Schnitzel was really tasty, fried potatoes were also great, nicely fried with onions, ham was great, service was friendly, the atmosphere was clean and very suitable for the business 👍

Wir waren vor einigen Jahren mal dort, damals war es noch gut. Diesmal leider nicht. Schnitzel TK Ware und trocken gebraten, damit es nicht so auffällt Spiegelei drauf. Mein Fischteller auch eher trocken gebraten. Nie wieder.

So the mood of the staff probably depends on the day, sometimes you come there and are showered with friendliness and sometimes you feel like you're not wanted, which is a shame because the food is really great, but if you don't feel welcome, even the best food is of no use to you. Unfortunately, this has happened to us several times now

Vi har besøgt denne restaurant jævnligt igennem de sidste par år både sommer og vinter. Vi sætter pris på maden, der er solid og ikke giver sig ud for mere end hvad den er - velsmagende og rigelig. Denne gang var vi samme med familie, 2 voksne der lige som vi satte pris på maden. Servicen er i top og der er god opmærksomhed fra Tjenerne. Lokalerene er ligesom toilettet rene og pæne, indretningen med brunt i brunt en smule kedelige. Men bestemt et sted vi vil komme næste gang vi er i Heiligenhafen

Service was quick and friendly. We were there with a larger group. Food was quick and arrived relatively quickly - praise for that! Ambiance a bit loveless. Food was a bit bland and fried/fried foods (schnitzel, fried potatoes) were very greasy and tasted a bit stale.

Delicious food, really friendly service and a very nice atmosphere. You can recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right.

👍 Everything was great. Even as a local, I always enjoy coming here. Just nine of us were there last night. Despite very good workload, everything was perfect! Food came at the same time and was of a high standard. But special praise goes to the service: after a long season, still quick, attentive and always friendly on their feet. Even yesterday after a long day!!!

We went to the New Year's Eve buffet. What was on offer here was great. Starter soup, salads, cold fish platters, warm fish, game meat, poultry, pork, side dishes, antipasti, cheese and sausage platters and dessert. Unfortunately you couldn't try everything, but what we tried was super tasty. Kudos to the kitchen and also to the very friendly staff. We will recommend them. We wish you a happy new year in 2025 and continued good business.

Very nice, comfortably furnished restaurant. The service was friendly, competent and also available for a little snack. For starters there was a fish soup that lived up to its name and an onion soup with cheese croutons... Although the typical cheese topping was missing. However, the soup itself was very tasty and not quite as powerful due to the lack of cheese, which was a good thing considering the very generous main courses. Because the bacon plaice and the captain's plate tasted great and were really something for people who like large portions. So it was just right for us... Nothing was missing. Was really good! Top price-performance ratio.

We really liked the atmosphere and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The dishes are very tasteful and beautifully prepared. The price-performance ratio is also right; highly recommended.

I booked the "cuddle weekend" at Käpt'nPlambeck and was completely thrilled. The one-room apartment was very nicely furnished. Everything was clean and we were given a nice welcome with a welcome gift. The gourmet meal in the restaurant included in the offer was excellent. I can only warmly recommend the overnight stay and the food! I'll definitely be back!!!

Absolutely worth it! Sometimes you have to wait a bit, but it's definitely worth it. Because all dishes are freshly prepared, you immediately notice the quality and care that goes into every meal. So the wait is more than worth it! If you value fresh, delicious cuisine, you should definitely stop by here. Highly recommended!

We ended up there on a recommendation for gluten-free food and were thrilled. 95% of the dishes can be ordered gluten-free and our four-year-old was very happy about that. Very good cuisine, in which the schnitzel is not pounded and the fried potatoes are homemade. Greetings to the team and keep it up!

Waited over an hour for the food only to be told the order had disappeared. Also overpriced food and overpriced drinks. Very very bad.

We actually wanted to go to another restaurant, but couldn't get a seat there. In hindsight I have to say, man good. Great service, great food, portions to fill you up and all at fair prices. We had to wait longer for the food, about 45 minutes after ordering, but the quality was everything. We'll definitely be back.

We were with two children, 4 months and 4 years, 4 adults. We felt completely comfortable. Great service, even for the 4 year old, pens and sheets. Food was very good. The ambience is very appealing, feel-good factor, perfect. Thank you for a great dinner.

We have actually always been very happy with this restaurant. The food is still delicious, but this year we were more than disappointed with the service outside. A very unfriendly service, who reacted angrily to requests for changes when ordering the food, did not ask about satisfaction or 'thundered' the food onto the table almost wordlessly, unfortunately does not help us to continue to visit this restaurant regularly.

Wir wären nicht in das Restaurant gegangen, wenn wir uns auf die Webseite und die Internetangaben verlassen hätten. Da ist noch Handlungsbedarf. ABER: Wir sind auf Empfehlung und mit einer Reservierung (dringend notwendig) am Samstag Abend zum 2 Gänge Menü dort gewesen. Die Service-Mitarbeiterin war flott und auf Zack. Großes Lob an das Team. Das Restaurant war sehr gut besucht und trotzdem wurde jeder Gast beachtet. Die Speisen waren köstlich und kamen ansprechend an den Tisch. Die Portionen waren einen langen Tag an der See entsprechend und wir sind gut gesättigt aufgestanden. Die Location ist schön und modern eingerichtet. Tipp: zeigt das tolle Restaurant und das Team doch auch im Netz.

The food was OK, but nothing special. Service was also ok, no one was unfriendly, but I didn't feel very welcome either. It's nice to sit, the winter garden is great, especially in warm weather.

Ambience nice. Eating well. Had fried fish with potato salad. Fried fish with beer batter was wobbly and not served immediately after preparation. Potato salad with mayo was very dry. There was probably nothing to it except mayo. Service was friendly.

Service was a bit slow, but the place was packed and the one poor lady serving the tables did work pretty hard, and she did so with a smile. The food was ok, some in our group liked it more than others, but nobody was disappointed. It could be a bit more comfortable, a bit more charming. All a bit 1980s/90s.

Waren oft in diesen Restaurants und sehr zufrieden, was sich aber geändert hat. Eine ältere sehr unhöfliche blonde Kellnerin schien unsere Anwesenheit zu stören, was sie uns auch deutlich zeigte! Bisher kannten wir dieses Restaurant als kinderfreundlich, heute nicht. Zumindest nicht zu unseren Kindern! Hängt wohl sehr von der jeweiligen Bedienung ab. Andere Kinder am Nachbartisch bekamen Stifte angeboten. So fühlte ich mich wie ein Gast zweiter Klasse! Auch wenn die Küche beste Arbeit leistete, ist der seit Jahren gute Gesamteindruck nun erschüttert worden!

On the recommendation of friends, the restaurant was visited in the evening because it was supposed to be family-friendly. Should! Crayons were offered to the neighboring table, but unfortunately not to our children. Nobody treated the children kindly. Why? The reception was also very unfriendly and the service was not very courteous or committed. We had the feeling of not being welcome here. Too bad! But the competition in Heiligenhafen is very fierce!

After we met the senior manager at the wine festival, we were guests in the restaurant today. We ate there for the first time and were absolutely thrilled. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere. Everything is very clean and attractively furnished and is located right on the harbor. The service is very attentive and very friendly and accommodating. The selection of dishes is extensive. Everything is freshly prepared and very tasty. We can only recommend this restaurant.

We have been coming here for many years and as always we are very happy with the room. Clean and have a great view of the harbor. We have been going to Heiligenhafen for over 20 years and even longer. It is mandatory to dine in this restaurant once. Always delicious, the service is very nice and whether you sit in the restaurant or outside on the covered terrace, it is very cozy and you feel like you are in good hands. This is the third time we have been guests here. The rooms are modern, clean and have a great view of the harbor. The waitresses are all very friendly and nice. The food is always very tasty. Whether it's fish dishes or roulade, we can recommend everything. We have always received a warm welcome here and feel like we are part of the family. Many thanks to the whole team. Very nicely located directly on the harbor promenade in an outdoor structure. You can sit inside or outside and are protected from rain and wind. Food was super tasty and a really good portion. Come back for dinner!

Everything except the fried fish is gluten-free here. The boss also has celiac disease, the employee was extremely friendly and knew very well about gluten-free food. Extra charge 2€. Extremely delicious and juicy schnitzel with fried potatoes, classic German. Totally delicious and would be happy again.

There are coloring pages for the children to fill in the waiting times. Delicious food, attentive waitress. A little too much. My child was grabbed too much. But everything is very child-friendly.

Went there for a little lunch. The food was very tasty. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I actually wanted to prepare a larger table for us, but that wasn't necessary for us. No matter for the large menu or something in between, we'll be happy to come back.

Stopped here spontaneously, there was plenty of space in the pavilion in front of the entrance and despite the cool weather it was very pleasant there. Fish and service were top, prices were fair. We felt much more comfortable than we would have in the newly designed promenade area :-)

Nice and always friendly service, delicious food at reasonable prices. The “fried potato platter” was particularly great. On one platter there was roast beef, sour meat and a sour herring, great! We will be back.
