Wir haben heute hier gegessen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Bedienung (Manu) war super freundlich. Kommen gerne wieder 🙂‍↕️

Enttäuschender Kindergeburtstag – Preis-Leistung stimmt gar nichtWir haben hier einen Kindergeburtstag gefeiert und sind maßlos enttäuscht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis steht in keinem Verhältnis zur Qualität. Das Essen war sehr schlecht; es wurden lediglich billige Fertigprodukte serviert.Auch wenn jetzt von ihnen wieder gesagt wird sie machen die Schnitzel frisch aus dem Schweinerücken kann ich als gelernte Fleischereiverkäuferin da nur zweifelnd sagen unterste Qualität!Für diesen Preis eine absolute Frechheit.Zudem war das Personal teilweise unfreundlich.Ich arbeite selbst seit 12 Jahren in der Gastro. Besonders skurril: Uns wurden Süßigkeiten an den Tisch gestellt, die zu unserer Buchung gehörten. Kurz darauf wurden wir barsch ermahnt, wir dürften keine eigenen Sachen mitbringen. Es folgte zwar eine Entschuldigung für die Verwechslung, aber die Stimmung war da bereits im Keller. Schade leider kann ich das Bowling Center nicht weiterempfehlen. Nachtrag auf die Antwort vom Bowlingcenter: Vielen Dank für Ihre ausführliche Antwort. Schade finde ich vor allem den Ton, den Sie gegenüber einer sachlich formulierten Kritik anschlagen. Dass Gäste unterschiedliche Eindrücke haben, sollte gerade in der Gastronomie möglich sein, ohne persönlich angegriffen oder herabgewürdigt zu werden. Ich habe meine Erfahrung ehrlich geschildert – insbesondere im Hinblick auf Qualität, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und den Umgang vor Ort. Dass andere Gäste andere Erfahrungen gemacht haben, stelle ich dabei gar nicht infrage. Die Verwechslung mit den Süßigkeiten wurde zwar entschuldigt, dennoch war die Situation in dem Moment unangenehm, besonders bei einem Kindergeburtstag. Eine professionelle Antwort hätte aus meiner Sicht gezeigt, dass Kritik ernst genommen wird – auch wenn man sie nicht teilt. Aussagen wie „bodenlose Frechheit“ oder man solle „einfach zu Hause bleiben“ empfinde ich gegenüber zahlenden Gästen als unangemessen. Ich wünsche Ihnen dennoch alles Gute.

Ich war am Freitag Abend 08.05.26 mit meiner Familie vor Ort. Alles lief reibungslos ab. Die bestellten Getränke und im Anschluss das Essen war sehr gut. Leider war die Bedienung an diesem Abend unterirdisch... sehr unfreundlich... nicht nur zu uns, sondern auch zu anderen Gästen. Sehr schade!!

Super Essen richtig Lecker Mega schöne Location schönes Ambiente Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal Wunderschöner Biergarten dieser läd dazu ein lange zu sitzen. Wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder und werden dass Bowlingcenter definitiv weiterempfehlen

Wir waren um 21:00 Uhr da und wurden einfach komplett ignoriert. Nach 20 Minuten ohne Bedienung mussten wir unsere Getränke selbst an der Theke holen. Weitere 40 Minuten später kam endlich jemand – da war die Küche plötzlich schon geschlossen, sodass wir nichts mehr zu essen bestellen konnten. Eine ganze Stunde ohne Service ist absolut inakzeptabel. So etwas geht gar nicht.

Wir waren heute mit unserem Hund da zum Essen und man kann es nur empfehlen, sehr lecker. Service ist top, schnell und sehr sehr nett. Ich hab selten ein so Tierliebes Ambiente erlebt. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!

Wieder mal ein "Friss dich zu Tode" Event, aber wie immer sehr gutes Essen. Mindestens fünf verschiedene Gerichte zur Auswahl am Buffet. Man sollte aber beachten das es das nicht jeden Tag gibt...

Essen war nicht so der Brüller, würde nur zum bowlen hingehen. Chickenburger 😑, Sohn hat sich geweigert das zu essen, hat nicht viel mit einem Chickenburger zu tun für mich

Waren schon öfter hier und freuen uns jedes mal wieder, egal ob zum Essen oder zum Spielen. Immer freundlicher Service, gutes Essen und Spaß beim Bowlen. Definitiv zum Empfehlen!

Waren heute zum Essen dort… Das Essen war relativ ok kenne ich aber auch aus den letzten Jahren besser… Bei einem von uns war Draht im Essen super lecker🙃 Dazu zahlt man mehr als in manchen Restaurants.(knapp 20€ für ein cordon bleu+ein Paar Curly Fries) Die komplette Spielfläche vom ersten Billardtisch bis zur Dartscheibe war komplett verklebt am Boden als ob wochenlang nicht mehr gewischt wurde! Man sollte eventuell bei der offenen Wand hinten eine Tür anbauen damit Kinder nicht auf die Bowlingbahn rennen können was sehr gefährlich ist!!!!!!!!!! Eine versicherung für schäden hat der Laden anscheind auch nicht. Mein Sohn hat unbeansichtigt einen Billiardkö kaputt gemacht weil er drauf gefallen ist…wurden direkt 20€ verlangt was ich persönlich extrem lächerlich finde! (Das Kind ist 3) wäre mein Kind auf die Bowlingbahn gerannt und hätte sich verletzt hätte das uns auch keiner entschädigt! Das Personal war auch mal freundlicher… Dann sollten wir noch 3€ extra bezahlen nur damit wir unser Essen mitnehmen konnten weil man es nicht komplett geschafft hat(hackts noch?) Vielleicht sollte man einen neuen Besitzer suchen wenn es an Geld mangelt anstatt den Gästen mit frechheiten das Geld aus den Taschen zu ziehen Persönliche Gegenstände werden einfach direkt weggeschmissen anstatt es mal noch ein bisschen aufzuheben wenn man es vergessen hat. Der rest wuede ja schon deutlich mitgeteilt von anderen Leuten Toiletten auch mit grossem hygienemangel. Vielleicht sollte man sich mal gedanken machen was falsch läuft anstatt die schlechten Bewertungen einfach ignoriert zu lassen. Ich Persönlich werde diesen Laden nicht mehr betreten und werde es auch niemanden mehr empfehlen. Das wir dafür überhaupt bezahlt haben ist auch eine Sache nach dem Draht Das Gesundheitsamt sollte man vielleicht mal informieren

6 schöne Bahnen laden zum Bowling ein. Waren 2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern für 2 Stunden auf einer Bahn was bei zügiger Spielweise für 2 Spiele reicht. Personal ist freundlich, Preise ok. Das Essen des neuen Pächters können wir noch nicht beurteilen, Lokal war aber gut besucht und Preise scheine ok zu sein. Werden wir bei Gelegenheit mal probieren.

Komisch.......eine Location hat bis 22.00 geöffnet ....man wird aber um 21.30 angewiesen zu gehen ,weil man der letzte Gast ist. Das noch fast volle Glas muss geleert werden und tschüssikowski - das Personal will abschließen. Was für ein schlechter Service

Wir waren zum Essen hier, nicht zum spielen. Service: Sehr freundlicher und schneller Service Kinderfreundlich - Hochstuhl und Wickeltisch vorhanden Ambiente: Schöner moderne Räume. Die Wände könnten einen frischen Anstrich vertragen. Ich weis nicht, ob der etwas seltsame Geruch von den Bowlings Schuhe die offen vorne am Tresen stehen kam. Es stinkt nicht, allerdings war es anfangs etwas unangenehm. (Vielleicht ein paar Raumdüfte an den Tisch stellen) Essen: Das Schnitzel hatte leider keinerlei Ähnlichkeiten mit den Fotos hier in den anderen Rezensionen. Schnitzel und Nuggets ähnelten optisch und geschmacklich eher den Produkten, die man im Tiefkühlregal vom Discounter findet. Preis ist günstig Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis als „Snacks“ während des Bowling spielen ist es ok. Nur zum Essen werden wir dort nicht mehr hin gehen.

Wir waren beim Barbeque Buffet zum Geburtstag. Das Essen war durchweg gut und vorallem es gab eine große Auswahl. Wenn ich einen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätte wäre es eine warme Barbequesoße mit zum Fleisch zu machen. Service war meiner Meinung nach etwas überfordert wir haben nicht extrem lange gewartet, es waren auch alle freundlich aber mir fiel auf, das es etwas hektisch zuging. Ich fand das Buffet durchweg solide und empfele es auch weiter. Preis-Leistung hat auch gestimmt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Abend

Wir waren seit längeren wieder mal BOWLING Spielen in Hassfurt,war sowas von kool,waren mit unseren Kinder da, waren 2 SUPER Stunden.Was Bahn betrifft und Anlage alles TOP, Essen kann ich nicht bewerten, hatten keine Bestellung, aber was dass Personal betrifft, das war sowas von freundlich und nett !!!!!!!. Auch was das Preisleistungsverhältniss betrifft, gibt es nichts zu meckern.Nicht überzogene Bahngebühr ,wir gehen zu 100% wieder mal hin, sofern wir eine Bahn bekommen oder reservieren können. Ein grosses LOB an die BOWLINGBAHN Geschäftsleitung.

28.11, sind wir zum Reinfeiern in meinem Geburtstag zu Gast gewesen, Bowling spielen und was trinken, haben enorm lange auf die Getränke gewartet. Um 0:00 Uhr wurde uns leider auch nichts mehr serviert weil die Bar schon geschlossen hatte... Öffnungszeiten bis 01:00 Uhr. Super schade wenn man kein Getränk mehr zum anstoßen bekommt, vorallem am Geburtstag..... Letzten Samstag 14.02, gegen 23.00 Uhr angerufen, wollten eine Bahn für den nächsten Tag reservieren. Als ans Telefon gegangen wurde, wurde rein gemotzt das schon geschlossen ist und nichts mehr an ist und wir uns am Sonntag melden sollen. Wohl gemerkt Öffnungszeiten bis 1 Uhr .. aha... Sonntag kurz nach Öffnungszeit mehrmals angerufen, geht keiner ans Telefon... Schade...

War heute beim Daten dort da mein Schwager und Schwiegervater Geburtstag hatten. Hatten dort was gegessen leider war es sehr enttäuschend das Essen war Kalt… 17,50€ für ein Schnitzel Jäger Art das war ein reinster Witz sah aus und schmeckte nach auf getauten Schnitzel. Die Currywurst war kalt als ob sie 1 std in der küche stand und nur drauf wartete bestellt zu werden, Soße von der Currywurst sollte selbst gemacht sein aber hat geschmeckt wie die Currywurst Soße die du von Maggi kaufen kannst. Rein im Ganzen hat es sehr nach gelassen habe 101,70€ gezahlt für Essen das Nix geschmeckt hat und kalt auch noch war. Schnitzel überteuert für den Preis. War auch mal besser. Muss leider 1 strengeben weil es sonst nicht gepostet werden kann aber die haben keine Sterne verdient. PS als Hinweis wenn man Daten geht mit Kindern sollte man evtl unten bei der Bowlingbahn mal eine Türe hin mache da es sehr gefährlich ist..

Wir hatten die Bahn bis 22:00 Uhr gebucht. Um 21:00 Uhr wurde uns jedoch gesagt, dass wir angeblich nicht so lange gebucht hätten. Nach Diskussion durften wir dann immerhin noch bis 21:40 Uhr spielen, was trotzdem nicht der ursprünglichen Buchung entsprach. Die bestellten Nachos wurden zunächst vergessen und kamen erst nach erneuter Nachfrage. Außerdem war im Goaßmaß viel zu viel Alkohol enthalten – der Alkoholgeruch war so stark, dass man ihn schon beim Riechen wahrgenommen hat. Insgesamt ist bei unserem Besuch leider einiges schiefgelaufen. Wir waren enttäuscht vom Ablauf und vom Service.

Super Location, top Bedienung und sehr leckeres Essen

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Katastrophale Kommunikation und ein super schlechter Service. Chefin unfreundlich. Hat uns den ganzen Abend versaut. Abgesehen davon alte Bahnen, Kegel die umgeworfen wurden kommen wieder runter, Schalter an den Bahnen alle defekt. Öffnungszeiten werden eingehalten wie die Laune grad ist (trotz vollem Haus).Würde ich nicht noch einmal besuchen.

Absolut enttäuschend und chaotisch. Wir haben extra eine Bahn ab 21 Uhr reserviert, Öffnungszeiten laut Website bis 01:00 Uhr. Vor Ort hieß es dann plötzlich, sie würden um 22 Uhr schließen, weil die Weihnachtsfeiertage „so stressig“ gewesen seien. Interessant nur, dass man online weiterhin Bahnen nach 22 Uhr buchen konnte. Schwierig an einem Samstag während den Ferien. Wir sind extra von weiter weg „angereist“, wollten danach noch Billard spielen (nicht reservierbar) – daraus wurde natürlich nichts. Um 21:30 Uhr hieß es dann schon „letzte Runde Getränke“. Gleichzeitig durfte die Bahn neben uns plötzlich 45 Minuten länger spielen, und es kamen nach 22 Uhr weiterhin neue Gäste rein, die problemlos Getränke bestellen konnten. Bei uns wurde nur patzig gesagt: „Es wurde doch gesagt, letzte Runde um 21:30 Uhr.“ Offensichtlich gelten hier Regeln je nach Laune. Die Chefin war ausgesprochen unfreundlich und wenig professionell. Als Bonus mussten wir zu Beginn auch noch knapp 20 Minuten warten, bis überhaupt jemand kam, um eine Bestellung aufzunehmen. Unzuverlässige Aussagen, widersprüchliche Regeln und ein Service (Chefin), der Gäste eher nervt als willkommen heißt. So vergrault man Kundschaft sehr effektiv. Einmal und nie wieder.

Die Bowling Halle ist etwas kleiner mit 5 Bahnen, dafür nette Bedienung und Recht gutes Essen. Ein netter Abend.

Das überaus freundliche Team hat unsre Weihnachtsfeier super bedient! Der Lautstärkepegel war zeitweise echt etwas hoch, aber es ist ja ne Bowlingbahn angrenzend, klar dass da nicht leise ist :D

Wir hatten hier ein Weihnachtsessen mit unseren Abteilungen. Der Service war sehr nett, zuvorkommend. Das Essen war reichlich, aber nicht zu viel. Auch die Nachfrage am Tisch, ob jeder sein Essen hat, ist uns positiv aufgefallen. Kann man nur empfehlen! Gerne wieder!

Super leckere Fränkische Küche, für jeden was dabei, das Rumpsteak ist nur zu empfehlen.

Wir waren heute mit der Belegschaft zur Weihnachtsfeier dort. Reservierung online lief problemlos. Auch nach Änderung der Reservierung wurde telefonisch nochmal nachgefragt. Serive war super. Bedienungen freundlich. Essen war gut und Auswahl war reichlich. War ein schöner Abend. Nur zu empfehlen!

Waren schon sehr oft zu den verschiedesten Buffetessen da, die dort regelmäßig angeboten werden.. (z.b. Schnitzel, X-Mas, BBQ, Italiniesch, Sparerips, Enten...etc.. Heute war es mal wieder das leckere Schnitzelbuffet, für das wir immer extra aus dem 40km entfernten Bamberger Landkreis kommen und fanden es wie immer absolut TOP, das Personal ist auch immer sehr freundlich und die neue Chefin is ne ganz liebe.. Von uns daher die allerbesten Glückwünsche zum Neustart!🍾 Freuen uns schon auf viele weitere Buffets🥰💯

An sich bin ich gerne mal dort. Leider ist unsere Bahn kaputt gegangen und unser Zeit lief weiter. Nach der frage ob wir unsere Zeit zurück haben könnten hieß es „ja“. Als die Bahn repariert wurde, wurden wir erst mal zur Sau gemacht. Obwohl wir absolut nichts dafür konnten das der Kegel die Bahn verstopft hat. Zu guter letzt wurden uns die extra Minuten extra berechnet… Essen war gut, und die jungen Mädels und Jungs die dort arbeiten sind super nett. Nur eine Mitarbeiterin leider nicht..

Even though the center was completely booked and full for an event, the staff decided to offer only one server, no food, and prohibit card payments below a ridiculous amount, far more than the cost of a drink. Furthermore, the bowling prices are exorbitant, and the bowling machines are completely outdated—far below modern standards—especially at these prices. Avoid at all costs and go somewhere else. It's worth it.

The hall itself is clean and tidy. Unfortunately, you're required to order drinks while playing billiards.

I only want to review the food and service. First of all, I have to say that the "new and modern" advertisement with Grandma's Kitchen sounded very inviting and promising. However, I can't leave a good review. We were there for dinner with four people on a Saturday evening around 6 p.m. Four tables were occupied, including us. The bowling alley, on the other hand, was quite full, which naturally made the restaurant a bit louder. The waiters seemed very listless and unfriendly. It started as soon as we entered, when we told the counter that we had reserved a table. A woman responded very briskly with a "Yes, over there by the window." Unfortunately, since there were several windows, I asked for more details. Her further reply was "I told you, over there by the window." The end result: We then searched all the tables by the windows ourselves for a reservation sign. The menu was manageable, but sufficient. Prices were reasonable. Portions were rather small. The menu can be viewed online on Omas Küche's website. There were some discrepancies when ordering drinks and food, as the waitress was clearly unfamiliar with the products on offer. They stared stubbornly at their tablets without making eye contact with the guests. Here, too, the young lady seemed very listless and therefore not very friendly. As the previous speaker mentioned, several women were sitting at the counter, with their phones in their hands, and unfortunately, they couldn't really see the guests. The wait for the food was normal; the dishes all arrived at the table at the same time, which was definitely a plus here. We ordered a rump steak "medium rare," which was definitely cooked much more than it should have been. We also ordered a "real" Wiener Schnitzel, which was marked on the menu with cranberries, but the schnitzel arrived without cranberries. Unfortunately, we still don't know whether we got a veal schnitzel or a pork schnitzel, which would have been about €10 cheaper. Unfortunately, none of the four people could tell by the taste. The other two cheese spaetzle were flawless. Overall, the taste was okay, but by no means outstanding. Unfortunately, at the end, we discovered that the entire parking lot outside was littered with broken beer bottles. For us, this was definitely a unique experience. We wish you all the best and many guests.

We went bowling last week after the reopening and then had dinner. While bowling, we noticed that the lane wasn't working properly. Knocked-down pins would suddenly reappear in the second round, and the noise level was abysmal due to children's birthday parties. We would have paid €15 less for two hours of bowling for four people, including shoes, in Bamberg, so it was also quite expensive. As for the food: The food was OK, the quantity was manageable, but the prices were quite high. The waiters sat at the counter, eating and on their phones. If you wanted to order a drink after dinner, you had to ask the waiters to come. The furnishings were very worn, especially the chairs. Conclusion: We spent over €180 for four people. We don't need to do it again, considering the overall package.

The service was very friendly, and the schnitzel with fries 🍟 was also good! Nice, large beer garden!

The food is delicious, and the staff is friendly and attentive. We'd be happy to go back 👍🏻

Delicious food at reasonable prices and friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere. The staff strives to do everything they can for their guests. Otherwise, everything was excellent....

Hello everyone, my wife and I went to the Bowling Center Haßfurt for dinner today and we were very satisfied. We were greeted very friendly when we entered and were allowed to choose a table. This was very clean and decorated with beautiful Easter decorations. Taking our order was super quick and the drinks were served straight away. Our food came without a long wait, it was hot and tasted great. We had a lumberjack steak and schnitzel in pepper cream sauce. Since I love the peppercorns in this sauce, I was absolutely positively surprised by the number of peppercorns. The taste of the sauce was also perfect and there was no need for additional seasoning. The fries were cross and the quantity was completely sufficient. My wife's lumberjack steak was in no way inferior, if we come again I will order it. Even after we had eaten it was cleared away quickly and we were able to pay straight away. As a farewell, we were wished a nice evening and see you again soon. Small addendum: We sat directly at the window of the bowling alley and were able to see how some children ate different dishes and clearly enjoyed it, just by the way.

Simply great! The currywurst is my absolute favorite and it just tastes good 👍🏼. The portion 🐷 medallions are also absolutely sufficient and are very filling. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. Even when the customers get rude, the staff remains confident and always polite. RESPECT! I'll be happy to come back and order the same thing as always :)

We went to the American BBQ with eleven people on Saturday. The food had hardly even seen the grill. The mashed potatoes were simply not edible at all. Food was mostly cold and not available. For that 25.90 is pretty steep. Service took forever. We won't be coming back.

Went to the American barbecue today. Full of expectations but were disappointed. Tongs and spoons were there at the buffet, but sometimes three dishes had to be taken out (spoon for shrimp, chili and wedges) You don't want to get too long there. When asked, the response was unfriendly. Only a partial remedy was provided. There was one more spoon. Salad was only refilled after a long time, and sauces were searched in vain. Also would probably be a dessert like brownie etc. certainly wouldn't have been out of place. The toilets smelled unpleasant and didn't seem to be cleaned regularly. But since any criticism is not accepted (as you can see in the responses to the recessions) and you don't even take the criticism as an impetus to make changes if necessary (WC), we will no longer come and will not advertise your events. Not recommended Reply to the CEO's response: Thank you for the detailed answer. I would also note: the sound makes the music. You're right. I don't remember that we were spoken to in an unfriendly manner; rather, a request was made. Unfortunately, this was commented on by her kitchen staff with: "There are enough spoons here and if the guests carry them away, you won't be able to add anything." Correct, but would it have been a problem to hand over another spoon? It wasn't very appetizing a spoonful for chili, wedges and shrimp. There was no snitching on our part and it is an impertinence to say so. As slaves - her words - I have never seen catering staff... you probably do, if you choose the words No matter, there is no mistake seen here on your part, only on our part and I don't think this is the right platform to discuss such things as this doesn't achieve the goal here. Apparently you are incredibly dependent on reviews when you can't even accept if someone doesn't find it positive. It is correct that you called yesterday (Sunday) in the afternoon. It became a monologue with an aggressive tone. Whether a review is far-fetched is now in the eye of the beholder. I would also be interested to know in which situation we didn't behave like guests. We sat at the table, ate, cleared the plates and threw away the trash. Apart from the nice female waiter, we had no other points of contact, apart from the spoon. And don't forget, we paid for the food and as a paying guest I can also demand respect! Actually, I don't have the time to write a reply here and entertain my fellow citizens who are reading, but insolence, untruths and personal attacks are in the bottom drawer. I wish you much success with your concept, only positive experiences and feedback and will draw my experiences from this attack.

We were there for dinner. It was plentiful and delicious. The service was very good. We'd love to come back, even without bowling.

We were there in January for the schnitzel buffet. We were all very satisfied. We particularly liked the spicy stuffed schnitzel (pizza schnitzel) and that Mousse au Chocolat.The selection of sauces and side dishes is large.Everyone will find something.We'll be back in March.

The food was below average. The keyboard at the train and the men's toilet were not working. In addition, our game time ended 3 minutes early and we were unable to finish our extremely exciting game. A little more service at the table would have been desirable. When it comes to ambience, we were impressed by... a. the penetrating lights disturbed. All in all a disappointing experience.

Ordered Jägerschnitzel, the sauce was like pudding, the meat was of poor quality, a bottle of still water was over 6 euros!! The service was very friendly

Grandma’s delicacies buffet The food was good, simply prepared and presented. You could ask how a buffet is set up (no additional cutlery, no additional napkins, no plates for serving cutlery, no spices). No sauce for the duck. Of course this is an event in a bowling center, but this department is called a restaurant after all. Apparently not enough staff that evening. We waited half an hour until a waitress came to order our first drink; we had already helped ourselves to the buffet. There was no cutlery on our table, so I organized that myself from other tables, just like the cutlery for the salad at the buffet. The water I ordered only arrived at the table when I asked, drinks that are no longer offered should be removed from the menu, my girlfriend wanted a tequila sunrise, but that wasn't possible, the counter staff couldn't manage that. Okay, all things that can happen, but in total it's too much. And please take a look at the women's toilet, corners are not round when cleaning and the cobwebs and dead flies in the ceiling lamp were not from a day ago.

Good location. Very nice staff. The tracks are good, but there aren't that many balls when you might need them. The food was ok. The NEON bowling was cool and the music went perfectly with it!

We celebrated a child's birthday. All hell broke loose as there was a big party in front of us where all the lanes were full. The staff at the counter was always friendly, a single lady who picked up and brought the drinks seemed a bit overwhelmed or not very motivated. That wasn't so pleasant. Otherwise the food was OK - pizza and chicken nuggets with fries weren't exactly a challenge either. The extra dish was edible. The table decoration consisted of 1 streamer and a birthday sign. So there is definitely room for improvement. All in all okay, but nothing more or less.

The Midnight Bowling Center offers a good alternative for indoor fun and entertainment. It is very nice that in addition to pinball machines, billiards, darts and table football can be played in the hall. And therefore also offers a change for younger people during a meal or a larger round of bowling. In bowling it's like everywhere, time counts and if in doubt you have to stop a game in the middle when the time is up. Another positive feature is the possibility of making online reservations for bowling and dining. However, there was only a mini menu when it came to eating over the Christmas holidays, which was unfortunately not known beforehand and was also disappointing if you had looked at the “normal” menu online beforehand. It was also unpleasant that we had to wait an hour for food. Which was probably also because they were urgently looking for staff. However, the dishes all came one after the other and were all warm. However, the cleanliness and the smell in the toilets were absolutely poor, especially when you could see on the posted cleaning schedule that the last cleaning was signed almost two weeks ago. If there is a bit more crowd, it can quickly become very loud.

We enjoyed the grill buffet and can definitely recommend it. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. Although the food could sometimes have been a little warmer, it was by no means cold. Everything tasted solid and was well prepared. The drink prices are also fair. However, there is criticism for the lack of wheelchair parking space, the tables that are not fully accessible (space was tight for me) and the fact that unfortunately you cannot bowl in a wheelchair. But we'd love to come back for the good food. :)

The restaurant and beer garden look good.

Unfortunately, my visit to the bowling center in Haßfurt was overall a disappointment. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by an unfriendly and rude waitress, which immediately dampened the mood. I would have preferred to leave straight away. The outdoor area, especially the garden, is generally fine, but is clearly showing its age and urgently needs better care. Weeds are sprouting everywhere, and especially the defective play equipment in the children's playground is an absolute no-go. This is not only unsightly, but also dangerous for the little ones. What should be highlighted positively, however, is the food, which was well prepared and offered no cause for complaint. Unfortunately, this cannot compensate for the overall negative impression. Overall, I am left with the impression that the bowling center in Haßfurt has a lot of potential, but it is wasted due to a lack of care and poor service. A fundamental improvement is urgently needed to raise the customer experience to an appropriate level.

Yesterday, around 6 p.m., the three of us went to the schnitzel buffet and were unfortunately rather disappointed. We were assigned to a table and after a while we were able to order drinks. The first course followed to the buffet. Apparently we were lucky that everything was there at that moment. Unfortunately, no one really liked the potato salad; way too much dill. The hunter's sauce wasn't that great either and the normal schnitzel seemed to have little or no seasoning. Everything was rather cold at that point. When we started the second round there was almost nothing left in the display and it took a while until everything was filled again. In the meantime a roar was heard from the Kitchen staff (estimatedly the cook) who probably dressed down their colleagues. When we wanted to pay, we told a waitress who wanted to send someone. A few minutes passed and she sent us to the counter. 3-4 servers and only one person who wanted to take on all the tasks. So we waited for an eternity, then other people were served first and at some point it finally worked. All in all; + lots of choice + ok priced - buffet temporarily empty - very noisy atmosphere - chaotic organization/haphazard operation - unfortunately we didn't like it much (but everyone is different) There was also chaos in the parking lot.

We celebrated our son's confirmation there and were absolutely thrilled. All agreements were implemented perfectly; even though the food was ordered a la card, it was served pretty much at the same time and was very tasty. The time could be spent beautifully thanks to the numerous options such as bowling, darts, table football and billiards. The adjoining room created a pleasant atmosphere and the staff was very friendly and competent. A clear recommendation from our side 👍👍👍.

Yesterday was the first time, friendly staff, good, reasonably priced food. Beer garden great. Come again.

Have been guests at the bowling center for a long time. Food and drink selections are very good 👍 Service was friendly and quick. Unfortunately we had to let one drink go back, and one meal out of two came wrong. Ambiance for a bowling center is appropriately nice and appealing.

The food today was very tasty and much better than last time. We were very satisfied and will come back. The staff was also extremely friendly today.

Review from 3 years ago: Time is counted, which means you can't always finish your game. 2 months ago: Prices were okay, but unfortunately the portion of baked potatoes didn't fill you up. A medium-sized potato, definitely too small for one portion. In another restaurant a month ago there were 4 times as many potatoes in terms of volume, which was a lot but better than getting up hungry. The salad with it tasted good. Toilets dirty, this time. Today: Nice boss and colleagues. It was fun to play and I would come back to bowl again and again. The non-alcoholic cocktails were very tasty, normal ones were not my thing. We were in a large group and almost everyone enjoyed the meal very much. Me and a friend had burgers where the bun was unfortunately dry, there was a lot of toppings on it so positive and the fries were also good, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The rest of the food was great.

Cool bowling alley with nice staff. We have been there for the second time. A total of 19 people including children. It wasn't a problem because we only play bowling for fun and have no problem taking turns with the children since there were some younger ones there too. On Friday we had cordon bleu from all over the world, filled with everything possible: chilli, Obatzter, classic, spicy... It was super tasty and the portions were more than enough. Afterwards we went bowling, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. 2 lanes for 8 people each. We were immediately informed that this would be very close and yes, we had about 1.5 games finished on both tracks before the next ones came. As I said, we played for fun so it wasn't that bad and last time it wasn't fully booked so they gave us another 10 minutes to complete our game. You didn't have to do it, but it was a great thing. There were also cocktails, super tasty ones but they took a really long time. So a cocktail with a wait of around 20 minutes was nothing unusual. We had enough space, the place was full and, above all, no one had a negative taste of the food either time. You have enough promotions, cordon bleu, spare ribs all you can eat, cocktail or long drink happy hour... There are also billiards, darts, table football, slot machines, pinball... The price... 2 hours for 3 people, 3 Cordon Bleu, 2 cocktails, 3 specials, 1 cyclist with tip 110 euros. Yes, we found it expensive, but you don't do it every weekend and to be honest, the short, dark-haired waitress was really on the ball and the long-haired one who picked up the cash and handed out shoes for us was as friendly as he was sociable, plus good food and a nice time. In the end, it was definitely worth the price and you deserve the tip. I can recommend it at any time, but if you stop by the weekend to bowl at short notice, it probably won't work. Then just eat, that works even in the short term.

Hi. Wir waren gestern zum essen da. Ich hatte einen Burger. Da war das Patty einfach nur trocken und gefühlt nicht gewürzt. Zu meinem Burger hatte ich Curly Fries. Für ca 3.7€ extra waren es sehr wenig. Am Tisch neben uns wurde einfach mal die doppelte Mennge Curly Fries auf einen Teller gepackt... Meine Freudin hatte ein Steak. Das war wirklich sehr durchwachsen und sehr zäh.Auf unsere Essensbeschwerde meinte man dann nur: "Sorry, der Koch ist leider im Urlaub" wo ich mich frage was das soll... ansonsten war das Personal aber nett. Sorry, wir kommen nicht wieder...

Das Essen war leider auch schon mal besser. 3 Maultaschen mit einem kleinen Salat für den Preis sind schon sehr teuer. Auch die Ofenkartofel mit Salat hatte eher die Größe einer Vorspeise als eines Hauptgerichts wer soll denn von dieser mittelgroßen Kartoffel satt werden? Eine Kartoffel kostet doch nichts warum mit so etwas Kunden verärgern ist für mich unverständlich. Auf den Hinweis das Essen sei nicht gerade gut wurde geantwortet der Koch sei im Urlaub. Werde hier leider nicht mehr essen gehen und unsere Erfahrung auch so weiter berichten.

Essen war überhaupt nicht gut. Meine Spätzle waren totgekocht und ungewürzt. Wir waren 15 Personen und niemand fand sein Essen gut. Viele Teller gingen voll zurück. Scheint aber niemanden zu interessieren, denn auf unsere Kritik reagierte man nur mit Gegenargumenten und Unmut. Schuld ist anscheinend der Gast. Das kann man ja bei dem vielen Antworten des Inhabers auf schlechte Bewertungen auch herauslesen. Wird in meinem Fall wahrscheinlich auch so sein. Bin schon auf die Ausrede als Antwort gespannt.

Essen ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Bahnreservierung hat jetzt schon wieder nicht gekappt. Das Sevicepersonal hat die Beschwerde belächelt, keinen hat die Kritik interessiert. 15 Kunden waren sehr enttäuscht.

Waren heute mit ca.15 Leuten zum Essen dort. Meine Käsespätzle waren sehr verkocht und haben nach nichts geschmeckt. Auch die anderen fanden das Essen nicht besonders gut. Zudem war der eine Kellner(Undercut, schwarze Haare und recht groß) sehr unfreundlich und genervt. Das junge Mädchen mit den blonden Haaren war dafür sehr nett, aber auch der Rest war nicht gerade die Freundlichkeit in Person. Eine Person hatte zudem die Maultaschen bestellt und es waren gerade mal 3 Stück, fertige aus der Packung und für 10 Euro??? Wollten danach Bowlen gehen und unsere Reservierung hat nicht funktioniert. Hatten das schlechte Essen auch angemerkt, kam keine richtige Antwort drauf. Der Koch wäre im Urlaub. Was ne Ausrede👏🏼

Das Essen ließ wirklich zu wünschen übrig. Die Portionen waren klein, und der Geschmack war enttäuschend und entsprach in keiner Weise meinen Erwartungen. Darauf hin kam nur die forsche Rückmeldung, dass der Koch im Urlaub ist. Des Weiteren hatten wir eine Bowlingbahn reserviert, jedoch war diese Reservierung nicht im System erfasst. Die Erklärung war, dass wir wohl zu blöd sind, richtig zu reservieren, was eher wie eine Ausrede für mangelnde Organisation wirkte.

Alles irgendwie kaputt waren mit Kinder da. Banden waren immer wieder defekt. Hänger, keine Gaderobe, 50 % der Toiletten defekt. Schade könnte man mehr drsus machen. Waren alle sehr bemüht.

Sehr leckeres Essen und top Service

Schön gemacht, Essen war leider nicht so gut. Beim Service hab ich Sterne abgezogen weil die eine einfach nur gestresst war und somit dann etwas unfreundlich, alle anderen waren sehr nett, für manche ist sowas dann einfach nicht der richtige Job. Toiletten waren einfach nur eklig.

Buchung ging online super. Gute Auswahl auf der Speisekarte. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus.

Einfache Gerichte wie z.B. Schnitzel mit Pommes sind in Ordnung. Gibt es nichts groß zu bemängeln. Von Bräten, Gerichten mit Klößen ect. würde ich lieber Abstand halten. Schmeckt nicht, viel zu wenig Beilagen, Salate schmecken wie aus der Dose. Personal wirkt gestresst und überfordert, selbst wenn kaum Gäste da sind. Kommen selten an den Tisch, dass man zb Getränke nachbestellen kann, ich bin nach langem Warten selbst an die Theke zum bestellen. Zum Bowlingspielen ist es ok.

Wir waren nur zum Bowling spielen da, die Bahnen sind in Ordnung, die Technik ist das Manko, Software etwas zu langsam. Termine Absprache nötig.

Hallo! Erstmal vorweg, die Bowlingbahn ist sehr schön familiär, nicht zu groß, und der Herr beim Schuhverleih ist sehr freundlich - alles top, sehr hilfsbereit! Der Service ist allerdings absolut katastrophal, ich komme selbst aus der Servicebranche und habe so etwas noch nie erlebt. Wir hatten die Bahn für eine Stunde reserviert, und es hat knapp eine halbe Stunde gedauert, bis überhaupt jemand kam und unsere Getränke aufnahm. Dann hatte ich nach einer Speisekarte gefragt. 45 Minuten sitzen wir nun schon da, die Bahn nur noch 15 Minuten - Speisekarte immer noch nicht gebracht, also habe ich sie mir selber geholt und bei der Theke etwas zum Snacken bestellt, damit wir pünktlich rauskommen. Das Essen kam nie an, 15 Minuten, nachdem die Bahn wieder neu besetzt wurde und unser Magen knurrte, mussten wir das Essen stornieren und gehen, denn unser Platz war nun weg. (Nachos wurden vor 30 Minuten bestellt). Schade, die Bedienung hatten wir in der Zeit des Aufenthalts 1:15 Stunden nur ein einziges Mal bei den Getränken gesehen. Zum zahlen und stornieren musste wir sie auch aufsuchen. Freundlich sind sie alle Male aber somit werden wir leider nicht mehr kommen. Die Musik in der Bowlingbahn könnte etwas lauer sein, die Atmosphäre ist etwas unangenehm leise.

Waren heute zum Mittagessen da und das Essen war miserabel. Ich hatte zb. Sauerbraten mit Klößen, die Soße war echt schlecht hatte nichts mit Sauerbraten zu tun , das Fleisch war zäh und die Klöße wirklich so klein das ich einen problemlos komplett in den Mund hätte nehmen können. Meine Kinder hatten Klöße mit Soße, die Soße einfach furchtbar. Meine Frau hat wegen ihrer kleinen Klöße Kroketten zusätzlich bestellt um satt zu werden . Und was enttäuschend war auf Hinweis wie schlecht das Essen war hieß es nur das der Koch wohl einen schlechten Tag hatte. 1. Mitarbeiter fragen nach ob alles in Ordnung ist, war nicht der Fall. Selbst auf mehrfachen Winken und Rufen wurde nicht reagiert, dass meine Frau sogar zur Theke laufen musste um meiner Tochter ein Wasser zu bestellen. 2. Beim abräumen haben wir uns sehr deutlich bei dem jungen Mann beschwert der darauf auch den Spruch über den Koch gebracht hat. 3. Wir haben nicht alles aufgegessen, es ging sehr viel zurück. 4. Was die Klöße angeht sind 2 normal große überall Standard und bei euren waren 2 zusammen halb so groß wie 1 normaler. ( auf dem Bild auch gut zu erkennen) Übrigens hätte eine einfache Entschuldigung gereicht und ich hätte diese Bewertung nicht geschrieben,

In die Jahre gekommen. 2 x musste hinten die Technik geregelt werden. 15 min wurde nicht gut geschrieben. Essen kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Top Essen. Die Anlage war für echt gut. Hat alles Spaß gemacht!
