I was there last week with my kids. The service was incredibly friendly and competent, the food was absolutely delicious, and my kids even got something that wasn't exactly on the menu – their flexibility was fantastic! The ship is very well-maintained, and the fireplace made it very cozy. We'd love to come back again! PS: Even though this is a great review, it wasn't bought. :)

I was there for a company event with a buffet. The food was very good. The young team pleasantly surprised me. The common misconception that Generation Z can't and won't do this is completely different. Quite the opposite. The ship-like atmosphere inside, as well as the outdoor area (terrace) facing the water, is truly beautiful. Therefore, I can happily recommend this location and will be back next summer.

Where do I even begin... the place is so beautiful, the setting is simply unique, the staff is so attentive and friendly, and the food was amazing. If you're looking for an exceptional location for a party or celebration, or just want to enjoy a great meal somewhere unique, this is the place for you. I've rarely eaten so well and experienced such great staff.

We had a team event, and nothing was left to be desired. The food was fantastic, and the staff were extremely courteous and attentive. What a magical location!!! We rented the clipper in October 2025 and held a private party there. The staff was very attentive and very friendly. The food was lovingly prepared and very fresh, delicious, and plentiful. The location is highly recommended, and we would gladly return.

Well, just looking at the menu, I'm already full. What's a vegan oyster mushroom scallop??? 4 fish fingers with a tablespoon of fried potatoes and ketchup for €14.30??? No thanks!!!

My recommendation for a light snack would be the buttered toast with salmon and salad. Herb scrambled eggs made with organic eggs, served with bread and salad. I haven't had such a well-presented meal in a long time. It's freshly prepared and delicious. Here, you eat with your eyes. The prices are reasonable; I always say, live and let live. An absolute must for every visitor to Berlin, and of course for everyone else as well. A definite local recommendation.

A restaurant ship in the Spree: delicious food, but small portions and quite expensive. Ambience excellent, staff totally friendly. Despite the criticism of the food, I recommend the place.

We waited 20 minutes for two drinks, even though the restaurant was empty! We left because the waitress had simply forgotten about us, even though she had walked past us several times and seen us sitting there waiting. No service!

I wanted to dock my boat and dine with a group, but the restaurant was empty. The table was reserved, and the docking would cost €65. Now it's all over!

A very nice fish restaurant near Treptower Park, right at the end of a cul-de-sac. Parking is available, but you shouldn't rely on it. We had the smoked salmon and the stew, which was more for those with a light appetite but still delicious. The service was very attentive and competent. The prices are a bit high, but justified.

I've loved this place since childhood, and with the terrace, it's simply a lovely place to linger, even in the summer. The service staff is a mix of experienced and pleasant and inexperienced but friendly. The place—like so many places in Berlin—isn't for people who expect fine service and seem to tolerate only that. In that respect, I recommend other cities anyway ;) If it's crowded, you'll probably have to wait a long time (even for drinks). But the food is delicious (I've tried everything from starter soup to smoked fish, salads, and desserts, and I've never been disappointed). The food and the ambiance complete it for me, and I'm happy to wait a little longer for that. But it's like everything in life: your own expectations lead to disappointment, not the surroundings. Recommendation: On sunny days, allow a good 15-30 minutes to find a parking space, or just leave the car at home and go for a walk.

For our wedding anniversary, we had a small, elegant table by the water. It was wonderful to watch the hustle and bustle on the Spree. The Aperol Spritz was delicious. For dinner, we had rump steak and venison goulash. Both were very tasty and presented in an appetizing manner. The service was very attentive and friendly. It won't be our last time here.

Great ambiance. Unforgettable on the banks of the Spree with its evening lighting. This was my third time there. The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The menu is fish-focused, but just right for a former fishing boat.

Outside, it says in bold letters: "Open DAILY from 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM." At 9:30 PM, we were offered "a quick beer at most." Hey, no problem if you have staffing issues, but then please don't advertise your opening hours so loudly!! If you can't rely on the advertised times, I'd rather save myself the long walk from Treptower Park!

I've always loved this restaurant. It offers a great view of the water. You can even have breakfast there until 2 p.m. The menu is extensive and includes unusual dishes like beetroot soup...we really enjoyed everything. The service was very friendly, and we didn't have to wait long. Card payments are accepted. There's a large parking lot and public transport (bus lines) are also nearby. A fun addition: You can rent a boat there!

We stopped here after a Sunday stroll. The restaurant is very nice and open-air; you can even sit in the hull of the ship. The staff is super friendly and attentive. You can always ask for senior citizen portions! They'll adjust the price accordingly. We'll be back!

We went to breakfast on Monday, as we had twice before. I've been bedridden with symptoms of food poisoning since this afternoon. The salad tasted fishy, ​​but despite complaining, it was ignored. The boiled egg was cold and almost completely runny. We'll be avoiding the place.

Delicious food with classic German cuisine and fish dishes, along with very friendly service. The location right on the water is naturally a highlight, especially in summer. However, the prices are significantly too high – unfortunately, the value for money isn't right.

Very nice location, great food and delicious homemade rhubarb spritzer

Today, 30°C in the shade and in Alt-Treptow! So I went to the Klipper restaurant ship! I treated myself to two Berliner Weisse with woodruff, one wild boar goulash with napkin dumplings, red cabbage, and cranberries, and topped it off with a Swedish ice cream sundae! Everything was absolutely delicious 😋 The food and atmosphere are absolutely fantastic, and the service is top-notch! The Klipper isn't a snack bar! They offer high-quality cuisine! Of course, that comes at a price! I highly recommend the Klipper! Five stars aren't really enough!

Nice location right on the water. Attentive, fast, and friendly service. Portions were okay. However, the large salad plate (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, dried tomatoes, olives, feta) for 19.50 was not big enough, too dry, a bit uninspired, and definitely not big enough for the price. The elderflower lemonade was very tasty, but I discovered a small maggot floating on the mint leaves – apparently not grown sufficiently?! Thanks anyway!

Great ambience for that summer feeling

The atmosphere is great in the summer, but you can sit inside the boat in the winter. The food is good, and you can have breakfast until the afternoon. The price is a bit high, but the service is okay.

A beautifully located restaurant: The seating here is excellent, especially on sunny, windless evenings. Parking is also not a problem. The food wasn't bad, but not outstanding, and relatively expensive (most dishes around €25). The drinks were also rather expensive (beer €6, tea €5). The service was friendly, but rather unattentive (repeated orders had to be repeated).

We were just there, but unfortunately, Maps says it's open until 1 a.m., while the website says it's open until midnight. We were turned away because it was apparently already closed (we were there at 10:40 p.m. on July 30th).

We were invited to a family celebration. It was on the water with a direct view of the Zenner. The atmosphere was simply wonderful. The buffet was very well-chosen, with something for everyone: zander, roulades, wraps, chanterelles, and a particularly delicious beetroot soup. The service was friendly and quick.

A restaurant on a boat – right on the Spree! Exactly as beautiful as I imagined. One of the few truly good fish restaurants in Berlin with a fair price-performance ratio. Even though the ambiance isn't particularly elegant or fancy – which is what I usually like – the food was simply delicious. Of course, I had to try the homemade lemonade right away: the elderflower lemonade was a real highlight! We'd definitely love to come back.

In Jul. and on a Fri. evening at 11pm while getting inside we were told they’re closing while still serving others! Running a business by kids okay but how about at least change your working hours in Google for god sake!

It was a birthday surprise for my husband! And it was unexpectedly good! The service was super friendly and attentive, and the food was really good (my husband is a chef), and he thoroughly enjoyed it! We'll definitely be back.

Visited there on a happy occasion but it was ruined by the waitress who served us. She was so rude in her behaviour without any reason, or maybe because of my skin color? I am not sure but Will never come back.

I highly recommend this place. As a very discerning cook, I have to say: They use fresh ingredients, which is the most important thing, and they're well-seasoned, cooked properly, not overcooked or undercooked, so the vegetables are cooked but still crispy. The meat and seafood are also very well-prepared. With a beautiful view and good service, hmmm... Top!

I was really embarrassed to invite eight friends there for my birthday. No one even came close to filling up on a main course that cost €18-28. No birthday greeting, absolutely tiny (and really nice-looking!) portions. You're paying for the location, which is really nice! But for €30, I got a whole ladle of potato salad with a delicious but very dry salmon fillet. Not really recommended. The waiters seemed a bit overwhelmed. The drinks were also very lukewarm: apple juice mixed with water, no real flavor, for €7. I recommend the elderflower drink.

We had to wait an hour for our food. And no accommodating staff, no small fee to compensate for the wait. We won't be going there again. Very unprofessional.

The meal was a disaster. My venison goulash was completely overcooked. The red cabbage tasted so sour, it was inedible. The dumplings tasted of nothing. Furthermore, everything was presented very carelessly. My husband's was the same with the ox parcels and the mashed potatoes with gravy; everything was carelessly presented and the taste wasn't great either. Afterwards, we wanted to share a piece of cheesecake, but we didn't eat it. We each took a bite and had no idea what it tasted like!!! Disgusting. We've never eaten such bad food anywhere. Plus, the prices are so high, you'd expect good quality!!! A total disappointment!!!

You're informed at the entrance that card payments aren't accepted. At 2 p.m., almost all of the unoccupied tables had "Reserved" signs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. This meant that the tables had been reserved for almost two hours, even though no one showed up, or the staff didn't want to release them. When we politely asked if we could get a table, we were simply told they didn't know anything about it or that everything was taken. Absolutely outrageous. The restaurant was also relatively empty. A no-go in 2025.

Recommended for lovely hours on the water; it's a bit like walking through a labyrinth... great atmosphere.

Unfortunately, disappointing service Upon arrival, we were kindly escorted to our table by a lady, which was a good start. However, we then sat for quite some time without being offered a menu. Eventually, we had to actively ask for one ourselves. The menu didn't suit our taste, but that's subjective, of course. So we decided to leave the restaurant. What really disappointed us, however, was the disrespectful comment from a waiter as we were leaving: "That's pretty embarrassing," he dismissed us, accompanied by laughter from his colleagues. Such behavior is unprofessional and inappropriate. I would like to use this review to inform other potential guests that, unfortunately, the service in our case was rude, distracted, and disrespectful.

For such high prices, it's not worth eating there. Many items are frozen, and the seasoning isn't good. A white asparagus salad tasted like sugar. The frozen steak potatoes and some onions weren't tasty.

A completely unfriendly, arrogant, and irritated manager who would have gladly sent us away upon arrival. No hot drinks in the evening, and the announcement that we'd only be allowed one hour and only one drink each. They really don't need it anymore. What a disgrace to our host and us as guests. Summary: NEVER AGAIN, I'D RATHER GO TO THE ZENNER 5 MINUTES AWAY! Oh yeah, and Klipper is really expensive!

Very welcoming and cozy, beautiful water views

Totally overpriced, 2 dried-out cakes, 1 milk cafe and 1 tea for €25. And due to the weather there was hardly anyone out and most of the tables were unoccupied and yet we were told that we should take a small table as the large ones are for groups.

We both had the same breakfast and it was super tasty 😋 Staff friendly and the location is in a beautiful place by the water.

It used to be very good here, but that was quite a while ago. The place by the water is well chosen and you can sit well here. Unfortunately, the food was just average and the prices were not appropriate. You even have to pay €1.50 for a glass of tap water, not branded water, mind you. The service was friendly, but not very attentive even though there were few guests. It's a shame.

The restaurant itself is nice and worth a visit but unfortunately that's it. Staff always tried hard and adequately. The prices are absolutely disproportionate to the dish served. Totally overpriced. A "large" salad plate consisted of lettuce, 4 strips of pepper, 4 slices of cucumber, 2 chicory leaves, 2 slices of tomatoes and on top a touch of cress. Duck (5 slices) was tough and cooked way too long. That for €24.50. Absolutely not possible. Never again

There were 8 of us eating there on Sunday. Were very satisfied. Unfortunately there are no senior plates. I was offered a children's plate. I then decided on a soup, which luckily wasn't that big. Always my pleasure.

A lovely restaurant in a unique setting. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious. There's a selection of different main courses, appetizers, desserts, and ice cream. They even smoke the meat on-site, so there's something for every taste, from game to fish and meat dishes. Coffee specialties, fruit spritzers and lemonades, beers and fine wines, cocktails, schnapps, and liqueurs are available to drink. There's something for everyone. The restaurant is located on a ship. There are many tables all around the ship on the winding pier, providing plenty of lovely spots for couples or small groups. Outside the ship, there's also a bar for drinks and additional outdoor restrooms. Go there yourself and see for yourself, and try the food, drinks, and the hospitality of the staff; it's worth it! We'll definitely be back! 😊

Location is cool, everything else is a disaster. Waiters are extremely overwhelmed and you have to wait forever for every order. Nevertheless, they were friendly, otherwise it would have just been a star. The cheesecake was definitely thawed and not fresh, but still cost almost €6. The prices are absolutely exorbitant. Unfortunately, there is hardly any other offering in the area, which is why it is still very crowded here. So: definitely don't go there, you could rather use the money for heating.
