Probably the best Asian I've ever eaten at. Really good. Unfortunately the room is large and high. Unfortunately, when it's busy, it's too loud. That spoils the ambience. Otherwise great!

We were often reminded of the time we still had left, which was stressful. The rest is perfect :)

Best homemade lemonade and the food was also very, very good!!

The application is easy to apply. Extremely delicious food, great service and the prices are very fair for what is on offer. We will be back here soon

I have to honestly admit: I left the restaurant a little disappointed after eating. After seeing all the photos and reading reviews beforehand, I simply expected much more. It all started when we ordered drinks, but after 5 minutes our main courses arrived. We then had to wait even longer for our drinks, which was inconvenient. The main disappointment was our two different dishes, which both cost over €25 but were almost identical and unspectacular. It seemed like they made it easy, cut the same vegetables and added another ingredient to make it different. It was also not beautifully presented, which is what I expect from such a rather expensive main course. The dessert was good, but it didn't really make up for the disappointment.

Lovely atmosphere. Every kind of duck meal were delicious. Cocktails are top notch. Hope waiters a bit more friendly, but thats okay.

We had dinner together for an evening as a couple. You should definitely reserve in advance. The food was delicious, we had dumplings and edamame as starters. Both very tasty and one person can easily eat an appetizer alone. For the main course there was something from the wok and red curry with duck. The curry was to die for and I can only recommend it, I would order it again in a heartbeat. All in all, a very nice evening, even if the prices are a bit high.

We were here for the first time and absolutely loved it! The food was not only a highlight in terms of taste, but also beautifully prepared. The service was attentive, friendly and immediately made us feel welcome. Particularly noteworthy is the lovingly designed ambience, which creates an all-round pleasant atmosphere. A little tip: it can get quite crowded at lunchtime, but that only speaks for the popularity of the restaurant. We'll definitely be back!

Very good food. Nice bosses. But some bored staff. The thing about the time slots for eating when you make a reservation is incredibly annoying. Also annoying is the threat of 30€ cancellation costs if someone doesn't show up. To reserve by email I have to write 4 emails and confirm again on the same day. The price level is already very high.

Very tasty food with very good service in an upscale atmosphere

An all-round nice dinner in a good atmosphere. The May was very full, so we were very grateful for our reservation. The food was fresh and very tasty, and we were also very impressed with the drinks! Anyone in Munich should pay a visit to this restaurant, even if it is a bit out of the way. You'll get your money's worth here if you like Asian food. The vegetarian food selection is also worth highlighting, there is something for every taste :)

I have to say, currently the best Asian cuisine for me. The cocktails are incredible. I drank a Manila Mule. Simply incredibly good. My wife had a bowl and I ate duck. It was a successful evening for me

Simply incredible! We went to the restaurant last night to celebrate my partner's birthday. We made a reservation at very short notice and got a very great table. The service was incredibly attentive and accommodating, in a non-intrusive manner. The food came quickly and was super tasty. Finally, when we asked for the bill, my partner received a birthday surprise on the house as a dessert with appropriate birthday music playing throughout the restaurant. That was such a great surprise, we didn't expect it. Price performance is also perfectly fine. (2x starter, 2x main course, 2x cocktails & 1 bottle of water = 105€). We absolutely loved it and will definitely come back when we are in town.

Could have been excellent... We went to May Restaurant with an open table reservation. The reservation worked perfectly. The restaurant was almost full. We were asked for our order fairly quickly, but we hadn't studied the menu sufficiently. We then asked for 5 more minutes - everything was fine. We ordered an aperitif which was very very tasty, a starter and a... Main course. Our starters took quite a long time, but the tuna, dim sum and summer roll tasted really well! We waited even longer for the main course and when the tables next to us had already received their main courses and we hadn't, we knew that we had been forgotten. Unfortunately there was no information/apology from the staff. When the main course was finally served, only one of two was happy. A meal that was not advertised as spicy and was not pointed out was inedible due to its extreme spiciness. We then pointed out to the waiter that it was inedibly spicy. They apologized and wanted to take food with them. But since it was already so late, we decided not to eat this dish. The head waitress then apologized again for the fact that no one had pointed out the spiciness. As a kind compensation, there was a super delicious dessert on the house, which also tempered the spiciness well. All in all, it could have been really excellent if the little faux pas hadn't happened.

The food is amazing and the service very fast and friendly. I'm happy to come here over and over again.

The service was unique: even though the restaurant was full, the service was courteous, attentive, polite and so incredibly warm! As dessert, they brought my wife fireworks to the table with dimmed lights and music, without us ordering them. We only stated when making the reservation that it was my wife's birthday. Thank you very much for this hospitality!! The food was great too. The only “little downer” was the noise in the restaurant, which was due to the fact that the restaurant was so busy.

Best Vietnamese restaurant in Munich. We love coming to Munich to eat on any occasion. Super nice staff try very hard to fulfill all your wishes if, for example, you reserve for 5 people and come with 8 people. Many many thanks. We can only highly recommend it.

We were looking for a restaurant near the old congress hall and luckily we went here. We were absolutely thrilled. Nice ambience, the drinks and food are prepared with a lot of “love”, so the sentence “the eye eats and drinks along” fits. The entire team is very attentive and friendly. We'll definitely be back

I thought the food was very good and would give it a 9 out of 10! I have one point to note - the cocktails were a bit watery but still very tasty. Service is spot on. Ambiance is nice but a bit too loud. I give it 5 out of 5 stars for my first visit. I will come again and evaluate.

Three of us went there for dinner and were very satisfied. In terms of taste, the food was very good, but in my opinion not outstanding, for example compared to one or two other Asian restaurants. Unfortunately, we didn't experience any taste explosions. The selection of dishes was great, well designed and varied. Overall, it was a cool shop, but it was also quite loud and the seating was quite tight, which I think led to a somewhat hectic atmosphere. The service was really very good and attentive. Plus point: Since our table wasn't quite ready at the beginning, we were given a glass of champagne while we waited, a very nice gesture.

Very nice and one of the best food I have eaten in Munich so far

Unfortunately we (four people) didn't have a good experience. The table had been reserved in advance, so that worked. Food was average at best and wildly overpriced, but at least the ambience was ok. Unfortunately, it is extremely loud in the restaurant, which makes conversations difficult. The height of impudence, however, was that after a good two hours they wanted to compliment us out and say that the next guests were already there. That's what it says on the website (not true!) and it wasn't noted when making the reservation via Open Table. Otherwise we would never have visited this restaurant... The service was very persistent and the evening was ruined as a result. Never again!

The staff was very unfriendly. They didn’t speak German nor English very well, so we didn’t really understand them, and they didn’t really understand our orders - they brought out the wrong food twice and even talked about us (like how dare these ppl order something veggie only and laughed) because we ordered a veggie starter plate. We ordered it for 3 people but had to pay for 4. it was 65€, for a small veggie starter plate. That’s insane and brings me to the prices and food quality. In my opinion it was nothing special, tasted like every other restaurant that is 1/3 of the price. 26€ for a veggie Wok, wtf?! 100% not worth the price. For prices like this I expect way better service. I am not coming again, that’s for sure. One last thing: be careful with reservations for a group of people. It’s 35€ per person that’s not coming. Saw that the first time ever on a Munich restaurant and I think it’s hilarious in general but even more for a bad restaurant like this.

We were lucky to get a seat in the May restaurant in the afternoon without a reservation. In addition to excellent drinks, we were impressed by both the starter and the main course - everything was incredibly tasty! Particularly noteworthy is the attentive service, which perfectly rounded off our visit. Absolutely recommended!

The food - from starter to main course to dessert were incredibly tasty 5/5 (the best curry with duck in Munich!!). I can wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant because not only was the food delicious but the decor was also beautiful down to the last detail. The service was also excellent, everyone was super friendly and accommodating. I like the decoration (like the napkins) but also the little push button on the table to call the waiter. I would like to praise the curry again, it was really perfectly seasoned with a pleasant spiciness and crunchy vegetables, the duck was perfectly crispy and juicy. I love the dessert (mango pudding?) and the summer rolls were delicious, as was the mango salad. Just had a wonderful evening 😋

Been here because of the overwhelming reviews. What can I say... Expectations were too high and were rather disappointed. The ambience is very nice, but the food on the menu promises more than it actually is. Taste was mediocre and not outstanding.
