Great street food shop! The food is top-notch! So delicious

I'm too lazy to write in Vietnamese. My boyfriend and I went to Munich to visit and stopped by the restaurant at 9pm. Although it was late, the restaurant was extremely hospitable, the staff were super enthusiastic, and asked a lot of questions. The food was also delicious, I ordered Hue beef noodle soup, and my boyfriend ordered red crab rice noodles, which was perfect. Ananas Minze and Mango were also super fragrant and fresh. Everyone, please visit the restaurant.

Very authentic restaurant. Food is made of high-quality ingredients. The lunch-time menu and the a'la carte menu are both superb. The waiters are always smiling, they are cheerful and polite. There is music in the background and the athmosphere is great. We did not have to wait a long until our food was served. We will definetely return. 😊

Walked in randomly after our tiring city walk. Food is excellent. Portion size is good for the price point. Staff were very warm helpful. They even took care of our baby so we could finish our lunch, it was really very sweet of them.

Highly recommend to make a reservation as this place is very popular.

Delicious food and large portions at fair prices

Heavenly delicious!!!🤯 Well decorated, clean and friendly staff. My favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Munich so far. We ordered Bánh bao, Bún bò Huế and Bún riêu. Bánh bao was tender. The dumpling and the stuffing(pork, mushroom, egg and glass noodle) were perfectly steamed. It's a light snack yet filling. The sauce was simply sweet chilli sauce. To me, the sauce can was a bit too strong and sweet. I would prefer a sauce that has sourness in it. Bún bò Huế is always my favorite dish to order from a Vietnamese restaurant and Twenty Pho has nailed this dish!! ✨ The broth was aromatic and rich in flavor with various herbs eg. lemongrass , cilantro and spring onion. The meat was juicy and tender. The rice vermicelli was well cooked. A squeeze of lime juice has elevated this dish to another level. Every time I order this dish from Twenty Pho, I feel warm and so much joy. It's a perfect soup for rainy days. To me, this dish is 11 out of 10.😋🤩 Bún riêu was my partner's order but I tried a bit. I love the toppings, especially the fried tofu and the fish ball. The crab meat was broken down into tiny pieces and I could not taste the texture of the crab so much. Overall, it's also a nice rich soup. The portion is quite generous but we managed to clean the bowls because the food was insanely delicious. 🥹🥹 The service is good. The staff are friendly and attentive. It took a bit long this time for our soups to be served (about 10 minutes after we finished the Bánh bao. It's still acceptable because the appetizer was served quickly. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The decorations combine nature (wood, bamboo, artificial plant) and culture (Buddha statue, basketry) and are presented in a modern style giving a warm, chill and welcoming vibe. 💯

I was incredibly happy to finally find delicious, plentiful, and authentic Bun Dau in Munich. I felt a sense of nostalgia. The waiter was very friendly.

I ate Bun Cha there 2 weeks ago. It was the most delicious and authentic one I have had in Munich. Today I came back. However, sadly they have changed the recipe and remove grilled minced pork patties. It is missing a point. Vietnamese bun cha must have both grilled pork belly slices and grilled minced pork patties. That's why 4 star for food.

Small Vietnamese restaurant. The food was good and attractively presented. Service was friendly and attentive. We sat in the basement, where it was pleasantly cool even though the outside temperature was 30 degrees Celsius. I can recommend it.

The staff's attitude was the worst I've ever experienced. After finishing my meal, I drank tap water from my own bottle (no outside drinks), at which point the male employee stared at me and said with a condescending smile, "Next time, please don't drink water here, okay?" I replied that it was just tap water, but he continued to smile in that unpleasant way. It's understandable that restaurants don't allow outside drinks, but you should have a bit more common sense—especially when you work in customer service. And there won't be a next time from me :)

I waited for about an hour after placing my order, only to find out it hadn’t been processed. It seemed like there was a miscommunication with one of the staff members who didn’t speak much English. After that, I had to wait another 40 minutes. The food was okay.

The most authentic Vietnamese in Munich - from the red caramel noodles to the pork dumplings in the shrimp broth, everything was 1:1 like in Vietnam You also sit very nicely.

*The most flavorful peanut sauce in a long time* The two of us went to the restaurant in the afternoon without a reservation. It was well attended and yet we didn't have to wait too long for our food. It was just a shame that I couldn't cancel the rice and have some more vegetables instead.

I thought my food was really tasty and I was also impressed by the price-performance ratio. The food came quickly and the ambience is also quite good with nice furnishings. Opinions probably differ when it comes to the choice of music. At least when I was there, only Justin Bieber was played, which didn't really bother me.

It was actually just a short stop-over to the Olympiahalle because it's right next to the U2, but it's really really good here. Never had edamame of such good quality: big, hot and on point. The main course is udon noodles with peanut-lemongrass sauce and tiger prawns. Served hot, vegetables crispy, shrimp fried to perfection. Hammer. The second dish, No.28, was a huge bowl of Vietnamese-style soup. Also hot, good crunchy vegetables and really tasty! Service is nice and friendly, only the tables are very set up so that you can basically hear all the conversations at the tables on the right and left. Therefore deduction for the ambience.

Food is not exactly authentic Vietnamese but it tasted not bad, especially when you have serious crave for Asian food.

Very delicious, I had the pho, ramen and sommer roll. The taste is a little salty for me, but I guess not salty for German tastes. Bringing your own water is not allowed in the store. I love the fish sauce-like condiment and add it every time. The beef or chicken breast in the noodles is not good at all.

Vietnamese food is always a safe and satisfying choice no matter where you are in the world, and this place was no exception. The pho here was absolutely delicious. The portion size was quite generous—it was just right even for someone like me with a big appetite. The price was also very reasonable. Since salty dishes are quite common in Germany, it’s nice to have something like this once in a while.

I love the food and the workers here; everyone is super friendly and the food is simply top-notch. Since I don't eat much meat, I'm a huge chicken fan, and the chicken here is simply delicious and top-quality! The restaurant itself is so beautifully laid out and decorated; you feel really comfortable while eating! I can highly recommend it, and orders are usually ready very quickly! The prices are also great for the quality! I'd be happy to come back! (Shoutout to the nice waiter who gave me water while I waited. Thank you, thank you, I needed it! Really nice eating spot, awesome udon noodles!

Despite the fact that Pho is in the name, the taste of the Pho is rather weak. Quite oily, served with lemon not lime and no extra herbs/toppings as usual. My friend's bun cha was also rather mediocre. The price is okay but I wouldn't come back again. Bo oi around the corner is better ;)

I have been here more than three times and am never disappointed. The food, ambience and service are all amazing and their options for vegans is also really nice. I really enjoy the amount and variety of fresh salad that comes on the bowls.

The restaurant is centrally located right next to the Theresienstraße subway stop. The atmosphere is very nice, the service is good. The food is very tasty, authentic and freshly prepared. Gladly again! Price is reasonable. For us it was 35€ per person (dinner)

This is the fourth time I've been here and I'm thrilled every time. The portions are large, the atmosphere is great, the service is friendly and attentive and the food arrives at the table super quickly. The prices are absolutely fair and all the dishes so far have been incredibly tasty and fresh. Especially the different sauces that you can choose from for the fried dishes. I have a few shops in Munich that I can fully recommend, Twenty Pho is one of them!

The portions with Phổ and Bún Rieu are definitely filling. Here you quickly notice that the preparation can vary in different restaurants. Lively atmosphere and the waiting time is ok. I'd love to come back!

By far the worst delivered food I've ever had. The ramen was a tasteless, mushy lump with carelessly thrown in gray meat and coarse pieces of pepper - completely wrong. The spring rolls were soggy and rubbery, the pho greasy and lacking the typical ingredients that make them so special. Absolutely disappointing. Only the edamame weren't completely overcooked - but that's no feat either. High prices for poor quality. Bad combo ❌👎

I came with my daughter to celebrate Valentine's Day, just for a light dinner. We shared soup, dim sam and bao ban with vegetables. As a vegan / vegetarian it was perfect! The service is kind and the atmosphere is welcoming.

Great, delicious dishes. Cozy, atmospheric and stylish. The portions are huge. It's always very noisy. But there is floor 0, where it is quiet, calm and cozy, but you definitely need to reserve a table there. I recommend it.

The service is okay, but the food is very slow, very slow, really slow. The taste is just so-so, not up to expectations. My suggestion is that you can come here for dates and chats, and your level of serious dining is average.

The selection of vegan options is very limited, with only gyoza and dumplings clearly labeled as vegan in the menu. When I asked for vegan food, I was directed to the so-called vegetarian dishes, which are not even vegetarian as they contain fish (as indicated in the allergen information).

Super richly spiced broth, nice vegetable to meet to noodle ratio, makes me want to come back and try the other dishes! Seems like the selection on the menu is quite large beyond what you'd see usually in Vietnamese restaurants here!

One of the best Pho places in Munich!

Today, 2:52 p.m. on January 5, 2025, I went to Twenty restaurant. I ordered pho for 15.99e. At the checkout, I gave 20e. Instead of the staff, you asked me how to eat? The staff asked me if I would give you a tip? It's not worth much, but you should talk back to your employee, make the other person unhappy, then take your 20e and leave, what a terrible experience and will never go to this restaurant again.

I was here yesterday with my friends. The food was high quality and freshly prepared. In terms of taste, we felt like we were sitting in Hanoi. Even my Vietnamese friend named Xhai Bu had high praise and that's saying something.

Ordered online and got food poisoning. No answer and no money back - it couldn't be worse. I don't recommend anyone ever eating or ordering here. Just disgusting.

Decidí cenar en este restaurante basado en sus críticas, pero desafortunadamente, mi experiencia fue decepcionante. Pedí un pho tradicional, que carecía de autenticidad. No había hojas de albahaca ni brotes de frijol, las rodajas de carne eran demasiado gruesas y el caldo era demasiado salado en lugar de sabroso. Aunque noté que a otros comensales se les servía agua, no me ofrecieron ninguna. El servicio cálido y amable mencionado por otros críticos estuvo ausente durante mi visita. Para empeorar las cosas, cuando pagaba, un hombre me pidió explícitamente propinas. Cuando me negué cortésmente, preguntó de nuevo, y después de mi segunda negativa, su comportamiento cambió notablemente. Este cambio de actitud fue desalentador, especialmente como turista que esperaba una hospitalidad acogedora. En general, la experiencia no estuvo a la altura de las expectativas.

Unfortunately that was nothing. The mango salad was ok. It could have been seasoned a little better. Unfortunately the bun wasn't good at all. The noodles were like soup and the tofu was very limp. Unfortunately, the taste was also very boring. It's a shame, but I won't be coming back.

Food was good, it was busy so lunchtime wasn't that quick. We waited a long time until the last person had their food. Be careful with allergies!!! I am gluten intolerant and have to say the menu needs to be read with caution! The allergens are not 100% correct. I chose a dish where you "can't go wrong" and tolerated it well... (I'm not ultra-sensitive) It was very tasty and the portion was good. I doubt that an employee can give correct information about allergens, so it's better to be on the safe side!

The Service was very quick. The atmosphere is comfortable. Food was ok. but considering the price it could have been better. Portion size is also ok for the price. I had the Fried Udon with Chicken and the Peanut Lenongrass Sauce. The udon and the sauce were tasty. The chicken was ok. The vegetables were also good.

A “nice” restaurant in the middle of Munich. They have an eclectic menu, but since they're called Twenty Pho, I obviously had to order the pho. You get a more classic northern pho, the broth is tasty. The beef, if you choose the classic option, is unfortunately a bit gristly and dry. No matter where I eat pho, I expect a plate of chilies and lime. Of course I asked for chilies but was given paojiao-like paste instead. Normally, northern Pho is also served with side sauces, chili and fish sauce or something similar, here too I had to specifically ask for sauces. All in all ok but for the price I expect more of the classic services from a Pho restaurant, because for the services you get here it is a bit expensive...

Excellent food with very attentive service!

The employees were super friendly and quick. Unfortunately the food (pho) just wasn't that good. The chicken was very dry and the broth was a bit too salty. We sat in the lower area, which smelled noticeably of the toilets.

I ordered food from the restaurant (2x pho soup with beef). The beef was super fatty and though. I ended up throwing away all of the beef (I still have the grease taste on my tongue).
