You wouldn't expect such a great shop in such a place (train station). Very very positively surprised!! Pure quality!!

I always like the Umami Bar… Unfortunately, at some point it started that the opening times no longer matched, not on Google and not on the sign by the door... If you're looking forward to going out to eat all day and then in the evening you find yourself with the door closed and not for the first time, it's very frustrating. I love the food but will avoid the shop in the future...as I don't want to be in front of a closed door again.

Es ist ein großer Betrug und eine Schande für einen Geschäftsinhaber, sich so zu verhalten. Erst wird öffentlich mit einem großen Bild eines Gerichts namens Qabuli Palau für 8,90 Euro geworben, wie auf dem Bild zu sehen ist, aber wenn man sich die Speisekarte im Restaurant ansieht, kostet dasselbe Gericht 15,90 Euro, was fast das Doppelte ist. Ich fragte eine der Kellnerinnen, sie sagte, dass sie solche Preise nicht haben, und sie konnte ihren Augen nicht trauen, bis ich sie nach draußen brachte und ihr das Werbefoto vor dem Lokal zeigte. Dann sagte sie, sie wisse nichts davon und solle den Chef fragen.der Chef kam und war unfreundlich zu uns. Er sagte, das sei eure Entscheidung, wenn ihr gehen wollt, und wenn das so ist, könnten wir einfach einen Döner essen gehen, der 10€ kostet (im wirklichen Leben kostet kein Döner so viel), anstatt zu kommen und bei ihm um den Preis zu feilschen. Ich habe ihm gesagt, dass er falsche Werbung macht und das wirklich nicht in Ordnung ist. Ich bin kein Geizhals, aber ich denke, es ist eine Frage des Prinzips, gegen das der Geschäftsinhaber verstoßen hat. Noch dazu gibt er seine Schuld nicht zu, sondern verhält sich unkoordiniert. Ich denke, ich sollte ihm einen Kurs für Kundenbeziehungsmanagement bezahlen. Schande, Schande, Schande.
