We tried the then brand new veggie options and were thrilled with the taste. The super friendly employee even cut the rolls for us so we could share them more easily 🔥

The store is very nicely integrated into the mall. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. The wait was relatively short. The food was as expected.

I got in line at around 11:10. There were no other customers there. Two women behind the counter were chatting to the saleswoman, but unfortunately they didn't stop. I wanted a red-nosed sandwich. I said hello, a second time, louder, "Are you still there?" Then the dark-skinned woman came over and asked what I wanted. The second woman was, I assume, German, blonde, a bit tall. Note: Unfriendly service. But the fish sandwich was tasty. Note: I'm giving it 5 stars now because you gave me a friendly answer. Thank you.

Five of us went to Nordsee today, and unfortunately, the visit was rather disappointing. The potato salad was heavily vinegary and tasted more like cheap supermarket produce. The pollock seemed bland and very greasy. The drinks weren't fizzy enough either. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the restrooms was unsatisfactory – there was no soap either. I used to associate Nordsee with fresh, tasty fish and good potato salad. Unfortunately, the quality today couldn't live up to that experience. Given the prices, I wish the quality was back. The shop is really nice, spacious, and there's plenty of space to sit. The location is also nice.

Great service, super friendly staff on the late shift on August 21, 2025. I'm pleasantly surprised. You don't see that often in fast-food restaurants in Berlin. I'd love to come back. Keep it up!

The North Sea isn't somewhere outside like in the photo, but rather on the second floor in Alexa. It would be better if it were displayed in Maps.

Even though this Nordsee branch is located in a large shopping center, you feel very well looked after in this food court.

June 16th, lunch. Busy. I wanted to order takeout at the entrance. An overwhelmed, stressed employee sent us to the other side and said she was alone – lunchtime? Full, but only one employee. Many, including me, left again – about 10 people. Do you really think you can save money like that? You're just losing money. I felt sorry for the employee. She should find another job before the stress seriously damages her.

The food was delicious. I'd happily go back anytime.

The food is fine, as you would expect from the North Sea. The staff is moderately courteous but not rude either. Card payments are not welcome.

Scam. You have a terminal for card payments but you said that only cash payment is possible. Agree to only pay the price for 2 rolls with card. An interesting approach by such a large restaurant chain to extort money from customers. For what reason is cash payment only possible? To facilitate tax evasion or income concealment? The employee did not answer questions about where one could find out about the need for a cash payment.

Hello, If you planned to go to Alexa and order a menu (Nordsee on Alexa 2nd floor), you should be there at least an hour before the end. That means it's open until 8:00 p.m., but from 6:55 p.m. the rest is sold! Only what is on the counter is offered. Fresh food is no longer prepared because everything has been cleaned. As on 03/27/2025 at 6:55 p.m.: There were no potatoes as the machine was being cleaned and only the fish was available at the counter. Too bad.

Sales person knows how to humilate clients - when I asked in English is the soup gluten free, she gave me huge map with papers to find out by myself. When I said I do not read in German, she answered to me in German in very agressive voice tone. I will never, never go to that brand and place!

Das Personal hatte offensichtlich keine Lust auf Kunden, die "Scholle vom Grill" war matschig weich und geschmacksneutral, die Bratkartoffeln schmeckten richtig alt, weich und künstlich. Wir hatten schon nach ein paar Bissen bereut, hier etwas bestellt zu haben. Schlechter geht kaum noch.

This is simply a top team, friendly, really fast. I'm a regular customer there and whenever I have some free time or on Saturdays at the weekend, I'm mostly there to pick up my lunch. Inside the shopping centre. There is no usual variety. Still, we were pleased with what we ate. If you come to Alexa, I recommend it.

I ate there with my wife and the service was extremely bad. The lady was very rude and when I asked what sauces were available she simply showed me a sign and didn't answer. Now let's be honest. Unfriendly service. You now have to do everything at the terminal...if you ask, you can also pay at the old school checkout. Had a problem paying, the order could not be processed. The saleswoman asked me to try it on the other terminal, so I did it on all of them and always had the same problem. But I wasn't alone with it either. The lady doesn't feel like helping; after all, she can't always help. But there were also older people there and had problems. I'll never go there as a tourist again. Then it's better to be at home in the Ruhr area, where the ladies are friendlier and helpful. One star just because you have to otherwise prefer zero stars.

Ice-cold fried fish baguette, breading could be peeled off the cold something (fish???) like a plastic wrapper, baguette sticky, tables greasy, dirty... Probably no one is interested, new walk-in customers come every day, at least it won't happen to us again.

К сожалению, не понятно, здесь отзывы про тот ресторан, который на втором этаже фудкорта, или какой-то другой на улице? В списке объектов торгового центра вас нет. Это надо исправить. А тот ресторан, который на втором этаже вполне хороший, меню обычное, работники приветливые, цены стандартные, мест за столиками много. Спасибо.

Sehr enttäuscht gewesen von dem Backfisch im Brot ,und von den Garneln mit Pommes sehr sehr schlechter Geschmack schade. Aber die Hübsche Rothaarige Bedienung war sehr nett gewesen :D

Mega lecker, sehr freundliche Bedienung

Eigentlich kaufe ich hier gerne mal was, Essen ist für "Fastfood" doch schon einer höheren Qualität, man wird schnell und fast immer freundlich bedient. Leider habe ich bei meinem letzten Besuch dort mitbekommen, dass eine Angestellte nachdem ihr etwas vom Essen auf die Hand getropft ist, sie dies abgeleckt hat und sich im Anschluss nicht die Hände gewaschen hat. Leider nach den letzten Jahren für mich ein absolutes No-Go. Falls man beim Management vielleicht darauf aufmerksam machen könnte und zu Handschuh-Verwendung beim Umgang mit Lebensmitteln zurückgreift, werde ich meine Bewertung gerne wieder nach oben anpassen.

Sorry. Aber das haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Der Backfisch wird hier kalt serviert. Auf die Frage, ob sie den Backfisch aufwärmen können, kam nur die Antwort: "Nein, der ist ja aus der Kühltheke." Selten so ein unmotiviertes Personal erlebt.

Es wird sich von jeder Seite angestellt und auch gemischt jeder mal dran genommen. Stand wie - wortwörtlich - ein Idi** an der Stelle, wo „Bitte hier anstellen“ stand. Wurde bestimmt 5 Minuten ignoriert. Bin dann da hin, wo 3 Personen standen (auch eine Kasse), wo der Bediener, ein Mann, stand und diese auch bediente. Als er diese fertig bediente und nun mehr Personen sich dort ansammelten, zeigte er auf die andere Seite, wo ich zuvor stand. Alle rannten sie nun rüber und es standen plötzlich 7 Personen vor mir. Haben vorn nahezu alles leer gekauft. Zu mir sagte man dann, nachdem ich dort 20 MINUTEN stand „alles leer, wir machen gleich zu“. Ich dachte ich falle vom Stuhl. Sorry aber so unorganisiert habe ich es noch nie erlebt! Nie mehr wieder!

Hier habe ich mein heiß geliebten Küsten Backfisch warm serviert gegessen, man muss ein bisschen warten, aber dann schmeckte ihm auch viel besser!

Restaurante localizado no 2⁰ andar do Shopping Alexa, na praça de alimentação. Atendimento ágil e muito cortês - tivemos a sorte de sermos atendidos por um homem extremamente simpático e gentil. O preço é OK, considerando que é um shopping em uma região central, turística e movimentada. Os pedaços de peixe são grandes, muito bem servidos. Pegamos o combo Premium (salmão, batata frita e coca-cola) e um cone tamanho normal de camarão com batata frita - molhos à parte, mas inclusos no preço. Total de €19 para uma refeição que dá para dividir entre duas pessoas com pouca fome.

Freundliche Verkäufer zu gutem leckeren Fisch, und das noch zu einem fairen Preis. Klar zur Mittagszeit etwas voll, aber das ist logisch. Allerdings sie Plastikbecher für die Softdrink fand ich nicht so gut, hätte mir ein Glas gewünscht. Trotzdem Daumen hoch.

Das Backfisch Brötchen roch nach altem Bratfett und schmeckte auch so. Danach gab’s dann Magen Darmbeschwerden.

Wir waren hier mittags essen und doch etwas enttäuscht. Die Mitarbeiterin hatte nicht gerade die beste Laune, zu Fisch und Beilage gab es entweder Remoulade oder nix (zumindest hat sie nichts anderes angeboten) und das Getränk war ein 0,2 Liter Billig-Plastikbecher. Schön geht anders. Dafür war es zu teuer. Schade, denn wir hatten uns auf einen leckeren Fisch gefreut.

Man isst nur Panade, kein Stück Fisch geschmeckt. War einfach eklig! Wollte mich nur noch übergeben.

Coupons eingelöst. Gute Auswahl und gute Qualität, das Personal immer hilfsbereit. Sehr gut in den Foodcourt des Alexa integriert.

Das Essen war absolut okay für den Preis. Leider ist die Bedienung mit den blonden Haaren und dem Zopf so unhöflich, dass ich deshalb dort nicht noch einmal essen werde. Schade!!!

Ich wurde hier heute superfreundlich und mit einem Lachen bedient. Das war sehr erfreulich. Ansonsten bekommt man hier das, was man bei der Kette erwartet: Es ist eben ein Imbiss mit Fischgerichten. Diese werden wie in einer Kantine vorbereitet und liegen dann im Warmhaltetresen. Dafür sind die Preise akzeptabel und das Schollenfilet mit Bratkartoffeln schmeckte gut. Das Ganze noch als Menü mit einem 0,2 L-Softdrink für 7,90 €, das ist OK.

Garnelen, Calamari wurde frisch gemacht, was toll ist aber der Teig bei den Calamari war leider noch nicht durch sonst, lecker.

If you like sea food, Nordsee is one of the best. Good quality and acceptable price.
