Die Currywurst war totgebraten ,die Pommes zu laberich. Und das für 11,90€ Das Flusskrebsfeisch nicht durchgebraten ,die Portion für 16,90€ viel zu klein. Einziger Lichtblick ist Mo an der Kasse und die Serviceleiterin .

What can I say Mc. Donald of the North. The food tastes good but is too expensive for self-service. Here the name is sold (and in my opinion devalued).

Price-performance was OK. Nice location at the marina.

Card payment takes over 5 minutes, Food was lukewarm and a homemade mint lime lemonade tasted like the cheapest sugar water - the service also only spoke broken German. Unfortunately you only pay for the location…

As always, everything was very tasty. The lemonade was freshly made and very good.

Have eaten better in other Gosch branches. Fish was part part. Hollandaise sauce was lengthy and very sparse. Well, there really is better in Heiligenhafen.

Very large, modern restaurant in a great location with a view of the marina. The food and drinks are self-service and are cleared away by the staff. The staff sometimes had significant language communication problems when something needed to be clarified. The portions were very manageable, nothing for those who are hungry or thirsty. Here you pay heavily for the name. We had a summer salad (22.50) and herring on brown bread, housewife-style (12).

Fried potatoes were cold. I pointed this out to the service staff and all I got was a smile and a shrug

Unfortunately it has worn off a lot! I had dinner at Gosch today, and when my plate of fine fish was finally ready, after waiting for over an hour, I was very surprised at the very, very small fish fillets. When I commented that the fish portion was significantly larger on my last visits, the counter staff said that was fine, the quantity was correct. I won't be coming back!

We were very disappointed with Gosch. We had eaten there before and the food was much better. Now it looks more like a snack bar. The food wasn't good and way too expensive. Small portions, greasy fried potatoes, fried fish looked like the ones I buy frozen in the supermarket. The employees who cleared the plates - you have to get your own food and drinks given the price - were very nice and the location is great.

Hello, it's slacked off a bit for us. The price is too high, the portion size is too small. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Very nicely furnished and located (like almost every Gosch), staff nice, food unfortunately not convincing. Fresh, yes, but in terms of taste it was an unseasoned complete disaster (fine fish platter, fried fish, Thai penne). Unfortunately, the takeaway food outside is also a lot worse compared to last year. Too bad!

Good news, the atmosphere is great and the staff is friendly. The bad news, only holiday processing. For fish & chips €9.90, which is a large portion of fries with no less than 4, yes 4, small pieces of fish. Borders on usury. The fried potatoes from the catering establishment were dripping with fat if they had been fried and not just warmed up. All in all, far too expensive, but every chip shop conjures up something better...

The restaurant is beautifully located directly on the marina. Great ambience. The service is very friendly and good. This time we only had fried fish in a roll at the outdoor counter. But it tasted very good.

Gosch was recommended to us. Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed. We had Bismarck rolls and meatball rolls. Both of them were loveless, dry and the rolls looked like they were from the day before. It was 0.30 cents cheaper than elsewhere, but it wasn't worth it.

I don't really understand the good reviews. There were 4 of us eating there, and it was clear to us that it was a bit more expensive than elsewhere, but when I ordered a fish platter for almost €26, they even advertised it outside. I thought oh I have to get this. Unfortunately the food wasn't good at all for the price. Portion was very small and the fish wasn't fried well either. My wife had fish & chips, the portion was for children if you think there were only 4 little fried fish. Why the service only gets 1 star. Because there is no service, you have to get drinks yourself, and of course you also have to get the food and cutlery yourself. The ambience was nice but you can get that elsewhere too. So I won't go there anymore. It was pure disappointment

The Gosch shrimps are really delicious! But the Sylter crab soup doesn't work at all. Tastes artificial and somehow strange.

The taste wasn't really my thing. Very moderately seasoned. Crabs on the menu were not available, but were deducted from the dish that included them. Friendly staff

For the price you pay for a meal, the portions are quite small. I had e.g. Fish and chips, I thought it was a children's plate. 6 small chunks of fish, wow. It always confirms that you simply pay for the name.

We ate with friends in the Gosch restaurant for the first time and were unfortunately very disappointed. Overpriced prices for self-service. Panfish with fried potatoes where the latter was cold. The salmon spaghetti wasn't seasoned at all, broccoli wasn't cooked and the sauce was just watery. The plate was manageable. There are restaurants in the area that also offer fish menus for a reasonable price. The rolls that you can buy at the outside counter are recommended.

We had dinner at Gosch's three times this holiday. Every time it was super tasty. The food was ready quickly and was hot even if it was warm food. The drinks were all very well made! The staff was always friendly, competent and accommodating. The toilets were always clean. There really isn't anything more! Thanks to the entire team

Gosch in Heiligenhafen is a MUST!! Sitting by the sea looking at the sailing boats, you are well protected from betting and the self-service works extremely quickly. You immediately start talking to other guests and are surprised that you are not as STIFF as the North Germans are said to be!!

Make food in a classy way with deep fryers and then self-service for the prices there too😳...no thanks, McDonalds has more service. We left again...

Gosch is highly recommended. The price-performance ratio is also very good. Thanks to self-service, everything is really quick and hassle-free. The selection of food is very large and there is something for everyone. It tastes really delicious. A clear recommendation from me.

Gosch, as we now know it from all sorts of cities. Once upon a time, once great, today it's just a shadow of its former self, since it's more of a chain than a restaurant. It just doesn't taste as good as it used to. You have the feeling of mass processing. The ambience here was nice, but the class and service could be improved, especially at the prices!

Always good, tasty food, nice atmosphere and service. Update 08/2024, unfortunately no more glass coasters, so the condensation drips onto the clothes because puddles form on the table. There is also only one online food and drink menu, which doesn't even list wheat beer, even though it is still available. Therefore also deductions for service and ambience!

Right on the harbor with a great view. Seating is available indoors and outdoors. Blankets are also provided. You order food and drinks separately. You get a beeper for eating. Everything is self-service. I had pike perch, which wasn't really seasoned due to the breading and gets -1 star. The sauces and fried potatoes are delicious. The lemonade of the day (lime-mint) is recommended. Friends had the dishes “fine fish”, plaice and Thai penne, which were probably very tasty.

Outrageous value for money and poor quality of food! While we praised this Gosch restaurant three years ago, today I have to express very negative criticism after the quality has deteriorated over the last few years. The grilled scallops for 25 euros consisted of 5 small scallops, little boring mixed salad and two slices of white baguette. The portion of scampi from the grill was also very small and many of the scampi were fried completely dry! We paid almost 60 euros for both dishes! This is outrageous for a restaurant that has made seafood its mission! We will never come back and advise everyone not to visit as there are so many better fish and seafood restaurants with reasonable prices in Heiligenhafen!

Great food as usual from Gosch. The staff was super friendly, and the restaurant is nicely located on the marina.

Absolutely aimed at tourists. We waited forever for the order, after an hour of asking my husband was not taken seriously and brushed off in an unfriendly manner, we had to be patient. After another 30 minutes we asked again because the same order had now arrived at the next table, even though the people had come after us. Suddenly our order was no longer there. We had to be patient a little longer, but then we left the restaurant and had our money returned. Otherwise, there are a lot of dishes there that are simply thrown into the hairdresser, but are clearly too expensive for that.

This Gosch is also in a very beautiful location. Heiligenhafen has a lot to offer and of course has a Gosch to offer. Anyone who knows Gosch will get exactly what they expect. Good fast food restaurant

Smaller portions than before but tasted good.

"Absolutely great. We were thrilled. You feel comfortable, nice service and very tasty food!!! We'll be back!!!" We wrote this 1 year after the reopening! We are here 2-4 times a year, but unfortunately not as well as at the beginning. The dishes are tasty, it's clean, the atmosphere is great and you almost always receive friendly service at the counter. Now the food is becoming more and more expensive and there is less on the plates. Where else do the portions get smaller but the price stays the same, or are the prices appropriately higher and the portion stays the same!? Very expensive for self-service. Everything used to be right here and you were always warmly welcomed at the entrance, at the table and at the counter. ...after the meal we wanted to take two vouchers with us because our children also like to go here. Since the queue at the drinks checkout was too long for us, we went to a waitress at the counter and asked. All they said was: "Get in line at the back!". The voucher used to be brought to our table.

Getting food and drinks separately is difficult to get together in time.

Unfortunately I have to change my positive review from two months ago with a rather negative experience... We wanted to have a nice evening in the Gosch, we had our very small, anxious dog with us and we sat him on a chair. She came rushing straight to us and said “no, dog blanket or get rid of it” I understand somewhere, but where is the friendliness towards customers? How can you approach someone in such a derogatory way? We had something with us to put underneath, but we had only been there for less than 10 seconds before we were attacked. Then we just opened the menu and wanted to choose something, then the woman sprinted back to us and just said, “Guys, seriously, get rid of the dog things. For hygienic reasons, this is even recorded in writing.” How the hell are we supposed to smell that putting a leash on the table is such a drama? I've never experienced such unfriendly service, and we've been there many times. In any case, we will never go there again and left afterwards without ordering. By the way, for hygiene reasons the tables should be wiped down properly, then a leash would be the least of a problem. But that won't be achieved either

Leider stimmt die Qualität nicht mehr. Die Preise sind sehr hoch aber das Essen eher auf Kantinenniveau. Insbesondere die Salate und Nudelgerichte haben nachgelassen - geschmacklich und auch in der Portionsgrösse. Das Ambiente ist natürlich nach wie vor sehr schön, wir gehen weiterhin dorthin um ein Glas Wein auf der Terrasse zu trinken, aber essen werden wir dort nicht mehr. Sehr schade!

GOSCH is located directly at the harbor and there are plenty of parking spaces in the area. Seating is available outside and inside. The noise level inside is a little higher, but it's part of the goschen. Food and drinks are self-service. The fish and the other dishes were great.

Gosch is Gosch, the Thai noodles are great here too. Nice view of the marina

Good shop with a very good range, but you have to like self-service, which is difficult for me as a disabled person. The location is great but the location is often full, unfortunately the way the food is served is often snack-like and doesn't do justice to the prices

Nice atmosphere, but unfortunately the food is mushy, unfriendly staff. It's a shame! The portions on the plate are very manageable. The fried fish is slightly larger than a fish stick. There are much better restaurants in Heiligenhafen.

A classic Gosch in a perfect location. With the promenade in front of the door and the marina within reach, you can enjoy great food and drinks here. Attentive service and friendly staff. The food is of the usual good quality and a very pleasant feeling of space. As is known, the kitchen and bar are separated so that there are no queues at either. Cozy atmosphere, not too big and no mass processing.

We ate on site and were very disappointed. €11 for a lot of breading and little fish, plus potato salad that was definitely not homemade. Very unfortunate.

We stopped at GOSCH for a Lillet after a long walk by the sea. I have to say, this was the best Wildberry Lillet I've had so far. Also worth mentioning is the super nice and funny bartender behind the counter. We'd love to come back.

I'll start with the positive. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. The beer is delicious and it's nice to sit here. But the food was rather disappointing. We had fried fish with fried potatoes and currywurst with fries. The fried fish was okay. However, you can sometimes get it much better in small fish stalls. You don't have to go to Gosch for that. The fried potatoes were ok, but the bacon on them didn't seem to make contact with the pan. It doesn't taste cold and greasy. The Currywurst was a fried boiled sausage. The sauce and fries were good, but the mayonnaise didn't work at all. The sour taste may go well with fish & chips but not with currywurst with fries.

Nice restaurant located in the harbor…view of the harbor is great… The food and drinks were good…as well as the staff…helpful and very friendly. The prices are okay, I would have liked a little more fish for the price on the fine fish plate. Otherwise it was really good.

Unfortunately, the street sales of fish sandwiches were pretty miserable, loveless and not even close to what we would have hoped for with the name! A pity!!! Unfortunately not recommended! A few steps further there are many delicious ways to enjoy fish rolls, even with some salad in the roll!!!

You couldn't eat fries, different colors, most of them very dark and absolutely over-fried or already fried 3 times, the fish was also dead and fried, absolutely disgusting. Gosch once and never again. And the staff is not there for customers. As we sat there the employee took a plate to push the trash deeper into the trash can, which I also found very worrying. Here I'm talking about the restaurant in Heiligenhafen

When I go to Gosch I know that there is self-service here, if I don't like that I stay away, were there yesterday, service was top, food on the table quickly, tasted good as expected, portions were sufficient and the prices, well that have increased in every catering establishment in recent years for well-known reasons

Great on the outside and okay on the inside. The food itself was ok, but for the price it was little and hardly seasoned. You expect a lot when you stand in front of it and get very little in return. The location is great, but the restaurants at the harbor easily put the Gosch in your pocket. It's better to go a few steps further and you'll even be served with better food.

In the passage between the street and pedestrians on the other side to the harbor side. Typical Gosch. Compared to other Goschlokalen mussels are thick and seasoned and therefore delicious. Graved salmon with hash browns, you can't go wrong. Plaice good. Scallops and shrimps were exceptionally large compared to other gosch restaurants, tasty, salad side dish also fresh with dressing, which you could even find. My recommendation for the latter and the mussels. But in midsummer I didn't really want to sit outside on the floe. Certainly nicer on the right side of the harbor. Playground for children next door. No vegan options, such as in Wenningstedt.

The food was loud, warm, quality for the price, poor. We used to love being here, but that's over now.

There are plenty of alternatives in Heiligenhafen.

I got my first and last fish sandwich at Gosch in Heiligenhafen! The roll was a tough, dry baked roll, by no means crunchy - as it said on the board. The food there may otherwise be good, but the rolls are unacceptable!!! It's better to walk a little further towards the pier to the "Strandnest". That's what I call fish sandwiches!!!

Self-service is completely ok and so you would have had more peace at the table :) The only drawback with the service was the good woman who always wanted to clear something away. This took away our peace and we almost felt rushed - so please don't clear up until all the guests at the table have finished! But otherwise really great!

Nice shop in Heiligenhafen. But self-service is perfectly fine. The staff is very friendly. Large selection of drinks. Some with explanations of origin etc. I found this very good, especially with wine. Menu at the table was fine. When ordering, we discovered that various vegan dishes were also offered, which unfortunately were not shown on the menu. That's a shame and could definitely be adjusted. But we'd love to come back.

Nice and clean restaurant right at the harbor. If you sit outside you can watch the boats. There is the usual Gosch offer in the usual quality. There is also a small ice cream stand with a few flavors... this is to the right of it, but outside.

I've been to Gosch before, not here but at the chain. Service was great, there was a large group, ordering with a slip of paper, everything was great but fried fish is better, fried potatoes were great. There's still something going on, there's still room for improvement 🙌

Everything is good as always. Quality portions and prices okay. Unfortunately, the menu is somewhat slimmed down compared to February on Sylt.
