On the recommendation of friends, the restaurant was visited in the evening because it was supposed to be family-friendly. Should! Crayons were offered to the neighboring table, but unfortunately not to our children. Nobody treated the children kindly. Why? The reception was also very unfriendly and the service was not very courteous or committed. We had the feeling of not being welcome here. Too bad! But the competition in Heiligenhafen is very fierce!

Waren oft in diesen Restaurants und sehr zufrieden, was sich aber geändert hat. Eine ältere sehr unhöfliche blonde Kellnerin schien unsere Anwesenheit zu stören, was sie uns auch deutlich zeigte! Bisher kannten wir dieses Restaurant als kinderfreundlich, heute nicht. Zumindest nicht zu unseren Kindern! Hängt wohl sehr von der jeweiligen Bedienung ab. Andere Kinder am Nachbartisch bekamen Stifte angeboten. So fühlte ich mich wie ein Gast zweiter Klasse! Auch wenn die Küche beste Arbeit leistete, ist der seit Jahren gute Gesamteindruck nun erschüttert worden!

Yesterday I ate in this restaurant with my wife for the first time and I have to say everything was delicious and the price-performance ratio was also good. I can only recommend Käppen Plambeck. The staff super friendly.

After we met the senior manager at the wine festival, we were guests in the restaurant today. We ate there for the first time and were absolutely thrilled. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere. Everything is very clean and attractively furnished and is located right on the harbor. The service is very attentive and very friendly and accommodating. The selection of dishes is extensive. Everything is freshly prepared and very tasty. We can only recommend this restaurant.

We have been going to Heiligenhafen for over 20 years and even longer. It is mandatory to dine in this restaurant once. Always delicious, the service is very nice and whether you sit in the restaurant or outside on the covered terrace, it is very cozy and you feel like you are in good hands. I can definitely recommend Käppen Plambeck. Therefore a clear 5 stars 🌟

This is the third time we have been guests here. The rooms are modern, clean and have a great view of the harbor. The waitresses are all very friendly and nice. The food is always very tasty. Whether it's fish dishes or roulade, we can recommend everything. We have always received a warm welcome here and feel like we are part of the family. Many thanks to the whole team. Very nicely located directly on the harbor promenade in an outdoor structure. You can sit inside or outside and are protected from rain and wind. Food was super tasty and a really good portion. Come back for dinner!

It has always been delicious and the service is great. The staff are always friendly, attentive but not intrusive. We always enjoy coming to dinner and to the holiday apartments!

Everything except the fried fish is gluten-free here. The boss also has celiac disease, the employee was extremely friendly and knew very well about gluten-free food. Extra charge 2€. Extremely delicious and juicy schnitzel with fried potatoes, classic German. Totally delicious and would be happy again.

There are coloring pages for the children to fill in the waiting times. Delicious food, attentive waitress. A little too much. My child was grabbed too much. But everything is very child-friendly.

Went there for a little lunch. The food was very tasty. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I actually wanted to prepare a larger table for us, but that wasn't necessary for us. No matter for the large menu or something in between, we'll be happy to come back.

Stopped here spontaneously, there was plenty of space in the pavilion in front of the entrance and despite the cool weather it was very pleasant there. Fish and service were top, prices were fair. We felt much more comfortable than we would have in the newly designed promenade area :-)

Thanks to the new furnishings, the restaurant looks fast. The menu is balanced, I think it's great that you can order some dishes in smaller portions. The service is very friendly.

We were there with four colleagues. The waiter was very nice. The menus were brought quickly and the drinks also arrived quickly. The food was, as always, very good and the prices weren't excessively high, probably appropriate for the operator. As soon as a glass was empty, you were asked if you wanted a refill. Since we are locals, we will definitely come back there.

Wir haben so gut hier gegessen. Mein Steak war so perfekt und eine gute Qualität vom Fleisch, mega. Zudem hat unsere Tochter (3 Jahre) gleich etwas zum malen bekommen und wurde auf Augenhöhe begrüßt und behandelt. Sie würde gefragt was sie essen möchte und trinken und nicht nur die Eltern. Zudem gab es am Ende noch eine Überraschung für Kinder. Selten so ein tolles, kinderfreundliches Restaurant erlebt, was mit Kindern so toll umgeht 🤩 da kommen wir gerne wieder. Wir haben tatsächlich die Bilder vom essen vergessen 🫣 da wir so einen Hunger hatten und es so lecker war um aufzuhören und Fotos zu machen.

Ein sehr gemütliches Restaurant. Sehr schick eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Die Kids haben sofort was zum malen bekommen. Das Essen war super lecker. Alles war sehr heiß serviert. Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis passt auf jeden Fall. Werden wieder dort als Gäste einkehren.

Wir wollten ohne Anmeldung etwas Essen und haben einen Tisch bekommen. Wir wurden nett bedient und aufs Essen mussten wir auch nicht lange warten. Ich hatte Grünkohl mit Kassler und Bratkartoffeln. Es war sehr lecker. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis war Ok. Wir werden nochmal dort hingehen

Wir waren spontan dort und wurden sehr warmherzig empfangen. Wir konnten uns einen Tisch aussuchen und bekamen auch schnell unsere Bestellung. Der Fisch war perfekt gegart und frisch und die Bratkartoffeln waren ein absoluter Traum. Dazu selbstgemachte Remoulade und es war einfach perfekt. Genau für solch ein tolles Essen geht man ins Restaurant! Es war einfach perfekt.

Heute ging es zu Käppen Plambeck. Da war ich tatsächlich auch erst zum 2. mal… es gab eine Zwiebelsuppe, die war eher mittelmäßig, aber nicht überragend… und als Hauptgericht den Heiligenhafener Pannfisch mit Senfsoße, Bratkartoffeln und Gurkensalat, absolut perfekt und super 👍 lecker und die Bratkartoffel Platte (Sauerfleisch, Rostbeef und saurer Hering, dazu Remoulade und Bratkartoffeln) war auch absolut grandios! Uns hat es gefallen und es wird garantiert nicht unser letzter Besuch gewesen sein! 🫶🤩👌1 Stern ziehe ich ab für die Suppe und den zwar freundlichen Service aber nicht herzlichen… eher weil es so sein muss.

Es ist Grünkohl Zeit, wir hatten uns spontan entschlossen, unseren Appetit nach Grünkohl nach zu gehen. Das Essen war wirklich super lecker, ein sehr freundlicher Kellner. Das Essen war heiß und recht schnell da. Preis und Leistung stimmt hier absolut. Auch der Backfisch mit selbst gemachten Kartoffelsalat ist sehr zu empfehlen. Rundherum ein gelungener Abend vielen Dank!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gibt sich sehr viel Mühe damit der Gast sich wohlfühlen kann. Das Essen ist sehr gut und ausreichend um satt zu werden. Gepflegte Getränke runden den Service ab. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut. Wir hatten dort auch ein Zimmer gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden 👍

Nach mehreren Jahren war ich hier wieder zum Essen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist seit meinem letzten Besuch moderner geworden, aber sonst ist zum Glück alles beim alten geblieben: hervorragende norddeutsche Küche, schneller und aufmerksamer Service und ein superfreundliches nettes Team. Sehr empfehlen kann ich den Pannfisch.

Ende Oktober 2023 kamen wir spontan vorbei. Es gab genug freie Plätze und wir nahmen gerne im Pavillon draußen Platz. Dank der Heizstraler ist es wirklich sehr warm. Hier gab es für jeden was leckeres und wir wurden alle wirklich sehr satt... Besonders hervorheben möchte ich hier, dass der Burger auf dem Foto ein glutenfreie ist. Da hat sich jemand sehr gefreut, Mal wieder einen Burger essen zu dürfen. Wenn wir das nächste Mal hier sind, kommen wir gerne nochmal vorbei.

Warmes Willkommen - auch mit Hund - an einem dunklen November-Nachmittag. Ein leckerer Cheeseburger und anschließend warmer Apfelstrudel mit Vanillesauce. So lecker und liebevoll serviert. Hier wird Gastlichkeit gelebt und geliebt. Danke an Annabell Ramm und ihr Team 🫶

Ich hatte ein Kapitäns Teller. Es war ganz gut. Nur ich würde es gut finden wenn man dazu eine Soße anbiete würde.

Gutbürgerliche Küche, netter Service, Preise okay. Ich persönlich empfehle die Fischgerichte. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Wir waren mittags dort mit zwei Hunden und haben gebackenen Dorsch mit Bratkartoffeln und Schnitzel mit frischen Champions, Bratkartoffeln und Sauce Holondaise gegessen. Der Service war super freundlich. Es war alles frisch. Sehr lecker und das Ambiente stimmt auch. Vielen Dank.

Hier hatten wir für den ersten Abend unseres Urlsubs reserviert. Eine zweite Chance gibt es nicht, da das Lokal Betriebsferien macht. Der Service sehr zugewandt, freundlich und flott. Auf Anhieb hätte ich auch für das Essen 5 Sterne vergeben, aber nachdem wir jetzt ein paar weitere Locations kennenlernen durften, möchte ich objektiv bleiben, denn im Plambeck waren es die Saucen, die eher nicht Punkten konnten. Die Senfsauce zum Pannfisch war recht dünn und plörrig, die Champignons auf dem Schnitzel etwas zwiebellastig. Bitte nicht falsch verstehen, ein gutes Lokal und wir würden auch wiederkommen, das Essen hat gut geschmeckt, aber die "Tunke" muss eben auch passen und das gelingt a.a.O. etwas besser. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Eine wunderbare kulinarisches Erlebnis und einer besten Restaurants in Heiligenhafen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut und ich würde es jedem in Heiligenhafen weiterempfehlen. Ich empfehle übrigens den Backfisch mit Bratkartoffeln

Das Personal war super freundlich, das Essen (Krabbensuppe, Panfisch und Grillgemüse) hervorragend. Vor allem gab es lecker Jever. Ich vergebe wirklich sehr, sehr selten 5 Sterne. Wir waren in den letzten Jahren immer mal wieder dort und wurden nie enttäuscht. Die Preise sind auch absolut angemessen. Danke.
