The pizza couldn't be cut. On the one hand this was due to the knife and on the other hand it was due to the dough being too thin and therefore too firm. I wasn't impressed with the pizza.

Very nice staff, attentive and a nice boss We were there for the second time, unfortunately the service wasn't that great, we got the wrong food, when we were asked if it was tasty and I mentioned that it wasn't what I had ordered, they just said sorry and that was it. Compared to the first time it was rather sad, maybe we had a bad day.

The atmosphere is very cozy. We would receive a very friendly welcome. The service was very friendly. We didn't have to wait long for our pizzas. I ordered the Pizza Proccitto. The pizza base is as delicious as in Italy. We paid €36 with drinks and two pizzas. We'll be back. I heartily recommend this pizzeria.

A successful day comes to an end when you have celebrated the end there. It always tastes delicious and is a culinary delight. Of course, taste is always a sensory organ that can be debated, but our palate is always awakened when we have eaten our food here. We can absolutely recommend the restaurant.

Very nice, inviting restaurant, friendly and courteous staff. The pizzas were very tasty, the dough was not too thick, very crispy and the toppings were fresh and not drowned in cheese. The salads were also fresh and crunchy, as were the other dishes, highly recommended. Price and services are right, I would love to come here again 👍❣️

Bei gutem Wetter haben wir auf der Terrasse Pizza gegessen. Die Pizzen haben geschmeckt und waren ganz normaler Durchschnitt wie halt so eine Pizza sein sollte. Nicht besser, aber auch nicht schlechter als woanders. Man kann also durchaus noch mal hingehen. Die Terrasse und die Tische sind etwas schmucklos und könnten sicherlich mit Deko oder Blumenkübel optisch aufgepeppt werden. Drinnen waren wir nicht, von daher keine Beurteilung möglich. Es war sowohl drinnen ( was man durchs Fenster sehen konnte) als auch draußen gut besucht. Der Service war schnell und pragmatisch. Persönlich hätte ich mich als Gast über ein Lächeln bei der Bestellung oder ein paar verbindliche Worte gefreut, aber das hat natürlich dem Essen keinen Abbruch getan und ist Ansichtssache. Wer nur Pizza-Appetit hat und keinen „romantischen“ Abend beim Italiener erwartet, ist dort gut aufgehoben.

It tasted good but the food wasn't enough for €21 pasta scampi 100g pasta with 5 pieces of scampi I really think it's a shame that we eat so little for a lot of money I visited so many restaurants, the most expensive was around €18 but there was also something on the plate Paid €21 and I was still hungry

Pizza is tasty, but the pasta is lukewarm. Unfortunately the dishes are bland and poorly seasoned. Sometimes a splash of lemon is missing, sometimes salt.

For me the worst restaurant in Heiligenhafen so far. The prices in the previously viewed menu on the website were significantly lower. When asked, the Kate should actually no longer be online. After ordering, after a long wait, we noticed that the third table that ordered after us was now receiving their food. Then finally the three slices of bread, soft from too much oil, were served with chopped tomatoes. I actually ordered bruschetta. No basil, just spice powder sprinkled over it. A disaster for an Italian restaurant! Then the main course. The meat was good. The vegetables and the potatoes we ordered that were still on the plate looked great. Nicely fried. BUT ICE COLD! How does it work? So just warmed up, but forgotten. After a while I got the vegetables warm again. Unfortunately no apology etc. when paying. Last but not least, my wife and then I went to the toilet again. It feels like the light goes off again after 5 seconds and you stand or sit in the dark because the motion detector turns off the light. For me, I empty my bladder twice while once. It's a shame, we wanted to enjoy the last evening again. Disappointing and overpriced evening for what you get!

We hadn't been there for a while and the food/pizza wasn't to our liking. This time we were pleasantly surprised, the pizza tasted very good, without too much cheese. The price/performance ratio was okay.

The food was super tasty. It's not right by the sea, but it's still a great place to sit and end the evening. The food comes quickly. However, there are small deductions in the B grade. The staff is polite, but could smile 1-2x more often ;)

Stopped in spontaneously. It was delicious, nicely presented for the eye, oh yes, it was super tasty, great ambience, lots of little things to look at and again: it was great, gigantic 😋. I would always reserve in advance; if you want to get a spot spontaneously, you may have to wait. You already notice, right? I definitely recommend it, thumbs up, would be happy again at any time!!!!

A good and relatively inexpensive Italian, Attentive service, one of the best pizzas I've eaten in recent times. The owner also runs the steakhouse in the harbor, also highly recommended. A reservation is an advantage here during the season. We'll be back...🤗👍

Despite the full restaurant, I was lucky to get a seat on the terrace. Larger groups should reserve in advance or allow some waiting time. The service staff are really friendly and try to serve the guests quickly. Bruschetta, pizza and pasta tasted very tasty.

Were there last night. Mixed salad and pizza Quatro Stagioni. Great service and super friendly. Always asking if everything was ok...if anything was missing etc. Very cute, cozy place. We didn't see the garden... it was bad weather. And most importantly...the pizza was great and so was the salad.

We were disappointed with the Tartufo dessert, otherwise it tasted good.

We were there with the family. 2 children 4 adults. What can I say...it was just good. Everyone enjoyed it and was very satisfied. I was so excited about my Pizza Nobile... I've never had a better pizza... Hats off... and then there's the very nice staff... We'll definitely be back and will definitely recommend it to our friends express. Thank you very much.

Very tasty, nice atmosphere and good price/performance ratio

They had the toughest pork in all of Europe. I needed a carpenters saw in order to cut through the pork. I was offered a replacement but was in a rush. Several people said the same.

When I entered the restaurant I was met by a very friendly waitress. After asking if we could take our "big" dog in, she immediately said "Of course"! Ambiance, service, price performance and food were very good. We reserved a table for the following day. Thank you for the lovely evening. Kind regards

After a long walk we spontaneously went to eat at al mare. Since we were there right after the store opened, we got a table straight away. In my opinion the food was excellent. We had pasta and pizza. Now that one could say, you can't do much wrong. But the pasta with sirloin steak in particular was perfect. But the pizza was also really very good and prepared with love. My special requests were taken into account and we were served in a friendly manner. We went there every evening for dinner the next few days. With this price/performance ratio, you don't have to be surprised that the store gets really crowded in the evening. Then of course it's a little louder and eating takes time. But we would always go there again.

The food was very tasty and the portions were large. The staff was also very friendly and always kept an eye on the table. The only point of criticism is that the lights in the men's toilets are switched on for such a short time that you have to wave often when you relieve yourself so that it comes on again

First, a few good words. Even though we came there spontaneously at 6 p.m., we were offered a table despite the busy outdoor area. The service employee seemed a bit stressed, but was always very friendly. Presumably due to the above-mentioned stress, he unfortunately ordered the wrong dish for my daughter (5), but noticed it in time and presented my meal to my friend, her son, and a short time later to me as well, and assured that the meal for my daughter would follow immediately . Now I didn't want to eat without my daughter and asked the waiter to keep my food warm until my child had her food. In my opinion it's not an impossible task. 2 minutes later my food was back on my seat, my child was supposed to continue to wait. It should only take 1 minute. So I told the waiter, "Ok, I won't start eating until my daughter has her food. If mine is cold by now, he can take it back straight away." I thought I didn't need to give any more chances here. Meanwhile, about 10 minutes later, my friend and her son had finished eating, my child had just had food on the table, I tried mine - cold. I asked the waiter to take the food back. While my daughter was still eating, the cook stomped out of the kitchen and snapped at me about what was going on “again.” I tried to explain the matter to him but was constantly interrupted as if it was my fault that the waiter had booked something wrong and I wanted to eat with my child. Between the constant interruptions I was able to explain the essence of the fact that I was just asking for my food to be kept warm. But that wouldn't be possible in his kitchen. So every household kitchen with a microwave is probably better equipped. He then pointed a long finger at my friend and her son: “After all, they’ve already eaten.” I said to him, "Well, you notice what? They're both already done." Then he just got louder, told me I had to pay for my order and he was throwing my food in the trash. So I got nothing. At least the waiter, who noticed how the chef was acting there, said when I asked for the bill that he had now canceled my meal. I noticed an error on the invoice that would have been to his detriment. I then paid for my girlfriend and the children's meals and drinks, plus what the waiter had made wrong and a small tip for his trouble and I was out. So I can only give one star and it's dedicated to the waiter. Service-oriented person who fully recognized his mistake and the confusion surrounding it. The chef - sorry - is a complete idiot. Unfriendly, loud and not even able to let a guest finish when asked. I hope it was just an incredibly self-important employee and not the owner/boss. If this is the case, you as a guest will never want to have anything to do with this guy. It can really ruin your most beautiful day in Heiligenhafen.

Absolutely recommended again and again

Nice little restaurant in the small old town of Heiligenhafen. Easy to reach on foot, parking situation is rather difficult. Staff is friendly and helpful. The ambience suffers a bit because there is more silence and no music or anything like that is playing. We had to wait a relatively long time for food, even though the restaurant was only moderately full. Pasta with salmon contained a predominantly garlic note, but was still very tasty. The tomato soup was also delicious and the bread that went with it was very good. Price performance is sometimes mediocre, a little more expensive. Overall, a nice restaurant, but in warmer seasons a reservation would probably be necessary.

We had a delicious meal here this evening in a cozy atmosphere. We had a Margherita pizza and the antipasti starter plate with a nice selection of different types of cheese and sausage and grilled vegetables, plus pizza bread with garlic. Thank you for the friendly, attentive service.

Wenn wir mal in Heiligenhafen sind wir jedes Mal hier. Die beiden Servicekräfte sind sehr freundlich angenehm zurückhaltend und sympathisch. In der Nebensaison wurde uns sogar unaufgefordert angeboten, die Pasta-Soßen zu ändern. Mache ich ungern, aber da angeboten habe ich zu den Scampis eine tolle pikante Tomatensoße bestellt. Auch die Lachs-Nudeln meiner Frau waren perfekt. Wunderbarer Abend, zum ersten Mal mit Baby dort gewesen. Hat auch alles prima geklappt. Dankeschön. Vg Fabian

Die Pizza war extrem lecker! Super leckerer Teig! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir mussten weder auf die Getränke, Suppe, noch auf unsere Pizza lange warten. Es ging sehr schnell. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder her!

Tolles Essen mit gemütlichem Ambiente

Essen war in Ordnung, Auswahl auch. Beratung hätte etwas besser sein können. Preise für einen Italiener an der Ostsee absolut ok. Kurz gesagt ich würde sagen wieder zum Essen hingehen.

Sehr einladend diese Pizzeria Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, Nudelgerichte war mit viel Putenfleisch , für ein Italiener eigentlich nicht üblich. Die Pizza war gut und aussreichend.

Kommen aus München und haben hier sehr leckere Pizzen gegessen. Das Lokal ist geschmackvoll und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Auch die Pipi Lounge ist sehr sauber. Wenn wir in der Gegend sind, kommen wir gerne wieder. Haben uns bei euch sehr wohl gefühlt.

Fünf Sterne sind eigentlich noch zu wenig. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Freundlichkeit des Service, Qualität der Speisen und sogar der Preis. Vorweg gab es ein Bruschetta, ein Vorspeisenteller und Spagetti Carbonara. Alles perfekt auf den Punkt gebracht. Als Hauptgericht Saltimbocca, Risotto Di Manzo und eine Dorade. Super toller Service. Wir kamen 15 Min. vor unser reservierten Zeit an und bekamen jeder einen Prosecco aufs Haus um die Wartezeit zu versüssen. Essen und Service war top. Wir waren zu sechst , hatten vorweg Carpaccio, Votello to nato und eine Vorspeoiseplatte, danach 5 Pastagerichte und eine Pizza. Alles war top. Wein sowohl rot als auch weiß sehr gut. Das Einzige...nach dem Essen bestellten wir um eine 2. Runde Grappa. "Es tut mir so leid, die Grappagläser sind aus. Ist es okay, wenn ich Ihnen die Flaschen da lasse und sie nutzen Ihre Gläser nochmal und schenken sich selbst ein?" Perfekte serviceorientierte Lösung für ein Miniproblem!!! Absulut empfehlenswert. Wie waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal hier.

Sehr schönes, italienisches Ambiente. Freundliches Personal und megalecker. Das Besteck war allerdings total stumpf und machte es sehr schwer. Nach Angaben des Kellners ist neues Besteck bereits geordert und soll bald geliefert werden. Bis dahin sollte man sich seine Pizza vorschneiden lassen. Bei einer Calzone natürlich nicht :-) Alles in allem empfehlenswert
