The ice cream is okay, not to my taste, but everyone's taste is different. What's really disgusting, however, is the persistent and rude "begging" for tips. The lady who sold us the ice cream was already extremely pushy with the customer before us and was noticeably annoyed with us because we didn't give anything. The first and last time we bought ice cream here.

The selection wasn't great, unfortunately. I understand there was no pistachio, but there wasn't even stracciatella. So we moved on...

The ice cream is truly delicious. The service is excellent. The location is perfect. What I'm a bit concerned about are the prices. I'm not sure if they're justified. It's supposed to be something special.

If you're going on annual leave, you should also adjust that online. I came here for nothing. Thanks.

After a delicious fish dish, you have to have some ice cream. The location is very good, right on the marina, next to GOSCH. I opted for yogurt and cherry, my better half for walnut caramel. €2 per scoop is quite a price. The ice cream was good but not outstanding, right up there with the Carte D'Or. Try it, recommended.

The scoop, at €2 for a SMALL one, is a real challenge... you want to impress with unique flavors, but you can't. I've enjoyed unusual flavors in other cities, but they were delicious there too. Unfortunately, not so much here.

Unfortunately, we didn't like the ice cream here at all. It didn't seem particularly high quality to us, and the extremely high price of 2 euros per scoop was incomprehensible to us.

Unfortunately the ice cream (Black & White) didn't taste good at all. I can't recommend it. It tasted like cheap ice cream from Lidl. And I can't understand the saying on the counter "we're lowering the prices" since a scoop of ice cream costs €2. Maybe rename it to “We melt the taste and especially your wallet”. 😑👎

Super delicious ice cream flavors, always delicious here. Recommend the Physalis ice cream - a dream! Vegan ice cream flavors are also available and are super delicious!

We already know Giovanni L. from other cities and would have been very happy to be able to enjoy such delicious ice cream in Heiligenhafen. According to the website, opening hours should be 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. During the nine days of vacation, we couldn't even enjoy ice cream in the late afternoon/early evening because it was already closed or the staff were already cleaning and didn't want to sell any more ice cream. I have no idea what was going on last week. Too bad!!!

Incorrect opening hours. We traveled an extra 15km by car and found out at 9 p.m. that the shop was closed. Please update opening times to avoid something like this!
