Ha Thanh - Asiatisches Restaurant & Sushi Bar in Nürnberg

This was my favorite Asian restaurant for years. For the past few months, the food has become more expensive, the portions are smaller, and the quality has drastically declined. When I asked, I was told it's the same chef as always. The price-performance ratio is no longer acceptable. I've found a replacement nearby.

We've eaten at your restaurant two days in a row now with a large group. The portions are not only large, but also absolutely delicious. You're a fantastic, fast, and super-friendly team. Thumbs up all around, and we'll definitely be back. It tastes amazing!

What a complete dump! We were a group of six, had made a reservation, and after a 40-minute wait, we hadn't even ordered drinks. I absolutely cannot recommend it.

I think this is the best Asian restaurant in the Nuremberg area. Tucked away in the Südwestpark, I found the duck to be incredibly crispy yet tender and juicy, the Peking soup also highly recommended, as were the crispy fried bananas. The welcome is warm, there are no long waits, the service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. We'll definitely be back.

We went to Ha Thanh today and were absolutely thrilled! From the very first moment, everything was perfect. The restaurant is very clean, tastefully decorated, and you immediately feel at ease. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming – you can tell they work with passion. The sushi was perfect – super fresh, beautifully presented, and the portions were truly generous. The taste was also top-notch; you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. We were especially impressed by the value for money, which is truly unbeatable. Even our 6-year-old son was completely delighted and insisted at the end that we absolutely had to give it 5 stars – and we wholeheartedly agree! 😊 We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant!

Over 2 hours from entry to dessert. There were only 4 adults and 2 (brave) children, and we arrived at 6 p.m. Our drinks were chronically empty. Empty plates and glasses remained on the table for a long time. The waiter/server preferred to run twice rather than think for themselves. One meal arrived almost 15 minutes after the others. I ended up getting chopsticks and soy sauce myself. The food was OK for the price, though. The place looks a bit sterile. A few curtains would also help with the noise level. We won't be coming back because of the poor service.

If you work at Südwestpark...then you have to go to Ha Thanh! The food, especially the lunch menu, is very good. The value for money is unthinkable these days; we were surprised by how large the portions are. The staff we've encountered so far has been friendly and on the ball. P.S.: The beer garden in front of the entrance is a highlight in the summer :)

We recently visited here with friends in the evening and were very positively surprised by the culinary delights. I would particularly like to recommend the “Special Ha Thanh Spring Rolls”, which tasted reminiscent of authentic food from a previous holiday - for me it was definitely the highlight of the evening and a clear recommendation. The other dishes also impressed us: we had, among other things, crispy chicken in sweet and sour sauce, sushi, a rice dish and red curry with crispy duck. The latter was of very good quality – meaty, tender and with a tasty, but not too spicy, red curry sauce. The other dishes were also well received by our group and left an overall positive impression. The meal was complemented by a small selection of Asian beers that went well with the food. We found the price-performance ratio to be very fair. The restaurant itself makes a neat, clean and classic impression. In my opinion, however, you quickly notice that Ha Thanh seems to be geared primarily towards the lunch business - which is quite understandable given its location in the Südwestpark commercial area: in the evening during our visit only a small number of the tables were occupied, which made the restaurant appear somewhat empty and therefore less atmospheric. I would therefore only recommend it to a limited extent for a convivial dinner in a lively atmosphere - but for good Asian cuisine at a fair price at any time! The service was friendly and attentive. In detail, the process seemed a bit uncoordinated - possibly because we were sitting in the back of the restaurant and it wasn't always easy to attract the attention of the service. The small number of guests in the evening may also have been the reason for this. Conclusion: If you work nearby or want to go out for a solid Asian meal, you can expect good food in a pleasant environment at Ha Thanh. Especially at lunchtime, the restaurant is likely to be much more comfortable due to its orientation and location. We would definitely like to come back.

We spontaneously went to Ha Thanh and are more than thrilled! Hidden between the office complexes, you will definitely find plenty of free parking spaces late at night. The service is quick and attentive and the food is excellent. Particularly noteworthy is the huge portion 😍 TOP ⭐️

We were there again after a long time and were very excited again. The sushi tasted very good and the portions were almost twice as large as in other sushi restaurants - but not just when it came to the rice, but also the fish. The sushi are also very well prepared and beautifully presented. The other dishes are also very tasty and the portions are generous. Considering this, the prices are fair. At peak times (Saturday evening!) we definitely recommend making a reservation!

The lunch menu in particular is unbeatable: super cheap and still top quality. The portions are generous, so you leave the restaurant full and happy. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff friendly and accommodating – you simply feel at home here. I could literally eat here every day! Ha Thanh is definitely worth 5 stars and a clear recommendation for anyone who appreciates good Asian food. If you haven't tried it yet, you should definitely do it!

We had reserved a weekend evening with a larger group. We tried everything from appetizers, sushi, noodles to rice with meat. Everything was delicious and fresh across the board, and the portions were generous. The price is also very reasonable. Only the service could be more attentive, you had to make yourself known several times.

We were there on the evening of November 16th at 6:00 p.m. We went every weekend and ate the same thing. We ordered duck with peanut sauce, unfortunately the sauce had a poor consistency and was watery. We weren't satisfied. And the portion was much smaller and not satisfying. I hope he returns to his old performance. Koch was definitely someone else. We're thinking about giving him another chance.

Been here for the first time. Spacious rooms, good clean impression. We didn't have sushi but the "normal" menu. The food was really excellent, the portion was absolutely sufficient. Price/performance ratio is therefore top. Very nice boss and waitresses. We will be happy to come back. THANKS.

Inexpensive and delicious food. However, it reduces the ambience when you sit next to the aquarium and watch sick, mutated fish no longer able to move. There are no real plants in it and apparently no one cares whether the animals are okay or not 👎🏼
