My father lives across the street & since he has a snack bar in Haunstetten, we always eat there, never at home Every time I chill at home with my sister, I get us something there, otherwise we would literally starve. usually udon or flat-fried noodles with tofu, enough for two people. I'm with you again today & the only food here is two eggs, slices of cheese (we bought it today) & 12 jars of honey

The food was first class and unique. I recommend Ayu's favorite vegan salad and the coconut espuma. The staff was very friendly. All in all it was great.

Die Empfehlung von einer Bekannten war wriklich Klasse. Ich gehe öfters asiatisch essen, aber was hier serviert wurde war das Beste, was ich bisher in München erhalten habe. Die Drinks, die Vorspeisen (besonders hervorzuheben die Crispy Salmon) sowie die Hauptspeisen (Curry mit Ente oder auch die Undoo Nudeln) waren ausgezeichnet. Das Lokal ist nicht sehr groß und war für einen Donnerstag sehr gut besetzt. Der Chef hat sich am Schluss noch etwas Zeit genommen und einiges persönliches gesagt. Eine sehr angenehme Athmosphäre. Wir werden wiederkommen und das Lokal gerne weiterempfehlen.

Probably the best Asian I've ever eaten at. Really good. Unfortunately the room is large and high. Unfortunately, when it's busy, it's too loud. That spoils the ambience. Otherwise great!

A very nice and friendly staff. The food was very tasty for all of us and actually too much. It was a very nice time in the restaurant. When the Eisbären Berlin are back in Nuremberg, we'll eat there again. 🙋‍♂️

I always like the Umami Bar… Unfortunately, at some point it started that the opening times no longer matched, not on Google and not on the sign by the door... If you're looking forward to going out to eat all day and then in the evening you find yourself with the door closed and not for the first time, it's very frustrating. I love the food but will avoid the shop in the future...as I don't want to be in front of a closed door again.

The food was very tasty, definitely at fine dining level. However, the taste is definitely not for everyone. My biggest criticism and why I only give it two stars: After paying the bill, the last delicacy comes from the kitchen. A fortune cookie - homemade. There were four of us at Chungs, two paid separately and a couple paid together on one bill. Three fortune cookies arrived, one each for the guests paying separately and one for the couple. How come? I was very negatively surprised by this and mentioned it directly to the boss. Apparently you only get one fortune cookie per bill. And that after I paid a 10% tip (not exactly a small amount at over €100 per person). Even when asked, no more fortune cookies were brought. Personally, I think it's an absolute disgrace and, given the price, completely unjustified by the restaurant. In other restaurants of this class, every guest gets a little something to say goodbye. I won't go to Chung again. Edit to the restaurant's response: I brought up the fortune cookie and asked about it. I was NOT offered another cookie - that is incorrect. On the contrary, I even specifically said that on another visit (which won't happen) I know I'll have to pay separately if I want a cookie.
