The establishment is nice, but the branch is very questionable, although I asked for the food to be heated, and I was assured that it would be so, it was cold. The potatoes cost about 6€ and it was like a "large portion", not worth it at all

The team leader, a chubby young lady with a ponytail, is unfortunately an absolute nightmare. She constantly insults customers and, above all, her colleagues. She talks to them as if they were naughty little children, but they are no less trying than the average North Sea employee. In the half hour that I sat alone at Nordsee I had to listen to at least 10 passive aggressive sayings from her. This creates an unpleasant atmosphere and I feel very sorry for the employees. They don't seem to have any other career options, there's no other way I can explain why they still work here

This North Sea branch is a disgrace. I've been there twice now and both times both the plaice and the grilled pollack were burnt on at least one side (black!), the drinks were no longer carbonated and tasted like washing up water and the staff had difficulty getting supplies, So sometimes extremely long waiting times occur because something is currently out of stock. This is the worst branch I've ever been to! Never again!

If you want to sit outside with a little “view” and have a drink... ok!! Otherwise it's more of a snack bar than a restaurant! Just look at the schnitzel... a very, very small frozen schnitzel that went into the deep fryer and then lay on the plate, dripping with fat... and then for 16.50... scary

Die Currywurst war totgebraten ,die Pommes zu laberich. Und das für 11,90€ Das Flusskrebsfeisch nicht durchgebraten ,die Portion für 16,90€ viel zu klein. Einziger Lichtblick ist Mo an der Kasse und die Serviceleiterin .

Sales person knows how to humilate clients - when I asked in English is the soup gluten free, she gave me huge map with papers to find out by myself. When I said I do not read in German, she answered to me in German in very agressive voice tone. I will never, never go to that brand and place!

Always very happy with the quality of the fish, very tasty. Clean work areas behind the counter. Unfortunately, the most unfriendly and unempathetic person I have ever met works there, customers are served in an inappropriate tone, and the customer is told non-verbally that they are not wanted. The other employees try to compensate for this mood.

My wife and I have been coming here to eat for years and it has always been delicious, no matter what dish we have ordered. The interior is very cozy. The staff is very polite and helpful. We always enjoy coming back to eat here, whether in winter or summer. If you've never been here before, you should stop by and see for yourself. I can only recommend it to everyone.
