The Bremer sandwich I ordered has nothing to do with the sandwich that has bread. They might have run out of bread, in which case they should ask me. Instead of wrapping it up and giving it away in secret.

The establishment is nice, but the branch is very questionable, although I asked for the food to be heated, and I was assured that it would be so, it was cold. The potatoes cost about 6€ and it was like a "large portion", not worth it at all

Staff unfriendly, food was cold and the box was half full. ! The only answer I got was if you want more you have to pay more or go somewhere else. Got a new mixbox with a lot of discussions and was asked not to come anymore, what kind of service is that! As a rail operator, I know several branches. I've never experienced anything like that at Nordsee. It's really sad 😢 For North Sea

French fries cold, extra mayo too expensive and rolls old.

I tried their pasta menu which is served with a drink. Was fantastic. Pasta with salmon fish. At first I wasn't sure about the taste but after eating I have to say it was way too good. Although I had to wait for a few moments as they said they always make pasta after ordering. It was a good experience with a beautifully decorated atmosphere. Staff was nice and I look forward to going again.

Rude staff, instead of helping customers, they make fun of those who pay. Portion was cold and particularly small, and I didn't even order a children's plate. Before the renovation, I felt more comfortable and treated more fairly here. Now it is explained why North Sea is generating less and less income. It's a real shame because I enjoyed eating at Nordsee.

Very good place to eat something during train transfers. Sandwiches based on fish, of very good quality, fresh and tasty. It has self-service totems that make shopping easier when there are many people.

I regretted not adding extra fish into my sandwich. Soused herring (matjes) was delicious and fresh. Almost all tables were dirty with lots of trash on them.

Looks nice but they're really cheeky. I go there and order a Bismarck roll. It looks ok with 2 fillets on it. He says 5 euros, I give him 5 euros. Then after I paid, the employee noticed that there were 2 fillets on it. He said he had to down one, which he did and gave me the roll with a small fillet. The bun was then only half filled. I'll never go to North Sea and pay for half my fish sandwich again. But the employees were actually quite nice. But it was still a bad experience :(

Today, in addition to the fish roll, I also bought a small box of potato wedges....Unfortunately the box was only half full....very few potato wedges....The price-performance ratio is not right and I think that's a shame.

Despite the high workload, the staff always remains calm and friendly towards the customer! The food also tastes great and is of high quality

I ate half of the plaice because I was very hungry. I hope I won't get sick. Very bad. Shrimp box contains 3 Norwegian shrimps on some fries from the same old chip shop.

Catastrophe. I was there at around 9 p.m. and ordered the new veggie Backvisch rolls. About 5 minutes after ordering I was told they were sold out, but now I'm just getting real fish. (It wasn't even formulated as a question) - So you don't even understand why you order vegetarian dishes... Of course I declined and then the staff said it would take 5 minutes. I was unsure whether it would take 5 minutes to get my money back or whether I would still get the apparently sold-out item. I then got something cold that I didn't know whether it was really vegetarian or not. Throwing it away was out of the question for me. Pretty disturbing experience. Not recommended for vegetarians.

Modern branch with an order terminal at the entrance, which also works great. That's it for the positive. The food we ordered was a disaster, the fried potatoes were cold and soaked in fat. The plaice is lukewarm and also full of fat. When I complained I was told "It's already a long time coming". The garlic sauce was the highlight, unfortunately carelessly slapped onto the plate and not in the bowl. The Hollandaise salmon tasted ok, but the sauce was flaky. Only my daughter was happy with the “grilled salmon”. Staff unfriendly and rude. My wife wanted to have the shrimp box that was on the plate as a "box" to take away, as it was ordered, the lady at the counter simply poured the plate into the bag and considered her job to be done. Conclusion no thanks, all this for 75 euros??? Absolutely underground in every way

Expensive, little and doesn't taste good.

The prices are almost the same as in a restaurant, and the presentation is disgusting. The fish is burnt. The place is not very clean

The worst branch I've ever seen. They simply add €6 to the dishes and the food looks so scary that you will definitely get food poisoning. The employees are unfriendly and unmotivated. I definitely give this branch a wide berth. Just disgusting.

Underground! The fish sandwich was extremely cold. You can only taste the tartar sauce, the bun was rubbery. Service had no sound, so it didn't take place. You were allowed to sit down, which was positive.

Rooms are no longer beautiful, impersonal. Matjesbrötchen is now called Matjes Baguette and comes with a fillet, for €5.29 you want to have two fillets like before, it's called the Big and costs +€1.5 The bun from before was replaced by a cheap strand bun. Virtually doubling the price while reducing the quality. Also incredibly slow. Some customers disappeared from the queue at some point - after all, you usually want to get a train. I'll find an alternative next time.

After I wanted to order at the counter instead of at the service terminal, I was ignored for 10 minutes. After asking twice, I was rudely told that I would have to be patient. Employees seemed completely overwhelmed. I then left. 3 other people behind me in the meantime too

The lady today, May 10th, 2024 at 9 p.m. was very rude. I got half portions to take away, there were banished leftovers and mixed things that I didn't even order. She just left a bag there for me. Instead of putting my food in the bag for the customer like normal with others. She can vent her bad mood elsewhere. I used to enjoy eating here, but unfortunately that will now change.

After the renovation, this branch is now much more modern and innovative with Easy Order and app ordering. Diverse offering, lots of seating. Good prices for good portions.

Good day, I visited Konrad-Adenauer-Platz 14 Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof, 40210 Düsseldorf with my children on April 8th, 2024 in North Sea. We ordered from you and sat down with our order, we didn't even start to eat then a homeless man came in and attacked me for no reason and my baby spit on me, Your employees didn't help me. Fortunately, people helped me and the police were on site. I had to go to the hospital with my children. Unfortunately, I don't have a receipt and I wasn't even offered my money back. I ordered from an older gentleman - I know the branch manager is the boss there. How can something like this happen to me in your restaurant? just because you want to save money and don't want to hire security there? McDonalds opposite has security! How can something like this happen to me in your restaurant?

Before the renovation, attractive location and good food and super nice conditions. Now a new ambience, order columns, nice staff, but the selection and quality of the food has decreased significantly. The fish breading was rubbery and not edible, the fried potatoes were soggy and bitter, only the shrimp and fish nuggets were tasty and crispy.

NOT RECOMMENDED at all. I wish I could choose 'zero'. Worst place for tourists,specially who can not read and understand German.

By far the worst North Sea restaurant I have ever visited! I'm actually a big fan of this chain because the food is basically always very good and, in my opinion, represents good value for money. But that's all I can praise about Düsseldorf's main station. The service here has been completely digitized (which is part of it these days and is up-to-date). But when I, as a paying guest, entered my order completely at the terminal (here's another big point of criticism: I didn't want any sauce with my fish, but the terminal didn't accept this and wouldn't have taken me further in the ordering menu without a choice of sauces) and paid in cash If I have confirmed this, I don't expect to be attacked by the restaurant staff, I would be wrong. I was then “kindly” pointed out that payment was made at a different cash register along with the food being picked up, which can seem misleading if you don’t know your way around and nothing of the sort is signposted. Transparency is different, dear North Sea team! At the other checkout, after showing the receipt (after waiting half an eternity for it to continue) I was greeted with the friendly note that I still had to pay. As if the reason for my waiting had been completely different... After I finally got around to eating (and, as I said, it tasted as expected), all I could ultimately say was that I won't be visiting this restaurant again.

Svetlana is very, very slow, disinterested and unfriendly! I placed my order, was alone at the counter and she made rolls in between and cleared things back and forth.... Placed the order until I had it in my hand, 10 minutes!!!!!! Only had a large box of shrimp!

Baked fish rolls and rolls with Bismarck herring bought for €4.79 each. Expected quality and taste for the price. Rolls themselves seemed old and stuffy!!! Very disappointing.

The food at Nordsee in Dusseldorf was okay, suitable for a quick snack or meal. Received 5 prawns for almost 7 euro. Additionally, the customer service provided by Daniel was not very friendly. While the food may suffice for a quick bite, the overall experience could be improved with better service.

I always look forward to delicious fish in the North Sea when I'm near the main train station. Be it at the takeaway counter or in the restaurant. Everything tip top. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would happily recommend it.

Google once again has something against honest reviews, so again: Prices go up but quality goes down. Meanwhile only half a lettuce leaf on the baguette including many bones. I won't waste any more money with you. €4.79 for something like that is a bad joke. Apparently you can only expect the worst quality here. If it happened every now and then you could understand it, but this lousy quality seems to be standard now.

Food and service are OK. But atmosphere and location is not good. The begging mafia walks around freely and asks for money if you eat. It is not good. If you refuse to pay the beggars, they use swear words and leave. I won't go there anymore. You want to have your food in peace, that's everyone's right. So one star.

Das brot war Alt und service slecht.

Leider ist der junge Herr von heute 18.19 Uhr nicht sehr motiviert. Das Essen wird schlicht und total lieblos auf den Teller geklatscht. Die Kleidung dazu in keiner Weise HACCP konform. Heute leider ein No Go. Lange offene Haare und mega ungepflegte und schmutzige Fingernägel. Man könnte meinen man ist in einer Autowerkstatt.

Gar nicht zu empfehlen ! Man kam rein den Kunden null beachtet warten lassen 30 Minuten und erst beim ansprechen wurde uns gesagt das warmes erst gegen 10:30 Uhr gibst aber keine Information irgendwo im Laden hängen ! Das Mittagsmenü erst um die Uhrzeit ist !

trockenste backfischbaguettes die ich je bei einem nordsee bekam.

Die Kartoffeln schmeckten mir gut. Das mediterrane Gemüse war....ok. der "Knusperfisch" war tlw steinharte Schuhsohle in der Mitte war eine teigige Masse auf dem Fisch, der gänzlich ohne Geschmack war. Positiv: ich hatte zum mitnehmen bestellt (konnte deshalb auch nicht reklamieren) , das Essen kam in einer Pappschale mit Holzbesteck.

Sie hören Kunden nicht. Ich habe zwei Mal gesagt, ich habe eine Gutschein. Aber ....

Sehr schlecht Personal kann kein Deutsch Schade ☹️ Als ich Fragte wegen Zusatzstoffe Konnte mir die Mitarbeiter keine konkrete Antwort geben.

Hab mir gestern spontan 2 belegte Brötchen mitgenommen, weil ich Nordsee mal gut in Erinnerung hatte.. leider war ich vom Preis schon echt schockiert für ein kleines aufbackbrötchen mit verwelkten Salat u. einer nicht hochwertigen fischfrikadelle 4.75€ find ich echt krass ..wenn es wenigstens frisch zubereitet werden würde, könnte ich den Preis vielleicht noch nachvollziehen. Am Ende hab ich 10 Euro für 2 Brötchen bezahlt, und es war es einfach nicht wert ..sehr schade

Sehr freundlicher Service, leckere und gut belegte Fischbrötchen. Die Sitzplätze sind zweckmäßig und man kann dem Bahnhofsstress etwas entfliehen.

Super nettes Personal und schneller Service. Es gibt sogar die Möglichkeit, sein übriges Essen selbt in Kartonboxen einzupacken. Die Nordsee-App funktioniert an der Kasse - nicht wie in anderen Filialen - auch einwandfrei; man kann manche Coupons mehrfach einlösen... Nur empfehlenswert, geht auf jeden Fall dorthin, wenn ihr am Bahnhof euren Hunger stillen wollt.

Ich hab ein Mix-Box zum Mitnehmen bestellt und gab es nur 3 Stückchen Fisch und keine Garnelen. Es kostet 6,29€ und das lohnt sich nicht für die Menge ohne Garnelen.

So im allgemeinen war das Essen ganz okay. Nur würde ich schon gerne keine schwarz verkohlten Bratkartoffeln vorfinden. Da mal davon abgehen, wäre es auch super wenn man das Essen nicht ansehnlich auf dem Teller anrichtet. Wie sagt man so schön.. "Das Auge ist mit."

Ein Nordsee-Restaurant, wie ich sie schon aus meiner Jugend kenne: eine gute Auswahl an Fischgerichten. Man muss sich das Essen selbst abholen. Ich habe mich für die Scholle mit Spargel entschieden. Obwohl das Restaurant gut besucht war, musste ich kaum warten. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren freundlich. Die Qualität des Essens solide. Leider gab es keinen Weißwein. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht aber sauber und ordentlich.

Gutes Ambiente und nicht direkt am Hauptweg im Bahnhof. Auch das Personal war freundlich und hat einen perfekten Service abgeliefert.

Questa catena di ristorazione specializzata nella preparazione del pesce, è un buon punto di riferimento per chi non vuole mangiare "pesante" e sopratutto vuole vedere cosa sta per assaggiare, specialmente quando l'approccio con una cucina decisamente nordica è in contrasto con la classica cucina di pesce mediterranea. Infatti, con il suo servizio a self service è possibile dare uno sguardo allle varie pietanze tutte rigorosamente a base di pesce e da scoprire proprio per la tipologia di ricette completamente diversa da chi ha una cultura culinaria mediterranea. Insomma per chi è un italiano come il sottoscritto avere un ristofood di questo tipo, specialmente nelle stazioni è sempre un esperienza diversa. Da provare, io ci sono stato dopo aver provato la prima volta alcuni piatti nel punto vendita della stazione di Zurigo.

Buon takeaway di pesce, comodo e decisamente salutare, meglio che un hamburger nei soliti fastfood. Prezzi più alti della media ma giusti

It's the only German fish franchise since 1896 is still around. Do not compare to any fish restaurant in Spain or a France, rather a fish restaurant in the north of Germany, like Hamburg. Totally typical German selection from smoked fish to fish sticks. The quality is great throughout. My fish soup was superb. Surprisingly. Healthy and awesome...👍

Nordsee Restaurants haben den leckeren 😋 Fisch und immer frisch. Das Personal war ist sehr freundlich, hat mir bei der App Aufladung geholfen und somit konnte ich zum ersten Mal mit der App zahlen. Gruß aus dem Bergischen.

Leider hat die Dame uns heute 40minuten vor Ladenschluss kein Backfisch gemacht

Довольно часто ем здесь рыбу. Очень нравится запеченое филе лосося. Сейчас действуют скидки и можно купить по приятной цене. Если бы персонал был поприветливее и дружелюбнее, оценка была бы выше)

Not bad place, but awful service. I tried to take a photo of menu to translate it in application, but hostess Meryem (name from receipt) said that it’s forbidden. It’s ridiculous, because any lows can forbid me to make photos in public places without people on it. She didn’t try to explain me menu, but spoke with me very rude and unfriendly. She was annoyed when I didn’t know which fish must be in which meal. There are many photos of your prices in Google Maps. Why should staff argue with guests about it? Idiocy! Solider Snack für vegetarische Vischliebhaber:innen :) Gönnt euch die Coupons und probiert Mal die Backvisch und Tunvischbrötchen. Vielleicht schmeckts euch auch :) Scharf war der hier leider gar nicht :/

Leider war ein Fischgericht nicht da, nahm deshalb Bratwurst/Currywurst mit Pommes. Die Pommes waren wieder nur lauwarm und die Bratwurst hat nicht geschmeckt. Und das für 7,49 Euro! Wie andere auch schreiben, die Preise sind hier überhaupt nicht gerechtfertigt! War das letzte Mal dort.

Fischbrötchen hat einfach nur super ranzig geschmeckt. Konnte es nicht aufessen, weil mir schlecht geworden ist

Alles bestens, alles frisch! Immer gerne wieder! Es ist jedoch ein Armutszeugnis für Nordsee, dass es das Restaurant in Düsseldorf nur an zwei Örtlichkeiten (Hbf. und Flughafen) gibt.

Das Essen hat einfach nicht geschmeckt. Mein Freundin hatte Pommes die schmeckt gar nicht der Fisch war nur Lauwarm. Und mein Essen war auch nicht Grade Warm. Und es Fehlt bei beiden Gerichen etwas Salz .Aber die Pommes waren sehr schlecht. Meine Freundin könnt ihr Essen nicht auf Essen weil es ihr nicht geschmeckt hat .Und als wir gegangen sind und ich die Bedienung drauf angesprochen habe habe ich die Antwort bekommen dann bekommen sie ein neues Essen aber da rauf hatten wir keine Zeit und keine Lust mehr

Das Essen war ok, wie es bei Nordsee halt ist. Das Personal könnte allerdings weniger pampig sein und nicht auf einfache Fragen (etwa 'Wie löse ich einen Coupon ein') mit 'Weiß ich doch nicht, das ist Ihr Problem!' reagieren.

Öffnungszeiten laut eigener Webseite: 7.30-22.00. habe es aufgegeben nach 35 Minuten wartezeit vor verschlossener Ladentür

Super freundliche Mitarbeiter vor allem die ältere Dame brachte meinem Kollegen zu seinem Fischbrötchen noch einen Teller und am Ende kam sie mit selbstgemachten Handdesinfektionstüchern. Klasse 💪 Alles Produkte waren frisch und lecker und Coupons werden gerne angenommen. Selten so eine tolle Nordsee Filiale erlebt.
