben 2 Ingwertees nachlegen müssen... Schade, dass die Mehrwertsteuerreduzierung nicht nur nicht (wenigstens in Anteilen) an die Gäste weitergegen wird, sondern im Gegenteil eine versteckte Kostenerhöhung vorgenommen wurde.

Ich kannte die Kette KOKONO bisher dato nicht, bin aber sehr begeistert. Sehr netter Service, mit der Möglichkeit sich zunächst etwas separat zu platzieren (Online-Meeting), um dann ein Mittagessen mit einem Kollegen zu genießen. Sehr leckere selbstgemachte Limonade und auch das Essen kann überzeugen. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Wir haben das Restaurant am Abend des 14. Februar besucht und waren, trotz unserer guten Erfahrung mit Restaurants verschiedener Niveaus, insgesamt sehr enttäuscht – insbesondere im Hinblick auf die gehobene Preiskategorie des Hauses. Getränke: Die Cocktails wurden mit einer übermäßigen Menge Eis serviert, was den Geschmack und die Balance der Getränke deutlich beeinträchtigte. Der Sake wurde ohne Erwärmung serviert und kühlte dadurch nahezu sofort aus; zudem befand sich in der Kanne lediglich ein einziges Schälchen, was in keinem angemessenen Verhältnis zum Preis steht. Der Martini wurde mit Eis und im falschen Glas serviert, was nicht den grundlegenden Servierstandards für dieses Getränk in einem Restaurant dieser Preisklasse entspricht. Speisen: Die Präsentation der Gerichte „für zwei Personen“ war unpraktisch – einige Positionen lassen sich faktisch nicht sinnvoll zwischen zwei Gästen teilen. Darauf haben wir den Service beim Bezahlen hingewiesen. Das Fisch-Sashimi war geschmacklich sehr neutral. Der im Menü angegebene „Kaviar“ war nur in minimaler Menge vorhanden – lediglich einige wenige Kügelchen (etwa neun), was eher dekorativ als als vollwertige Zutat wirkte. In einem der Sushi-Stücke war der Fisch bereits leicht angetrocknet, die Maki zerfielen, was auf Qualitäts- und/oder Zubereitungsmängel hindeutet. Gesamteindruck: Qualität der Getränke, Präsentation und einzelne Speisen entsprechen nicht dem Anspruch und der Preisklasse des Restaurants. Insgesamt blieb der Eindruck, dass der tatsächliche Standard dem kommunizierten Image nicht gerecht wird. Leider wurde dadurch unser Abend am 14. Februar spürbar getrübt.

Das Essen war hervorragend, aber der Service sehr langsam. Wir waren außerhalb der Stoßzeiten dort und mussten trotzdem lange auf unser Essen warten. Unser Sushi stand 15 Minuten lang an der Bar, bis es uns endlich gebracht wurde.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und ist ein sehr guter Service Empfehl ich jeden weiter

Das Restaurant ist modern und ansprechend eingerichtet, die Atmosphäre wirkt insgesamt angenehm. Geschmacklich konnte mich das Sushi leider nicht überzeugen. Insbesondere der beinhaltete Reis war für mein Empfinden sehr neutral, wodurch das Geschmackserlebnis nicht überzeugend war. In anderen Restaurants habe ich bereits besseres Sushi gegessen. Für einen reinen Sushi-Besuch würde ich persönlich eher andere Lokale bevorzugen.

Uns gefällt es hier jedesmal sehr gut. Super lecker, Bedienungen sind sehr gut drauf. Wirklich nur zu empfehlen.

Sehr feines, gut gewürztes und korrekt gegartes Fleisch bei den Gerichten. Der Trockeneis Wasserfall Pfau ein toller Effekt für super Fotos und einem gelungenen Abend. Einzig die Raumtemperatur war etwas frisch. Service 1A. Insgesamt eine Reise wert.

Das Gericht Best Ocean ist viel zu teuer. Vor allem ist da sehr wenig Fisch drin hauptsächlich Gemüse.

Eine absolute Frechheit, nach ewig langem warten kommt das Essen kalt auf den Tisch. Als man sich dann noch was zu trinken bestellen wollte, kamen sie 20 Minuten später mit dem falschen Getränk an. Vorspeisen und Sushi sind meist mit viel zu viel Mayo übergossen und die Aufmerksamkeit der Bedienungen lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, wenn die leeren Vorspeise Teller eine weitere Stunde am Platz stehen. Wir kommen nicht wieder!

Essen war lecker. Ich hatte gegrillte Jakobsmuscheln und Tigergarnelen. Auch das Gemüse knackig wie es sein soll. Am besten mit Reservierung. Gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Restaurant. War mit meiner Tochter zum Sushi essen dort. Es ist schöner als in Würzburg, da sie die Show mit dem Trockeneis am Tisch auch am Mittag machen. Das hat mein Kind sehr fasziniert. Der Kellner war sehr freundlich und die Sushi waren sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich war im Kokono Sushi Restaurant essen und insgesamt zufrieden. Das Sushi ist sehr lecker und qualitativ hochwertig, man merkt deutlich, dass es frisch zubereitet wird. Geschmacklich gibt es für mich nichts zu beanstanden. Ich habe grundsätzlich keine übermäßig hohen Ansprüche, dennoch fällt auf, dass die Sauberkeit im Restaurant langsam etwas vernachlässigt wird. Noch ist das Ganze nicht in einem problematischen Ausmaß, aber es sind kleine Punkte, die man wahrnimmt. Auch die Gläser wirken zwar weiterhin modern, sind jedoch teilweise schon recht stark abgenutzt. Fazit: Sehr gutes Sushi mit frischen Zutaten und guter Qualität. Mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit bei Sauberkeit und Ausstattung wäre das Gesamterlebnis noch besser.

Das Restaurant ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Man bekommt eigtl immer einen Platz aufgrund der Größe. Zu Anfang gab es viele Mitarbeiter, die für einen schnellen und freundlichen Service gesorgt haben. Leider hat der Servicegedanke stark nachgelassen. Man erhält schnell seinen Platz, wird dann aber (vorallem wenn man nur zu zweit ist) direkt vergessen. Obwohl das Restaurant bei beiden letzten Malen nicht nur mäßig besucht war, übersah und der Kellner gänzlich, obwohl er am Nachbartisch abräumte. Somit wurdenerst auf eigene Nachfrage vorne nach 15 Minuten die Getränke abgefragt. Bri def Hauptspeise ist es nicht möglich, von Ente auf Hühnchen oder gar rein vegetarisch zu wechseln. Begründung hierbei, dass das Hühnchen gebacken ist und bereits für den nächsten Tag benötigt wird? Diese Erklärung erschließt sich mir überhaupt nicht, da es auch einer frischen Küche widerspricht. Das Essen wird einzeln mit größerem zeitlichen Abstand gebracht, sodass man nicht gemeinsam speisen kann. Sehr schade? Zumal das anfangs wie gesagt komplett anders war. Die damaligen Servicekräfte (damals gefühlt alle weiblich) waren super aufmerksam. Eine Zwischenfrage nach neuen Getränken gab es nicht. Für’s Abräumen sowie die Rechnung musste man ebenfalls extra vorne anfragen und danach noch fast 10 Minuten warten - zur Erinnerung, es war mäßig besucht… es ist sehr schade, denn das Essen an sich schmeckt gut. Klar, richtig asiatisch schmeckt es nicht, soll ja auch panasiatisch sein ;) preislich war es etwas höher, aber mit einem guten Service verbunden vollkommen in Ordnung. So ist es nun leider überteuert.

Ich war absolut begeistert von Kokono Haßfurt. Die Qualität der Speisen und Anrichtung ist einfach nur hervorragend und Geschmack perfekt abgestimmt. Der Service war aufmerksam, freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend man merkt sofort hier wird mit Leidenschaft gearbeitet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Seh gutes Essen aber nicht preiswert. Lampen im Nebenraum flackern und sind mit Spinnenweben überzogen.

Ich war schon sehr oft mit meiner Freundin und meiner Familie hier und bin jedes Mal zufrieden und satt gegangen. Top-Ambiente, schneller und sauberer Service, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Team. Selbst wenn das Restaurant immer voll ist, war das Kokono-Team in Haßfurt stets erreichbar. Die Preise sind meiner Meinung nach für die gebotene Qualität auch niedrig, alles ist frisch und hausgemacht. Ich werde das Restaurant auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Das Essen war an sich nicht schlecht, jedoch kalt - das Gericht sollte jedoch warm serviert werden. Zudem mussten wir eine Stunde auf unser Essen warten, auch auf Nachfrage kam das Essen nicht direkt. Dafür kam nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung. Das Ambiente an sich war schön - es war nur sehr eng und recht kühl.

Bestes frittiertes Sushi das ich seit langem gegessen habe😋 mit viel Soße und Goaqamole ,sehr lecker! Der Kellner hat sich zwar selber 6€ Trinkgeld gegeben aber haben es dann einfach dabei belassen😅🤷🏽‍♀️

Ich war bereits 3mal da. Das Essen ist gut, Ideenreich und zu empfehlen. Dafür gibt es 4 Sterne. Ein negativer Punkt ist lediglich, dass man nicht zu wissen scheint, dass Mozzarella auf dem Sushi nicht vegan ist. Der große Minuspunkt ist der Service. Obwohl während der Woche nicht so viel Betrieb ist und es nicht an Personal mangelt, beschäftigen sich die Servicemitarbeiter teilweise lieber mit sich selbst, als mit dem Gast. 20-30 min zu warten, um noch etwas zu trinken oder die Rechnung zu bestellen, während sich der Kellner mit seinem Handy beschäftigt, ist für mich nicht akzeptabel.....aber das sollte ja einfach abzustellen sein.

Lecker, ausgefallen, Essen und Ambiente optisch sehr ansprechend... Preislich allerdings auch zweidrei Euro teurer, was absolut gerechtfertigt aus meiner Sicht war.

Great sufficient lunch menu with sushi

The food is delicious, but the portions are small and very expensive.

I visited the restaurant for the first time today on the recommendation of my friend, who has been there several times. I was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance and the music. The staff was friendly but not overly pushy, and when the food was served, it was clear that I would be eating there often. Everyone has different tastes, of course, but I highly recommend it. It's completely different from a buffet at a Chinese restaurant, where you can stuff as much as you want into the buffet without knowing how long or how many times it's been sitting there. I'm already looking forward to the next time.

We often go there for lunch. The lunch menus are reasonably priced and very good. The service is always friendly and attentive. Incidentally, this isn't a "Japanese" restaurant; it offers Asian cuisine. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, wasabi was forgotten again, which is annoying when you've had to drive for over 20 minutes. The price/performance ratio isn't exactly right either. The staff, however, are very friendly.

A really nice Vietnamese restaurant, often very romantic, just the right thing for a first date or meeting, the food is very tasty and there is a large selection, the homemade lemonade is also recommended

Sorry, but the value for money is really not good. Far too overpriced for below-average sushi. The taste was a disappointment; unfortunately, there are many Asian restaurants that do better. The atmosphere was still nice, and the drinks were good. The service left a lot to be desired. At the beginning of the meal, they asked if everything was okay, but then no one came back to ask if you wanted anything else. The edamame were quite expensive for such a small starter; I expected more. Elsewhere, you can eat two or three of these for half the price.

Really delicious food, but way too expensive in my opinion. The two of us paid €100 + tip. The ambience: it is very dark and quite cold. But the waiters were super friendly and accommodating. You can hear the kitchen staff very loudly throughout the restaurant, very unpleasant. The food was delicious, just very expensive. The menu could be designed a little more lovingly with appropriate pictures (for sushi, for example). Would I come again? Maybe...but only to pick up the food. This Japanese restaurant is not my favorite.

I don't really have to say anything about it because the rating says it all. It's a dream, the ambience is amazing, the staff are absolutely friendly, the food is incredibly tasty and mega impressive with the smoke, for example. The toilets also have all black fittings, half of them are tiled with black marble and the rest is painted with gold paint. Definitely a highly recommended restaurant!

We ate duck breast and sushi at Kokono in the spring. Unfortunately the price-performance ratio wasn't right. In other restaurants you can get high quality food for this price. The service was very friendly.

I ordered for pickup, I could have picked up the order after 30 minutes, but that turned into 1 hour and minutes 2 minutes. The sushi ran out of cucumbers, I was offered avocado, but I would have had to pay the extra charge. A verbal apology, nil. The seasoning of the food is extremely inconsistent. Sometimes it tastes excellent, sometimes too salty and sometimes weak. Disappointing for the steep price

As soon as you walk in you notice the difference between a normal restaurant and this one! The food was hygienic and super tasty, highly recommended! We had reserved and everything went wonderfully and we were warmly welcomed. one of the best Asian restaurants! Always happy.

So the whole atmosphere was very nice. Unfortunately it was absolutely cold so we froze. We had pre-ordered a romantic table and ended up sitting at a table that had been pulled apart in the middle of the room, which is why the lamp hung in the walkway and we bumped into each other. Unfortunately, we didn't really find the whole thing romantic, as the acoustics in the room weren't pleasant for eating either. The service was very friendly, but unfortunately also very slow. In my opinion, there was a station waiter who only took orders and cashed them and 2-3 jumpers who only carried things and made the tables nice again. With around 50 guests this is usually an easy task. We sat for a long time with empty glasses and were thirsty. The food, which in our case was sushi, was delicious in itself, but unfortunately the sushi menu was very confusing as there were no pictures to aid understanding. Very unfortunate! It really annoyed me because I didn't actually order what I had in mind. When I asked one of the waitresses a question about the food, the only answer I got was that the waiter would be there soon. But what I have to say is that both the aperitifs and the food are beautifully prepared and beautifully presented! Thank you for the experience!

The best ocean starter was good, the mussels unfortunately fell apart. The price is not justified for the amount of fish. Sushi was good average. My main course, the beef sirloin steak, was very good. Amount of meat was very reasonable for the price. Vegetables were also super tasty. The rice ball is a little smaller than typical. Dessert was very good. Service was friendly and nice. Unfortunately you didn't pay attention to who you waved to, maybe after every customer before you leave, take a look around as a little tip, something needs to be improved.

We ate here for the first time today. We immediately liked the modern, stylish atmosphere. We were served extremely friendly. The dishes not only tasted excellent, but were also all very attractively presented. The absolute highlight was the delicious, beautifully decorated dessert, which we were served with a dry mist. That was really gigantic 🤩! So lunch with my aunt and uncle became a real experience. We were completely thrilled with the restaurant and will definitely come back!! Highly recommended 😋😍👌🏼

The "Kokono" in Haßfurt is the best sushi restaurant in the area. The decor is very nice and creates a cozy atmosphere. The prices are a bit higher, but the quality of the sushi is very good and justifies the price. The sushi is fresh and tastes excellent. Overall, "Kokono" is highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy good sushi in a beautiful setting.

Actually much better than I expected. The food is really good, the menu is varied and contains some exceptional dishes. Everyone will find something here. Unfortunately a bit loud. Our basement was probably new and unskilled, but that wasn't too bad.

The atmosphere is nice and cozy, the service is very friendly. I had Surf&Turf to take with me. The "shrimp" was fried to death and the supposed steak was the worst piece of meat I've ever eaten. Totally tough and stringy. Sorry, but that wasn't worth the money!

I have to admit I went home with a very bad feeling. I ordered the grilled salmon and assumed it would come translucent. However, he was still raw inside. The waitress then said “Our fish can be eaten raw”. As a pregnant woman, I deliberately chose grilled rather than raw fish for fear of listeriosis and I didn't find the answer from a service person meaningful at this point. I can only hope that the quality standards for the local fish are so high that there is no danger to my baby.

We'll wait there until lunch and dinner. The restaurant is very nicely decorated, you feel comfortable. We thought the food was very good and my husband was thrilled with the homemade lemonade. It was interesting to observe how artfully some dishes were served. The dessert was to die for!

Modern atmosphere, friendly service and a Pho soup Hanoi style that is super tasty. The sushi platters on the other tables looked very attractive. I'll be back.
